Domino's Pizza - Corsham in Wiltshire

it’s really hit & miss but tonight was just horrible, cold, hardly any topping, dry base. It’s not difficult to make so get it together!

It's the only Domino's I've found to be really tight on the cheese topping... Other than that, it's like every other Domino's. Never had an issue with service, speed or prices...

Nice pizza, good and quick service.

Should be zero stars or maybe minus ones. We ordered food to collect - when got it home, it was wrong - pepperoni sent in the cheese twisted dough balls - no apology and manager offered refund and had no interest in listening to what I was saying and was extremely rude and patronising. As a vegetarian being served meat, it’s totally and wholly wrong and unacceptable. A replacement could have been delivered but it would take 40 mins and obvious rest of food would be cold by then. Ruined the evening.

I ordered a double decadence pizza. It came without any cheesy filling at all. Just two slices of dry base. I sent photos to the customer care team with a complaint. I was told the complaint was sent to the local store and I’d hear back from them. Two weeks later I hadn’t heard anything so followed up. Was merely told it was with the local store. Followed up a third time with the customer care team but no reply. It’s now almost a month later and I’ve followed up with the customer care team a fourth time and no response.

I spent £45 on 2 pizzas and 2 sides, 1 pizza of which wasn’t cooked properly nor was the chicken which looked like it was fresh out the freezer, the “franks wings” had no franks sauce on them… it gets worse… when I called the shop to try rectify it I told the lady on the phone what the problem was and she replied “ok” couldn’t offer me a refund because ‘she had cooked it herself and it was fine’ one of the chicken strips was in half and had a visible bite taken whether someone got hungry or that’s just how it went in the fryer I’ll never know but rest assured I ate none of my food and wasn’t even offered a refund. Very much has gone downhill, what a shame

Great pizza perfectly cooked though the service was a bit serious and atmosphere was a little dull.

Great service on a collection service. Food was ready to pick up relatively quickly and there were no issues. Quality of food was as expected and very much enjoyed.

We do eat Domino's pizza but this wasn't very nice

Shocking beyond belief. Ordered a double decedance pizza and there was a smidgen of cheese in the middle, lifted 5 slices and eventually found it, the garlic bread was more bread than topping. Went back in and was not even offered it to be remade just "ok have a refund" absolutely rude. Asked for a manager's email or area manager to be told "I'm the assistant manager there's nobody else, go online if you want to complain" Absolutely disgusting.

Ever since new manager joined store has been amazing. Glad everything is back to normal after COVID. Will be ordering daily.

wins the crown for worst customer service of any takeaway pizza place in the local area, if you can go to papa john's or pizza hut 👍

Wanted to order a vegan lunchtime special which we have done before in calne and they refused to do it in Corsham one saying we had to pay Full price :-(

Normally a really good service however, tonight has been appalling. It took an 1 1/2 hrs to get the delivery and when I called to find out what was happening no apology but told it was on the way. I asked if it would be cold and I was laughed at and 25 minutes later a cold delivery arrived and when I called to complain no one is picking up the phone I tried calling 6 times and will be seeking a refund. The frustrating thing is I wouldn’t have mind waiting if someone called to say they were running behind or it was going to take a while but I am so annoyed instead of saying this I was lied to, laughed at and received cold food.

I recently had a terrible experience with another well-known pizza service which made me really appreciate Dominos... so wanted to leave this good review. Always had a great experience with our local branch, tastes great and they never lie and try to deliver if they don't have enough staff to do it properly/ on time (unlike other services I've tried). For example, they've recently stopped delivering to my address but I'd rather that (and just drive to collect my food) than they lie and leave me waiting for hours on end for an inevitably cold pizza. I also love the online ordering system and Dom the delivery tracker.

Did a collection order, notification process from order through to collection times was efficient, store itself was clean and staff friendly. No staff masks, but signs for customers to wear one and a huge perspex screen to ensure protection both ways

Very fast delivery and amazing food!

I was able to order a pizza quicky on line and the pizza tasted great but the service at pick up was very poor. The shop was chaotic with no organization no one seemed to know what they were doing and it took me 10 minutes to pick up my pizza which was ther sitting on a shelf.

I’m here now - they can not serve me due to no staff Rak said I will be with you in 20 mins - where is the customer service In this ? Will not come here again !

Generous with the toppings and quick to collect, best dominos by far

Very clean, but did not know how to get a free pizza! Buy one get one free all over fb so I visited domino's and not a single mention of buy one get one free. Sorry about the 4 stars l meant to give 3. Pizza l ordered was amazing. Ps once you give stars, you can't change it.

When they get it right its lovely, a lot of times its overcooked. Dont bother asking for extra cheese because you barely get any regardless of putting extra or not

Ordered for click and collect. I entered phone number so to be alerted when it was ready. No text came through so go in and ask and the food was sat there waiting. Mentioned that had been sat outside for fifteen minutes and no one really cared! Plenty of other options in the area.

Pizza was well priced and excellent, wasn't greasy or overpowering highly recommend

Was touched to here when dominoes decided to to a free pizza for Nhs workers on 20/03/2020 as i was on shift at the RUH that day i decided to call them to order mine to collect on the way home ..... only to be told that they weren't doing it strange as all the other branches were ! SHAME ON YOU CORSHAM !

Pizzas have been very undercooked the last few times I have ordered. Not nice.

Pizzas too expensive, staff not too good.

Waited around for 10 mins. No staff anywhere. Almost went. behind the counter to cook my own pizza

Great food, quick service and polite staff however perhaps understaffed as more than once I've seen only one person working behind the counter and they've struggled with several orders. Today I went in and there was no one there, the store was empty we waited for 6 minutes there was no noise nothing. The "fridge" or walk in freezer was slightly open but no one came out. We made noise to get someone's attention yet no one arrived. Wasn't pleased.

Has improved tremendously since it first opened. Service is now much better and more professional at the counter. Food is obviously standard Domino's fare but it's of a good standard.

It's not that I hate it. It's overpriced.

It's a chain pizza restaurant... What else can i say? Nice staffs though.

Every time I have been to this place to get pizza, nothing has gone wrong at all! Pizza is at its best and also a quick and effective order as well! Friendly staff as well :)
