Naeem he was a very good delivery man and didn't take long to bring the pizza and it was still nice at hot when it came.

The pizza was really nice, I had to change my order and Humayoon was very friendly and helpful! It’s not the first time that I’m ordering in West Croydon Pizza Hut and they are very friendly, I’ll definitely go back for more!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was VERY oily! Loaded with oil to the point it could not have been eaten. Made me sick!

Ordered a create your own large pizza to be delivered. Came on time and the pizza was steaming hot perfectly made, they are not stingy with toppings. 10/10 for pizza! Would have been 5* but garlic bread wasn't all that.

I ordered via the app which accidentally ordered from this store. I called to cancel and contacted customer service for a refund which the store said was fine. When customer service discussed with this location they denied any such conversation occurred. So along with all their other terrible reviews they are liars and thieves.

A seamless service from Gurvinder today. We ordered something by wrong, I called Gurvindar and requested to consider the change for like to like, which was done seamlessly. Moreover Pizza today cooked really well. Thank you Pizza-hut delivery and west Croydon team

3 times in the last year they messed up orders. Once a vegetarian was provided a meat pizza instead of Veggie supreme, once a strict Muslim was provided a pork pepperoni instead of chicken supreme and on Friday they gave me tomato sauce instead of BBQ sauce on mine. In every incident there has been an attempt to rectify it with the restaurant. If you're not willing to walk down to the shop they just gaslight you over the phone, tell you it is correct and accuse you of lying. I paid for delivery, I'm not making a 20-minute walk to go fix someone else's mistake and pausing the movie for everyone else. They make resolving it so difficult that people give up. They failed the last two times in a row. I'm not ordering from them again. I am reporting this to headoffice now after how rude they were over the phone. I'm done.

Food turned up cold (though delivery tracker was somewhat accurate) and driver could not locate my address. When they showed me their phone they had just typed the postcode, and got grumpy when I showed the email confirmation showing the full address. Went off at me because he had other pizzas to deliver and manager was asking where he was.

Do not go to this place. They deliver cold pizza, that’s late and don’t ever pick up the phone. Like Croydon has a million pizza places, choose one of the others.

I order a the Pizza Hut out of the random feeling to have take out and remembering as a child my family would order Pizza Hut. I used to adore it so much and loved the taste. It was refreshing and filling. I’m not sure if this is a business model that failing or just cutting corner but Pizza Hut nowadays is disgusting, the food is small and doesn’t offer the pan experience that was once available, it was dried and smaller in comparisons, with a huge lack of flavour, it doesn’t taste right nor promising anymore. If anyone is reading this pizza gogo offer a better deal and taste

I specifically selected the south Croydon Pizza Hut branch and still received email confirmation from the west Croydon branch. I ordered from WC once before and the food was horrible and was delivered late. When I called them to cancel they said it wasn’t possible, then lo and behold the food turns up late and disgusting again. I’m absolutely fuming. They were very unhelpful all they care about is getting the money but no quality in their food. It’s a disgrace

I ordered online and on arrival at store my order was ready. Food was amazing as well as service.

New management is wonderful. They helped to understand the deals and offered me a perde for my family. We enjoyed a lot, food quality was on top.

Ordered pizza and wedges online only to go to collect and have to wait some more….. get home to find my chicken supreme just has boiled tasteless chicken on it

Please avoid. I ordered at 23:45. They updated their tracker at 00:05 to claim they had delivered. They had not. I continued to wait and called them at 00:25. No response - they’d shut. By that point, I had to accept I’d been defrauded and went to bed. At 00:45, 40 mins after they had claimed they had delivered, a driver turned up with the order stone cold and unsealed. I asked what happened. He said he went to get petrol. Needless to say, I had to bin the order, not least for safety reasons. They haven’t refunded me or been in touch to explain or apologise. My credit card company are now dealing with them.

Ordered to collect and Manan was great they run out of small and so gave us medium pizzas instead !

If you want cold pizza and sides, this is the place to go. They do not answer their phone either, so good luck trying to speak to someone. It took me over half an hour to get through to someone to be told to complain online.

My pizza was very late and when it arrived it was the incorrect order. Ordered the beyond meat sizzler,but it doesn't have the right topics. I cannot even confirm if this is vegetarian. Attempted to call them, and it's been ringing for over 35 minutes with no answer?! I was also told there was no ice cream with the order but I've been charged for it... Not sure if I'll ever get my food or a refund as no answer. It is now 1.5hrs since I placed my order. I would have ordered from elsewhere, complete waste of time. Avoid the stress, avoid this place. Update ..the manager said they stopped answering the phone as they weren't taking any new orders. I questioned why they didn't answer and just say that,as they are ignoring existing customers that already have ordered. Make it make sense

Food was more than one and half hours delayed from the usual 1/2 hour delivery time. Took me 1/2 repeated call before someone picked up the phone. My wife was not a happy bunny because she was starving. Unhappy wife is an unhappy life for me.

Great tasting pizza which always turns up hot and fresh. Best pizza in the area I'd say, unless you want turkey pepperoni.

Waited almost 2 hours for my delivery, with no updates from the restaurants. When pizza arrived it was cold and received no compensation for the lateness or cold pizza. Was told I would be given a refund within 3 - 5 days, but have not received anything having waited over a week.

Deliveries are always on time or to 5 minutes, hot every time almost too hot and they’re generous with the toppings. They’re deep pan spicy margarita is the best margarita from any of the chain stores.

Very bad customer service. This used to be the real deal many years back, but a change in staff and then a very lengthy store closure, when they reopened gave it another few tries. The same persists, rude unhelpful staff that don’t seem to wanna be there. They don’t even give sauces with side or pizza. You could order their biggest deal and yet they don’t seem to care and even give any dips. Been to many Pizza Huts this is now by far the worst. Sad part is it’s literally 1 minute away from me. I’d recommend Papa Johns/Pizza GoGo and Dominos over this store

I am really disappointed by the level of service I’ve received today by your website and as well as the branch in order. I placed the order at 9.27pm which I received a confirmation email as well. The order should of been delivered to the address by 10.05pm however I called to just enquire how long it will take as it was getting quiet close to the time. I called once and someone answered the phone and hung up. The second time I called I spoke to a male who passed the phone to another colleague (Harini) I said to her that I placed the order on the website however I’m just asking how long it was taking. She explained that her screen/portal is not working so they aren’t able to fulfil any orders. I told her that if you aren’t able to fulfil the orders then you should be able view the orders from another back up system and if not be able to fulfil then you should be able to call customers and apologise to customers. However from the impression of the staff they are waiting for customers to call and explain what happened. This is unacceptable! If it was the case that it cannot be fulfilled then you should be calling us straight away so if needed we can make other arrangements. I require my full refund of 20.99 to my card.

AVOID AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. order my food at the store repeatedly told them what my order is. To the leave with the totally wrong order. But it says it’s the order. I had told them I’m allergic to mushrooms why did my pizza have mushrooms on it. Not only that trying to call them. Been waiting 10mins now and still waiting whilst I’m writing this review.

It came within 12 minutes. Fast service. Pizza was ite. Deffo enjoyed didn’t fill me up for what I got though. I ordered meal for one. And was super hungry. Medium pizza meteor and meatfeast half and half pizza with orange Fanta and garlic pizza. £16.99 they charged me for delivery. With this economy you can’t even get free delivery anymore. Such a shame. Delivery cost £1.49. 5/10 do recommend. Fast delivery medi food just for when you’re hungry and there’s no other option.

Sent wrong order, when I phoned them they didn't care and wouldn't do anything about it

Avoid! If I could give negative stars I would. I rarely give companies low ratings, but this was the worst pizza delivery experience I've ever experienced as we waited hours for nothing to ever arrive, and days later are still trying to get a refund for the food we never received. At 6 pm on a Wednesday night we ordered 3 medium pizzas through the Pizza Hut website, and received email confirmation it should be delivered within 30-40 minutes (1.5 miles away). At 7 pm we tried calling to ask about the status as it was 20 minutes late, and after being on hold for 15 minutes, gave up. We tried emailing at 7:15pm and calling 2 or 3 more times over the next 20 minutes and no one ever picked up. At 7:45 pm we got an email saying the pizza was delivered, except it wasn't. We checked our ring doorbell and no one even approached our walkway within an hour of this time, so we emailed again. At 8:15 pm we counted it officially as hopeless and got other food. As of a few days later still hadn’t heard back even after additional messages, nor have we received a refund for the pizza that wasn’t received. So in summary, we paid £16 for no food and hours/days of frustration.

Just received my order. I paid extra for the garlic cheese stuffed crust with 4 dips and for a chilli dip to my chicken bites - haven't received any of them. The amount of cheese in the crust is around 1/3rd of what I usually get from Papa Jones. The worst disappointment however is that my margerita base was with a BBQ sauce which I hate. And it was the biggest size pizza, as I wanted the garlic crust. Terrible disappointment. And the garlic bread swims in oil. Very unhappy.

Ordered a gluten free pizza via deliveroo and got a normal pizza base. As it was through deliveroo Pizza Hut couldn’t give a toss. I suggest they take food allergies seriously - if I had a nut allergy and had a serious reaction the staff would have been for the chop regardless of who delivered it. Poor show - you need to take more care not to make your customers ill.

This is the 2nd time they have got our order wrong and missed out an item. Dips requested were not sent with order. When the missing item arrived the quantity was less than what we paid for. I will not be ordering from them again.

We ordered two large pizza both with chicken and they delivered pizza without chicken, I called them and was told that they run out of chicken. They should have informed me earlier when I called them after 35 minutes of making the online order to follow up. highly unprofessional service. Never ever I am going to order or go to Pizza Hut!!!

Pizza was cold and didn’t come with any dips even though we should of got 12... left a note asking them to remember dip as they have done this before but clearly they don’t bother checking notes. Absolute joke of a restaurant... would rather have an Iceland frozen pizza that isn’t cooked 😂

I placed an order at 21:07 and it’s now 22:49 and I haven’t received anything. I’ve called the West Croydon store over 50 times with no answer or it saying user busy. This is terrible service, will not be ordering with this branch again. They don’t close till 12pm but yet no one has answered the phones not once.

Ordered pizza with friends at 6:30pm, it hadn't arrived by 7:30 so I rang them and they said it would be 15 mins. Still nothing an hour later, waited in all evening, they didn't answer the phone again and took our money and never delivered any food!

I ordered a pizza on 2/15/2020 however after 1:30 pm it still hadn't been delivered. I tried to contact the West Croydon store in the meantime they didn't answer my call. I went to the store and although the door was closed, the lights were on. when they saw me at the Restaurant’s door, they immediately turned off the lights. according to information on your website the store would close at 0:00, however at 23:00 it was already closed. I am trying to contact customer support in order to receive a refund of the amount paid, but after 3 attempts the calls are disconnected by Pizza Hut after 30 min of waiting. I would like to have my money back however the contact with Pizza Hut don't seem to work.

The email said it will arrives between 90-100 minutes. Pizza arrived 130 minutes after I ordered it but the crust is wrong. The only good thing is the driver is polite.

The staff at this Pizza Hut is absolutely dreadful, they have no etiquette or common courtesy. It's a shame really as Pizza Hut isn't that bad of a restaurant chain, but this branch let it down awfully. We waited an hour and phoned to see if there was an issue, we were told that the driver was leaving with the food and that it would be with us in half an hour. Fast forward an hour and a half later, we still didn't have any food so we phoned the branch again. The staff member gave his name at the beginning of the call but provided us with a different name when we asked closer to the end of the call. He was awfully rude and blamed us for the fact our pizza was late. He told us that we must be wrong when we explained about the previous staff member telling us it would be half an hour. We were gobsmacked, Pizza Hut isn't a small business and so the staff should be living up to the name not dragging it down with themselves. Crazy how little respect some people have.

20:51 ordered pizza, 21:41 no pizza, called shop, told 5-6 minutes, asked about compensation, told me that the order had to be 40 minutes, explained that the pizza was already 50 minutes late, 22:00 still no pizza, driver, back at base, unable to find me, dispite a phone number and additional information to find my house. Cancelled order. 22:45 driver arrives with fresh pizza. The reason for 2 stars was because the 2nd driver Was very apologetic and said he brought it because he had been here before.

If you have a specific pizza in mind and are planning to eat it within 4 hours of ordering then this is not the place for you. Don't even waste your time, just go straight to Dominos. No matter what you order the brain trust in the kitchen will decide what pizza you get for you, and that will be only after 2 hours of waiting of course. If you have the audacity to later ask that your actual pizza gets delivered then expect to be strung along with the promise of an imaginary pizza you can expect within 30 minutes only to be left hungry all night.

Order at 20.26 it’s now 21.48 and still no delivery. Delivery time between 45 to 55 minutes. Called the phone number they’ve diverted the calls to the employees personal numbers. Called the call centre and they advised a refund but if he turns up then I can choose to either accept it and get a £10 voucher later or reject it and get full refund. Great work Pizza Hut. After all that wait. Update - now 22.41 still no food. Update - didn’t receive anything.

2 hours wait time for a delivery which is a 15-20min walking distance from me. Pizza obviously arrived colder with a hairy surprise in one of my slices and not giving the right amount of dips you order and pay for! Great way to ruin someone's evening..

Really nice and polite staff! we've collected our food and after few issues, the staff have done all they can to sort it out and the outcome was brilliant! We've ordered 2 pizzas and both tasted amazing!

Extremely poor service, pizza arrived cold and they forgot to bring ice cream with cookie dough. Admin refused to let me speak with the manager and wouldn't return the cold pizza . Never ordering again for as long as those staff work there
