Ok but the pizza is never ready within the 10 minutes and the staff look dirty at times. Handling phones and food with no visible hand washing

Every time, every SINGLE time the customer service is poor. I ordered 1 hour ago and my food still hasn’t come. Called the store and they told me to wait and hung up.

It took the delivery guy more than 20m to deliver my pizza when I’m a 5/10m walk from Pizza Hut!What’s even worse is he was apparently on a bike so delivery should have been quicker! My pizza has now arrived stone cold!! Absolutely appalling service!!

I was a bit sceptical at first due to reviews. I went into the store and found they were good. Pizza was nice and staff were sweet. I have been back a couple of times since my first visit.

My son is special needs and would only eat Pizza Hut wedges . So I get it every Saturday. The manager is so kind and lovely who understands my family needs , always give us at a discounted prize . I’m very grateful for his kindness and on top of what we buy , he treats us with respect and give us little treats from time to time . I would recommend this Pizza Hut west Croydon branch for anyone !

I ordered two pizza and it took 2 hours to be delivered. I ordered pepperoni and ham pizza and ordered extra of both toppings and when it arrived it was so few. The pizza had 7 ham pieces and 8 pepperoni pieces. I was surprised to see a company like Pizza Hut have workers doing this!

Quick preperation and delivery time. I haven't had pizza hut on years and it was absolutely delish 😋

Do yourself a favour and do not order pizza through just eat app last night they charge my card for my pizza and 3 water the delivery guy came with 3 water only and the receipt for 3 waters he then call the pizza place for me on speaker they said they only got order for water an no pizza I went to bed hungry this is the second time just eat took my money for pizza and didn’t give me any pizza I want a refund you people are wicked stop taking people money and not place the order or refund it

It was very tasty, unfortunately the side dishes were a bit small. Prices fair and delivery very fast!

This is the second time I have place an order and an item is not delivered. I was told to wait for hours to have the other item delivered but they didn’t deliver. Its not the delivery drivers fault

Date 22/10/2024 so I’m buy two large pizza so I’ll give you before 25min order for takeaway so it’ll take a 45min time and takes way order very slow and they are second time don’t give garlic sauce …better than you can choose other pizza shop …

Food was stone cold. Unacceptable!

Whole order was delivered stone cold and had been sat ready and waiting in the restaurant for a driver to become available and pick it up.

The food was freezing cold when it arrived and was squashed. The boxes were also soaking wet

The pizza was really nice, I had to change my order and Humayoon was very friendly and helpful! It’s not the first time that I’m ordering in West Croydon Pizza Hut and they are very friendly, I’ll definitely go back for more!

Pre ordered for a specific time and Manish delivered it before time. Pizza was nice and hot. I just wish they would label the pizzas when it's a multiple pizza order.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was VERY oily! Loaded with oil to the point it could not have been eaten. Made me sick!

We placed an order on the telephone, the call was answered by a very friendly gentleman and the order was taken quickly and efficiently. The food arrived quickly and was piping hot and tasty! Great service from Yash and Naeem. Thanks again!

Ordered a create your own large pizza to be delivered. Came on time and the pizza was steaming hot perfectly made, they are not stingy with toppings. 10/10 for pizza! Would have been 5* but garlic bread wasn't all that.

Order was late not complete missing the pizzas and the sides that were delivered was cold.

I ordered via the app which accidentally ordered from this store. I called to cancel and contacted customer service for a refund which the store said was fine. When customer service discussed with this location they denied any such conversation occurred. So along with all their other terrible reviews they are liars and thieves.

Take away - wouldn’t go near this Pizza Hut standards have dropped

The pizza, barbecue chicken and garlic bread was very cold. Looked like it sat on the side for a long time before being delivered. Very unhappy customer and kids considering I only live on Mayday Road and I payed £32. Will not order from you guys again. I want a refund

4 pieces of cheesey garlic bread missing

3 times in the last year they messed up orders. Once a vegetarian was provided a meat pizza instead of Veggie supreme, once a strict Muslim was provided a pork pepperoni instead of chicken supreme and on Friday they gave me tomato sauce instead of BBQ sauce on mine. In every incident there has been an attempt to rectify it with the restaurant. If you're not willing to walk down to the shop they just gaslight you over the phone, tell you it is correct and accuse you of lying. I paid for delivery, I'm not making a 20-minute walk to go fix someone else's mistake and pausing the movie for everyone else. They make resolving it so difficult that people give up. They failed the last two times in a row. I'm not ordering from them again. I am reporting this to headoffice now after how rude they were over the phone. I'm done.

Food turned up cold (though delivery tracker was somewhat accurate) and driver could not locate my address. When they showed me their phone they had just typed the postcode, and got grumpy when I showed the email confirmation showing the full address. Went off at me because he had other pizzas to deliver and manager was asking where he was.

The pizza and the cookie dough were over cooked. Black burnt bits under pizza. It was not pleasant to see or eat.

Do not go to this place. They deliver cold pizza, that’s late and don’t ever pick up the phone. Like Croydon has a million pizza places, choose one of the others.

Food arrived in a supermarket bag and was cold

Had a delivery that was supposed to come but kept getting delayed because delivery drivers kept cancelling. I was called by Pizza Hut to come and collect it instead, so I told them they need to add wings for free. Midway going to collect, they actually got somebody to deliver the food in the end, so I had to turn back to collect the order. On top of that, a wrong pizza was ordered and they didn't even add the free wings. Abysmal

Said it would be ready at 10:35 got there at that time and waited half hour for the food to be done.

Food took over a hour to be collected store knew of this and still did not remake pizzas wedges and garlic bread says its just eats fault for not picking up on time all food is stone cold

I order a deal for 4 that tells wins a free Pepsi max and I didn’t received anything, the pizza was cold and half hour late. Totally disappointed. Never again

I order a the Pizza Hut out of the random feeling to have take out and remembering as a child my family would order Pizza Hut. I used to adore it so much and loved the taste. It was refreshing and filling. I’m not sure if this is a business model that failing or just cutting corner but Pizza Hut nowadays is disgusting, the food is small and doesn’t offer the pan experience that was once available, it was dried and smaller in comparisons, with a huge lack of flavour, it doesn’t taste right nor promising anymore. If anyone is reading this pizza gogo offer a better deal and taste

The food was perfect. Thanks for the awesome pizzas and extras, everything was yummy, especially the mac and cheese melt, (though I think we missed the ice cream with the cookie dough). It was a great deal and well worth ordering again!

I only buy pizza once a year & this one did not fail to impress.

Cookies were in the same box as the garlic bread, no consideration to people allergies.

The pizza was lovely, but I ordered some hot cookie dough and vanilla ice cream, which I love, but was given Ben and Jerry cookie dough I've cream, which I hate...having said that, a refund was offered very quickly.....so thankyou
