Nice enough, I visit frequently so my recomendations will obviously keep updating. Service was quick enough today.

The coffee was awful very bitter, impossible to drink. The woman at the drive thru counter was about as good as the coffee.

Wrong order this morning at drive through. Don't answer phones. Missing items. Rude.

How hard is it to get a delivery correct at this McDonald's! Nearly every time something is missing. Ordered the 4 burgers and chips deal and 2 of the burgers were missing. It's a deal - how hard is it to count to 4! We have had items missing on around 5 different orders from this McDonalds, useless 😡

VERY EXPENSIVE please sort this it seems to me that mc Donald’s is charging ridiculous prices for sub standard food not happy stop ripping of your customers 20 year iv been coming to you guys and the breakfast is terrible what happened to the big breakfast for 1.99 now it’s nearly a tenner a day joke guys

Medium fries might as be a small, chicken mayo burger only had half a squirt in it and was assembled very poorly.

Absolutely ridiculous, everytime I order for delivery the restaurant forgets parts of my order. The fries aren't even filled in the containers properly. I spend 20 Mins everytime on Uber Eats complaining, I must however say apart from the wait time Uber Eats are very good. This particular branch of McDonald's is really frustrating, my kids are always missing out on parts of their order. I understand that I get a refund however try explaining that to a toddler who is missing the food they wanted.

Everythink is Great It Just Need Staff On The Till.

It's a drive-thru restaurant that was recently refurbished so looks great inside. They have touch screen kiosks for ordering food (but you can order at the counter if you prefer) or use you mobile app. Mixture of barstools and normal seats (some cushioned) Car park can get busy and clogged up when busy, which can be a pain as you would not be able to get into the car park to park up or even get into the drive-thru which is at the back of the car park. Some side streets available if you can't even get in. Other than that, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is cleaned throughout the day and always clean when I visit.

Update still lots of delivery drivers bit not so many parking in the parking spaces now also now using separate entrance so a lot better Way too many delivery drivers at the entrance and taking up parking spaces.and generally making.entry a pain

Ordered 2 orders both turned up wrong when we tried to call to explain after waiting 2 hours for our food they put the phone down on us

Did click and collect, we waited twenty minutes, in the end I had to go in and ask where the food was, lots of people complaining. Would never go there again. Waste of money food cold when it arrived.

Staff are always friendly and polite. Great atmosphere, the place is always clean.

I got the wrong food I asked for a The Caesar & Bacon Chicken One - Grilled I got grill chilli wrap, I also asked for Cucumber Sticks I got chips the only thing they got right was the Coke Zero. I am NOY HAPPY as every time I go to Shirley McDonald’s they get the order wrong an now I have to find something else to eat

Got takeaway breakfast, good and prompt service as I would expect from McDonalds.

Quick service, clean eating area. Typical fast food venue. Was served by Kayleigh this evening. This young lady is an asset to the company. She has an amazing personality and her customer service is second to none. Well done Kayleigh

Whenever I come to buy food for myself or my kids they always forget to put something like my chips, McFlurry or burger and my money gets wasted . If I could I would put 0 stars. They also don’t cook the food very well as if it’s raw.

In comparison with other McDonald's in the area this is by far the least troublesome regarding accuracy & wait time.

The staff serve cold food all because they stand around acting clueless to what they doing . The food always comes cold . They always forget items or give the wrong thing . Preparation and presentation its absolutely terrible. They need to shut it down and train the staff properly its a disgrace as its not just this mcdonald They have a phone line but never pick it up and they never give the correct stuff . They shouldn't have any service or be open as their staff are absolutely unqualified

I found the service far slower than I'm used to. The food was overcooked and hard with icey cold bread... clearly something had gone badly wrong that day and I'd no wish to add to their hassle. I left mine and walked out. I won't return anytime soon.

Great McDonald's. No complaints. All food good.

I thought i was the only one with this problem until now. I ordered 3 happy meal and 4 apple pies which took long to deliever. When my delievery came,i opened it just to not see my 4 apple pies. I contacted the resturant and recieved poor customer service from both staff and manager on duty at the time. I also recieved additional stress which caused great distress for my children and i. I was told to wait 15 DAYS for my refund of the missing items as they stated they're not going to deliever the apple pies (which was their fault for not packaging).This is unprofessional behaviour for a well known place like McDonald's . I'm left emotinally distressed and financially abused.

Absolutely the worst drive through experience ever... we gave our order which we gad to give 3 times because the person taking the order couldn't understand what we wanted. The order xame up on the screen and was finally correct, got 2 seconds round the corner to pay and the woman couldn't find the order and kept trying to take payment for things I neither wanted nor ordered. Ended up getting nothing, the woman serving obviously didn't understand how their ordering system works and requires training. That's 30 minutes of our lives we won't be getting back....

This Macdonald's is pretty much the same as any other MacDonald's...The Friday and Saturday evening drive through is very busy...the queue can go out onto the main road...

Delivery always has missing items and they refuse to do anything about it!

Yet again food arrived cold and yet again food was missing from the order. When you ring up they say its nothing to do with them and blame jaut eat. Just eat don't pack the food the incompetent workers at shirlry poppy mcdonalds do

Order by uber eats and again missing more than one item ( 5 orders 4 was missing items ) I send them message but no way to claim money back, I will stop to order from this place

We’ve ordered three times in the last six months and all three times there have been items missing. This time takes the biscuit as both burgers were entirely missing! You can’t call and clear the issue up as nobody ever answers the phone. Genuinely shocking experience.

AGAIN we didnt not get our chicken big macs in our order literally the third time and its always the same item never ordering again and they dont answer the phone

This was such a rubbish meal. The wait in drive through was far too long and when I got the meal, the chicken nuggets were literally COLD!

Great McDonald's, excellent service from staff, very child/baby friendly. However, the restaurant is severely undermined by "Met Parking Services" (a 3rd party company that runs the car park) - they rigidly impose fines for stays merely minutes over 90min mark (without any mitigating circumstances). Looking around the carpark, there are no clear noticeable signs indicating this restriction, but of course they claim there are when you appeal. They are a very reprehensible organisation (I mean, just look at their Google reviews) that punishes unwitting paying customers and, will ultimately, cost that McDonalds branch precious business.

It's a Mcds but the food was ok more importantly, the staff where great. Oh Please fill up the 🍟 nothing more annoying the getting home to find 3 half portions of 🍟

Not as cheap as it was anymore but just as cheerful! Standard Mikey Ds nothing to really comment on! It was clean and empty the day I went though! Which always helps 🫡

Missing item in order and cold fries - tried ringing the store to subsequently bring this attention. Gave up after a few attempts. Poor value and not a good experience.

Poor service. Placed a breakfast order on the app and was waiting up to an hour and a half for delivery. No point in having a contact number if no one is going to answer the phone. Didn't get any communication from the staff there until calling the delivery driver, getting them to enquire over my order, to be told "it had been picked up already", and they had to "cancel the delivery". Was notified of order cancellation and refund as soon as the call ended. Second time I've had issues with this restaurant, and after this I will not be ordering with them again.

Used the drive through and there was no que, was served quickly and the staff were polite. Order was all there and all fresh!

Both times we've ordered for delivery there have been major missing items, like a burger, and when we try to ring up no one picks up the phone. Literally the phone number on here might as well not be listed as you won't get through to them. And all the food they did give us was cold and the fries were so limp and cold I couldn't eat them. Won't be making the mistake of ordering from here online again

Absolutely garbage. Went in store, ordered my food for me and my family. Drove back home, opened it to find half the order was completely wrong. Don't know how they mess orders up so bad so often but, this isn't the first time. Do better! employ people who can read orders!

Just received my drive through order ..1/2 a cup of cold latte ..cold chips ...I literally drove 90 seconds before stopping to eat so McDonald's don't give me your mcrubbish response..utterly shamboliic service as well ..guy didn't know how to add custom requests ..always check your order with the drive through ..they couldn't run a bath !!

The staff in Shirley MacDonald's are so rude. Twice I have been there. Staff have no customer service skills. I am not going back to that one. I got my food home it was stone cold I only live 5 minutes away from ther Wrost Macdonald around.e

Missing item from breakfast delivery (not the first time). Contacted Uber driver but not interested. Restaurant not picking up the phone. Had to call Uber eats head office and I was informed that I will be issued with a £2.15 in 15 days for a missing £5.75 breakfast muffin!They couldn’t give me a valid reason why I should not receive a full refund

Delivery was awful forgot nuggets and Uber man was so disrespectful towards me and my partner and forgot his 6 year olds nuggets the boy was devastated and so upset quite frankly awful
