McDonald's in Croydon

Got given the wrong order, went for a big tasty, got a big mac, but still charged for a big tasty.. but I guess they are consistent in giving the wrong order, so there's that. . Just check your order before leaving I recommend

Unlike the services on M20 this McDonald's disappointed rather. Very little interaction from staff, order was placed on counter for collection and food was very greasy, with residual grease being left inside food packaging, not a good experience on this occasion I am afraid to say.

Really poor service. Made the order at 8pm and didn’t arrive until 9.30pm. When a driver was sent to pick it up they waited for 15 minutes extra for the food and when it arrived it was stone cold. Never had a bad experience here until now. Won’t be going back again. Went back and it was just as bad, staff have no clue and are given too much to do. Everything is so slow and awful and food is always cold!

Horrible. I waited 35 minutes plus for my food. Horrible staff. Ironically there was no one in the McDonald’s so I don’t understand how it took them so long.

This order took over 3 hours to arrive. This is the 2nd time that I have had to go to the restaurant in person to pick up because the delivery time was too long. When I got to the restaurant they said the driver had already left but they kindly redid the order for me to take away. I got home and had my meal with the family but no sign of the driver. I had to leave as a had an appointment but my family advised me that the delivery driver turned up about 45 min later. The food was stone cold!

All of the pancakes were missing the syrup meaning we couldn’t eat them as they were completely dry

Got completely the wrong order & this isn’t the first time.

Forgot half the items. Not first time this has happened. Never add utensils or sauces or syrups. Disappointed. Waste of money.

Difficult to park and more annoying when you want to drive off ; as always busy of car through mcdrive. Food ok as usual

Food was cold and dry. I ordered sweet chilli dip with my chicken selects which didn't arrive. Our hot chocolates went everywhere and arrived cold. They didn't give enough dips. they forgot the sweet curry dip. The ice cream was runny. Food was cold. Absolutely horrible. but the food arrived on time.

Food items missing and stone cold!

Arrived minus drinks… which duly got refunded… but then we started tucking into the remainder of the meal and it was all cold. Fries and burgers were awful as a result. Very disappointed.

Late and stone cold couldnt eat

firstly the delivery time kept changing then when it does come I didn't get my apple pie still been charged for it also food was cold won't be ordering here again.

Driver told me that they had to wait for a large order so my food was sitting there for 20 mins and got cold. All food was cold and I needed to heat up.

We waited 2 hours. We had to order another take away in the meantime. My children were crying as they were so hungry and tired! This has happened from this branch before, so we won’t be ordering again!

TERRIBLE. Waiting 1 hour 40 minutes food came freezing cold and was ordered before 6. McFlurry completely melted all over the bag, drinks spilled everywhere, burgers looked like they have been involve in a royal rumble all freezing cold and the chips might aswell have been served straight from the freezer.TERRIBLE

Cold . I live 4 minutes from restaurant . Not going to order again it’s not the first time . If you’re paying over £20 for a delivery nearby you shouldn’t have to wait for restaurant to do combined orders and it be so cold

If you’re going to come to this McDonald’s, go through the drive thru. If you go into the restaurant you’ll be waiting at least 20 mins for food!! They prioritise people sitting in their cars over people standing in the actual restaurant!!!

Food took forever and it was stone cold

timing of order kept changing food arrived cold and drink spilt a little bit and over a hour later . I think McDonald's need to learn time management to be able to get all orders out on time

Order food at 7:35pm, didnt turn up till after 8:30pm. Food was cold and was quite dissapointing.

Time kept changing for delivery. In the end it took 1 and a half hours for it which is totally unacceptable. When it did arrive the driver had spilt all the Diet Coke so no large Diet Coke. Then the food was freezing cold and the milkshakes had all melted… all in all am absolute horrible dinner which actually went in the bin. I expect a full refund for this as non of it was salvageable

Drive in Queues can be long. By the time you finish and leave the food is often cold.

Wrong order - order qtr pounder received Big Mac with bacon ? Filet fish was smashed in the box and had clearly been dropped

More than one occasion we've ordered food from here for delivery and the order has been missing items when it arrives. Interior is also not in good shape, last time we went inside only 1 of the tablets was working. Best avoided.

The delivery wasn’t speedy. On the map it looked as if the courier was stuck in one place about 3 miles away. Then a message came that he was 3 minutes away. Simultaneously with the message came a loud hammering on the door! I had put a note to please bring the delivery to the front window as I’m disabled, but he just kept hammering on the door. So the food was good but the delivery wasn’t great.

It's a drive-thru restaurant that was recently refurbished so looks great inside. They have touch screen kiosks for ordering food (but you can order at the counter if you prefer) or use you mobile app. Mixture of barstools and normal seats (some cushioned) Car park can get busy and clogged up when busy, which can be a pain as you would not be able to get into the car park to park up or even get into the drive-thru which is at the back of the car park. Some side streets available if you can't even get in. Other than that, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is cleaned throughout the day and always clean when I visit.

Ordered mc delivery more like mc idiot asked for double quarter pounder with cheese got quater pounder with cheese I had more coffee in the bag than in the cup chips were old
