McDonald's in Croydon

Food was extremely cold and drink split in bag. Was not happy especially after what I spent. Would appreciate a refund please Just Eat ?!

they said it was delivered but didn't

Every time I order something is missing from the order!

on the app the driver collected the meal from McDonald's, then the driver location went off line but I still can see he went in a completely different location I even took a screenshot of this while he was stationary for a while . by the time the driver arrived the milkshake was melted and watery also the mozzarella sticks were cold and was not even in the box and was spilt in the bag

Didn’t turn up , obviously delivered to someone else at wrong address as the driver was on the tracker ! So upset about this but knowing you as company you probably won’t refund me, please track your driver and see it didn’t turn up

Two days running my order is wrong.

When ordered told 20.20 for delivery then kept changing arrived eventually at 20.50 and thr fries was cold and the burgers was nearly cold. Wasted money due to arriving late and uneatable

I ordered at 6.18pm, estimated delivery was 6.45pm. It didn’t turn up until 7.25pm. The food was cold too. Very disappointed. The only positive was the driver was really nice and polite.

The food arrived completely cold, the fries were freezing and rigid with cold. My Sprite Zero drink was entirely spilt into the paper bag and there was none left at all because some one had placed a small cap on the cup that didn't fit. Zero stars for quality, you only got one star as a default! That's the last time I order from you guys! Terrible food quality!

Delivery took ages and food was cold when it arrived.

He didn’t deliver the food. I called him twice to sort it out and he hung up on me both times. I want a full refund.

I ordered at 19.11 my food has just arrived at 21.02, stone cold with melted ice cream, so appreciate it’s a busy time but surely we’ll established brands should have this sorted - I expect to be refunded for the inedible food, not the usual experience

Food was not edible chewy, cold and hard. Put it in the bin after a few bites. Looks like it wasn’t just my order this evening that had the same issue!

The restaurant always leaves something out of my order. tonight it was my burger!! I had to ask for a refund and then order the burger again and pay for delivery a second time! it took over an hour for 1 measly cold burger to get here. my husband was finished eating and my chips were cold. I lost my appetite. Come on guys let's get things right the first time!!

The large milkshake lid wasn't put on properly so had spilt and was only half left, the food was just thrown in the bags the happy meal had no toy and the box was open with the chicken wrap and chips meal inside too. the food was luke warm at best

Very poor service over two hours delivery then when it arrived, the food was ruined. The drinks have spilled all over my food. My bag is now dripping with the drink everywhere on the floor disgusting service and need a refund. These people get back to me. I will be taking this much further very disappointed.

ordered a happy meal for my daughter and then added a few things for myself and no happy meal.. and all the burgers have got mayonnaise in them when I never asked for it.. it ain't had to read a piece of paper with an order on it..

How hard is it to get a delivery correct at this McDonald's! Nearly every time something is missing. Ordered the 4 burgers and chips deal and 2 of the burgers were missing. It's a deal - how hard is it to count to 4! We have had items missing on around 5 different orders from this McDonalds, useless 😡

Medium fries might as be a small, chicken mayo burger only had half a squirt in it and was assembled very poorly.

Absolutely ridiculous, everytime I order for delivery the restaurant forgets parts of my order. The fries aren't even filled in the containers properly. I spend 20 Mins everytime on Uber Eats complaining, I must however say apart from the wait time Uber Eats are very good. This particular branch of McDonald's is really frustrating, my kids are always missing out on parts of their order. I understand that I get a refund however try explaining that to a toddler who is missing the food they wanted.

APPALLING! I ordered a double Big Mac with bacon and received a regular Big Mac with a sprite which was supposed to be a vanilla milkshake. Lastly the fries were freezing cold to the point where I threw up due to consequences of the cold chips. I would like a full refund in a matter of days otherwise I will be emailing higher authority at Just Eat
