Do not order, incorrect order arrived and took hours to arrive! Will not use again

I ordered a pizza, still no sign of it an hour later. They don't pick up the phone, I will contact the company beyond the location. If you check the reviews before ordering you already did better than me.

Rubbish turned up late stone cold and a warm coke

We ordered at 5:20pm so the kids could have some for dinner. The ETA was 5:40-5:50pm which was good. The order changed to “being packed” around this time. Ok thats fine, it can be a little late. Started calling at 6:30pm as no food had arrived but there was no answer. Would have even collected at this point. Tried calling every few minutes till 7pm but no answer. The App even removed the tracker at this point. Figured it wasn’t going to come so made our own food and started putting the kids to bed. They called 10 minutes later asking about delivery, but we told them not to bother as the kids were in bed and the food would have been sitting somewhere for a while. Not sure whats happened, it used to be good, but all the reviews seem bad recently. Will have to switch to another company now.

I've ordered twice from here now and it goes threw uber eats each time and they cancelled my order each time. Pizza hut never answer there phones ??? Poor service

We ordered delivery two pizzas. Shortly after ordering, I received a text message they canceled our order without reason. However, the browser online showed the order had been delivered. I called the store, and the man who answered said a driver was one minute away from our house. I asked why we received a canceled text. He said he was alone working, so he canceled our order. But at the same time a driver became available so he kept our order… without us knowing. The driver called wanting us to walk down the street to meet him and not deliver directly to our townhouse. We said no, and he returned the pizzas to the store. My husband was at the store at this point. He accepted the pizzas. I would have flat refused and asked for a refund. What a circus.

Awful experience. Good took double the recommended delivery time and arrived freezing cold.

usually really good service :) but today we waited 20 minutes to get our order even taken and another 30 to recieve our order. the lady taking our order saw us walk into the store and yet again still kept us waiting as she simply turned around and ignored us :( when taking our order she stopped us midway through to talk to a delivery driver who had just walked in (?!) and we had to remind her of the sides we ordered as she put them on incorrectly:(

Never got my food want a refund

missing side dishes, pizza stone cold. store not helpful. used the delivery driver as a go between. won't be using these again.... 2nd order in a month they have totally messed up....

Order was sent to wrong address they said they would remake it but it still never arrived...worst customer service ever is sad to see what pizza hut has turned into they have definitely lost a customer

Not delivered at all we had to drive down to collect after it being like an 1 hour late however the staff were helpful and polite when we got there and got the food in the end

Said that the food is ready to collect but when I arrived at the restaurant they were only then handing the slip to the cooks to start making my order. This is not the first time I've had issues with this pizza hut, they often report delivery before the items are delivered. Further to this, as we arrived they were busy apologising to another customer for handing off their order to someone else, and had missed items from another person's order. That's 3 issues in a row. Absolutely shocking

my food never arrived. It said delivered on app but it wasn’t. I called the restaurant, to a rude woman who said my address wasn’t filled out, then proceeded to say my address ?? then backtracked and said she didn’t have it! She also said that no driver had accepted the order, and then hung up on me. I called again, she hung up again, then wouldn’t pick up any of my calls. Then said she would deliver at 5pm (an hour later) even though I ordered over 2 hrs ago, meaning 3hrs waiting for 1 pizza

My order never arrived, I want my money back immediately, every bit of it. A waste of my money and time. Appalling customer service as I have been waiting for a reply for over an hour. Will never be using your ridiculous app again, as I am worried I will spend even more money just to not get the correct service I am paying for. It says my order has been delivered, so please enlighten me as to who has my food because it definitely isn’t me. Outrageous service, shame on you.

At this moment I'm already waiting for my order 2 hours and 15 minutes. First delivery arrived after 1 hour and a half and was short one item, the rest was stone cold. Phoned the store, guy on the phone didn't seem to be too concerned. He said he'll send the replacement in 20 minutes. Hour and 20 minutes later it's still not here. When the driver arrives I am going to send it all back and order somewhere else. As to recommendation I'll say hell don't even try.

Made an order at half 5 for someone else to take the food constantly phoning the store to then not having it turn and whoever answered the phone spoke disgustingly and kept hanging the phone up!!!

Waited over 2 hours for a pizza . Delivery guy turned up with the order all details for another person but had my pizza. Delivery guy really confused called the shop they were no help to him. Number the delivery driver had for other person not existent. Lost his head really and gave me the pizza he had

Pizza is the same as a £4 Tescos pizza, no ice cream on cookie, and delivery was marked as delivered when it wasn’t so I probably can’t get compensation for it.

Order should have been delivered by 9.10pm, called the supplier at 9.20pm as still no order, was told they will cook it again and it will be with me in 15 mins. 20 mins later driver arrived with the wrong order and told me it will be another 5 mins, it is now 9.52pm and still no order and no idea when or if it will be arriving

Was on par with a Super market premium pizza which would be £10 cheaper.

Failed to deliver the drinks that were ordered and paid for, otherwise it was good.

Ordered on Deliveroo, had to get out of bed as they decide they have an item out of stock, so they send incorrect items! Had to go into store and was told no refund can be given!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, very rude staff

According to employee I spoke on the phone, they didn't t have drivers to delivery the pizza on time, but they didn't update probably the app. They must be more accurate when the pizza will be delivered exactly. Not, to just complete the order and say that the pizza delivered on time. If, for any reason, the pizza is delayed, they must say how long actually to be delivered. We cannot leave our job to look your driver all the time

Food was excellent and quick perfect for the late dinner, big thanks to the guys working last night who didn’t hesitate to get a portion of cookie dough ready for us when there was a mix up with the online deal. Could not be happier

Not worth for delivery orders. Estimated delivery time was 8:25 pm - 8:45 pm whereas cold pizza was delivered @9:10pm still there was no sense courtesy to say sorry for the delay instead the message from resturant they were on time . This is not a one-off instance multiples times in past they resturant has done this .

Took over an hour for the pizza and side to come and both were stone cold when they arrived. The driver apologised but I really should have turned away the food. It’s not a nice pizza to eat cold.

One pizza was undercooked, pretty sure without the normal cheese, the garlic bread was just cold bread with very little garlic. One pizza was great; just as ordered. But an hour late? That’s just not on is it? Such a shame. Hate to leave bad reviews, but what can I do?

It was over an hour late, called the restaurant to ask how it is and they asked if my address was 61 or 81, I specified 61. It was still later by another half an hour and when it arrived, the driver ridiculed me about the address that I got it wrong and said 81, even though I clearly stated on the app and over the phone 61, he continued to say I didn’t say that however. Unacceptable service in my opinion.

Their staff is so friendly and their pizza is awesome 10/10 restaurant

Had to wait 7 minutes just to order 2 pepperoni melts from some rather confused looking and slow staff then had to wait another 20 minutes only for the food to have no sauce in the melt and the marinara sauce it comes with is stone cold so it wasn’t the most pleasant meal. Won’t be stopping here again

Awful, delivery time said between 6.10 and 6.30, I waited outside at 6.30, I left instructions I'd be outside waiting by the sign of my accommodation, I have a cold today, and I waited for over half an hour in the cold night, I phoned Pizza Hut Twice, finally on the 3rd time they answered and said it had been delivered, when it most certainly had not been, no calls on my phone from them, I'm furious!! I will Never be using just eat or Pizza Hut Ever Again!!

Pizza didn’t deliver at all waiting over an hour

Delivered food was cold and when called the restaurant to ask about food being cold and delivered pizza base as thin crust . store manager Abdul was not supportive at all and sounded he don’t care about customer satisfaction at all .

If I give zero stars I would. They delivered our food to the wrong address, after waiting a long time we called to find out what's happening. They admitted fault but could only offer a drink as compensation. After waiting for the new food to be redelivered, they failed to give us the free bottle of drink. After calling multiple times, they told us there is nothing else they can do and told us to contact customer service. I questioned why they didn't want to deal with it in branch other than sending out a bottle of pepsi max 3 hours after we initially ordered, to which they responded they can't do anything else or refund even a fraction of what we spent. Extremely disappointed as this is the 4th time we've had issues with them this year. Safe to say we have lost all faith in Pizzahut as they can't even achieve basic levels of service.

We took our custom to papa John's.

Food was late, the incorrect drink was delivered and the food was cold

The order was 1.5hrs late unacceptable, I was unable to speak to the restaurant and they wouldn’t pick up the phone.

Food was ok but expensive for what it is, £23 for two medium pizzas that I collected and included a deal. I then had to pay £1.50 for 3 dips, which had been included in the past. Person at desk was not quick to greet or friendly. At one point that had some dough/ingredients on their hands while serving so think they were probably doubling up in the kitchen meaning the people ordering didn't really get their full attention. The pizza were tasty enough I probably would order again but it's not a place I would look forward to going but the one in Abingdon has just shut down so this is the nearest.

The food had a horrible burnt taste to it, Nachos had black bits Melts had black bits too Normally I love Pizza Hut but not today.

Delivered to wrong address made excuses throughout

The delivery driver complained that coming out to us wasn't worth his while because of the distance, and said "it's not worth it for one pizza". I don't understand why Just Eat gives us free delivery then! The delivery was just about on time but thought it was a shame the driver seemed to not want to do the job. Maybe Just Eat need to look at their delivery system to smaller towns/villages that don't have their own takeaways nearby.
