Foods always cold. Drive through! Should be called drive and park up. you’re asked to park up and have to wait 20mins for stone cold food.

Not 24 hour. Went there at 11pm and was closed.

For whatever reason the fries at this location are always soggy and not salted at all. I’ve been to this location several times and this is a consistent feature. I avoid this location as much as possible as never had good food per a McDonald’s standards

Not busy at all but waited 15 mins for food to eat in. Was only warm and had no time to wait for a replacement

Extremely busy place. I suggest they bring in more staff to improve the customer experience. Waited over 20mins to collect my order that had already been booked and paid for via the app

I ordered quite a lot of food, I only recieved certain foods I didn’t receive most of my order, 20 cheese bites, side salad, and a burger. I tried to contact someone in Uber eats and deliveroo I got no refund nor my food this place is a disgrace.

Slow service due to prioritising delivery guys orders first. Fast food... Not anymore. Food portion seems to be getting smaller and price higher. Also different prices than some other sites. All McDonald's should be selling items at same price. Slowly starting to use other options to McDonald's as it's not cheap and cheerful no more.

Clearly staffing issues. Massive backlog of orders. My order took almost half hour just for one muffin and coffee.

Drive in service used. Ordered egg muffins & hash browns. Quickly received. Quite a lot of crowd due to the continuous rain today. Service was quick

nightshift needs to be sorted out. the ones after 12am. they are very slow. i had to wait almost 30minutes for my order. not sure if this is fast food anymore. couldve cooked at home.

Food took over 40 mins. Everyone's order coming out wrong. Watched our order sit on the shelf for 15 minutes getting cold while there was nobody making fries or drinks. What I saw of the kitchen did not look clean and there were more flies than I ever saw in a mcdonalds. Worst service I have had in a mcdonalds as well

Just to say they do nice meal deal and very helpful and nice staff

We went through the drive-thru I ordered a banana milkshake and got vanilla after waiting ages we wear given our drinks and ice cream and asked to park and wait for the rest of our order after waiting ages and the ice cream melted the food arrived my husband burger was cold it was a very disappointing that that could not get this simple order right and you expect your dinner to be warm

Refused delivery as food was ruined

Stopped at McDonald's and ordered Chicken Crispy meal which did not take long to come, it was delicious moist chicken in a soft bun with fries, had a milkshake but the wrong one came and no problem getting the right one, great atmosphere and friendly staff, great place for families, if you a looking for a tasty bite McDonald's is the best, go try for yourself you will not be disappointed.

I visit this place 4 to 5 times a month as I live 5 minutes away from it always being clean and tidy Niki the team leader is very helpful and sometimes give children balloons it is very good experience to eat in there even when the place is very busy at the week end .Well done Niki and staff . Latest update August 2023 I visited the restaurant again during school holiday and the place was busy I congratulate the staff and the management for keeping up with the demand I as well thank Christina for her assistance to order the food from the electronic board.

The food as usual in McDonald’s, but the service and the atmosphere is terrible. Usually crowded and the car park is full. The allow and apparently even ask take away costumers to parking in the DISABLED BAYS. When there was empty spaces for the take away costumers and as a blue badge holder I wanted to park in the designated parking area, a couple who waited for their meal WITHOUT blue badge, refused to move their car. When I complained to the staff about it, they did NOTHING! But I would be sent away if I just pop in the toilet as a CAN’T WAIT CARD holder (I could do by law), if I don’t have a take away order. Pretty disgusting and discriminatory.

Worst McDonalds ever, they always mess your orders up, every other McDonalds ive been too has been spot on, but not this one, avoid at all costs

Food was cold when it got to us, fries were very dry, and i asked for extra pickles, onions and big mac sauce but did not receive any of the three.

Tills were all offline, ignored by staff, after a few minutes manager said tills are all down for another 5 minutes.

What I ordered vs what I got… drive thru queue stood still for 15 minutes. Cold fries. No salt on them either. If you are the one who assembled this burger give yourself a tap on the back for a job well done

Order was very late, ice creams were melted, delivery driver was rude.

Cannot comment on the atmosphere as I got an Uber eats, it would seem that whoever packs the order cannot read the order as no nuggets were in the bag- which made the meal pointless. And the bags are then sealed so the mistake only comes from incompetence. The chips were old, the burger my partner had was dry. The only good thing was the cokes which were cold. Not the first time part of the order is missing- you need to rethink how you do this

Car Park too small and shared with business park. People were having to double park while waiting for drive-thru orders.

Really let down recently! I don’t know weather it’s a change of staff or just poor management but over my past few orders I’ve had burgers missing or special instructions (due to allergies) not followed meaning we have been left with either no food or food we can’t eat… something needs to get sorted because there is no quality control!

Terrible service, cold food, took forever

It's a MC Ds. The only difference between this and other ones I have recently been in is here they leave the straws out for people to help themselves rather than giving them out from the counter.

Lovely charming driver. But food was cold, delivery said up to 45 minutes and it took an hour. The order was correct, at least

I have been to this McDonald’s many times and the last couple of times haven’t been up to standard. Tonight, I was too tired to go into the actual building and ask for the food I actually ordered because who wants that on a Thursday night - I’m sure the staff has to be busy based on the long waiting time (not that I really minded the ~4mins as I have had worse there, or about ~8mins) While a third of our ordered food came, the other 2/3s were unsure. I ordered a medium mayo chicken meal with a vanilla milkshake. While I can say the chips were nice and hot and the milkshake was a nice consistency, I didn’t receive the burger in the end. We also had the cheese bite sharebox and didn’t get the salsa sauce that is meant to come with it. There were also no napkins which is a shame as write this with sticky fingers on my phone screen :(. This could’ve been an easy fix, but I’m seriously too tired to confront a worker and McDonalds is meant to be a quick and easy solution anyway, so experiencing these problems doesn’t help my mood. Wasn’t even that busy in terms of real life customers, so I don’t know what they were doing lol

As McDonalds go it's a good McDonalds and I would recommend it.

The Hat trick burger is very nice.

Not support Mix'N' Match menu(any 3 for £3), but you can buy same item with original price. This is very ridiculous. Does Manager want to Boost Sales account?

The driver told me he made two deliveries and we were the second one so our food was not that hot

A quiet Tuesday lunchtime and everyone of us going through the drive though had to park up and wait which causes problems with parking. Got home. Had no straws with our drinks, clearly asked for certain dips and gave us the wrong ones. Terrible service

They never serve you via the drive through any more. They make you park up and wait. There's no spaces and it becomes a nightmare. Avoid

Went for breakfast Mc,muffin with good friend , drive through.

The management team need to sort out the blatant abuse of the blue badge spaces. As they are always being used by customers waiting for drive-thru orders to be delivered to them. Apart from the parking abuse food was ordered and delivered quickly and was of normal McDonalds standard.

Ordered a milkshake and a mcflurry about 20 mins ago, still waiting, asked the guy at the counter and he gave me a dismissive “it’s coming” and pointed at the obviously overloaded and outdated screen. Slow service and rude staff.

My son had food poisoning from the chicken nuggets. It was dirty, tables, floors etc but the the toilets were absolutely disgusting.

McDonald's is not my go to place but is good sometimes. Drive through option for me.

I happened to be in this Maccys at the same time as everyone else. 50 minutes from ordering to collection. The food was okay when it arrived, but you already know that. 100% should have noticed the enormous line of cars waiting for the drive-through to give me a clue to the chaos I was about to experience. Of course, I didn't see it because I had the Maccys quarter-pounder blinkers on.

It is a slight odd car park where you drive all the way around in a loop to get in to the Macdonalds parking area. The food was piping hot and fresh. We ate in and it was clean and well furnished.

Probably the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. Like 20+ items sitting in the packing area getting cold, prioritising JustEat orders first

Friendly staff but often get messed up orders. Just got home to find both the kids happy meals just had 2 packets of chips and a toy in each.

The app failed to keep me updated and was stuck on the order placed screen so no updates as to when it would here. The driver was very polite and professional which makes a change so no fault to him he's doing a great job. The food slightly cold but cant complain too much as to be expected. Ordered a large milkshake to only receive a small one but was charged for large. Then the cups are supposed to have the winning sips stickers on and all 3 drinks that should have them did not.

I just hate it here. You cal almost NEVER get your order via drive through without having to park up. I JUST DONT GET IT. I literally went to order just a double sausage and egg mcmuffin...Park up... went to get just medium fries...park up...went to get a mcflurry...you guessed it...park up. I just don't understand what can be so difficult.

Drive through here is complete shambles. It should be called Drive and wait. It’s been for past few years that you need to wait at the car park for any order. Completely mismanaged outlet.

why is the volume set so high on the kid's ipads? absolutely monstrous

Always mess the order up even when it's quiet and not busy staff are always rude and overall a unpleasant experience, always told to "Park up" even when nobody else is even there not busy and the bin lady argues with the bin in Spanish and the food always gives me runny bum

Sorry I feel uneasy leaving a bad review but it’s best to be honest , food turned up cold , and the drink was half full due to falling over in transit so unfortunately I won’t be purchasing mc Donald’s again

Extremely laye, frozen cold, drinks bag was unsealed so not sure if this was the restaurant or the driver.. not risking it, thrown away.

A recent convert to Macdonalds. Haven't been for years. The Reading restaurant near J12 is very good. Fries, a salad, tea or coffee with a McChicken sandwich is my preference.

Come back couple weeks later when it was busy and service was opposite and food all hot and everything was how it should be , even looked really good out the box , was actually impressed just forgot sauce and napkins but happy food all hot. Old review: was one star Forgot to order mango and passion fruit smoothie happy to pay at the end in the drive thru .. manager says her till is down and I cannot pay there when I have done this before at other McDonald's no problems as the card machine is portable. She tells me it is quiet and to drive back around ( waste petrol and time - very thoughtful on the environment!!)or go inside even. Chips were Luke warm and very unevenly salty and my nuggets was cold !!!! Batter separating from the chicken ... If it's quiet why is my food coming out cold ... I appreciate it's fast food but not cold food on top of that as per usual no serviettes... I wouldn't usually complain but if the manager says it's quiet , I'm expecting better

The receipt printers seem to be out of order more often than not, and sometimes the screen doesn't show the order number, so it's 'guess which one is mine' time.. This has been a problem for months

If a drink is being placed in a bag then it’s vital the bag is kept the right way up and the customer is told! I’ve just had my drink be given to me in a bag upside down and it’s spilt everywhere
