Food hasn’t arrived. No answer on the phone and no response from the restaurant

Order never arrived. Restaurant not answering the phone.

Answered the phone. Asked if they was doing the buffet still call Handler replied no and slammed phone down.

The driver from the shop delivered it because justeat drivers were not accepting the trip. Many thanks to the management. Thanks

on this occasion my order was most disappointing. soggy lukewarm fries, overcooked onion rings. my pizza can only be described as drab. in fairness the staff were very apologetic about my order being late, and they sent extras as compensation. I'll give it one more try to see if things improve.

Ordered via the app, app said pizza delivered but it wasn't. Contacted the store only to be told the app has problems. The food order is now late and the store unable to help. Poor service.

I ordered a sizzling Hawaiian and got just ham and pineapple wasn’t as pleasant. I use Pizza Hut often on just eat but was really unsatisfied tried to ring the restaurant but no answer. I will try again as I have a discount for my five purchases but will probably be my last if the sane

£22 for really disappointing food, which is surprising for pizza hut. My pizza was bland, all I could taste was the tomato base. Also, it was lukewarm. We'll be avoiding this place in future.

Missing two icecreams that should of come with the cookies. Paid five pound for a salad which came in a prepackage container that was not worth fiver. First time ordering, not impressed.

I ordered a pizza over 2 hours ago. Says will be delayed for another 5 mins but that was half hour ago😡 waiting almost 2 hours. Restaurant not picking up phone and still no food arrived! That is the first and very last time i order anything in this restaurant!

We are regular customers to Pizza hut. Their pizza is one of the best in the UK. We had two medium size half and half pizza and they were very tasty. The beef sizzler is my favourite whereas its the margarita who my partner likes the most. The cheesy nachos is my favourite side and its so delicious. Their delivery is always on time as it was today. The Prices gone up by a bit for the same pizzas that we used to have (hence a missing star).

Horrific experience My order was marked as delivered on their tracking system, despite nothing showing up. I called to check and got told it had just been sent for delivery. 20 mins later there’s still no sign of my order so I phone again. The manager answers this time to try and say it’s out for delivery again. The order never arrived, the manager refused to give me his name or a refund. Not even an apology. Avoid at all costs and stick to dominos. Shameful service

Non delivery and restaurant personnel tell me its my fault as they show their driver as delivered. Very rude service.

Tasteless pizza, really lack flavour and any texture. Dough is tasteless. There was also no taste in the toppings and pizza saus. I m never buying from pizza hut again. Like Italy it's time for pizza hut to close in uk.

I’ve ordered a large pizza that costed £22 , £22 for nothing it wasn’t large at all ,waste of money,in other places for £22 you get much more .This was the last time i’ll from pizza hut,i don’t recommend this place if u want a large or even a medium pizza.

I did enjoy the Pizza and Nachos. The Salad looked ok, but wasn't really full up in the packaging. There wasn't alot in there. However, i would order again. And the Delivery Man was very Friendly and Polite. :-)

The pizza was tasty, but sometimes people can be a bit neglected when waiting in the reception area. Good customer service when there is someone to serve, and I can wait 10 minutes for a tasty pizza :)

Left outside on the driveway in the cold. Didn’t knock the door or ring the bell. Food was freezing by the tire I went to look for it.

Staff are really nice and the food is really well done its definitely worth the money if you want to treat your self to a pizza.

I ordered online and the delivery was so fast! There was a mistake with my order in which they put in my order twice but I was given no extra charge and the delivery driver was so gracious in his explanation.

Can't really go wrong with pizzahut. You know what your getting and 98% of the time they get it right. Always enjoy this place as a treat.

It was disappointing that I specified please ring the doorbell as I am hearing impaired (it is a special doorbell). The delivery driver knocked on the door. It was lucky that I did hear him. When I asked him why he had knocked, he said he didn't read the delivery instructions!!! Please train your drivers to be aware of issues like these. Thank you Pizza wa slovely

pizza was not cut a tall was nasty the tire and share was over cooked on top and rare on bottom ,the only bit i like was ice cream white choc very nice ,i,m so sorry not order ever again twice i be let down by you

Delicious pizza with fluffy dough.

We Normally love pizza hut but when u get two for Tuesday and one pizza is burnt and the other has no cheese it kinda puts u off ! Such a shame.

Shirley pizza hut is fine.....BUT whatever you do dont go to the one in Eastleigh......just dont do it.
