Very dry and tasteless. NEVER AGAIN!

Horrendous never arrived and told me it had arrived what’s wrong with you people

took them over an hour just to make a pizza and a a couple sides and then arrived cold, I don’t blame the driver as he delivered it quit quickly once he finally got the .

Ordered Texan BBQ. Only 2 slices had BBQ sauce. And the chicken wings tasted raw. Don't bother.

Absolutely terrible service, i orded £30 worth of food that never arrived, after calling the hut over 15 times with no pick up, i used the online help to raise a case, they deemed it as the food was delivered and refused to refund or redeliver, i have never experienced such a hostile company that out right stole from me, i would never eat from here again, pizza hut has lost one loyal customer. Literally day light robbery, AVOID AT ALL COST.

It's absolutely the worst pizza hut ever. Staff are rude, took like 45 minutes to cook us like 2 pizzas. Then they got the order wrong! When challenged, they said it was my fault. I should've noticed it was wrong before they processed the order. It's just absolutely the worst pizza hut ever. If I could rate it lower I absolutely would!

Quick delivery and food was hot and tasty.

Shocking pizza, will not be ordering again. Toppings have slid off the pizza, as was delivered on a bike.

If you want cold food delivered this is the place to go and when you highlight it to management you get nothing but rudeness and excuses and to make matters worse they replace a pizza colder than the first one delivered

Awful service from the customer care, the restaurant messed up my order and they’re refusing a refund, they offered a voucher for a value lower than the order which is of no use to me as I don’t want to order again. Talking to customer service is like talking to a bot, they just repeat the same thing over and over not acknowledging anything I’ve said

I would like to emphasize my disappointment regarding my recent order at Pizza Hut. I placed an order and paid for delivery, only to find out that the refund will take several days. This made the delivery service experience uncomfortable and fell short of my expectations. Furthermore, the conversation with the shift manager was very unpleasant. The manager not only refused delivery to my address but also spoke to me rudely, not allowing me to express my concerns. He repeated the same information without understanding my situation. Additionally, the delivery person refused to bring the pizza to the door of my building, which was confusing, especially considering that I pay for the delivery out of my own pocket. The lack of this information on the website and the requirement for me to go to the delivery person was unacceptable, and unfortunately, it made my experience with Pizza Hut negative. I hope such situations will not occur in the future.

Missing items from order. Driver had forgotten it before leaving. Called the restaurant and was told there was nothing he could do for me. Very dissatisfied with the customer service

The best pizza hut in northampton. Amazing pizzas each time. We keep going there every weekend . My kids love it. Staffs are very friendly. Not like some other shops with serious faces 10/10 any time. Highly recommended

pizza was nice however garlic bread was burnt and freezing cold.

My experience was terrible the food was awful it was near cold by the time it arrived and the ice cream was melting and the driver was awful and had a bad attitude towards me when he finally turned up because he couldn't find my address when he clearly had a satnav for directions he was aggressive I won't be buying from that pizza hut again anytime in the future

The worst looking i have ever seen - not eating it

Let me first say that I always give my honest review as I previously left a review for another company who twisted the truth to their own ends. This is the first time ordering from this Franchise and I am really impressed. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Ordering on line was so easy, the payment process easy and the Pizza was delivered at the time stated and hot and may I say really tasty with plenty of topping. Not forgetting the delivery driver who was so nice and friendly. Would I Order again, yes yes yes.

Every time we order pizza from Sixfields and we are happy with them. First time when we order from James Road and would be last one, we are so disappointed as is not at all same pizza from Sixfields Pizza Hut.

The meal tonight was disgusting. Asked for cheesy garlic and got plain. The pizzas wher so thin when you picked up a slice it just flopped. It certainly wasn't classic crust. And to top ot off it was nearly cold. Basically a waste of money as went in bin. I usually love your pizzas but I don't think I will bother ordering again unless you sack your chef!!!

Tried ringing 7 times for the to ignore rhe phone. I usually get from here, didn't want to place an order online and pay incase they were shut as they didn't answer the phone.

Misery in the store and serving at the store is disrespectful

Spoke to a very rude person - after waiting 1 hour for delivery (even though estimate time was 30-45 minutes). Wasn't apologetic and informed me it would be at least an hour and a half. The excuse was a lack of drivers and that at this point the pizza hadn't even been made. I informed Domino's can deliver within 1 hour - the staff member told me to order from Domino's instead - and further stated that I ordered from Pizza Hut because I prefer their pizza - which is not true. Clearly a very rude, arrogant person. Will not order from Pizza Hut again.

Both pizzas arrived hot and exactly how ordered however if you order dips check before driver leaves as I had ordered 2 but only received 1. This was the only thing that’s let them down as it has happened previously, disappointing when you pay extra for the dips as they are classed as ‘extras’.

I got held up on m25. Babysitter was stuck with hungry children so I did the £25 deal from my car and it arrived at home in 25 mins. Babysitter happy, children happy, parents happy when we got back to find they'd saved us a piece! Yum. So easy.

I found two hairs in the Chicken pizza and 8 hairs in the The Meaty one! None of the pizzas were sealed as usual. I put them in the bin straight away as seeing them made us gag and called The Hut. Spoke to the manager that very adamantly told me that he needs to see the hairs himself. I said that's ok, you can have the bag and look in it. I would not touch that again for nothing in the world. I thought it was a mistake at the 1st one but seeing the 2nd one almost full of hair was smth else. I cannot believe this is the standard you have in that Hut. Horrifying. As the manager was treating this whole thing like it was somehow my fault i thrrw away the pizza, i told him i just wanted him to know not to make other people gag like me. Shameful really Been a customer for 6 years. Never again.

Order was late over an hour, when I called them 5min after it should have been delivered I was told there was 15min delay but was waiting over an hour. Kids had to have different food as it was late

Absolutely rude phone service. Phoned up about a complaint because our pizzas that were ordered were not the ones we ordered. The person was shouting, cutting me off and after I asked to speak to someone else, suddenly everyone are busy. No help whatsoever! Never ordering from that brunch again. Absolutely disgusted.

The food was delivered 2 and half hours late and it was cold by the time it was delivered. The driver couldn’t find where the address was and then I had to walk about 10 minutes to get it from the delivery guy. Very unhappy with the service.

The food was delivered way too early, I asked for a specific time slot due to my lunch and it came about an hour early! And I also asked for no garlic on the crust... yep you guessed it... covered in garlic powder 😞

Sent me the wrong pizza, ordered a mighty one, received pepperoni

Poor, ordered my food over 2 hours ago now still hasn’t turned up. They’re claiming my order is lost somehow (how do you lose a pizza) and now I have to wait for them to make another pizza and deliver it. Ridiculous.

Delivery service was great, called to let me know he was outside, left it at the door and even waited until I collected it! However, the pizza tasted really bland, all the slices were stuck together, and it was just sitting in grease. Not quite how I remember my pizzas at Pizza Hut restaurants. Not much you can do for grease, but not very appetising unfortunately!

Just ordered a kebab meal for 2 and a single kebab with x2 bottles of coke a x1 can of coke x1 can of 7up and a 500ml of vanilla ice cream to receive no bottles of coke x2 cans of Pepsi and x1can of coke and a different flavoured ice cream.

The food was delivered hot and very delicious I did call the restaurant and was explained it would be late due to a very high validity of orders the delivery times would be 1-2hours later than usual and to keep that in mind when next ordering

Wasn’t what we ordered and couldn’t eat it

Service very slow ...stood waiting to order for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me ...even worse at Kingsley branch ...same night I stood waiting for 15 mins and walked out in the end as no one wanted to serve me ...seemed they were more interested getting the phone orders out

Ordered a £20 meal 2 pizza garlic bread n then chicken wings n then extra pizza 4 £6 n we only got the 3 pizza so phoned n they sent the chicken wings n no garluc bread

Ordered at 7.20 it’s now 9.04 and the food still isn’t here. This order was transferred to the Brackmills branch. I rang up to be told another 30 mins to deliver from Brackmills to hardingstone.

Food arrived very late after time given. Called the store who told me they didn't have my order and that I should call another Pizza Hut. Explained that they were the one I ordered from and they had a go at me saying they were too busy to talk to me and that it's my responsibility to work it out. After phoning around, I discovered that the store I ordered with had sent my order elsewhere but no one informed me of this. Luckily the store they sent it to provided a free desert as an apology. I am extremely impressed with the Pizza Hut in Brackmills, Northampton, but the Northampton West store was extremely rude and will never order from there again.

A pleasant place to eat delicious pizza, but only after a repair in the middle of the meal did they start sweeping the floor, which is unacceptable in a pizzeria like Pizza Hunt.
