Pizza was nice i ordered vegitable pizza and the delivery boy is also humble and clam and he cam with in time and the delivery boy is vansh

Food was very nice and the delivery man Vansh was also nice and nice in behaviour so I m happy with it and I also gone for collection and the manager rushi was also nice and well managed store and clean

Called to order and collect to be told they won’t make the food till we get to the shop (what’s the point in calling then?) Then the lady on the phone proceeded to lie about how long the food would take to be ready. If they’re going to make customers have to come in to order why not get some tables and chairs with it?

We ordered 3 x pizza on the app, turned up wrong phoned up, and the lady left the phone on the side for 10 mins so hung up and called back got a guy who atleast answered us wouldn't send out correct pizza unless we paid for it, even though the one we paid for was incorrect. Between the app and the store something went wrong and they weren't interested at all. So we're stuck with a load of margherita pizza. And the hut not interested . Whether it's the app which is tricky to use or the staff but they weren't to keen to resolve our issue. It's a shame, have to go back to Dominoes as they don't get orders wrong

the last 3 orders were wrong and this time food missing I called the branch he said go online and request a refund which is impossible I called back he said what can I do for you so I suggested the two magnum deal which is 4.00 the chicken was £6.45 he then said that call when I order next and offerd his personal number and he will sort it next time ill never remember just refund me the chicken meal thank you

Absolutely Terrible Hut! Staff are rude and don’t care, they will constantly tell you blatant lies when asking for an update. Last two deliveries have been 2 hours and last time when food arrived it was inedible. Please do yourself a favour and choose another Pizza shop in Banstead. Completed an online complaint and offered a £20 voucher absolutely not!

Lovely little pizza takeaway and delivery. Spotlessly clean and the staff are amazing. They are meticulous with your order and, maintain the standard of food each time we have taken away and they are really quick. If you like your pizza hut pizzas, and you are in the area, go here.

Missing item when delivered, denied they had my order details, then passed round and on hold for 25mins, drove to restaurant and got to shop whilst still on hold, said wouldn’t replace the missing item. Disgraceful and absolutely no customer service. Then claimed whole order was given to delivery driver so now admitting they had my order. Don’t use this place, it’s cheaper elsewhere anyway

First time I used here I vowed never again. Last year for some reason we ended up ordering from here again, and it’s now our favourite takeaway. New team and manager very friendly, pizzas are always delicious and always ready within the time frame it states on the app

The man and lady in this pizza hut are fantastic thay bend over backwards for you as kids are fussy and always smileing food is always hot and tasty thank you for your servise

Hands down the best Pizza Hut branch I’ve been to. I keep coming back for Rushi his service is the best every time we come he treats us with so much care and never fails to make me feel special. He puts love in the food he makes and caters it to what we want exactly. He explains to us any exciting offers and even brings chairs out for us to eat! The only Pizza Hut I will be going to is this one!

Just ordered a pizza last night actually ordered really late about ten minutes before close and the lovely lady said the driver was finished. I asked please or could you bring it on your way home being a bit cheeky. I’ve ordered a few times and the pizza has generally tasted like a strange combination of cardboard with lots of pepper, not at all like Pizza Hut should. Orders have been incorrect on more than one occasion and when you attempt to contact them about this the staff and especially the manager are rude and not at all helpful. The last time I ordered they wouldn’t even talk to me, hung up the phone and wouldn’t answer it again! I’ve given them a second chance before but never again. Avoid!!

Excellent delivery service from Rishi! Very polite, friendly and fast. Food was great too! Tried the new yorker pizza for the first time- really nice dough and plenty of toppings. Will be ordering from Banstead store again!

Disgusting! They sent me gone off cookie dough that smelt like sour milk as soon as I opened the box. No care in the world, offered to send a replacement which is still not here 2 hours later. Why lie?

Went to collect my order and straight away greeted by Mr Ravel who was friendly. I asked for a slight change to my order, very last minute and Mr Ravel was happy to help and delivered the food quickly. The pizzas were the best tasting pizzas from a Pizza Hut we have had before, fresh, hot and perfectly made. Thank you Mr Ravel and to his team, we will be making Banstead Pizza Hut our new place to go for take away!

Tried this place when it first opened, left a review for it then. Going onto my other review account to be able to leave another, more updated review. Quick sum up from last time I ordered here, had to wait nearly 2 hours for it to arrive, had food pieces missing. They then started ignoring my calls after answering the first one. My partner left work to get the remaining items as I couldn’t as I was in crutches. Service was atrocious. This time, the website was saying delivered after waiting nearly an hour for it. So we called them, they said it hadn’t even left their shop. It arrived and one of the pizzas was slightly burnt while the other was slightly cold, like they had had one sitting under heat for a while to keep it warm, accidentally burning it, and just left the other one sitting out. Don’t know if this issue is do to with a lack of drivers or a lack of co-ordination from the shop itself. This time at least all of our ordered items arrived, but we literally only ordered two pizzas and a drink this time round. Absolutely no sympathy from the workers on the phone, kept talking over and interrupting my partner. Absolutely no compensation from them, not even an apology. Definitely won’t be coming back here again. Such a shame as this one has taken over my old local, coulsdon. From now on, will just be calling coulsdon Pizza Hut directly, that one is miles and bounds better than this one, and never has bad service.

Atleast the guy showed up after 40 mins with the correct receipt but the wrong food. After 20 mins holding on the phone with no one answering going to have to just do a chargeback and get food elsewhere

Update since my original post: This Pizza Hut has improved a lot since my last review. Food arrived on time, perfect pizza and very friendly delivery driver. Keep it up @ Pizza Hut Banstead Drivers gets lost..trying to deliver to the wrong house, in the next road. When i phone up to complain, i'm then told quite rudely that the driver is at my house!! Even though i'm standing at my front door. Arrived after 20 minutes. Apologetic driver, but very rude staff at the Hut, basically calling me a liar..telling me the driver was at the correct address, when clearly note. I have to say, the pizza is perfect quality - shame about the very poor customer service when phoning the branch. A customer, who is standing at his front door is more likely to have the correct address, than a clearly inexperienced delivery driver.

This was me collecting my pizza from Banstead. Really friendly staff, chatty and nice, had the order ready really quickly. Pizza was great so all good.

Pizza was one hour late so it was cold by the time it came. The pizza itself was nice.

Ordered online Delivery never game between time frame (ordered 85 mins before) called them 5 times no response over a 25 min period Walked round to the shop staff said there was an order on system and have not processed it. This is the worst order experience I've ever experienced. My order took well over 2 hours to arrive and in the meantime, my calls to the Banstead branch were being ignored. I have important things to do tomorrow and needed to be in bed earlier. I should have checked the reviews first. If you're about to make an order online from this branch, I'd seriously consider taking my money elsewhere. It's not just about customer service at this point, I think whoever is running the branch not only lacks competency but also doesn't have an ounce of good morals, I'd feel somewhat guilty making customers wait without updating them of any issues. Update: The second order (a week later) using the credit I was given after my complaint on email arrived in good time and was perfect.
