I ordered pizzas for a party from Pizza Hut Banstead. Manager Rushi's Service is excellent! Food was ready on time, good deals and everyone liked the pizza. Everything was spot on! I will recommend Pizza Hut Banstead to everyone!

Disgusting! They sent me gone off cookie dough that smelt like sour milk as soon as I opened the box. No care in the world, offered to send a replacement which is still not here 2 hours later. Why lie?

Went to collect my order and straight away greeted by Mr Ravel who was friendly. I asked for a slight change to my order, very last minute and Mr Ravel was happy to help and delivered the food quickly. The pizzas were the best tasting pizzas from a Pizza Hut we have had before, fresh, hot and perfectly made. Thank you Mr Ravel and to his team, we will be making Banstead Pizza Hut our new place to go for take away!

Tried this place when it first opened, left a review for it then. Going onto my other review account to be able to leave another, more updated review. Quick sum up from last time I ordered here, had to wait nearly 2 hours for it to arrive, had food pieces missing. They then started ignoring my calls after answering the first one. My partner left work to get the remaining items as I couldn’t as I was in crutches. Service was atrocious. This time, the website was saying delivered after waiting nearly an hour for it. So we called them, they said it hadn’t even left their shop. It arrived and one of the pizzas was slightly burnt while the other was slightly cold, like they had had one sitting under heat for a while to keep it warm, accidentally burning it, and just left the other one sitting out. Don’t know if this issue is do to with a lack of drivers or a lack of co-ordination from the shop itself. This time at least all of our ordered items arrived, but we literally only ordered two pizzas and a drink this time round. Absolutely no sympathy from the workers on the phone, kept talking over and interrupting my partner. Absolutely no compensation from them, not even an apology. Definitely won’t be coming back here again. Such a shame as this one has taken over my old local, coulsdon. From now on, will just be calling coulsdon Pizza Hut directly, that one is miles and bounds better than this one, and never has bad service.

Atleast the guy showed up after 40 mins with the correct receipt but the wrong food. After 20 mins holding on the phone with no one answering going to have to just do a chargeback and get food elsewhere

Update since my original post: This Pizza Hut has improved a lot since my last review. Food arrived on time, perfect pizza and very friendly delivery driver. Keep it up @ Pizza Hut Banstead Drivers gets lost..trying to deliver to the wrong house, in the next road. When i phone up to complain, i'm then told quite rudely that the driver is at my house!! Even though i'm standing at my front door. Arrived after 20 minutes. Apologetic driver, but very rude staff at the Hut, basically calling me a liar..telling me the driver was at the correct address, when clearly note. I have to say, the pizza is perfect quality - shame about the very poor customer service when phoning the branch. A customer, who is standing at his front door is more likely to have the correct address, than a clearly inexperienced delivery driver.

This was me collecting my pizza from Banstead. Really friendly staff, chatty and nice, had the order ready really quickly. Pizza was great so all good.

AVOID!!! Over 2 hours late Staff couldn’t care less we called 3 times and each time was told it’s about to go in the oven. Dominoes all the way!!!

Ordered online Delivery never game between time frame (ordered 85 mins before) called them 5 times no response over a 25 min period Walked round to the shop staff said there was an order on system and have not processed it. My food hasn’t arrived? I’ve tried called 3 times.

This is the worst order experience I've ever experienced. My order took well over 2 hours to arrive and in the meantime, my calls to the Banstead branch were being ignored. I have important things to do tomorrow and needed to be in bed earlier. I should have checked the reviews first. If you're about to make an order online from this branch, I'd seriously consider taking my money elsewhere. It's not just about customer service at this point, I think whoever is running the branch not only lacks competency but also doesn't have an ounce of good morals, I'd feel somewhat guilty making customers wait without updating them of any issues. Update: The second order (a week later) using the credit I was given after my complaint on email arrived in good time and was perfect.

Pizza was due to arrive an hour and a half ago. Have been trying to phone the store for 45 minutes with the line just ringing with no answer. Absolutely terrible service.

Waiting over an hour from expected delivery time and guess what it STILL hasn't arrived we only ordered one pizza. Why bother having a tracking service which doesn't update. Tried phoning the store and no one picks up.

They do not have enough drivers. Pizza hut needs to pay their staff better or employ more of them because the shop has rung me after ive placed an order to tell me its going to be well over an hour and then the driver asked me if i could just go and pick it up myself since hes so busy. Its so bad its comical. Always the same thing with banstead. Sort it out.

Everytime I order from here the food takes well over an hour and a half to come and when you call to ask where it is they hardly ever pick up the phone. Both Papa John's and Domino's deliver to me within 45 minutes. Ridiculous.

This is the 3rd time now our pizza has arrived with the dough undercooked, such a shame we love Pizza Hut! I did try giving them the benefit of the doubt the 2 previous times but this is reoccurring and not on. 2 slices out of 2 large pizzas have been eaten!

First time using Just Eat and easy ordering & delivery on time. Disappointed with food though - paid extra £1.80 for mushrooms & there were none (need to work out how to get money back for this), was also expecting a bit more cheese on the pizza & garlic bread, lots of pepperoni though

Ordered an item and was sent the smaller size so I rang the store only to be told they don’t have any drivers to delivery the correct item that I paid for and was told to come and collect the item myself even though I paid for delivery and the mistake wasn’t mine and not once was I offered a refund or replacement and I got the impression the guy didn’t care that the item was wrong he’s got his money so it’s tuff luck on me so over all just poor customer service and made me not want to order from pizza hut ever again so well done

We ordered the new pizza melt.. it was very dry with barely any filling. We also ordered a meatfeast pizza which was also dry and chewy. Won’t be ordering again

DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered food with an ETA of 30-40 mins. After 40 mins passed, called to ask when food would be delivered and was told it would be another 30 minutes. I said this was unacceptable and asked for a refund, and was met with evasive and rude manoeuvring by the person on the phone who refused, so I’ve now escalated to their Head Office.

All items were delivered apart from one item that was replaced by another without informing. Potato wedges were delivered instead of salad bowl.

I rang and was told it was on the way 20 mins later still no delivery! Shocking should I have to pay for this poor service? I ordered it over a hour and 15 mins ago

AVOID! Came to my door with one tub of ice cream (I paid for two) and it was the wrong flavour and in liquid form where it had melted. I asked for what I ordered and Driver has disappeared, not come back and now they are shut for the night. Not happy!

Ordered food at 6:40, received at 8:30. Food was lukewarm and congealed when it arrived. Avoid ordering from here as it’s apparent the staff don’t care about anything

I ordered my food at 7.40 and hasn’t even turned up yet nearly 2 hours later. The food was cold which is not surprising after 2 hours . I’m not happy and I want a full refund. The restaurant was rude and not very helpful when called twice. I’m appalled at this service and I will not be eating from Pizza Hut again.

We ordered extra dip and never received them, 2 pizza was supposed to be bbq base and came with tomato, also one pizza wasn’t cut

Tried to check for updates but restaurant did not pick up. The food delivered was incorrect, using violife cheese when regular cheese was ordered. The base was also not fully cooked and the drink orders were incorrect.

Very bad, had to ring the restaurant twice. Poor poor service, no apologies no explanation.

Have ordered a couple times with the new Pizza Hut now. Both delivery and collection has been great! Delivery arrives within the estimated time and pizza has been delicious! All staff are very friendly also! Definitely recommend this branch and will continue to order from here.

The chicken sides were nice but pizzas are quite poor unfortunately. Had a lot of problems with this place. Delivered wrong food and pizza was so dry, no sauce on the base. Needs much more sauce to give it flavour.

I had problems ordering online so I called them and explained what happened. The first time, I was put on hold for 15 minutes so once i hung up I called again after about 5 minutes. This time, they wouldn't even listen claiming they are very busy and hung up straight after. I understand this is a new buisness but very dissapointing start to what looks like a very short stay.

This place is giving Pizza Hut a bad name as it’s run by amateurs! Manager needs managing… use dominoes or Papa Johns and if desperate for a hut go to Epsom.

Never received the food so can't comment on the quality. Not Pizza huts fault but Just eat never delivered the food so receiving the lowest score available.

Ordered from here 3 times and the service is really bad pizzas delivered late 2 times so I went to pick up the 3rd one and stood at the reception for 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged my presence in the store. Absolutely terrible and a waste of time, would not recommend.
