Pizza Hut Delivery in Mid Sussex

Good Pizza fast delivery and it was still hot 👍🏻

Today i try to order a pizza there was a man who stand outside in front of the door picking his nose was so disgusting and the man wear a glass and soon I saw him go inside without washing his hnd it’s make me feel sick will never order there

Had to leave a review, bloke behind the counter with the tattoo on his neck making the pizzas and serving was the happiest, most polite and kind person I've seen in a while! If I could give 10 stars out of the 5 I would! Keep smiling fella and making people's day! Best customer service I've seen from someone in a long time! Bloke deserves some praise.

Just like to say how amazing the gentleman on the phone I spoke to called Thomas was really great customer service and makes me want to come back more.

Ordered a few pizzas for a children’s birthday party and ordered with 24hrs notice, the food was 45 minutes late and the children were hungry and the children were late home, The staff didn’t answer the phone and when they did they said they were busy and hang up, so rude! I will never use this place again

Ordered from here to be delivered to my truck and had a call from a very happy polite fella letting me know they were out of my dessert. He offered me a replacement or refund, obviously I took the replacement as its dessert and he swapped my little bottle of tango for a large one for the inconvenience. Food was spot on too 👌

Ok so I would never buy full price when working but with the collection deals good value for money and the counter staff were the most polite at this location.

Taste 10/10 price 11/10 and quick delivery! Very recommended

Really not happy, food wasn't hot at all and wrong size given to me to what we ordered and the side we ordered was totally wrong as well..... come on guys sort it out as its not on....

Arrived 45 mins late was lukewarm and some of the slices were stuck to the box, have not had a pizza from there for a while and won't be in a hurry to get another

Appalling service, staff are rude and simply just don’t care.

The food taste good but the delivery is a nightmare....they run out of products and change your order without calling you 1st to ask you...its happened on more than 3 occations and when you call to complain staff are rude and dont care....complaint to head office but things haven't changed there...suprised as there is now so much compatition for pizza places in EG....We will never use Pizza Hut again

Most of those reviews with 5 stars are fake, especially the one that says it's a restaurant, you can't eat there it's a take away.

Friendly staff and good customer service

Told my food would be 10-15 min. Went to kfc to get other food came back after 20 min and waited only to be told sorry we lost your order and you'll need to wait. Meanwhile my other food went cold waiting.

Pizza was late, and upon calling the restaurant, I was spoken to rudely and hung up on. Would not recommend.

dreadful save yourself the trouble and go straight to domino 's . pizza didn't turn up now waiting 14 days for a refund . totally not acceptable. disgusting !

Great service always a prompt delivery, with friendly staff.

Ordered online for collection, meant to be ready in 20 min! Arrived and still had to wait 10 minutes for them to catch up on orders. Waiting area bench is horrifically uncomfortable, just a few strips of metal. Pizza is generally good though, shame about the excessive wait.

Horrible pizza i ordered it realy lets it down the one in crawley and three bridges are good but this is dog go dominoes or real pizza company

Really nice pizza, much lighter on the stomach. Tasty as well. Picked it up and drove 15 minutes and it was still hot. Really friendly and brilliant staff who always try and help you get the best deal. 10/10 would buy pizza from again! :)

Great pizza best I've had in East Grinstead, they do deliver You just have to call them and place an order.

Trust me you don't want them to deliver! ! Had one pizza delivered and was soggy put it down to a bad pizza it happens but now have ordered for a second time and Worst pizza I have ever had it was soggy and tasted bland that was even after I put it back in the oven for 15 minutes! ! If you want something editable go to dominoes

Sorry guys but you are 3.4 miles away... dominos are a few doors down in the same high street and deliver to my door. You are missing out on a big opportunity as I know many people on the same postcode would order from you with your competitive prices. Problem is you won't deliver and they will. When u can't drive or don't want to leave your home that's when they win over choice. I hope you change this soon as I'd personally love to order from you now you are in the area but il take what is available even if I do regret the cost. Likewise you may regret that I could be putting in an order for up to 12 people at a time on some occasions

Internet site don't deliver but had something through the door saying otherwise
