How difficult is it to get the order right? There is ALWAYS something missing. Failing that, I've asked for 4 cookies and you've sent 4 pineapple pops; where is the logic? If you don't have something in stock, take it off of your website!

Ordered around 5.15 for delivery at 6.30. Kept getting notifications of delay after delay. Tried to call but no-one picked up. The food eventually arrived at gone 8pm. It was cold and tasted completely wrong. I wish I'd read the reviews on Tripadvisor first which were almost all one star. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE.If ever a place deserves to be shut down, this is the one.

‼️AVOID AVOID AVOID ‼️ I think this is the worst KFC I have ever used. I have eaten KFC across many restaurants both in the UK and abroad, however this restaurant genuinely stands alone, and I mean this is worse than a KFC in the USA that made me and my friends physically sick… To clarify, I am reviewing this ‘restaurant’ based on orders that my partner and I have made from the KFC app as well as the JustEat app, delivered. - On multiple occasions now the restaurant have missed things off the order. For example; one time they missed two entire burgers off - from the JustEat exclusive “2 Fillet Burgers & 2 Signature Fries for £10” deal - I got the fries but no burgers - there was only 1 other thing on the order so how can they miss off the burgers? ….. the key part of the meal!? - The Rice Box with an extra Zinger fillet (for extra money) came with only 1 chicken fillet! So I was left feeling ripped off, additionally there was little to no sauce included. Two key parts of the meal missing… things I PAID for… - A Fillet burger I once ordered had a rock solid bun, and I mean as if it had been sat for hours under the hot plate. I could crumble it in my hands as if it was sand. Not appetising at all - not a soft bread bun like I have had from other KFCs. To make things worse though, inside the bun was Ketchup! Where was the Mayo and Lettuce that makes it a Fillet Burger? …it isn’t meant to have ketchup! - even I know that and I don’t work there! - I have had drinks missing from delivery orders too. Say no more on that… pretty self explanatory. - Also it is frequently ridiculously long wait times - I once waited 2 hours for my order off the KFC app, when it arrived it was stone cold! I complained to get a refund but had to microwave it to reheat the food so as to not waste it! To anyone considering using this KFC - Please do yourselves a favour and go to the Burgess Hill KFC instead. It’s loads better than Haywards Heath and only up the road. There is a bus that will take you from where the Haywards Heath one is, to Burgess Hill (in case you can’t drive) - it’s worth the trip. As a Haywards Heath resident - I will be going to Burgess Hill instead from now. I kept giving the Haywards Heath KFC the benefit of doubt, hoping they would get their act together and improve… but EVERY time I am left disappointed, feeling ripped off and like I have wasted my choice of takeaway treat. It’s a shame as it’s is my nearest but I will never use it again. Please - everyone… Steer clear of this KFC as it really is genuinely terrible! Go elsewhere!

Need more staff takes to long to get your food

I ordered food to be delivered 1 hour after the order and it was still 20 mins late.

I never got my order. I was given someone else’s order so I ran outside and gave it back to the driver. He still hasn’t returned with the correct order.

Had a bad experience before but thought I would give the benefit of the doubt and try again as it has been a while. Missing items from the order, this has happened on a previous order, food was barely lukewarm, burger had no sauce on it and bun was stale. Seems they are incapable of putting an order together correctly or put it together with their eyes closed.

Chips missing from every single meal… should have just gone to pick it up myself. Pointless service because if item missing it is not replaced now, with the meal.

KGC delivery chips as usual cold but soggy this time as well. All the chicken was also cold. The delivery time kept changing but it was later than originally advised

The order time perfect but the chips/fries way to much seasoning chicken cold lettuce was limp and brown just not to good today

Always sending fillet burgers and never the zinger burger when ordering, this isn’t a one time mistake it’s every dam time , honestly the staff don’t know the difference between the burgers I don’t know how much worse they can get, avoid

The food was quite hot but tasted nice. Not over kean on the spicy fries, would prefer them as just normal fries. There should be an option for that.

Oh dear KFC and Staff! Ordered to collect and despite pressing 'Collect' before I even parked up, I waited 30 mins to collect my order. 2 x young lads working hard front of house appeared completely miserable, not a smile to be seen. But worst of all are the one group of teenagers sat swearing, blatantly vaping, feet on the table etc without any drink or food in front of them. Where is the manager of this place to challenge this? Despite all this the food itself was hot and enjoyed! Such a shame the other things let this place down.

Dreadful meal. Every fried part was far too overcooked, dry and hard and the fries were way too salty. Would have been better off eating the £25 instead

Consistently poor poor poor food from KFC and abysmal service from just eat! Chicken all cold and stale! Nowhere near freshly cooked and as always missing half the order with refusal to refund!! From now on I will be actively avoiding this restaurant and also never using just eat again and I would strongly advise others to do the same! There are much better alternative options around!

very disappointed as food is cold, the gravy is turned upside-down so can't be used, ordered x3 3pc meal boxes and a separate portion of fries. All 3pc meals were in one box and there was no individual fries only received 3 portions instead of 4. Also we ordered 2 cans of Pepsi max and 1 bottle of water, we received 1 can of Pepsi max and 3 bottles of water. I'm very disappointed and would like to think you'd reimburse!!!

Me and my family love kfc, but every single time we order we are missing £20-30 of food and honestly its not acceptable, especially since refunds take 7 days to process and overall it is just inconvenient. A mistake is fine but it has been over 5 times consecutively that they have missed a large portion of the order, i even added in the order notes this time ‘Please remember all of our food’, and it is awful i even feel the need to write that and they STILL do not bring it all.

Consecutive 5 orders of kfc had atleast £20 of food missing each, do better! Even felt the need to add a note to make sure it doesnt happen, and it still did. Loyal family of customers lost and bad word of mouth. Fix it.

Should have looked at the reviews before ordering. Ordered on the website for a delivery order confirmed and money taken. Pushing on an hour later, contacted your hopeless customer services and they couldn't find my order Then contacted the branch I ordered it from to be told they are closed. Asked about refund and they gave me another number to call which was wrong. How the hell are you in business ????? Reply to your response:- Yet again you can't even read a review properly. As stated in my review I ordered through your website. I've tried speaking to people and communicated to you on X. How hard can it be to issue a refund. You have all my details? If you can no longer find my order then you've lost my payment details as well. Isn't that a GDPR issue???

Soulless ordering process with no staff interaction. Napkin Station completely bare. Long wait for food with items missing. Food was lukewarm and overpriced. Avoid this fast food place if you're in Haywards Heath.

After spending £50 on a group order, the person making up the order must either be high or asleep, because they managed to forget 3 items, 8 hot wings, a 7 up can and a wrap, and gave me two gravy instead of gravy and beans. Ridiculous. One mistake I can understand, but 4?! Just eat only crediting me £5.69 credit so far, waiting for the rest. Jokers.

My dad did not get his food what going on

Took an hour to arrive even though the store is less than 1 mile away. The batter on the chicken was soggy and only covered about two thirds of it, the gravy was so thick it was almost solid & it tasted of nothing, and the sauce I ordered was missing. Never again.

I used to be able to get KFC delivered within 30 minutes maximum, and since moving to just eat, it has become a ridiculously long wait. Today I waited 50 minutes; I could have walked there and back in that time. This is the 3rd time it's taken 45 mins or more to arrive, and the journey from KFC to my flat is 2 mins in the car. Ridiculously long wait and not ordering again.

Every time we order something from here, there is something on the order that it wrong. I don't understand how difficult it is to read an order and put the correct items into a bag... not even a big order, it was 3 meals. Someone needs to train the staff

Went in you have to order on machine no choice. Asked for help. Didn't happen so me and my disabled son. Can't use it anymore. Vey unhelpful staff. Highly reccomend you don't use it very poor. Should think customer's will go elsewhere I certainly won't use anymore .

Took just eat nearly an hour to assign a driver after I was quoted a 10-15 minute wait time. I needed something quick as I had plans which I then was late to :( food was cold when it arrived and they gave me the wrong sauce. Quite disappointed
