I don't know what has happened to the Andover Pizza Hut! Whatever has happened, I think they've gone fully 'pre-made' corporate and it definitely shows. Their pizzas were rubbery and tasteless. We WERE ordering from them for ages. It had been a little while and thought we'd go for a treat! We went online like previous times! Noticed right away the menu had changed, not to mention our favourites were completely gone. Order history, gone! Wow ok this is not looking good! We got to the point where my husband and I both were struggling to do our pizzas!! We DID manage in the end, but what we got was SO awful!!! And ridiculously over price and SO NOT worth it!! What EVER they have done?? It's *awful* I think the chain itself has done something because we tried to go to the dine in restaurant in Amesbury and it was ridiculous (We left). However Andover Pizza Hut, major thumbs down, won't order from you guys again. Papa John's is our back up!! (Domino's is too sweet and they don't cook their bases long enough!)

OMG!!! What a pile of sloppy tasteless pizza, I say pizza reluctantly as I’ve had better in the value range at supermarkets. Don’t waste ur money please….

Ordered 3 pizzas but only 2 arrived. How hard can it be? Had to call to ask for the other one which then took 35 minutes to arrive, by which time mine was cold because I couldn't eat in front of my child. The "complimentary" ice cream was put on the box and was completely melted. Terrible service.

Genuinely horrific they give you the wrong food then begin shouting in a foreign language at you before telling you if you want a refund you have to contact head office 😂 which is total rubbish before they then eventually give you a refund in cash despite the fact you paid on card… which I suspect is because if they give a refund they have to produce a report on the reason it was given so for them to pull a couple of scrunched up 10r’s out their back pocket is more convenient. Whatever you do, go to dominos because this place is shocking.

What bad customer service, we ordered it for asap at 5:45, the earliest slot to book being 6:30. Estimated time being 6:25-6:35, phoned them at 6:45 because it still hadn't come, the woman on the phone said 5-6 minutes. 15 minutes later I phone again, still hadn't turned up, asked them how long it was going to be, she said 4-5 minutes, I then said, that's what you said 20 minutes ago. I then asked for some kind of discount because of how late it was. She then proceeded to hang up the phone whilst I was half way through talking. Really disappointed in how rude the woman on the phone was. Do not recommend at all.

Food was poor, literally dripping grease. Missing the side order that I paid for but got the free wedges which were soggy. Do yourself a favour and get a domino's!

Ordered 2 pizzas 2 sides, 1 drink. 1 pizza was correct, we ordered the new mac and cheese pizza which states no tomato sauce and just the cheese sauce, macaroni & crispy onions. First one we received no crispy onions on a tomato sauce base which completely ruined it. Rang up again stating online advises no tomato sauce, they said they would remake it and send again. Received it 20 mins later, 3/4 pizza filled with onion, very little macaroni.. And again a tomato sauce.. Which isn't supposed to be included and ruined it.

Food good. But delivery was late ordered food 19:20 told be here 20:10-20:30 arrived 21:15 really late very disappointed

The food that arrived was ok but I'm giving one star because even with just 3 things they managed to miss one off. Looking at a list of three things and counting three things as they're put into a bag shouldn't be hard.

Ordered online, received email confirmation and money taken from my account. Waited and no order, called and was told my order was not there and head office are not sharing the online orders and I should have called! Will get a refund via head office but didn't know when. Really poor service from the online service!!!! Will not use again

Went down to order from them was greeted by an empty desk some foreign women came out asked what I wanted barely understood any English then went and got another foreign women both stood there clueless had to bring up an order on my phone then they tried to both sort it. Then tried to overcharge me an extra 5 quid then asked why I didn't want it. Told them they were wrong. Useless service useless people never going to them again absolute waste of time felt like a needed google translate just to order a meal for me and my partner ...........

The food was so bad the box was wet from where the pizza was so greasy so gross the garlic bread with cheese was also stuck to the box like no effort went in to the meal was a waste of money

I clicked on mozzarella cheese but it came up with vegan cheese instead however for it to be vegan cheese vegan wasn’t ticket on the box which it doesn’t bother me because I’m not vegan but for someone who is that could become an issue.

Took an hour and 10 minutes to get 3 cookies dough delivered. When arrived it had missing ice cream. It’s not cookie dough without ice cream. That’s the only reason why we get it from here. When called Pizza Hut and you cant understand the management as they are not English !!!! Never again

hi my food was never delivered when the due time was 23:10, how do i receive a refund?

Beware of them they are scammers… rude manager tried to charge me an extra £1.49 delivery on top of £15 when the shop states as free delivery over £10.99 I am very cross with there service today, won’t let them get away with it I am hard as nails when I put my mind to it.

I ordered online at 19.42. website said my collection will be between 19.55 and 20.05 it took forever. The girl on the counter asked them 3 times for my order and it wasn't ready. But the deliveries were comming out whilst I waited, 3 of them came and went by the time I waited. I wanted a refund she went to ask and out of nowhere my order appeared. Funny how wanting a refund makes the order appear. Just a shame really although I did get garlic bread and a drink for the inconvenience it's still not the point.

I accidentally selected collection instead of delivery and hadn't realised. When I called the restaurant they swapped it over to delivery with no issues. The food then arrived really quickly and still really hot. Thankyou!

Quality and taste has gone downhill. Deep pan? More like thin crust. Very bland and dry.

20-30 min delivery. Took over an hour before I phoned. The guy said it was out for delivery now. Another 30 mins passed and I phoned again to cancel the order. Restaurant refused to cancel and refund me. I explained my kids are now going to bed as they have been so long. Restaurant very rude refusing a refund then put the phone down

Ordered the food at 4:10pm for ASAP delivery. App provided estimated delivery time 4:45-5:05pm. Called restaurant at 5:10pm who said it was out on delivery. Finally arrived at 5:30pm

I paid for extra 50p for BBQ sauce but I haven’t received it.

Food hasn't arrived its been over and hour and a half. It says its been delivered but it hasn't. Called the restaurant ages ago they said its out for delivery. Well I must live in space then because its taking a long time.

Driver called me and argued that my address was 101 and he had left the order outside the door. I advised my address was as per the order, number 1 and he hung up on me. Food did eventually end up with me put not happy with how rude he was.

Food arrived cold and driver swore and shouting at me.

Pizza was OK, not very warm, but delivery was very poor, took over an hour to be delivered. Very disappointed.

It’s now been 2 hours and 35 mins and it’s still not here It’s becoming a joke every time I call I get a different answer It’s now been out on delivery for 45 mins from what the manager told me so food will be cold if I could get my money back I would as I won’t eat any of it now as I’m going to bed

Actually, I wouldn’t even give a single star because their phone service is extremely poor, we repeated our order like 3-4 times and they didn’t understand a thing and they kept asking even though we had made everything clear.

Never turned up and the delivery driver yelled at me over the phone. Unacceptable.

The man couldn’t find my house, fair enough, he was round the corner and I said I’d wait outside. 15 mi utes later he’d given up and gone back to the shop without telling me - still stood on the doorstep. It came back half an hour later, cold and stodgy

Pizza is great, just like at a restaurant. The menu however, is limited. Only a couple of basic pizzas to choose from. Whish they had all the pizzas that are available at restaurants. That way maybe it wouldn't get boring after a few times...

When called to see where order was they replied we tried to contact you! But they couldn’t of contacted me as the didn’t take a number! Guy on the phone so rude aswell!

Ordered a double red velvet cookie and a single chocolate chip cookie and was only delivered a single cookie of each flavour but still paid an extra £4 for a double. Over charged and not given what we paid for.

Rang the restraunt just got sorry for delay will be there soon have been waiting for the delivery for over and hour and a half
