Life savers!!!! A&E run, not me, but still, I'm there. Start getting peckish, pop to subway, get to the till for the young lady to inform me there's no bread, so salads only. Shocked and confused about a sandwich shop that supplies a hospital can run out of bread, I think what's closest........ PizzaHut, quick Google check, and I've got 10 mins until closing. At pace, I risk life or limb for that pizza, darting across the busy 4 lane road I made it. Strolling in with 5 mins until closing, I am greeted by the main man, Jim. I let Jim know my predicament, explaining the no bread situation going on with Subway, and I wouldn't usually expect to be served this close to closing time. But Jim, the legend, said, "No worries, it might take a bit longer than usual, but we can do it! A large meat feast later, everyone is happy! Cheers Jim, not all heroes' wear capes!

I love Pizza Hut since they are the best restaurant ever.

Pizzas were lukewarm when delivered, and were both partly squashed at one end, with toppings fallen all over the box. I had expected better from Pizza Hut. It seems my faith was disappointingly misplaced.

Once again, there’s a missing item on our order. There should be 2 sides but we only got one.

What a lovely pizza. After years of playing hunt the toppings with Papa Johns, this was loaded. Crispy crust, well seasoned and a bargain. I will order here again.

Delivery driver on a push bike when all the way to another destination food is atone cold pizza hut told me he had left over an hour ago and order was placed at 17.30 and food arrived 19.30!!

I'm very disappointed. Hadn't used Pizza Hut for ages and wouldn't use them again. Incredibly dry, hardly any base sauce leaving the toppings to just fall off when picking up. It was not the nice dough base I remember and minimal cheese on top. Thumbs down from me, I'm afraid.

The pizza is good but unfortunately there’s some missing items on my order. I ordered a deal of large pizza with two sides and a drink. We only got the large pizza and one side. Other side and the 1.5L drink was missing. We don’t know if store forgot the other items or the delivery person. Called the shops and just told to get in contact with just eat regarding it.

Asked for a vegetraian meat plant based pizza, was told they only had pepper based pizzas left. I think they were too lazy to prepare it. Shame, as I go there once a week. Not anymore tho as I find the service poor and their customer service is lacking. Maybe they could try communicating better and offering valid alternatives. At the end of the day we the people are there customers. They seem to think they're just there to take to the money. Sad, they represent everything which is wrong with business nowadays.

Somehow they were early and late. Asked for my food for a certain time because I wasn't going to be home. Well the food came 15 minutes early but due to the restaurant and the driver not being able to read simple instructions they spent the next 15-20 minutes trying to find my flat. When the delivery driver eventually turned up I was greeted by him shouting at me because he couldn't find my flat. So after being shouted at by my rude driver. I decided to sit down and try to eat my food. Food was cold, dry and just not very nice. Barely any sauce on the pizza. Thought I'd give pizza hut a try for the first time in years. After this I will not be going back. And I will be spreading the word about this shocking service

The first order was cancelled as they gave it to someone who shouldn’t have taken it but had the code. However they called me about it, not telling me the order had been cancelled. I only found that out on the app. So I called again to see what was going on, no explanation as to why they didn’t tell me and no apology for the situation. The food quality wasn’t very high when it did arrive and wasn’t very hot

Ordered £80 worth of pizza for colleges leaving lunch. Been waiting 45 mins since delivery time, called restaurant several times before phone was answered, informed short staffed! Our lunch break is now over (we only get 30 mins) still no pizza and a ton of hungry staff!

Just outstanding in everything

I have ordered Pizza today which was pathetic. Pizza is completely rubbish. You can compare straight to uncooked dough. Pizza was pan pizza which was uncooked from centre and only margins or borders are cooked. Well which win for them. Atleast they tried to cook but did ony 10% of their Job. I always put good reviews as I count under Uk 10% finest google reviewer.I would recommend eating or delivering from Pizza hut London Road Branch. Hopefully they should upgrade their services.

I ordered a pizza over at 21 42 today only to be called by the driver who tells me he is outside when he is not. The driver went to the incorrect address and then tells me he is too far to deliver the pizza!! Its a nightmare to get through to the restaurant via the phone and when I do I'm told to call customer service and given a number when they know fullwell customer service is online!!! So in order to get a refund i have to wait 3 woeking days???????Absolutely poor

I placed an order and got no response back. We had missing bits from our order and should have got told or got a refund for it but we didnt get nothing back.

Credit where credits due. Usually avoid pizza Hut but went last Friday and the pizza was fresh outta the oven and was yummy. I was genuinely shocked lol nice job 👌

Just ordered from this shop for home delivery. Disgusting ice cream that I didn't order (Ben and Jerry's)but of course i paid for. I ordered magnum ice cream. This is not the first time an order has arrived wrong. I didnt appreciate the looks either. I've had enough, I won't be wasting my money ordering from this shop again.

Pizza was swimming in grease and the topping was just falling of due to this, never again order from here. This should be a premium pizza place for £20 a pizza. Would not of give them £1 what they delivered.

Absolutely comical. Deny they received my order then the driver gets lost trying to deliver an order they denied receiving. Lady on phone absolutely useless. Manager picks up the phone and says “yeah?”. Avoid avoid avoid. Pizza Hut customer care is just as bad. Sorry to hear of your problems but it will take 3-5 DAYS for us to respond. Appalling company.

Messed up my order by bringing me the wrong item, gave me chicken when I’m a vegetarian, tried to ring the store no answer. Currently speaking to customer service who are not helpful in the slightest.

Great stuff guys tonight - excellent customer service, on-time delivery with exactly what was ordered and a very tasty meal! Will be ordering again soon. Another 'Pizza night' a few weeks on and once again spot-on! All pizzas were delicious, piping hot and delivered earlier than what said online! As said above "will be ordering again soon"...! Back again with an even better review. Honestly perfect! Just like before, delicious, piping hot and a quicker delivery than what was said online. Cheers again and will be back!

Made a mistake through meerkat meals, apologised for mistake between collection and delivery. Our fault one way or another. Money taken and couldn't collect! Asked if it could be delivered to queen's hospital across the road as was going to go in the bin. Charming employee asked who was going to collect from a+e I said I don't know could someone not just work it out as I don't know their details! Pretty much laughed off the phone. No go 30 odd quid in your pocket! Lesson learned never again

Food was cold , cookie dough was cold and chicken strips looked undercooked

The app didn’t announce that the food was coming it just arrived without notice and the dessert missed out the side it was meant to come with, ice cream the most saveable part to the whole meal

Food was cold when it finally delivered. Ordered at 18.00 approx and it was estimated for delivery at 18.45pm. 18.55pm I asked for an update through the app as it had not arrived. No response. 19.05pm-19.10pm tried calling the restaurant 3 times and phone wasn't answered. Finally arrived at 19.20pm. No apology for lateness.

Always found this Pizza Hut decent. Being a Coeliac, I have limited options for pizza however Pizza Hut I've always found quite good. Never been ill after a takeaway there and they always seem to have the gluten free base in stock. Food always gets delivered quickly and still hot. I've always liked it, I know some chains can be a bit hit and miss with the food being under/overcooked etc, but more often than not I find this branch quite decent. They usually seal the boxes with a sticker to help prevent any cross contamination, and never slice it either, which is good.
