Pizza Hut Delivery in North Lanarkshire

my order was delivered early but I didn't get my d coke I ordered. will I buy from here again. probably not as there was no way of rectifying the shops mistake. not forking out money for it to be wrong

Order never delivered. I'm fuming.

Ordered at 6:41pm and I had to drive to collect an order that I had requested as a delivery. I picked up at 8:20pm

food arrived late and i was unable to get in contact with anyone for any updates on the order whatsoever

Order has not been delivered at all and was ordered 1 hour and 35 minutes ago

Dont order at Pizza Hut that's shy food

Absolutely shocking have been waiting 2 hours for delivery and still not showed up

I ordered 2 large pizzas a cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza, when my pizzas came they gave us a met feast pizza and Hawaiian pizza which was also a size small. We were ragin at this and when we tired to contact Pizza Hut no one would pick up the phone. Very upseting as this was our first time ordering here

cant even rate the food. ordered it online and got the notification it had arrived. to my horror, my pizza was not at my door, waiting to be scranned. i am deeply hurt by this.

I ordered a pizza for me and my friend and quite literally hours go by and yet still no pizza not only have I not got pizza but evidently my bank account no longer has £20 I am absolutely never ordering from this establishment again!

Order was never delivered. I phoned pizza hut delivery numerous times but it said no one was available to take my call. I’ve ordered from dominos and would appreciate a refund for the non delivery I was charged for- this is the 3rd time this has happened to me in 2 weeks.

Ordered stuff crust, paid extra. Got plain crust. Ordered nachos which came black cause they had been burnt that much. Not very happy

We received a horrendous delivery from this Pizza Hut. Wrong and missing items in the order. What we did receive was not fully cooked. The potato wedges were still rock hard in the middle, the pizza bases lol, they had about as much cook and colour on them as those part baked rolls you can get from tesco. Tried to call to complain but the only telephone numbers listed for them are either disconnected or put you to an automated answering service that just cuts you off after pressing any of the four options.

Food was 40 mins late and when it came all the food was cold , plus it was an Uber driving , was also unable to call the shop .

Garlic bread was very disappointing. Looked like a cheap store bought one. Tasteless. Pizza was lovely tho

absolutely disgusting pizza, soaked in oil and totally inedible. Just Eat were not interested in the photos that proved it.

delivery was prompt and friendly greetings from the driver. pizza and garlic bread was hot from the oven and was perfect for eating. no issues with the quality of the garlic bread as it was toasted to perfection. pizza was well made and plenty of pepperoni scattered around the top. all in all a very pleasant experience and great pizza. would order from this establishment again.

They either have no phone number anymore or just unplug the thing. Can't contact them about the website delivering to an old address but doesn't give you the option to update it. Then you can't call the store either. But they take your money no problem.

pizza was very dry and not cut properly, chips where cold.

Had a few beers went in for a pizza honestly didn’t know what was what staff looked at me like I was daft asked what she would recommended and gibbered pish (only way to describe it) just left and went for Chinese your loss Pizza Hut I’ll no be back

Phoned in order for collection, went to collect, wouldn't take cash, end result 2 large pizza and 2 sides went to waste, shocking behaviour, wasted 10 mile journey and wasted food,

Forced to order from here the other night , I'm not a fan of chain pizza places but remember going to pizza hut on corner of west Nile st when I was a kid and It was good so thought I'd give it a try. My wife wanted to risk it so we got 2 supreme pizzas and altered the toppings slightly. The guy arrived pretty much when expected and the pizzas looked good. We reckoned we would have a pizza each on first night and rest the next night as we usually do. These pizzas barely have any toppings on them and are not filling at all, I could have easily ate two on one sitting, which considering the price even with a special offer is deeply distressing. I think this explains why they are so successful like other chains. Never again, we could have ate a fresh pizza in a restaurant for the same money!

Ordered a large pan veggie supreme, I must admit its the best pizza I had in a while. Much better than dominos.

Don't do onion rings. Won't go back. End of!

Pizza Hut Airdrie. Ordered 6pm told 55min to 65min. At 7:10pm called and spoke to Manager Nic who was said a further 30min wait and was rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t offer anything extra as ‘If I offered everyone something extra that we disappoint we would go out of business.’ I have a recording of the call. When I said I was recording the call she hung up. Joke of a manager. Even the staff complained about her. Shame a great company like Pizza Hut is fronted by such a disgrace. X1 star and that’s only because there’s not a negative review option.

Dreadful!!!!!! One star is one too many for this takeaway, waited 2 hrs 30 minutes for an order that never arrived, after the 2nd call to see where my order was I was told it had been delivered, what a joke!!!

Great friendly service. Good pizza made fresh and plenty of variety available. Worth looking at special offers in shop. Decent price for quality good tasting pizza.
