Great Lunch , Lovely food and really nice staff, come in every week when I've been out shopping staff and manager all recognise us have a wee chat and always bring her tray to the table , lovely place.

I used the drive thru this evening after visiting a relative in hospital and Nadia who served me was an absolute delight from start to finish. Lovely manner, couldn't be any more pleasant and helpful and she genuinely cheered me up. Give her a raise or an extra holiday day or something, she's awesome.

No milkshakes. And not very fast food. Had to wait 3 or 4 minutes to give order at the drive through - and there was only one car ahead if me. Then, AFTER taking my money, was told "We're a few orders behind. Go park and we'll bring it out". So, 10 minutes later, I walked in to find out what was happening. It was a bit chaotic, with the guy who took my order being a bit cheeky to his boss - and she told him off. Turns out, my order has been sitting waiting to be brought out. I queried why it hadn't, and was told that they're a bit busy! Take my advice, visit Tim Hortons or KFC - only 1 minute away.

The food was good, to be fair. I was in with my 2 kids + 1 other. No lids on the juice? I get the plastic saving, but giving young kids drinks with no lids doesn't work for me. Really struggled to use the app as the WiFi was really poor. I had to leave the restaurant twice in order to get the code I was looking for from the offers, then return to the store. In all, it took me about 20 minutes to order my food at the kiosk. I had also witnessed another customer approach the counter wanting to pay in cash. Clearly, he was not comfortable using the kios system but was told he still needed to put his order through a kiosk and then take it to the till. Felt sorry for the customer.

Only place to get a decent fast food burger now that McDonald's have ruined their buns and burger recipe.

The food is getting too expensive and a lot of special offers seem to have been withdrawn with the ones left not being very substantial. They do a "melt" beefburger meal offer for £4.99 but the burgers in this are small patties. I didn't see the £5.99 whopper meal on this shops menu but perhaps I missed it. The staff didn't even acknowledge my presence and I really don't think it's value anymore.

Was here last nigh service was terrible every person waiting was complaining orders was ready on the board after waiting 20 minutes then the board cleared of everyone’s order number & still waiting 10 minutes after that only to be thrown a bag of food by a member of staff who then walked away after shouting on the member of staff 3 times came Back slammed down our drink cups & walked away all our 4 food orders was thrown into the one paper bag & I mean thrown worst service Iv ever had will never be back

Arrived on Thursday night at 8.20pm and didn't know that the seating area would close at 8.30pm. Staff were very friendly & accommodating & allowed us to sit & eat our meal in peace & didn't rush us out

Love a burger king with their stuff being superior to McDonald's. Always feels like you are getting a proper burger.

Woeful, totally disorganised. You'll be waiting for a while for your food. Ordered on the app and still waitied over 30mins for it when I went to pick it up. Had to chase the order twice. I'd like to say it's a one off, but it isn't. Even when it's quiet it takes too long. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. I won't be back they've had enough chances.

Worst service ever and we had to wait 30 m to get they food and the staff was rude when we asked about the food. Will never come back again.

Poor management, very unhelpful took over an hour and still did not resolve issue with order, other staff are trying their best but manager does not manage and leaves customers waiting.

Very busy as schools off but the staff were knocking it out the park. Angus burger was great. Would recommend over their well know rivals.

Wrong meal, been charged 30p for mayonnaise and chilli sauce each. No phone number to deal with situations. The food was dry the chicken burger was cold all food was cold and been lying too long.

Honestly decent. Staff good and accommodating and food is often good value.

BK food, nuff said. No mobile signal in the building and no printed help with nutritional information apart from go online. Makes it unhelpful to those with managing conditions such as diabetes. Does have public WiFi of you're willing to risk it without a VPN, but you need to create a BK account to access it. Alternatively, you're out in the rain finding a signal

I was absolutely disgusted today receiving my order to it being undercooked and chicken pink I usually come to this restaurant and it’s always been really good but today I was very disappointed. I am 7 months pregnant and received undercooked pink chicken burger. As a pregnant woman I am very cautious about the food I consume to ensure the health and safety to not only me but my unborn child consuming food like this can lead to serious health complications. I am very disappointed and won’t be back.

First time at the Wishaw branch. I had issues with the app and the order did not go through correctly. All the staff were extremely helpful and especially Neil the Manager who went above and beyond to sort the issue out. Delighted with the service. So a massive thank you to Neil and the girls at the desk who could’nt have been any nicer. Fantastic customer service 👏 🙂

This is now my 4th or 5th time visiting wishaw since it opened and I’ve yet to have a positive experience. Pointless using the drive through as we’re always asked to park up and wait. I guess this means the food will be fresh, meanwhile the ice dilutes the drinks:… after waiting today, not a particularly busy Sunday afternoon, for around 20/25 mins we arrive home to find the order wrong. Two large chicken royale meals, one spicy with cheese, but instead received two plain royale meals with no cheese. £27 for what was essentially 2 chicken burger meals is shocking. Initially giving them the benefit of the doubt for being new and possible teething problems, but no, its not good enough and we definitely won’t be back, sorry.

Visted a few nights ago. Wasn't many customers sitting in but seems to be very busy with deliveries with numerous Just-Eat/Uber Eats drivers coming and going. My pet hate about this branch "not sure if others are the same" is they really want you to use the touch screens to order rather than a till. The touch screens are sluggish and if you want to use your Burger King app then it just adds to the time it takes to ordering and you would have been 10x quicker going to a till. Mobile signal seems to slow the app down and you need to connect to WiFi again more time needed. It was quiet when we visited and unlike other fast food restaurants "mcds" you don't get the annoying beep beep beep noise from the cookers etc in the back of the shop. Experience would have been a lot better if ordering with the touchscreens was made simplier and quicker. I feel parking at this restuarant could be a problem if the place was a little busier especially with delivery drivers taking spaces all the time. Couple of electric car chargers which is nice if you have an electric car and want to charge it while you charge yourself but like everywhere else they aren't cheap and if you have a home charger I would highly recommend trying to get back to that to save yourself money. Exiting/Entrance to Burger King is easy enough unless you are turning right coming out of Burger King wanting to go to Wishaw as you can be waiting a while due to the busy road. Luckily just now roadworks gives you a good chance to get out. Entrance/Exit via the retail park would have been a better idea for this restuarant.

Probably the slowest fast food shop I have ever been in , even some people asked for a refund due to the lack of service and communication, staff are dull and miserable looking , its as tho they hate the place too.

Special Thanks to the lovely staff claire and Karon who served me and my son today at burger king in wishaw. They went above and beyond as I was there with my baby boy who had his very first burger king today and they brought our meals over to the table. Really kind lovely staff

Used machines , quite straight forward , called my number got given cup for drink , made drink food ready , great service , lunch was great .

I'm not sure why but this branch seems to be better than the others I've visited. The burgers are always fresh and moist, the Mrs says they do the best milkshake, the chips are never soggy, so much better than any other BK I've been in.

Staff were helpful and the restaurant was welcoming well kept and clean. Enjoyed my meal as usual always worth it for the chips.

At store at 0928 pm told we can’t sit in when we have before. Pay for to meals and told they turn the Fanta freeze machine off at 9pm when we have had it after 9 pm before and it let us order.asked what drinks we wanted said said monster to be told we can get that as it’s separate when we have paid an extra £2 for frozen drinks and the monster was the same so we got normal drinks loosing £2 for the inconvenience. Shocking service! Have been meany times and never had any problems
