Mcdonalds in North Lanarkshire

That is the last 4 times we have ordered from this McDonalds for delivery and there has been items missing. I genuinely order for my kids. Someone is always upset as a whole dinner has been missing everytime. I dont usually complain but this is getting really out of hand.

Delivery driver was a good guy but my burgers are freezing

Never recieved collectible toy for the three mineceaft meal deal kids upset

Only one large fries and two medium when should of been two large fries and one medium! Also no straws in the bag which makes drinking milkshakes very difficult. Poor show McDonalds.

I've recently ordered here as the cumbernauld one CONTINUALLY get the orders incorrect. First time ordering here and everything correct, warm and on time 👍👍👍

Ordered a mcflurry and it was 2 spoon full u could see the bottom there was bearly anything rip off

Can’t believe it’s year 2025 and McDonald’s staff members still can’t put dips for chicken nuggets in a bag how hard can it be? Now off to grab more food that’s not as dry maybe like a packet of cotton wool?

My order was open and missing items again. This is the second time in a week I have received my order missing items.

As per usual with this McDonalds items missing no straw for drink or sauce for cheese dippers. Delivery driver lovely guy though very friendly.

Took 2 hours to come cold and tasted like it was reheated it wasn’t fresh one bit

food cold delivery time changed 4 times .no straws or napkins.

Do the people working here even look or care about the orders being made? In the roughly 10 times I have eaten or ordered from here, they have got the order wrong genuinely 7 or 8 out of 10 times. Paying for extra patty on burger, not being added to it. Begging in the order notes for sauces, all 4 sauces completely missing. It was 3.9 stars last time I checked... now it's 2.8 stars. Amazing performance guys!

Ordered a large white coffee they must of pressed the medium cappuccino button. Cup looked half empty, it was just a coffee, how do you screw that up?

7/10 times you visit this mcdonalds you will either have a wrong order, incorrect items or probably missing items. also there is no direct phone number anymore for any mcdonalds premises they want you to chat to their AI customer support that just seems like a cop-out so they dont need to actually fix anything. this mcdonalds has been this way since opening. i wont be giving any mcdonalds my money in future as they wont make changes unless they see profits drop.

Delivery came with bottom bun missing from burger. I mean how hard can it be, obviously extremely. Never again!!

Ordered plain cheeseburger happy meal, carmel latte with sugar and 2 shamrock shakes, cheeseburger wasnt plain and i have an allergy to tomato sauce, burger was cold, latte was cold no sugar or carmel, and milkshake spilled in bag.

How hard is it to get a order right they need to get people in to work that can do the job right

that was absolutely shocking how can charge people that amount of money it comes cold flung together old chips is absolutely brutal I want something done about this the last time my Mrs got and complained yous never replied

Still warm on arrival. watch out with iced latte ordered a medium was full to the top with ice. Lucky if 100ml of liquid in it.

Our food was not delivered at all. Waited over an hour. No explanation just here’s a refund. That’s not good enough. No good will gesture, no we will re-deliver, no option at all. Now we have to order something totally different from another place entirely. Their service, may I add has been excellent, unfortunately yours is extremely poor. If this happens again I will no longer be using this app and use another more reliable service.

It’s taken me at least 5 terrible experiences before I’ve written this review. I stupidly continue to give them another chance and write the experiences off as a bad day but at this point, it’s a complete joke and I’ll never be visiting or ordering from here again. Most recent experience, I ordered 2 happy meals for my 2 of my kids lunch as a treat as they’re at home unwell. Upon receiving them, BOTH were missing the fries and tomato sauce and one was missing a drink therefore, one of the Happy Meals was just 4 chicken nuggets. How does that even make it out the kitchen? I can accept the missing sauces and straws but how are they sending out half made meals? Every single time I’ve ordered there’s been at least one thing missing without exception. My 1 experience visiting the restaurant in person was equally as bad. Spent a long time sitting at one of the drive thru speakers waiting on someone to take an order whilst the queue at the other speaker is moving through quickly. I counted at least 6 cars on the other side moving through before anyone came to my speaker. Finally got the order taken and was then told to park up and wait which was fine. Waited 10 whole minutes for them to bring out HALF the order. Continued waiting for the rest that never came. The place they get you to park makes it impossible to just get out and go ask for it due to a barrier plus I had 3 small children in the car. I tried phoning and no one answered so after an additional 10 minutes of waiting I had to go park elsewhere and take 3 young kids in to the restaurant and queue to get the rest of my order which completed defeated the point of going through the drive thru. They had to make the rest meaning it wasn’t even sitting waiting to be taken out. No one even apologised. All in all it took 40 minutes just to get 3 happy meals I never ever complain. I’ve worked in hospitality and retail my entire life so I know what it’s like and how easy it is to make a mistake hence why I’ve given them so many chances but it’s now just a complete joke, I’ve never in my life experienced a service that’s been so consistently poor.

They need to get another supplier They chips are Green and like cardboard!! plus need to give us napkins and Straws.

Drinks all spilled and cold, missing one meal

I went through drive through tonight order £40 worth of food asked to order a box of pickles for my pregnant wife was told no so I ordered an additional 2 burgers plain with extra pickles so I could make her one myself. Both members of management refused me a cardboard box which I think is rediculous. I drive home after ordering 3 meals a chicken nugget share box and mozzarella dippers to find once I do get in my house that I have none of the dips I request for my 20 nugget box, no double quarter and cheese or chips ( the meal part of 1 of my meals) I have no mozzarella dippers and the chips are freezing cold and in edible. To give you an idea I live less than 2 miles away from the restaurant. I would appreciate if someone can please get in contact with me to discuss how I can obtain a refund for what I was missing

I asked for my burger plain and it’s came with everything on it. Usually wouldn’t complain but bought dinner for me and my friends so now I can’t eat my dinner

Waited almost an hour for order when it arrived all items where cold not the slightest bit of heat in any of my order infact my juice was probably warmer, so the majority went in the bin and to offer £2.49 refund is actually quite comical hihihi

Absolutely useless. Never get the order right. Just been through the drive through again and ordered a big Mac meal for it to come with no big Mac. Ordered a plain cheeseburger - came without cheese. Gave me the sauce for the mozzarella dippers but not the dippers themselves! And the Happy meal only had 3 nuggets. Never using this one again.

Unhappy as half of my order was missing, there is no phone number to contact the restaurant regarding the issue.
