Mcdonalds in North Lanarkshire

Food freezing cold. Like not even a little warm. Driver told me they had him waiting 20+ minutes for my order in the McDonalds even thought it’s a small order. Missing my McFlurry also

Pretty much ever time I order through the drive thru something is missing. Now I check before I drive away so that I make sure I've got everything without going back. Poor show.

asked for a check on order and my double cheeseburger was missing , not the first time this has happened chip's were cold and no dip in order

They are to fast with only having a set amout timed clock with each order. But McDonald's might be proud to say they really are the fastest fast, the customer is left waiting in the car park regardless most of the time. Just for you to get home to missing a burger or the chips and no straws each time you get it plus the luxury of getting hot or warm chips is very rare.

Zero. I got none of my selected items and got asked to come to his car for my meal when I was in bed.

Beautiful place to pull up for a brake. Big Forrest kind of area next to the car park, was great for walking my dog on our stop. Didn't go in for food but it's MC Donald's what can you say? They are all pretty much the same 😆

Absolute shambles of a restaurant. First the app failed to send the order through to the till point, then the staff member refused to take the order at the pay point claiming "the rills can't do that", suggesting instead that I had to drive back round the tailbacked drive thru! My partner went in to collect a simple mcChicken nugget happy meal, only for us to arrive home to discover they had given us cheese bites...utter joke, would give zero or minus stars if it was possible!

2 hours! never came? They marked it as delivered. Shocked tbh

As usual missing items in the order. Also why is the McFlurry the only descent tasting thing from this McDonald’s? Maybe cause you can’t get ice cream wrong? Lol. fries are always cold and over cooked, you never get straws with ur drinks, Big Mac tasted like dog, just overall a bad experience time and time again at this McDonald’s.

Everytime ive went to this place something has happened. Ans the chips are always nkt salted mostly cold and not good tonight i went and not only djd we have to circle back cause they forgot two burgers. One of which they didny make plain. I ordered a big tasty and theres not an ounce of sauce. Ridiculous.

I was extremely disappointed after receiving my order for my meal to be missing the burger and drink. When I told the delivery driver this he said it was nothing to do with him and I would have to leave a review. I was shocked that this was his response rather than saying they would contact McDonald’s and notify them of this. When I asked if he would be able to let them know so that they could send it out to me he said no. I then tried to search for a phone number myself and seen there was none.

Terrible!! As previous reviews. DO NOT Order through Uber eats. Small order. Multiple drive changes. An hour and a half and my order has still not left the premises. Unable to cancel without paying for order. Unable to contact anyone. It’s way past bed time now. Not even hungry. Evening ruined.

Place is ran by muppets. Food cold n burnt. Nuggets are chewy canny even count the correct number of cheese bites which were also mixed with nuggets. But hey ho first time they’ve remembered a majority of the order so that’s an achievement 🙌 deffos recommend going to any other McDonald’s other than this one it’s filled with weans without a brain.

Burgers great wrap great! 20 chicken nuggets but the 4 dips were not drivered bbq x 2 dweet and sour x1 curry x1 not there ? So dry nuggets and 2 large Banana milks without any straws ? 1st McDonald's delivery and the last. Thanks McDonald's

missing 4 chips and 2 happy meal this is the second time it happen before it says delivered but it never came i paid £45 i went to the store but they said its just eat problem not them never got a refund or answer.

Every time we order , items are missing !!!! Why are McDonald’s not checking bags before they send this out ???? Food is cold and the chips half empty !! Personally if I didn’t have children who love McDonald’s I wouldn’t buy again ! Unacceptable. I even put a note on my order to say please ensure food is correct before sending ! Clearly makes no difference. No phone number to complain directly !!

Usually, I let things slide, but after five straight trips through the McDonald’s drive-thru with messed-up orders, cold food, and transaction issues that made me loop back around, I’ve had enough. I don’t usually write reviews, but this pattern is just too much. Time to tighten up, McDonald’s!

Food is extremely cold. To the point of not worth eating. Being offered £4.89. As credit, Less than 10 mins drive. Order was pushed as the driver said he was there. At around 2:50pm.Not delivered till 15:26. I’d like a full refund please.

This order really did it for me. I’m no longer ordering from this place. The food is messy, zero presentation, cold & bland. Milk shakes melted, McFlurry like water, no sauces as purchased and should have been included, no straws or napkins, no seasoning on chips. It just feels too much like a laugh in your face, blatant rip off! They consistently get it wrong, no quality control, and no way to treat people who are already paying over the odds, for below par service & food.

No phone signal at the drive thru, so I couldn't complete my online order, had to go in store and wasted 10 minutes at the counter

My order wasn't delivered at all!! The driver drove away with it and I want it refunded. I left a note to call as well, absolutely shocking customer service!

Update 26/102024. Another bungled order. Yes, in addition to below. Mcd Mcdonalds should have a guarantee that if you are served with missing items, you get your order free. Really, the order items are listed on a printout on the bag What is so difficult that someone can not check the order. Another bungled order. 2 out of 4 breakfast Mcmuffins missing. Drove home and had to return. Ensured full order prepared from scratch and resolved. Quality checks and training required.

Food was good the just eat delivery driver was rude, he asked for code and went into a huff because he couldn’t understand the numbers I was saying.

The food was stone cold. Burger and chips didn’t even seem cooked. Worst I’ve had from McDonald’s. But suppose get what you’re paying for.

Usual truck driver experience - Quite a few McDonalds are helpful and allow us to get food at night. We can't fit through the drive thru, but this one has refused to help. Likely 4 or 5 hours before I find something else. Just pathetic, it's not even busy - absolutely no danger of getting run over!!

I left a note in the request section kindly saying "just chap and leave at the door thanks" . this delivery guy comes at my door and kept battering it while my dog was going mental inside! get your driver's to read the notes!!

food was cold and the food establishment is short distance . it would be a real challenge to deliver cold food from the considering the distance . 100% not happy as wasn't issue with food quality just simply cold and could tell the order had been sitting a while.

2 mayo chicken burgers, missing, I am getting fed up with this happening to me constantly. last time I didn't get a refund which was declined so basically being accused of lying, Staff clearly not checking orders properly before sending them out, really disappointed yet again.
