Pizza Hut Delivery in Solihull

Poster in window £8.99 any size pizza. Nothing about have to order in store or online etc. ordered 2 pizza in store charged £20 instead of £17.98 Told girl at counter who bought pizzas out. She called another worker said wait for the manager who served me who was upstairs. Waited and waited. Asked again eventually manager came down. Made excuses about why he charged me £20. When i got home one pizza looked nothing like what i ordered but too pissed off to go and return. Never seen so much poor service poor pizza quality misleading pricing and unhelpful management. Will never be going there again

Ordered veggie sizzler and was given with only red onions and one pepper it was so rushed and I called them they said they will send a fresh one and then changed there mind saying they not sending fresh one as I had eaten a slice very rubbish customer service

I recently tried a vegan pizza from Pizza Hut and was quite disappointed. The crust was excessively hard, lacking the desirable texture. Instead of being soft and fluffy, it was overly crispy and close to being burnt. The vegan cheese had a very strong, unpleasant smell and taste, which made the overall experience less enjoyable. I would not recommend this vegan pizza. There's a nearby competitor that offers much better vegan options.

Pizza toppings mixed up, wrong sauce on wrong base, made for 2 expensive pizzas that nobody wanted to eat. Also with far too much sauce so the topping and cheese won’t even stay on! That makes it from 3 orders, 3 wrong.

I have paid extra for cheese garlic bread and you just delivered normal one but I know it’s Pizza Hut faults. Shirley Pizza Hut service is very bad I always had bad experience with them.

The cheese is a bit tasteless and unfortunately comes with a puddle of grease. Other pizza hut places are better but it is not terrible.

I have ordered two large pizza over the phone , they told me you can pick this up within 10 to 15 min. I reached their on time but thay came and said 2min please but they took more then 40 min , when I said I want to cancel my order then they just gave me my order but I noticed they just prepared delivery first and the person who is waiting they didn’t bother. Very poor service, very disappointed

I called in and service was appalling, staff were incredibly rude and one person hung up on me. I can’t believe how rude some people are.

Tried to order a pizza using their online £8.99 offer, however the order could not be completed. Called the branch and they said it was due to a system issue, and offered zero help. Would make sense to have an override so we could order over the phone, but they didn’t seem to care that we couldn’t place our order. Ended up going to Domino’s.

Terrible pizza which was delivered late...arrived to us in a soggy box. The pizza was cold and tasteless. The staff didn't pick up the phone and after several tries they answered but refused to give money back. Will not go there again.

Ordered puzza today came after 50 minutes.. barely warm. Called them explained to them and guy just hangs up on me. Was a regular customer won’t be ordering from them again!! Very disappointed!!! Lost a good customer!!

The delivery driver was rude and told me I should of put where I was. On the note section on my receipt he handed me, it had my clear instructions on it. My food was cold so did not eat it

Recently visited and was told they were staying cashless, ill be taking my money to pizza express from now on

I mistakenly ordered BBQ sauce which I thought was just a dip but it was the main sauce on the pizza which I really didn’t like. I’ll remember to stick with tomato from now on.

Just had really poor service from here. Delivery driver was sat outside our house for nearly 10 minutes and went to the wrong house twice. When he finally came up our drive I asked him what he was doing & he was so rude to me, couldn't explain even though our house number clearly visible. He also lied to the restaurant, told them there was no-one in! Won't be ordering from here again.

Bad service .Pizza was burnt, when I call to speak to staff ,He said that he set actual time and can't do anything. Very disappointed, won't be ordered from here again .

So cheese and tomota. Nice and hot but there's no taste of tomato. And the cheese does not have that cheese taste. What cheese is it

Took a extra 20 minutes to come even thought had been marked out for delivery for 30 minutes then turned up cold and inedible.

Driver would not deliver to my door - won’t use again

Ordered pizza for the family for the England Euros final on 11 July. It never arrived despite ordering it at 3pm for a 7pm delivery. I’ve been to the Shirley branch 3 times requesting a full refund - each time the store manager tells me that the area manager will repay me the next day. It’s been nearly 3 weeks. You never delivered me pizza and you have still kept my money! Awful service. A bad bad advert for Pizza Hut.

I called and I was greeted with 'Hi this is pizza hut how may I help' or something like that, how I would expect a pizza joint to pick up. When I asked how their day was going, the person who picked up had the audacity to say 'good I just slept with your mom' and when I asked for his name, he wouldn't give it and eventually I just gave up and now came here. A good piece of advice, do not order from this pizza hut joint, I have read some other reviews and some have experienced similar things so if you want to order a pizza by phone, definitely take this one off your list!

Nothing to suggest it was delivered m/not. Delivered. 90 minutes late, children waiting for it had gone to bed. It’s a pizza, no excuses!

Ordered 3 cookie doughs all burnt.. when told them this I was told by the woman on the other end “it’s through just eat so just apply for a refund” .. won’t be ordering from this branch again

Quick, hot and tasty food. Polite and friendly staff makes this pizza hut delivery worth visiting.

So I fancied chicken and decided to order two chicken sides and potato wedges. The order was 35 min late, and on top of that the delivery guy was moaning that he waited outside for too long? Yeah, I wasn’t impressed at all and he kept going on about it and like where do you keep your phone bla bla. The food was okay, couple of burned bits on the chicken wings but in general not too bad.

Delivery driver rang me to open the door. The porch door was open and we have 2 doorbells, neither of which were used.

Paid for extra toppings which did not come on the pizza, called and spoke to the manager who did not want to resolve the issue of missing toppings which i had paid for. The answers he gave me are as follows - 1. why are you calling me as i cannot refund you 2. I will give you the toppings money from my own pocket 3. Just Eat cannot resolve any issue you have. I have also stated that this was a one off order and still there was no response. There was no apology or matter to resolve the issues. Manager had no respect and did not give his name when asked and put the phone down. Date 15/08/20

Food was late & only just warm when it got here. The restaurant were okay when I called but all they said was ‘it’s on its way’ when I asked how long it would be. It had ‘been on its way’ for 20mins.. not very impressed.

Delivery was suprisingly quick (less than 30 mins), and food was pretty good. I have had slow delivery in the past (like an hour) but that was a while back, so perhaps they've taken on more people.

Constantly cancelling orders, what is the point of being on here but declined every order put through? Makes no sense, food is decent and delivered fine but the fact it’s cancelled the last 2/3 of orders is ridiculous

The only good thing I can say is the food arrived quickly and was nice and hot. Beyond that I am completely baffled as to what I received. I’ve never consumed anything so utterly bland. I had to raid the spice rack to try and get this food to taste of something. I added salt, pepper, garlic granules and dug out a leftover garlic dip from a previous pizza order from a rival chain. All of that combined just about made this meal edible. Flavourless Food!

Second time I ordered great pizza unfortunately it was delivered early so bit of a disappointment as my friend had not arrived so had to reheat. Marion

Pizza size was smaller than ordered, food was cold, garlic bread under cooked. Ordered a gluten free pizza, so maybe why the shape was randomly rectangular, with a thin base and barely any cheese?

Waiting time is long on a Friday night but everything else is fine.....

Pizza was delivered fast - was piping hot and delicious. Best pizza we’ve had in a while. Will definitely order again.

I went there for my food collection and i was treated really nicely best staff ever i have seen in any takeaway place they all were polite and kind to me, even the food was as amazing as their service was i am really happy with their customer and food service both i would recommend this place.

Used twice, awful service on both occasions. 2 hour wait for pizza the first time, decided to collect the second time and the staff there were rude and foul mouthed (witnessed two staff shouting and swearing at each other).

cold food received (order was messed up) - very rude manager when called. refused to acknowledge their mistake & hung up call! AVOID!!

ordered veggie pizza - received meat pizza! Night in with kids was shot to pieces. Very rude staff & management when we phoned. Eventually took the food back to the shop - no refund given - was offered a voucher which we will never be using in the future. NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT SHIRLEY!!!

Lovely staff, fast service. However, the pizza wasn’t brilliant. Found the base quite hard. I’ve been to sit in a Pizza Hut before and the pizzas aren’t like this at all. Quite disappointed.

45 min late pizza box squashed so when opened all topping stuck to box lid the base WAS not cooked and cold.

Pizza arrived over an hour from ordering and then the pizza came cold and thus didn't have the freshly cooked taste feeling, and to to top it off the wedges were under cooked. I called up to find out where my order was and the woman just said we're busy and should be with you.... As Simon Cowell would say 'Pizza Hut, you just blew it'.

Ordered Pizza over an hour ago. Still waiting. Called the branch they said another 20mins. Online quoted me maximum 35 mins. Ridiculous! Won’t be ordering from this branch again! Faster service elsewhere.

If there is an option to not even rate 1 star let me know. This branch doesnt even answer my call for an order, let alone having good customer service. Don't bother trying. Last time this happened I drove to the branch and complained and they told me that it was because they were busy..?? If you want a better and quicker service try other pizza options. Get better customer service elsewhere...trust me.

Got in the 15th December after noon & the cashier didn't even look at me. When I was about to order he interrupted me saying one moment & went inside & not returned for the next 7 minutes. I left the place without buying any thing & I will not come back again. It's a pity these franchise believes that the customer don't come first & could be left waiting. The mother company should place a high standard and penalties on these franchise. .

Placed an order for collection, told it would be ready in 25 mins so turned up then, was kept waiting for 40 minutes. When my order finally came it was wrong and even had an ingredient in that im allergic too as i specifically stated this when placing order!!!! And One of the pizzas i ordered had incorrect topping and a staff member even proceeded to give it me after he checked it clearly with what was on my receipt, blatantly seeing its the wrong order!!!! Staff have no organisation in whose doing what and have appalling customer service!!!!!!! Will be going to Dominos from now on! Disgraceful!!!

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza very little stuffing in crust most didn't have any stuffing at all rang the pizza shop who dismissed my claims and wanted proof we had already waited 40 minutes for pizza and just ate but did take photos they were also dismissed bfrom pizza manager .stick to. I found hair in my pizza, and when I called to complain, the guy started accusing me that I was lying and that I shouldn't shout at him. I have just found hair, what does he expect?? I only started shouting when he denied it. So I drove back to the shop, but they refused to take liability again insinuating that I was lying! Why would I want to put hair in my pizza when i have been looking to eat???!!! its despicable!!!!!! Bad service and horrible pizza!!! never go back there again!
