I ordered two pizza on 15th February for Dinner and pizza had very less topping and more than half pizza don't have cheese on it.I called to the store and person called Rajiv said that our standard of Requirement for topping and cheese.He also said when is too many topping on pizza you can't notice cheese on pizza.Order first time from this place but Not happy with this pizza hut at all.I will never order again.

I update my rating based on an average of my last 3 orders. (last updated 4th Oct 2023) ~~~ Overall: 40/100 ~~~ Food: 35/100 Service: 60/100 Price: 20/100 Food has got worse again. They stopped putting much cheese on my pizza. Even when I order with extra cheese, it tastes like a dry loaf of bread and there are patches with no cheese. Overall food quality has gone down as they couldn't resist the short term profits of screwing over customers. But I won't be ordering from here for at least another year. Tired of being screwed over especially with these expensive prices. Service is ok but can be slow and they don't allow tracking. Price is awful.

Fast delivery and food was still piping hot when it got to us! Can't fault pizza hut

My pizza come squashed, folded, the dough on the bottom was hard, some slices never even had cheese on it. It was over all a big mess we also ordered ice cream which also the packaging coke squashed and there was ice cream everywhere. When I’ve reported it and requested a refund and I still have not heard anything back.

Apparently I have be a casualty of cyber crime and the only one according to staff which is absolutely rubbish now have to try and sort refund . Would not use as staff seem to have no idea about customer service and if you give them a difficult question they will say they don't under or can't hear you but if you are abrupt with them the have no problem hearing that .would not use if you want you food try domino's

I ordered for a specific time as I would not be home before that. My food was delivered over 30 mins before I asked, and it was sat on the floor outside my door for all of that time, therefore freezing cold!

Best Pizza place in Farnborough

The pizza was really greasy, overpriced and quite small, my girlfriend bought Mac n cheese for 6,49 and it was absolutely disgusting, it looked like irradiated goop and it dripped water when it was poked. Absolutely gross, never coming back.

Missed some of the order had to wait another 30 mins and the salad box was an absolute joke for 4.99 do not buy

The peri-peri chicken I ordered as a side was not good at all. It tastes nothing like peri peri. Chicken. I was so disappointed because I was so looking forward to it.

I have send you a message via your customer service page. Due to an issue with your system, my order never got through to Pizza Hut but you were quick to take my money. Just Eat is a joke. Now I have to try to get a refund because of your glitchy system and am still trying to order food from somewhere else. I will never use Just Eat again.

Pizzas and bbq chicken were delicious, but Very Very disappointed with the stuffed crusts! Bought 2 large pizzas and had stuffed crusts on each, costing £2.99 for each pizza so practically £6.00 extra for our meal for stuffed crusts! WOW what a shock the crusts were hollow and we could look through one end and out of the other end, very slightly coated around the edges with cheese but DEFINITELY NOT stuffed crusts and DEFINITELY NOT worth £2.99 each extra !!!!!!

Took ages to come had to ring twice to know where pizza was and then the pizza was burnt afterwards almost as if it was sat under a hot plate for hours absolutely abysmal will not go back here again

First time was fine, second time we did collection and saw a member of staff arrive after a delivery, go in the back, pull a pizza in its box by hand without gloves, after which he left again. Had some digestion issues that time. The last time we ordered everyone in the house has had major digestion issues. Toddler has been vomiting for the past 2 days, his mother vomiting the night after eating and I have been struggling with severe diarrhea since eating the pizza. Never ordering again

Do not order anything on Pizzahut’s website for this store. They will tell you they didn’t get your order and then refuse to give you a refund. Absolute shambles of a business.

AVOID!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ordered food £20.99 worth. half an hour went bystill no food, an hour came still no food been delivered. Myself and Partner ended up arguing with the “manager” who couldn’t refund us because she wasn’t authorised to!! (what in the world?!) and then argued back saying the driver had delivered it to our outside cupboard😂! Hello!!! We were in! The curtains were open and we was waiting and watching not to mention we also have a camera aiming at the courtyard we live down so can prove with footage no driver ever came :). SO 1) we would have seen him and 2)!!! if this was actually true why did he not knock lol! Absolutely insane! So after arguing for our money back the “lovely” (not) manager had no words and hung up on us which forced us to drag our 11month old baby out at night to go down face to face demanding our money back. Which now we have to go through EMAIL to customer service to get our money back because the manager -**YES THE MANAGER** - couldn’t authorise a refund - because we had ordered on the app?????? (lol) same company isn’t it??? Absolute insanity. Now we have to wait god knows how long for the non existance customer service team to get back to us VIA email because no-ones there on a phone because of “covid19”. I did not honestly know you could catch Coronavirus or any other virus for that matter from speaking down a telephone🤔. Hilarious company! Will not ever spend a god damn penny here as long as I live on this earth! And i’ll be spreading the word about this awful restaraunt to everyone i know too.

We selected a specific delivery time rather than ASAP for a reason (had in a virtual meeting). The delivery was 20 mins early which meant food was cold to warm by the time the meeting finished.

Excellent pizza, local to me as I live in Farnborough.

20 minutes late delivery, food turned up almost cold, sweaty and soggy, driver said he had 3 other drop off before me. Poor service and will not be using this service again

Ordered a few drinks & a tub of ice cream. Took over an hour to delivery from a 5 min drive away. Delivered with missing items, had to call them to get the delivery driver to bring the items they forgot. Will not be ordering again.

I had never complaint because the Pizza was always good. Yesterday was a different story though. When i went to collect my Pizza the person making it was touching his face and also using the sea hands to touch the pizza. When i came home and took a slice there was a Eye Last hair in my pizza. Had to throw the pizza away and it is safe to say that I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE ANYMORE. Please get you hygiene sorted, wear gloves when touching food. Today gave it a 2nd go and guess what hair in my pizza again

First time we’ve ordered from Pizza Hut on Just Eat. Didn’t mind the 50 minute delivery time but once the app said it had been delivered, it was still another 25 minutes before it turned up. Food tasted great & it was hot but the late delivery was a big let down

Only gave one star as can't give 0.. Customers service is shocking, apparently i was speaking to the store manager on the phone.! I phoned as hadn't recieved extra dips that i had paid for and he called me a liar and said i would have to pay again absolutely disgusting. Won't be using them again. Such a shame!

Every time we order 2 extra dips (that is paid for) keep being left out of my order. Not cool, it's what makes my meal so enjoyable.

Was delicious. Got it hot so the cheese was perfect. The garlic crust was so tasty and the chicken was yummy. We really enjoyed it.

I had requested the order to be delivered at 1930 and in the notes section of my order I specifically stated (which is also printed on the receipt they gave us in large writing) that no one would be home until 1930hrs and to not deliver before this time. The order then arrived at 1845, 45 minutes early, luckily I had just arrived home. The food arrived luke warm and missing some additional toppings, as well as this one of the pizzas didn't have stuffed crust. I got a discount with my order however even with this I spent £50+ on an unsatisfactory meal. Not happy.

Order was wrong but I don’t care I’ve now been fed

I’m absolutely disgusted by this place. First of all their website crashed 3 times and the 4th time it crashed my payment was being processed so they ended up charging me £20 but not reviving my order. The money came out my account so I phoned up and they said it won’t be back in my account for 72 hours. Not happy at all! So I decided to try one last time. Payment went through and waited 10 mins for my pizza even though it said 45. So as I thought it was longer I carried on doing some work on my car. While under the car I heard someone shout “oi”. I came out from under the car and saw the delivery man dump my order on my front lawn. I took the pizza inside and opened up my pizza. It was undercooked and they didn’t listen to my specific instructions for extra garlic salt. This is first time this place has messed up. I will never ever eat from any Pizza Hut again!

Great quality hot food, always delivered quickly even during the lockdown! This evening they forgot an item on our offer but when we called to let them know, the manager quickly sorted it and had a other delivery on its way to us within minutes. Really great customer service

I have to judge the restaurant service so can only give it the benefit of the doubt with a 5. The lady who delivered it was great and kept to the social distancing rules. The pizza was not like the usual pizza dough I am used to. It was as if the uncovered dough (and it was a wide border) had been glazed. Perhaps it was thought that a stuffed crust was enough but it was actually bland. This is the first time I've tried pizza hut in 30 years. I'm sorry Pizza Hut (when I lived in Germany your pizzas were great).

Tried to talk to staff about a problem did not want to listen so will be talking to head office tomorrow really disturbing the lack of understanding and care I don't know if its because the staff do not speak good English I'm very disappointed with the response I got with a genuine concern I had

I placed an order for 17:30 I got a text message at 16:15 to say my order was on its way. So I call the store speak to a man who says yes it was due out for delivery to then back tracks and say oh no no we just have to press the button to confirm the order! Which I know the system doesn’t work like that they just can’t tell the time. I call the store at 17:35 to see where my order is, it’s out for delivery I’m told. I call at 18:00 speak to a friendly guy (Lee), he apologises and calls the driver, he tells me that the manager is delivering my order and to speak to him. Driver (Fais) turns up at 18:10, I say to him the order is late. He shouts at me and says what do want me to do I’m the driver, when I proceed to tell him I have been told he is the manager and to complain to him, he tells me do you want your food or not! I say yes cause I paid for it and he opens the bag and says take it! I’m so mad at the way he has spoken to me that as he walks away I call him and idiot, he then calls me an idiot and shouts something else but I’d closed the door by this point as I ain’t got time for rude people when I’m the paying customers! I’ve never had an issue with this store before, and this is is disgusting service! I’ll never order from here again. To top it off when I open my order, my garlic bread has cheese on it and I ordered normal and my pizza has the garlic stuff on the crust and I asked for normal. (Good job I don’t have an allergies) it’s so bad they can’t even read and get an order correct. It was also cold! This is a massive company and to have staff speak to their customers like this is not acceptable. This needs to be sorted!!! I should have been given some form of GOGW but nothing!!

Just brought popcorn chicken pizza and the crust was massive so instead of getting a large I got a medium didnt get popcorn chicken on every slice

Pizza Hut carries a huge reputation for pizza excellence and it consistently fails to deliver. No matter which one we order from it’s always rubbish. On this occasion the BBQ pizza had almost zero sauce, was dry and overcooked. Like reheated pizza from last night. Dessert was wrong. No complementary dips for crust provided, just no effort as usual. Been fooled into buying from them too many times with the same terrible results. Never again.

Took ages, cold pizza and forgot a side. Just called to say there's an issue and the chode at the end of the phone was rude and had an excuse for everything, apparently it's just eats fault and his 'system' wouldn't allow for a cold pizza or to forget something. He needs to check himself. I really enjoyed this after a 14 hour day at work and paying £20. I hope the dude I spoke to doesn't choke on the BS comming out of his mouth.

Our food arrived late due to a strange mix up with the contact number they had for us. They went to the wrong place then rang a number i’ve never even heard of before to query it and claimed i put the wrong contact number in when i rang them. The food was good when we eventually got it, but i think you need to check if there is an error on your system, because i’ve checked the details on my end and all my contact details are correct. I don’t appreciate you immediately assuming it’s my fault, that’s just bad customer service, computers mess up all the time.

The manager was awful. Rude behaviour, they sent a wrong order and denied that they took the order wrong. I guess they will lose lot of customers now. Dominoes and other companies have better customer service.

I always talk to Rajput who is just wonderful ( I believe he is the manager ). I actually use to eat at their competitor (dominos) but got sick of the overpriced food that wasn’t even very nice. I once rung Rajput at Pizza Hut and I’ve never looked back. He is always polite and takes good care of me and my daughters allergen needs ( she’s got coeliac disease ) I can confidently order Pizza Hut Gluten free pizza without her being affected :) The pizza is always delicious and I genuinely think Rajput cares about having repeat customers that always come back :) Thank you to the team and Rajput at Pizza Hut Farnborough :) I really appreciate you making my pizza orders so pleasant :)
