wish i had read some of these reviews before ordering here. staff miserable and unwilling to help, any time we asked about something “no we don’t do that” then when we got home with our food it was wrong. and when we asked if we could be given the correct food they demanded we give them the other items back. then they almost didn’t give us the correct food as one piece of chicken was missing. what do they need it back for anyway? it’s only supposed to be going in the bin😂

Plenty of staff inside ,no one was interested in taking my order. For second I believed I’m invisible! Very scary

My last 2 experiences with with this place have been the worst. Their online app tells you that your food is ready for collection, then you turn up to collect it and they've not even started cooking it None of their staff have any kind of basic people skills and seem to fumble their way through their shift, the place gets busy with customers wondering where their food is. They are completely inadequate and I wouldn't trust them to run a bath between them, let alone a pizza shop. Avoid at all costs

Ordered instore. Found they got order wrong when i got it home.( no mushrooms but red peppers & onion instead)People, Check your pizza when you get it.

This store used to be great but since the new manager took over, orders were missed, late and completely wrong. Had to complain multiple times. But when it's right Domino's is simply the best you can buy.

Not necessarily this location's fault but the pizzas (especially crust) do not compare to the ones in the US. I'll struggle to order Dominos again in this country.

Friendly team and fun to watch the pizzas being made

Order dinner as a treat for the family and 1hour and 50 minutes the food has arrived. Had already called after an hour to chase the order with a promise of compensation in the form of free sides. But yet again they have not delivered on that promise, the food is warm not piping hot. It might only be a blip but it's not on when your spending money for this service

Just had the worst experience, over 1hr (and not for the 1st time either) to get a pizza delivered less than 500 foot from their door! Even tried having noted the pizza was out for delivery 50 mins ago, to deliver it. cold !!! Sorry Fernhill never again

Good food when they get the order correct. Ordered 3 pizzas the prepped and cooked only 2. Similar happened to another person when I was waiting for the 3rd pizza to be cooked. Team seemed not well lead.

A lot of money for cheese on toast

Never ordering again from here. Last time we ordered it took over an hour to be delivered and now we have been waiting an hour and a half. After calling we are told its just going into the oven. Joke

Shocking the crust was soggy and bigger then slice waited an hour and a half was cold when arrived 30 pound and most went in the bin

Literally looked like they got it out the bin.. you go to take what I can only assume was a slice and nearly the whole topping comes off cos someone doesn't know how to cut it properly... not the first time its happened either but the last time I order from here.

I haven't ordered from Domino's for several months because rival brands such as PJ are cheaper and just good. However, I was nearby and really hungry and fancied a Texas BBQ . Two for Tuesday at £18 was a decent deal.. But..... THE TOPPING HAS SHRUNK!! It was over an inch from the side and very sparse!! DOMINO'S: if you are going to put on a deal that sound good but the customer gets half a pizza. Don't bother. If offering a medium pizza, SERVE A MEDIUM PIZZA!! STICKING TO PJ's I future cos DOMINO'S don't value their customers.

My son and I had our monthly Dominos this weekend (24/9/21) and our favorite pizza chef was on shift. The Cheese and Tom and my American hot were the best pizza I’ve had in years.

Staff has no idea how their service works nor how to take a basic pizza order, absolutely a waste of time even attempting to order here.

Order food, realised we had ordered the wrong crust on pizzas immediately after ordering we called to be told they had made the pizza, couldn’t have been 1 minute. Be warned do not make a mistake on your order

Thanks to the pandemic gluten-free pizzas have not been made available (for whatever reason) to order. I called this specific take-away today to find out when this may change again. The gentleman I spoke to seemed confused with the question and seemed to group gluten-free options with vegan. Hate to break it to you, but not all vegan options are gluten-free, as gluten is found in many products made from grains, such as the breadcrumbs some vegan products are coated in. Further training is definitely required, and now would be a good time for it to be provided BEFORE gluten-free options become fully available again. I have bought gluten-free pizzas from this takeaway before, and thankfully I have never suffered from an immune response caused by cross contamination. Today’s phonecall does however put some doubt in my mind to whether this is going to continue to be the case. The first thing staff need to learn is that Coeliacs do not avoid gluten due to a gluten allergy. They avoid gluten because it causes an auto-immune response that causes the person’s immune system to attack the body itself. Allergies and food intolerances are a completely different ballgame .

Stood there for 15 minutes and no one would serve me. Utterly useless

Ordered pizza throught phone and when i went to collect, i was told the order has not been received yet. Totally unprofessional and did not even got an apology for making a customer wait. Dominos can you at least keep track of your order.

[Oct 2019] Currently causing parking pandemonium outside the shop. At least four staff vehicles parked in various spots, including one with a flat tyre. That’s before customers arrive.

Funny to watch them make our food and stuff entertainment was great only down side is its expensive even with a very one get one free on the pizza for two people still came to over £30

Used this place for a long time always been great untill tonight where firstly the delivery driver didn't want to walk up one set of stairs to are flat front door, so when he finally got to the door he insisted on calling my other half LAZY! For not coming down to him ! After this we realised the forgot the ice cream and forgot to put chicken on the pizza so I don't think I'll be using again !

What a useless waste of time.this.store is. Ill be phoning immigration because not 1 member of staff speaks English there rude I waited 2 hours had 2 wrong pizzas delivered and still NO refund hung the phone up on me twice....AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS

Worst place I visited on the website it offered 50% off if you spent £50 got to the payment and it was only £33 i don’t know if it’s just me but that’s not 50% the last time I checked , after calling up they was refusing that the deal existeded and told us it was collection only even though it stated it was for delivery. Pizza Hut was far useful

Always order from here. I live practically next door so sometimes I pop in or if I'm feeling lazy they will deliver it. Never had an issue and they are always keen to tell me the latest offers to save me money. Always quick food and piping hot. Food always tasted good too. When I pop in the staff are always polite and friendly.

Phoned for pizza at 9.15 Delivery driver could not find address (which no other outlets fail.) They could not get through on my daughters phone for directions so went back to store with my pizza. When My daughter called to find out what is going on they said they could not find the address and asked if we still want it? Yes please and provided more details of our address. When the pizza arrived one hour and 20 minutes later it was cold. The deliverer offered to bring back a fresh cooked pizza and I said yes please. He confirmed that I want the same pizza and I said yes please. An hour passed and no pizza arrived so I called the store. The lady said the driver said you don't want a pizza . So I repeated that the driver offered a new pizza and then confirmed it was the same order and then said he would be back with a new pizza. Then the lady said why do I leave it so long to call back. I thought this was a rude question to ask . She then said there is nothing I can do as the oven.has been turned off. I told I was not happy with the service and then she hang up on me. So I called back again and the same lady answered and pretended she could not hear me and hung up again. So I called again and the same lady answered and hung up on me. What treatment is this to a paying customer? What kind of service is this ? As it happens my daughter works for another domino branch and she confirmed that she has witnessed staff being rude to customers on the phone and hanging up on them. My daughter said at the time to her colleague that you can't do that. It appears that occasionally dominos staff are very rude to paying customers and if they are like me then they will choose a different pizza company. . I really could not believe how I was treated. I have not given the drivers name or the lady's name. I will give these when I speak to someone higher up in the company. From a very disappointed customer.

Although Farnborough is not that big, the bigwigs at Dominos Pizza obviously saw an opportunity to for a new branch to serve the northern part of the town and nearby Blackwater. Fresh pizza, always delivered hot and served by a good team of people who take time to get to know the locals and their usual pizzas!

I am disgusted that the charge 50p for paying by card over the phone.

Still great tasting and local but I am most annoyed at the deal change. I have had the same pizza and the same deal for months!!!...(the tenner special- any pizza with potato wedges or garlic bread and added the hotdog stuffed crust to make the £12.50 minimum delivery). It WAS the perfect pizza for just the right price! the perfect pizza treat! Now my pizza night is aborted! No more pizzas from Dominoes for me! One very unhappy no longer regular customer!

Domino's at its finest! After realising today is Tuesday myself and a friend decided we would like to get our mouths round 13.5 inches of some Italian loving and was soon dialing our Chapel Lane local. Your fellow pizza artist, Amy, was ready and waiting to take our order with her angelic sounding voice. She waltzed through the continual questions giving comical comments in places; our order was placed with ease and humour. As I am writing this, there was been an update; the pizza has arrived. That was such a quick, easy and pleasurable transaction, the order is perfect. Well done to the Blackwater Beauts for the effort.
