Ordered 2 meals at 18.05, we called them at 18.50 and was told it would be 1/2 an hour. 20.05, 2 HOURS LATER since ordering.....still waiting for food to arrive. They're not answering the phone (yes they could be busy) but no other way of contacting them. If there is a issue with delivery times then put it on your website or make customers aware at time of ordering. Not the first time this has happened, but like to give companies a second chance Delivery arrived at 20.18 AND IT WAS INCORRECT one order was for a vegetarian and they sent a meat feast👏👏 .... won't be using this outlet again.

Food arrived cold, stale onion rings and my pizza order was wrong. Not great.

Ordered via the app on a Monday evening. Order still hasn’t been delivered after an hour, rang up and was told it would be another half hour - hour and a half in total. Ridiculous and very poor service.

ordered a delivery, the garlic bread was burnt, the wedges hard & the dip wasn't delivered so called up about it, they said they would send more however this took 40 minutes & the dip did arrive but the garlic bread was barely cooked & no difference with the wedges extremely disappointing, won't be ordering again

The cheesy garlic tare n share had barely and cheese in it and no garlic at all, it was basically just really dry dough, wasn’t impressed at all.

Order it get a estimsted time then a hour after the time you try to contact they dont answer

Ordered a pizza that didn't turn up within the time, 15 minutes later I phoned them only to be told they were short staffed and it would be another 20 minutes, asked for a delivery cost refund and the guy seemed surprised and asked if we didn't want it anymore. Terrible service, avoid.

Tonight weve had another awful experience, it’d been an hour waiting for our food when I got a call from the driver saying he had given us the wrong food, at this point we hadn’t been given any food at all though, he kept confirming our address and I kept telling him he hadn’t given us anything then next he hung up, I rang the store (took 3 attempts to get an answer) and unfortunately the person in the store barely speaks English and doesn’t seem to understand what you’re trying to tell them and just kept saying your delivery will be with you soon despite me explaining that the driver had just called saying he had given us the wrong food when in fact he hadn’t even turned up at our house yet, turns out he had took our food order and given it to someone else I imagine they were also ringing up and complaining too at this point, our order was in this persons house for nearly half and hour while all this is going on, he then went back got our food from this other house and brought it to us, aside from the fact that our order was completely cold by this point more importantly our food had obviously been opened by someone else in their house by this time, I rang to complain and let the store know this isn’t acceptable to basically be told it’s not their problem and ring an 0800 number that doesn’t even work as according to the automated recording since Covid Pizza Hut no longer have a phone line! Last week it took over 10calls to the store to find out where our order was after nearly 2hrs of waiting and being told it was on its way repeatedly that order finally turned up cold, after tonight I will never be bothering again, if you don’t want cold stale food that’s been in someone else’s house for half an hour before it gets to you I suggest avoiding Pizza Hut chester!

Pizza Hut always get it right, the app is awesome to order from, the food turns up on time and hot and the food is tasty.

Pizza took 2 hrs to deliver and freezing cold on arrival.

We ordered a pizza hut tonight. It said delivered but hadn't been. After a while rang the store to be asked if I was sure! Confirmed yes definitely. Then a replacement was sent and arrived. The store manager rang back to say his driver had confirmed it was delivered to the same address and we were being blacklisted! I mean actually called to call us liars. Actually can't believe it. Disgusting service. Bad enough we had to eat so late having ordered it at 19:50 and didn't get it until 10pm nevermind the abusive call. Absolutely disgusting. This was pizza hut Chester. We will never use your company again

Forgot some items with my online order (drinks).Rang and spoke to Ricardo who was really helpful and added drinks to my order foc. Fantastic customer services. Excellent experience. Ricardo was friendly and professional. 5 stars 🌟

Pizza was boggy, stodgy and not even cut, and at £9.99 with no dip for a collection order of a large pepperoni pizza feel ripped off. Guy on phone was rude, and you can't see the back where food is prepared which is bad. Won't be going here again until it ups its game, far to many good takeaways to choose from without ignorant staff and low quality food.

Delicious meal from pizza hut, the drink was missing so we had to call up and they delivered our drink AND gave us some free ice cream as an apology! Went above and beyond! Great service!

On the app said Order has been delivered.19:45 Not here, called and was told it was 5-10 minutes away. Still not here 20:30. Now not answering calls. Poor service. Very poor. Will not use again. Update: they have gave my order to somebody else called Alex Whilst asking for a refund, actually got sworn at.

Disappointed in the pepperoni pizza. There was more dough then ANYTHING else and everything else was satisfactory

Shocking, wrong food delivered late, they offered money back, not what you want when you expect service, very helpful to.fix their errors but need to.focus on getting it right. Who wants to wait another 1hr for your food. So sorry so sorry just do your job

This place has gone right down hill. Waited in there for a long time to be told part of my order was forgotten. To be honest I was relieved at hearing this because the longer I was stood in there the more repulsed I was becoming. People making deliveries walking in and making up boxes without washing hands. There was a foul smell in there. It was dirty rotten. If you seen inside there you wouldn't order online. Never got an apology off the man at the counter, terrible customer service. Avoid this place. I got a refund and walked out, off to domino's where its cleaner and better service.

Pizzas are as good as ever. Unfortunately the deals they used to have are not as good. Staff are friendly but take quite a while to realise customers are in the place.

Really I pressed with the service from this Pizza Hut! Always quick and for some reason tastes better than other pizza joints!

Accidentally ordered the wrong item so called up to amend it, the man I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and nice! Food arrived quickly after this and was delicious. Such an easy and straightforward place to order from, will be ordering again :)

I work at the coop on this street, and the staff at pizza hut allways make me smile. Extremely friendly towards me. I have had dozens of their pizzas on my breaks, and they are served beautifully everytime.

Part of my order was missing and they didn't pick up the phone when I called several times.

I used to order from dominos, but had terrible customer service. Recently we’ve been using Pizza Hut and we’ve really enjoyed the food. Today we was missing a bottle of pop from our order when it arrived, I called the restaurant and they was happy to send this again and apologized. The staff was so helpful, and within no time the pop arrived. I was so happy with the food, and to go above and beyond to get the missing item to us, just made sure we will continue to order from you going forward.

Do not waist your money. Ordered off Uber eats and got a burnt pizza and items missing, the pizza tasted weird and more like bread than pizza. Pop was missing dips where missing, Pizza was burnt so I rang and they sent me another out which was also overcooked. Might just be this delivery store because Ive used pizzahut on and off for years and it was way better than Domino's. Not anymore the pizza crust is horrible and hard. I've put some pictures up. Also all black burnt bits from the oven all over the base not something I wanna be eating. If your gonna order ,order off deliveroo and get it delivered from the pizza hut restaurant not the delivery chains. The difference in quality is night and day.

Do not order! Poor service, rubbery and burnt pizza. Glanced through the kitchen door and appears unhygienic. Definitely not going again.

Ordered a pizza at 1630 to collect at 1700. Drive half an hour, picked it up at 1702 and it tasted tepid like they'd just cooked it at the order time and it's sat on the shelf for twenty minutes, so that was annoying! So it was ready to collect at 5 like I asked, just cold (and a waste of time bothering to click the "Collect at 1700" button online).

despite living in CH40AL, our food came after about 30 minutes and it’s really delicious!

They were half an hour late with our order and it came wrong so we phoned them up and the guy on the phone was very rude and we didn't get a replacement pizza. He was very abrupt and put the phone down on us.

Ordered a pizza online. 35 minutes for delivery, good menu choices, my pizza arrived on time, hot and ready to eat .

The price for the small serving sizes is definitely over priced. The pizzas arrived cold so had to be reheated, felt as if I was eating next day pizza. The nachos arrived soggy and cold, coated in way too much sauce with only a few crisps underneath, ratio completely off. Ordered before and never been this disappointed, definitely put me off for the future

while ordering over the phone, my phone dies so called back and order again but then the guy on the phone, taking our order refused to take it because he insisted that we ended the call on him, when we didn't. im so sicked by your staff.!!!!!!!!!!

First pizza's burned, wedges with no dip. Phoned shop, Chappell helpful and we were hopeful. Another full hour later one replacement pizza 🍕 arrived instead of our order replaced. Won't ever use again

Very very very poor service I went to my friends for tea with my children and we order a lot of food for 5pm at 5.20 the driver phoned to say that he was outside.we went out and he was not there phoned the driver to find out he was in blacon not vicars cross he turned up at 5.45 with stone cold pizza which we had to take as we had 4 very hungry children under 10 who could not wait for another pizza to be cooked.will never use them again ever.

I never review places online but these guys are a joke. Never ordering from them again. When they inevitable mess up your order. You will find them willing to send you out a free pizza next time or something. It will never happen. They deny it. So if you HAVE to order from here. When they mess it up, make sure you get your refund on the day. Or you replacement pizza . . . On the day.

Ordered a pizza and two sides which took over an hour to deliver. Then the driver could not find my house, even though I live on a residential street with two entrances. I received a £10 off as an apology. Fine. I then ordered a few days later at 6pm two pizzas and two sides, using the £10 off code that I had received. After an hour of waiting I phoned up to see where my pizza was - then I was told it would take another 45 minutes for them to get it to me. This would have meant I would be waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes for my order. I asked to cancel the order and to refund me. I was told to call customer services, which I did straight away. They gave me a reference code and said that the refund will be processed as I cancelled a while prior and had notified the shop where it was coming from. Then 2 hours and 20 minutes after I had placed the order (8:20pm) I heard a knock at the door, only to find my order had not been cancelled and it had arrived at my house. I rejected it from the delivery driver, stating how I had cancelled it over an hour prior, as I was told the wait would be 2 hours. He expressed shock at this and said he would have cancelled it himself. He then joked that he would eat my order in his car. I tried straight away to call the company to tell them that I had rejected it, so that if anything did happen to said order, I would not be charged still for it, after I had cancelled it an hour and twenty minutes earlier to its delivery. The shop then ignored my calls for over half an hour, sending me to an automated system constantly. There was no apology to reason given to why my order at 6pm would take 2 hours to make and deliver, as it is not peak time either. Will not be ordering from here again. I have never had such appalling service from any delivery company before.

Absolute waste of space. Pre ordered 6 hours prior to delivery time, still managed to be 2 hours late. Rang shop twice and was advised they had been busy, Yeah right...Food eventually given free.Was very nice pizza however wont be bothering again...

Absolutely awful place, wait for my order one hour and half, delivery came cold, over cooked.. Not even all things came from delivery, no dippings, cold and disgusting..... Don't waste your money... Domino's 100 times better!!! Bunch of idiots, that's all...
