McDonald's in Cheshire West and Chester

Orders have been wrong on multiple occasions, always check the bag

The place isn't always clean, especially in toilets. Tables require regular sanitation. Fries are rarely crispy, more like soggy.

I would recommend the chicken selects and mc crispy or the 5 pound meal deal

Waited a while but it was full of students. I love a maccies but sad to see an item (nuggets) were missing when I got my meal back to work

Food took a long time, food was cold, bun looked like it had been sat on, staff member chatting holding my trey. Tables with rubbish on them. Certainly not the best McDonald's I have been too

All the drinks come from the same spout on the drinks machines hence all tasting of orange no matter what you order. Coke with a hint of Fanta. Nice 🤢

Food is always good fries fresh cooked burgers where hot. Staff not so good never any napkins always forget to give you the salsa dips so you have to go ask for them which takes a minute as they stand talking a lot. And it's not a very clean place

Don't bother with the drive thru. You're always asked to park up with a minimum ten minute wait on food. They need to come up with a better way of managing the delivery orders. EDIT: 9 months later, slow to take my order, no cars in the drive thru, still told to park up. Nothings changed. 🤦

Stood around for 15 mins while they served just eat mongs on bikes.

Was not busy at all but still took ages to receive my order by that time my tea from my order was cold,strange service.

30 minute wait for the drive through tonight and once you’re in the queue, you can’t get out. Nightmare!!!

Not the most suitable of macdonalds to visit with young children, parking and then having to cross infront of vehicles exiting the drive thru is dangerous even with out children with you

For some reason, fast food at McD's is no longer, this branch like most others just seem to take ages. The branch itself is fine, it's hard to comment on staff, as the only interaction is they shout your order number when it's ready. I can't stand the self-ordering screens, there are too many options, to many would you like to add something you don't want or make it large, I much prefer just asking for what I want to a person!!

Don't bother ordering on the app - I had to trek half a mile to meet the uber delivery driver despite providing a dropped pin. Uber uninterested, n way to complain to McDs. cold food - terrible service.

Unfortunately, this McDonald's looks good a new type 2 storey McDonald's and is very busy. We waited 15 minutes for our food to arrive, and it was all cold due to the time it was clearly waiting for someone to bring it to our table. I took my coffee back due to it being cold, and the server replied that it was clearly warm when it was made, which I explained so it was obviously waiting a while before being brought to us. The restaurant was dirty, there was food all over the floors and tables, staff were pottering about not really doing anything. Wouldn't visit again.

Terrible cold soggy fries, burger patties thinner than the gherkin. Poor service, I fully understand it's only Maccies but my god it's lost it's way. It's not even that cheap anymore, it's put me right off the brand.

Missing half the items in a chicken sharebox, only discovered it when I got home. It's always good practice to check the bag but apparently now you have to also count everything in the containers. No way the person boxing it never realised hence I won't be back here. Tried to also use the McDonalds survey link on the receipt, get half way through then site fails. For the price increases, McDonalds standards sure have slipped.

Been to maccies all over the country and never known one so bad. After I got another incorrect order tonight I’m never going back, the last 10 times I’ve been something has been missing or swapped for something else, serious issues in there whatever is going on

Not fast food using the drive through always told to park and wait, bottle neck on the main road caused by people trying to use the drive through and turning is on route for bus service and large Tesco

Food a little slower than usual

Cake in 2 days ago and ordered a meal with a couple of simple specifications - no problem. Today, I came back to order the same item. I waited 15 mins to be served only for them to tell me that they now cannot do the order. I explained that I ordered the same thing two days ago with no problems and the reply was "yeah sorry". It definitely appeared that staff were simply too lazy to take the order. Very bizarre. I was willing to spend £15-£20, however walked away without spending a penny. Train your staff better!

Awful place. Most evenings I’ve tried to go the upstairs is closed leaving you the option of downstairs or nothing. Any tables that were empty downstairs were an absolute mess.

No matter how many times I order here Instore or delivery, there's ALWAYS items missing I PAYED for, it's becoming beyond a joke now

Worst McDonald’s ever so slow, and people arrogant

A pretty small restaurant, service seemed very slow that morning and the screens switched off so it was unclear when to expect my order. Breakfast order arrived hot and tasted great as always. The atmosphere wasn't great, with no eye contact from the staff. Pretty normal in my opinion when you order through the app to collect or via the screens

Can’t get orders right and a two hour wait before cancelling is unacceptable. Wouldn’t use again and quite frankly not sure why others would bother to either

Every single time I go to this McDonald’s and get a fizzy drink it always tastes weird, like they’re not using the right amount of syrup. The soft drinks taste floral and gross. Never changes. Go to the McDonalds in Northwich by the charity shop

Northwich McDonalds has got to be one of the best in the North West. The food just seems to be that bit better than any others!

Maybe the staff should do their jobs instead of having a social life wire taking my order the young lady was more interested in talking to her friends then serving me which resulted in not getting the correct order I would suggest that you check your food before you leave as they will not accept any complaints once you have left the premises this could be a good McDonald's but the staff have to act like staff and not like being in a youth club

Very busy. Long wait. Seemed to be doing phone orders first. A lot of bags waiting for deliveries, so don't complain if your fries are cold!!

I'm happy to eat here, but I've got to use a lift to go upstairs and had to wait for staff to unlock then when I need to use it to come back locked and know way of getting staff so had to use stairs.

This place used to be good it has gone downhill queues for drive thru shocking you wait for ages for your order to be taken with idiot staff that keep asking if you are using the app today. Why would I be ordering at the speaker if I was using the app when you get round to the collection point they always park you up when you do get your order 9 times out of 10 it's wrong or there's things missing and it all lukewarm and looks like its been thrown together by chimps. Insides not much better staff concentrating on delivery orders and ignoring other customers and delivery drivers pushing customers out of the way to get to the counter to pick up orders the whole place is a shambles kids that work there clueless also it's getting very expensive

Always filthy dirty inside... Step 1 for any restaurant should be cleanliness! That's what Ramsey's kitchen nightmares have taught us! Grim!

You know I don't think I've ever recieved a correct order from this place. Never ordering again as this was my last straw, both mcmuffins missing so I have just one cold hasbrown, brilliant, how do they mess up this badly that they give you none of the food you just paid for. Maybe they should check they're hiring capable staff 😅 it's not exactly a difficult job, embarrassing

milkshake machine is broken when they clearly just can’t be bothered to clean it only reason I come Maccy ds and 50/50 wether you get one...... oh and now a sauce is 10p no free one with meal last trip here go Burger King

Absolutely the worst mcdonalds in the history of mcdonalds, you might as well ask for a mystery bag. They've never got a order correct in the numerous times I've been here. They never have milkshakes, mc flurries.Check your order before you leave or better still go a different mcdonalds.

I ordered a mcdonalds from here on just eat. Food was so cold and on top of that my burger was completely wrong. Asked for the new DOUBLE quarter pounder deluxe and only got a single burger...

Food and service is fine, only criticism is you've got more chance of getting kicked by a snake than getting a milkshake at this branch of McDs.

Recently I tried to order by calling however they kept hanging up which is extremely rude

Customer service was awful. when I try to explain that they forgot the sauce for The chicken nuggets,They tried to charge me 10p which is absolutely disgusting. I thought the Sauce was free with your chicken nuggets.

Bad service. Wouldn’t not give any free sauce on a £20 order. I was told it was 10p per sauce, said ok and then when I tried to pay I was told that I would have to go back around the drive thru to place another order for sauce.

Fantastic service especially the order runner “Adam” very polite and helpful. Well done McDonald’s on a very pleasant experience, we will be back!

UPDATED REVIEW. Upstairs has been much cleaner recently. Usually the same lady on a Tues evening, serving, cleaning, emptying bins etc. Shout out to her! A bit hit and miss as with all maccys stores I expect but here the kids tablets are all broken or missing completely except one. Lots of food on the floor, dirty tables and full bins inside. Not always like this but can be. Chicken nuggets were hot but chips cold. Ate in.

The worst McD I've ever visit. 25mins waiting for simple order, without customizing anything. Ice cream was done 17 mins before someone prepared my order, coke is cheap and have no coke taste at all, fries cold and gummy. Disaster by huge D. Not recommending at all. And this is not a single case!👎

Breakfast is always fresh and nice and this place is always nice and clean. The lady works there maintains the cleanliness well. The staff members there are friendly and helpful . Love going to this store.

What can you say about McDonald's. Their fast food is good but the restaurants are just quick turn around. Had their Mcplant burger 🍔 and it looks like nothing on the menu board. Just slapped together (not the fault of the staff, just how McDonald's works).

Called here while on my way up north. Pulled in to a collection bay and ordered. Food was brought in around 6 minutes. Can not fault this service.

Supposed to be open 24hrs. 6.30am and doors locked! Wasted journey....

Probably one of the slowest mc Donald's, bit being the only drive through around here every one in the town comes here. Still better than the one in Wigan :)

Awful. 3 orders in a row now been short of items.... hash browns, then sauces... not using again. Anything plain they ask you park up takes AGES like 25 mins. Today chicken nuggets no sauces included tho they were ordered. Like eating cardboard. Complained 1st time and given a meal via app buy I'd rather just get it right as complaining is inconvenient and time consuming. It'd take ages go back queue up again

Everytime bar 1 we have had food missing from our order; how hard can it be to get it right? The person making up the order is reading off a feckin list for gods sake!!!! Also the last visit was smethin else; after a wait of well over 10mins; after checkin it was all there we happily drove away only to find the food was cold; tepid at best; so why were we waitin? Isn't the food purchased at a drive thru supposed to be "hot" wtaf; needless to say it will be a long time b4 we use "McDonlds Northwhich" again if at all

They say they are 24 hours but it’s only for drive-thru! The staff isn’t helpful at all either, she told me to come order in a cab. Don’t make the mistake to go there night time.

Thursday 16th November 2023. Me and my family went to the drive through on an especially busy night. When we discovered our food was unmade after around 10 minutes, my dad went to go talk to them. An excellent site manager handled everything amazingly, nicest man I've ever met, he definitely deserves a raise immediately.

Very relaxing. Cats are gorgeous and super soft.

I can’t fault this McDonald’s it’s actually my favourite McDonald’s if you can have one. Staff are just always super nice and the food is always fresh! Usually drive thru but have dined in and always nice enough inside. 10/10 from me.

Good was okay but when waiting for the order the young lad on the 3rd window was indredibly rude about the amount of food and order we had would not recommend

My husband, friend and myself went to McDonald’s ordered some food and the service was great until we got given the food by a rude worker there, why are we ordering so much, why are we taking so long even swearing i also spoke to the manager and he was so nice and apologised for it but i said it was not on at all and he shouldn’t be working there with that type of attitude towards the customers so i will not be returning to this mcdonalds agter this experience
