It was the best pizza I have ever had last night from Pizza Hut in Rochester. The dough was so nice. The toppings were delicious. The chicken strips, they were very nice and arrived very quickly.

Me and the family had a great meal here. Really fast and great service.

I was working in the area and really fancied a pizza from Pizza Hut. The place was clean and staff were welcoming. The pizza tasted great and will be coming back here for lunch again soon.

Always very good here, staff are good and to Ashley I think she is the assistant manager. Always helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Every time I order from this place, they mess up the order and take a long time to make the order. This time received burnt pizza and missing items. I complained to them and they can’t replace your order if you’re a Deliveroo customer. Shocking customer service and no quality control. Would not recommend ordering from here.

Just an ordinary pizza takeaway. Service was good but realised they got my order wrong when I got home. There is no seating for waiting customers, which makes it feel a bit cold and unwelcoming. They do not accept cash.

Count your days. Everytime i order you lot send the wrong thing instead of cancelling it and then proceed to send me food that looks half eaten. This is why dominos is and will always be better

Place use to be amazing, Removing my 5 star review as there customer service, quality and care has gone downhill since, Will no longer use pizzahut as a brand as they have little to no care with their pizza quality and keeping their loyal customers.

Absolute rubbish. Non existent customer services. Late delivery by an hour and the wrong order delivered. Still waiting for my refund a week later. Had to talk to my bank for a charge back as this company has a policy of not issuing refunds, even when they are at fault. Don’t order from here, Pizza Hut is not what it used to be.

Pizza fell in the delivery drivers bag. Took over an hour to arrive, called and they said they would send another within 20 mins - has been over another hour and nothing. Called and now the branch is closed. No pizza and no refund - very poor experience

Where do I begin? First of all if you are thinking about ordering from this Pizza Hut - do not. Unless everyone takes this advice and then they won’t be overhauling pizza and may be able to serve you something on time. We ordered pizza at 18:00, given an estimated delivery time of 40 minutes. Once an hour had passed we rang the store. We were told our pizzas had come out of the oven and they would be sent out next and should expect it soon. Another 45 minutes pass and no pizza, we ring, we are assured the pizzas are on their way and will be warm. The staff made no apology for the delay but that we should expect this on a Friday. 10 minutes later the pizza arrives. Cold. The chicken is soggy. The nachos are soggy. The cheese curdled, the sauce congealed. More snap in my back in the morning than on those Doritos. The pizzas were greasy, they had no taste, and generally not worth the money at all. We rang once more to ask for them to send a fresh order and we’re told we would need to wait another hour. This would have meant the pizza would not have arrived until 3 hours after order. Anyway, in summary, bad quality pizza, bad service, bad timings. You could probably make a pizza from scratch in the time it takes to get one from here. Or travel to Italy, you’d probably still get a pizza sooner. P.S the dominoes in Stood is worthwhile.

Terrible experience.Poor customer service. Made an error with order. Basically ordered two of the same pizza’s .Rang Pizza Hut within 4 mins of making order. Spoke to Alex who did not take any of my details but alerted me nothing could be done to help and put phone down as says could not stay on the phone as had to answer calls from other customers.

Terrible customer service, one of the pizza's was not delivered by Deliveroo. Driver advised me to contact Pizza hut. Spoke to manager at Pizza Hut who blamed Deliveroo for "stealing pizzas all the time". She refused to replace missing pizza and told me I would have to contact Deliveroo before she put the phone down on me.

Someone called Alex there. Very rude and unprofessional. Delivery delayed considerably and she wouldn't want to know about it. Will never buy there again or especially deal with Alex.

Horrendous service, not tasted food yet because restaurant said it had delivered when it hadn’t, tried phoning restaurant 8 times with no answer. Go Dominos or even better, support a local takeaway!

Never send food on time always late and never pick up the phone

Worst management ever. They don't know how to run something like that and really don't care about customers. I ordered my pizzas, and they arrived 2 hours later (yes, TWO HOURS), after at least 3 phone calls from my wife or me. Every time they promised to call back with info or to let us know, but they never did. After acknowledging the delay, the only things they were able to say it is: "we don't work like this, we are better", but nothing else, not a proper apology, no reimbursement, nothing. Btw, the pizzas and the sides arrived quite cold, they told me to call them back, but I had enough of them for a night. Also, the quality of the pizza was better, but I don't know if this is related to the single shop. Avoid it if you don't want your pizza night to be ruined.

Anazing pizza. Fantastic pick up deal 2 any size for 699 each. Friendly service staff very helpful. Daughter loved her pizza side and ice cream which she didnt share with dad. Ill be back

Only tried Pizza Hut as dominos website was down and that was a mistake. Ordered 4 pizzas 2 sides and desert. Delivery was 70-80 minutes which I wasn’t super annoyed at considering it was a Saturday night, however one of the pizzas was missing most of the toppings, another clearly burnt. Both of the sides were completely missing. The other 2 pizzas were fine but still not as good as alternatives. Phoned multiple times and no one ever picked up. The online support would take up to 72 hours to respond so obviously no replacement food was on the table. Would never return.

Ordered at 5pm for delivery at 7pm, still not arrive. When called them they said it won't arrive until 9pm. Really rude customer service.

Ordered through there app. The food is always hot & fresh. The delivery person is always friendly & helpful. They've been the only delivery person that put the boxes at front door & stand well back.

Ordering takeaway from Rochester branch regularly, the pizzas always arrive on time and my order is right and perfect. Just like to say thank you to all the staff there.

The food was over half hour late, when it got here it was like walm the garlic bread was cold and there was too much Tomato paste on it which ment I couldn’t taste the toppings, over all not good and o won’t be going back.

We ordered two large pizzas, very disappointing. The fajita and pineapple / ham pizza. When I opened the box it really did not look like pizza hut quality. The dough was definitely not the standard of pizza hut. I would like my money back and u can collect these awrful pizzas.

Waited 1 hr 30 for the pizza to turn up, phoned up a couple of times to check on it and on the few times I got through was greeted by a rude welcome. However pizza tasted great.

Honestly I don't often give poor reviews as I'd rather just not give a review for the sake of the business but this is so consistent that I have to say something. The service is terrible! I rang for collection for 15 straight minutes again and again with no answer, but when I got there to the store only one person was on the phones. I was met eventually by someone who was so upset about working there that it made me consider dominos. I asked for deals and was met with a voice that barely wanted to outline anything for the customer. The only good thing was that the food came hot of course as I came back 15 mins later to pick it up. The people working here don't want to be here, I sort of don't blame them, whatever pizza hut are doing they need to focus on keeping their employees happy!

I'd been a customer of their collection service for nearly two years, having spent most of my Friday breaks from work getting a small pizza and a drink for cheap. Not once has there been any problem with my pizza and every week I enjoyed myself. The staff are friendly and the location allows for eating by the river on a nice day. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quick pizza without a long wait.

Disgusting Pizza Hut delivery place-gives the Pizza Hut franchise a very very bad name. Lazy incompetent staff who seldom lay if ever answer the phone. When they do they are rude. When pizza is rarely delivered hygiene standards and quality of pizza is extremely poor. Once when I called them for delivery-there response was that they were too busy to deliver-WELCOME TO THE WORST PIZZA HUT DELIVERY SERVICE in the UK it's in ROCHESTER-all is not lost however collect an awesome Pizza Hut pizza with awesome staff from Chatham dockside unfortunately they don't deliver you have to collect or eat at there lovely restaurant. Avoid the delivery place in Rochester like THE PLAGUE !!!!!

I've been waiting ages for pizza and it comes undercooked. Raw veg and dough was still white instead "golden brown". Next time I rather eat frozen pizza than ordering from there. Same sh*it but cheaper.

After waiting almost 3 hours for our order, we called Rochester Pizza hut and the manager 'Ray' lied that our door bell wasn't working when their driver came. Instead of apologizing, Ray was very rude to us. Will not order from them again.

Terrible experiance. Made 2 mistakes to 2 seperate orders and failed to rectify the issue satisfactory. Manager was rude and unapproachable. AVOID!
