Wrong pizza delivered - they said they would send a new one out . Phoned twice after as it was not being delivered - they then said they wouldn’t send one out and we should claim a refund on the app .

Really terrible pizza delivery. Cold and mushy. Huge crust and very few toppings. Not ordering from here again. Very expensive.

Pre ordered for 8.30 arrived 9:10

Average pizza, nothing special but ok we made a scheduled order for delivery for 6:30, after calling up they had no note of our order repeatedly argued with us in an aggressive manner before hanging up multiple times. Pizza finally arrived at 7:45, after chasing up multiple times they said the delay was due to a "shortness of drivers" and "that they've been very busy"" well im sorry we made our order more than two hours in advance and it was a Saturday night so I would expect allowances made by staff for high demand. Its not so much the fact the pizza is late it was the handing of the matter by the staff. Not impressed with this service

Ordered at 3.30pm giving plenty notice left instructions on where to bring order ring bell etc. But the jst eat driver decided he wanted to hand my order to the main office which they wouldn’t except as a result my order was took back will never order from Pizza Hut again.

Loved the pizza here. The staff was good and supportive.Recommended for everyone.

Used Pizza Hut before the refit of the shop it had a great atmosphere and staff were fabulous. After refit service is slow, staff are clueless, no atmosphere. Bring back the old staff. Pizza the other night was over cooked and i asked for wedges and got chips. Going to start using Dominoes from now on.

The phone line has not been working for weeks. It’s either because they can’t speak English or they are just forcing everyone to use the app ! Dreadful service. And the response says it all ! We are not really interested in your response - send it into the system and like every other review on here nothing will happen with it - dreadful customer service beyond belief !!! Do not order from here !!!

The pizza was probably the worst pizza I have ever had delivered it was hard as rock and wasn’t even cut properly I tried calling the restaurant but I gave up after the 27th call it seem they have taken the phone off the hook so can’t receive calls. The delivery guy was very kind and helpful I had to call him and he got the pizza replaced but the 2nd pizza was the same as the previous. I will never order from here again

Have ordered twice from here both times order was wrong. Telephone doesn’t work and is never answered so there is no way to complain directly to the shop. Complained to head office who refuse to refund for incorrect orders which goes against the consumer rights act.

Did not deliver my order. Such a disappointment!

I have got a chicken feast pizza, the toppings are perfectly good and the staff is really friendly and professional, dine-un experience was perfect and the place tidy and well maintained

Order marked as delivered but never received and no one answers the phone at this number. Have no way to resolve this other than going to my bank and trying to get a refund (but no food!)

Tried to order online for delivery and they cancelled the order seconds after it was placed without any reasoning. Awful service. Wouldn’t recommend. Pizza Hut isn’t the best for pizza anyway - blessing in disguise!

Awful! Had delivery’s from here multiple times but after tonight, never again. Majority of the food was cold or just tasted funky. Missing a pizza, don’t bother phoning, they never answer (phoned for about an hour) garlic bread was burnt. What a waste of £55! Now have to email to get a refund for at least my missing pizza

Waited 45 mins after delivery time. Kept saying delivery was 10 mins away half an hour later it arrived. Stone cold. When I opened box it was the wrong order. By then the delivery guy was gone. Waste of £20. Ruined meal. Never will I order from pizza hut again.I would give no stars of possible.

This is zero star review as we ordered in store and waited 30 minutes to be told the pizza oven is broken!

Worst place ever to order. Ordered £50 of food then got no delivery or a call and then tried to call 26 times after not receiving order after 1 hours wait then drove to the shop to then see the staff all standing eating pizza to then be told they had a gas problem and no one was getting pizza and then told I’ll get a refund after 5 to 6 days. The manager was one of the rudest managers iv ever came across to then be told by a Scottish man who then explained everything to me and doesn’t know why the phone didn’t ring but a overweight Scottish female with terrible teeth started telling me she didn’t like my tone her pizza must have been getting cold Then the manager told me everyone was outside because there was a gas leak but the people in the front of the shop eating pizza certainly weren’t affected by the gas leak. So wasted £50 to then be told by the pizza munchers my manager is outside because there is a gas leak so anyone studying gas leaks or evacuating gas leaks just remember go out the back door because gas leaks don’t go out the front door in Pizza Hut in morningside

Took nearly 2 hours the deliver, no answer from Morningside Pizza Hut branch. When it eventually arrived it appeared to have been reheated. Won't be ordering from here again. Disappointed as used to always order from here before it re opened .

Very bad service I’ve ordered a pizza for my son , I asked the guy he said 15 minutes I been waiting for 35 minutes when I asked him nicely he started arguing back Is not recommended to go there

I recently arrived in Edinburgh from India and visited the Pizza Hut in Morningside, where I met a person named Jay who customized the pizza exactly how I wanted; after eating it, With each bite, I felt as if I were right at home. I truly felt like I was back in India.

definitely not a sit in location but ive only ever gotten take away so no big deal the pizza by the slice they sell is a nice large size worth the price. the chicken tenders honestly suck and the crust is soft and flavourless but the pizza is good although normal can feel like theres not enough toppings and the loaded feels like too much. would like more different toppings sauces and pizzas to choose from. the garlic seasoning is really nice

I am from India It’s was my first time having a pizza in pizza hut. More than pizza the welcoming nature of the staff felt so good. To meet an Indian in this country thank you jay for a wonderfully experience.

First time ordering from this one. But never expecting to be missing two slices. Ran back to driver and apparently he's dropped the box when leaving shop and the two missing slices fell out. Asked him to take it back for a new one and I was told no as the restaurant won't do another one.

The food is cheap, scrumptious and filling. Most of the staff are nice tell you all the details and cook with their hearts but some don’t try and make it horribly I should also note about the calls. I usually order by calling them and pick it up although sometimes they take ages to answer and almost all the time they start getting confused as if they have never done this but I think the food, price and quality makes up for this, if I could I would give it 7 stars but I can’t so this Pizza Hut gets 5 stars from me. Personally this is one of the better Pizza Huts in Edinburgh.

Ordered food from the app Pizza came squashed and the ice cream that I got given when delivered wasn’t even the correct one, not to mention it was half melted and freezer burned. Macaroni cheese also has barely any macaroni normally loaded with it

I'm giving 5stars on everything. They cheap, good in taste, delivery is/was fast and reliable and I love the sprinkle thing they put on crust- don't need any sauce just more sprinkles (whatever it is I don't care I want more!)

I went in to pick up an order for Deliveroo at 04/05/2023 at around 7:40pm, the smell was brilliant. But as I entered the shop I was absolutely disgusted by the Asian member of staff working at how bad his hygiene was. His nails were really long and that honest made me feel sick. I just can’t imagine this individual making a pizza with nails that long. Please fix up! You are ruining Pizza Huts reputation.

Came in for lunch at 13:40. Place was deserted, and nobody serving or in the kitchen. Gave up and went somewhere else.

We've had Pizza from this takeaway for over a year now. The food has always been consistent & the offers have been a great bargain. The staff behind the counter are very friendly & laid-back. The pizzas are never over cooked or under done. There is a real lack of decent takeaways in Edinburgh, and this one tops most of them!

Awful service! Phoned up to update my order (as I had made an error), lady picked up the phone and said it was macdonalds to which I apologised and put the phone down. Then I looked again and realised I did have the right number so I phoned again and someone picked the phone up, listens to my voice and puts it back down again! Tried phoning up once more (now furious) to which no one answered…no idea what was going on but awful service, Pizza Hut needs new staff and certainly get rid of the female who answers the phone on a Saturday evening as it’s put me off ever ordering from them again!

I made an order for something a bit unusual; a veg sizzler pizza without cheese or tomato sauce. I asked for extra chopped tomatoes instead of the base sauce, and mushrooms. The man who took the order on the phone wasn't sure if it would taste good this way, but I'm happy to say it tasted great! Really fresh! I also had potato wedges and garlic bread. The garlic bread seems to be ok for plant-based/vegans, and it's pretty good imho. It's light and slightly chewy. The delivery man was also exceptionally nice. He did social distancing and I really respect all the people like him who have another thing to bear in mind while doing a job which can provide a really important role for people who are, for example housebound. Thank you to the staff for being flexible and just for being so nice, not easy to be charming all the time when doing repetitive things or when busy and noisy.

Not a pizza hut fan. Especially Morningside branch staff. Twice passing the shop have had abuse thrown from staff yet when I enter they run out back shop. Coward if he got summit to say come say it not say it then hide.

The staff can be very polite and friendly (on their good days) most of the time they will just give you a quick smile but dispite all that the service is very quick and the food is awesome (apart from the garlic bread, that's a bit sad looking). Total 3 and half stars.

Pizza delivered 40minutes late, most definitely not hot and random tax charges not included in 'total cost'. Garlic bread was terrible. They will avoid providing £10 off voucher for late delivery at all costs what a hassle. I would avoid when possible!

Only gets 1/5 because the food at least tasted okay. Was told my order would be 15 minutes, but only got my food after waiting for 43 minutes. If I hadn’t been in such a rush to get away once I finally received my order, I would have noticed that it was barely lukewarm. Almost as if the order had been prepared but then left on the counter to be forgotten about, whilst other delivery orders were prepared. Don’t know why I bothered. Definitely won’t be bothering again.

Worst, worst, worst WORST Pizzahut I have ever seen. We ordered food and they brought the wrong thing. The manager insulted me and said "I don't have to or want to talk to you" and hung up on me. I'd suggest everyone stay far away from this Pizzahut and save themselves the money and the stress. I had lost faith in Pizzahut but it's official!

Absolute disgrace, ordered two large stuffed crust pizzas on a Monday night to my disdain i later received an abrupt phone call from a pizza hut employee, I was then notified AFTER my order had been placed and paid for that there was infact no premium crusts available at that time. What really rustled my jimmies was the fact that the woman said the order had been put through and that there was no way she could refund it on her end and I would have to then go online and contact their online services to sort out a way for repayment (which no doubt would not be immediate and would have the money placed back in my account at a later date) Had I known this at the time of order I would have chosen another reputable place such as dominos or papa johns to order from which no doubt WOULD have had stuffed crust in stock on a rather quiet Monday night, although they did offer us a choice of "free" sides this simply didn't cut the bacon as my thirst for stuffed crust was not quenched.

Standard Pizza Hut Delivery. Quick service, decent staff, and a nice bright and not too drab waiting area. Only been once as I prefer Dominos which is just up the road. Pizza hut do tend to have better deals though. Convenient location also.

The pizza is always burnt when it arrives at your door just dont order your pizza from here!!!!
