Best value for money and lovely pizza

Had 2 lovely pizzas and spoke to jack who was very friendly and happy to help and also informed me on any deals they had, overall would defo come back just because of his service alone

Wasn't a good start when the delivery driver just stood on my door step and didn't even ring the bell just stood there then to open up the pizza for it too look like it's not even been cooked and then wasn't helpful at all the manager of the place was rude wouldn't even come to the phone left it to someone else to deal with absolutely apaling do not order from this store not even going to attempt to eat the pizza and it was the rong base aswell stay clear I say what a waste of 20 quid also ordered spicy chicken strips I got chicken gougeon s absolute joke of a place

I come here once a week and although all the staff seem nice, I love when Austin is on shift. He is so lovely and chatty, and also helps you get the best deals. Can't rate him enough, and he definitely deserves a pay rise before someone else snatches him up. Cant give 5 stars as it doesn't seem enough so infinity stars for Austin ⭐️

goats chees pizza mild chilli - no evidence of goats cheese no glaze and huts mouth watering chillis but not in a good way

Side order of onion rings was missing

It was expensive. You look at the offers and think ok, but when you build your meal then the cost goes up. The paparone pizza was bland, with little cheese. The chicken supreme was ok, the sides were just chips and cold garlic bread. Nearly £40 for the two of us was a bit steep. I'm not sure I will be going again. The staff were nice enough. Service was quick enough.

The food was so greasy to the point the box leaked through and broke due to the overload of grease.

Ordered a large vegan pizza with extra toppings. Didn't have to wait too long for order to arrive. Delivered by a polite employee. A nice treat as I'm not one to order pizza normally. Thank you. Good deal too!

Been having Pizza from here a few months now. Have to say, delivery service is super quick and pizza is superb! Girlfriend is vegetarian, and also approves. A definitely thumbs up. Very friendly staff too.

Visited on Saturday. The customer service was exceptional. We opted to eat in (please note there are only 2 tables as this is mainly collection friendly) and we were approached by the manager informing us our food will be slightly late. She offered a free side to make up for it, which I thought was a lovely touch. Thank you.

The reason I order from Pizza hut the most is its one of few places where it actually arrives on time and piping hot.

I ordered off Deliveroo (should’ve just ordered direct, as per the pizza box says to..), and after an hour and a half they still hadn’t found a driver. I resolved to ring Pizza Hut myself and they very kindly offered to get one of their own drivers to deliver the pizza ASAP and also made my order fresh as it had been sitting waiting for well over an hour at that point. Thanks for your help guys :)

I haven't enjoyed pizza hut food for a long time as I use to find everything tasted the same. However you've really improved and impressed me. food quality, smashed it lovely bit of grub and came early! I couldn't ask for more. I don't believe it's hard to deliver to a caravan site that I've explained how to get to and it being a local shop I think it's a joke and as nice as the delivery man was the communication within the team must be rubbish due to me passing information on to the shop to help the driver. Fair play to the driver to putting up with a poor in shop team I know I wouldn't

Topping seems to be getting thinner and thinner on the Pizza's these days.

We always use pizza hut on old road at least once a week. Food is always on time and 9 out of 10 times food is usually well cooked.

Pizza was fine. But missed some of the order. Nachos didn't arrive:(

Quick delivery driver was lovely. Pizzas were awful, hardly any toppings, couldn’t see any cheese at all, was like eating dough and tomato sauce. Waste of just over £25, shocking avoid!!!

Food was great. There was a large delay in the delivery but the customer service was excellent.

Food wasn’t hot, pizzas were swimming in oil. And we ordered white choc cookie dough to be told they didn’t have any, it shouldn’t be available to order. Deliver driver was on time & polite but not happy with food at all.

I ordered for delivery to come at 8.30pm but it arrived and hour early. I put delivery for 7.30 for a reason. The food was cold and wasn’t nice.

Don’t bother, just go to domino’s instead.

The food was pretty much OK and even though it was late we still had missing items from the order. I phoned the store and the guy said he'd get it sorted ASAP and still never got the missing items. Totally incompetent staff that don't know what customer service is. Appalled!!!

The dip I ordered didn't come. The pizza was really tough and chewy, after a slice each our jaws ached. Pizza melt was lovely. Garlic bread was burnt and hard

Order was late which wasn’t there fault it was just eat but this wasn’t fresh like stated they was going to do. It has been heated up which one pizza was burnt & the rest tasted like rubber. garlic bread cold too. Staff are friendly but just a shame the food was bad & such a waste of money.

The worse pizza I have ever had the dough was rolled out so thin it was crispy in the middle the dough tasted awful hardly any filling on top all I could taste was herbs. I definitely won't waste money on buying another one.

It was stone cold so couldn’t eat the chips. Meat was all fat. Definitely not worth the money. Still ate after as it was edible

I ordered from pizza hut for the first time in several years due to history of shocking service by same branch. I used Just eat as they were offering 20%off. Delivery time changed from 20-40 min to 1h20 after I paid. The food was OK. I've had far better pizza from Family Pizza. Chicken wings were average at best and cold. It was 22.45 by the time my food arrived 1hr25 after I ordered on a TUESDAY night. Good only knows what busy nights would be like. Left feeling underwhelmed by a big chain. Maybe it was because it took so long to arrive I thought I was getting the Rolls Royce of pizza. Maybe because the only thing that went well was the driver delivering the food.

Awful. Cold soggy undercooked food. So bad I have insisted on a refund.

Ordered a drink with my meal, the drink wasn’t in with my order so we phoned the restaurant they said it would be sent straight out and 1 hour later we still have not received our drink!

Half order charged but missing and the only item delivered the packaging was damaged to a point where it gave little confidence on how the pizza had been treated on travel for delivery.

Ordered cookie dough and ice cream! Did not come with ice cream so was wasted! Not happy at all
