Hot food fast delivery excellent 👍

food was okay but the drink was missing from the order and I rang the restaurant and they said I need to contact just eat for a partial refund but it doesn't give me the option

The reason I order from Pizza hut the most is its one of few places where it actually arrives on time and piping hot.

I ordered off Deliveroo (should’ve just ordered direct, as per the pizza box says to..), and after an hour and a half they still hadn’t found a driver. I resolved to ring Pizza Hut myself and they very kindly offered to get one of their own drivers to deliver the pizza ASAP and also made my order fresh as it had been sitting waiting for well over an hour at that point. Thanks for your help guys :)

I haven't enjoyed pizza hut food for a long time as I use to find everything tasted the same. However you've really improved and impressed me. food quality, smashed it lovely bit of grub and came early! I couldn't ask for more. Thank you for the brilliant service! especially giving me a cash option to pay for it!

I don't believe it's hard to deliver to a caravan site that I've explained how to get to and it being a local shop I think it's a joke and as nice as the delivery man was the communication within the team must be rubbish due to me passing information on to the shop to help the driver. Fair play to the driver to putting up with a poor in shop team I know I wouldn't

Topping seems to be getting thinner and thinner on the Pizza's these days.

We always use pizza hut on old road at least once a week. Food is always on time and 9 out of 10 times food is usually well cooked.

Pizza was fine. But missed some of the order. Nachos didn't arrive:(

5 small pieces of chicken for £6.99… pretty poor!!

Got the £28.99 max feast deal last night which was meant to include a sharing bag of walkers MAX crisps.....however we did not get any! Apart from that food was good!

Quick delivery driver was lovely. Pizzas were awful, hardly any toppings, couldn’t see any cheese at all, was like eating dough and tomato sauce. Waste of just over £25, shocking avoid!!!

Pizza had plenty of topping but bottom of the pizza could do with cooking a bit more as was soggy

Food was great. There was a large delay in the delivery but the customer service was excellent.

Food wasn’t hot, pizzas were swimming in oil. And we ordered white choc cookie dough to be told they didn’t have any, it shouldn’t be available to order. Deliver driver was on time & polite but not happy with food at all.

I ordered for delivery to come at 8.30pm but it arrived and hour early. I put delivery for 7.30 for a reason. The food was cold and wasn’t nice.

Don’t bother, just go to domino’s instead.

Greasy undercooked pizza, absolutely no flavour. Stick to Dominos

The food was pretty much OK and even though it was late we still had missing items from the order. I phoned the store and the guy said he'd get it sorted ASAP and still never got the missing items. Totally incompetent staff that don't know what customer service is. Appalled!!!

Now my favourite Pizza restaurant. Delicious food. Reasonably priced.

The dip I ordered didn't come. The pizza was really tough and chewy, after a slice each our jaws ached. Pizza melt was lovely. Garlic bread was burnt and hard

First time using just eat for delivery to our caravan. Pizzas turned up a little early, they we warm and delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food. Well done

Order was late which wasn’t there fault it was just eat but this wasn’t fresh like stated they was going to do. It has been heated up which one pizza was burnt & the rest tasted like rubber. garlic bread cold too. Staff are friendly but just a shame the food was bad & such a waste of money.

The worse pizza I have ever had the dough was rolled out so thin it was crispy in the middle the dough tasted awful hardly any filling on top all I could taste was herbs. I definitely won't waste money on buying another one.

It was stone cold so couldn’t eat the chips. Meat was all fat. Definitely not worth the money. Still ate after as it was edible

I ordered from pizza hut for the first time in several years due to history of shocking service by same branch. I used Just eat as they were offering 20%off. Delivery time changed from 20-40 min to 1h20 after I paid. The food was OK. I've had far better pizza from Family Pizza. Chicken wings were average at best and cold. It was 22.45 by the time my food arrived 1hr25 after I ordered on a TUESDAY night. Good only knows what busy nights would be like. Left feeling underwhelmed by a big chain. Maybe it was because it took so long to arrive I thought I was getting the Rolls Royce of pizza. Maybe because the only thing that went well was the driver delivering the food.

Ordered a drink with my meal, the drink wasn’t in with my order so we phoned the restaurant they said it would be sent straight out and 1 hour later we still have not received our drink!

Half order charged but missing and the only item delivered the packaging was damaged to a point where it gave little confidence on how the pizza had been treated on travel for delivery.

Ordered cookie dough and ice cream! Did not come with ice cream so was wasted! Not happy at all

This side of pizza hut is realy good compare to other. Order pizza for collection drive in and pizza ready and wait for me. Test great as well. Well done i hope side in coventry is like this on

Great service, friendly driver and great food

Awful. Flatbread was overcooked and the "Garlic" bread should have been rebranded BURNT BREAD. 40 minutes late aswell.

I love Pizza Hut Pizza always tastes delicious but lately it’s gone real down hill…the cheese tastes really hard like it’s rubber :/ like it does not taste like it’s melted anymore. But I still want to give a 4 star because pizza still taste great but could work on making the cheese not taste like rubber.

Spicy potatoe wedges under cooked. Chicken strips under cooked. Mac&cheese undercooked. We got 3 dips only received 2. Delivery boy needs people skills.

Pizza burnt around the edges dry and cold paid £42 for 2 pizzas one large one mediam rang and told i have to contact custmer services main number but didnt even know number or offer a refund poor very poor

Food was over a hour longer than delivery time. When calling restaurant they hadn’t even started it. Very poor won’t be ordering this again

Driver told us would have been better off ordering from pizza hut direct which when looking was correct and was disgusted that when using just eat cost over £5 more than if ordered direct! Wont be ordering again

The pizza when it eventually arrived was cold, the topping had dried up and the pizza base was chewy where it had gone cold. I ended up throwing it in the bin. When I phoned up to complain about the quality of the pizza I was told it couldn't be cold as it had been put in a heated bag which should keep it warm for 2 hours . Obviously something had gone wrong with my order then as it was obviously cold when it left the restaurant. This will be the last order Pizza Hut get from me and my family.

Food was about 1 hour early and cold by the time our guests arrived.

Pizza was 40% crust paid for extra toppings it very thin on the ground, forgot the drink and said to the driver don’t knock when you come back as trying to get the baby to sleep, thought he was going to come through the door he knocked so hard, don’t waste your money

2 hours to arrive called up to ask where it is got told just coming out oven driver on way but got other deliveries to do aswell do will be a while but will still be hot half hour later it turns up stone cold

Resturant keeps getting the order wrong, we always choose the Classic Crust without Garlic as no one in our house can stand the taste of Garlic but half of our orders (like todays) has come with the Garlic and a good part of the Pizza can't be ate.

Took an hour for food to get here, and didn’t come with icecream for our cookie dough
