The pizza once again was very flavourful, bursting with flavour and the service was very quick which was extremely helpful

My daughter’s choice, so maybe her review would be more positive than mine. What I was told was a 15 min wait for food became over 40. Two errors in the food that arrived, blaming a backlog of orders, running out of items and a staff error. Pretty average food all round and the kids would have to lobby hard to get me back here! Better options are available in west quay.

Visited today for a late lunch, we were welcomed and seated quickly and they r Omsk Ed that you now order using the qr code on your table, was easy to use and drinks were delivered quickly and then we helped ourselves to the buffet which was lovely choice pasta dishes variety of lovely fresh pizzas and really good salad bar. It was tasty and fresh, the manager and staff were really helpful and friendly which made it a pleasurable dining experience and the drinks were unlimited refills which went down well as were the ice cream desserts. First visit here but definitely won’t be out last was a nice change from other places we’ve been to . Highly recommended

One star is too many It starts with being treated like cattle at the entrance area. Pushed to the other side of the walkway even though that then meant crossing waking traffic, no logic there. Wi-Fi appalling, no 3/4/5g signal so ordering was a lengthy frustrating thing. If you insist on having online ordering then I suggest you have a internet that actually works. We then waited an eternity for the pizza. We ordered thin crust with extra cheese. The pizza came out with 2/3rds of the edges blackened. The thin crust was thinner that the paper in my printer and was also black on the bottom. If this was extra cheese then I hate to think what no extra cheese would be like. We then asked for our HOT brownie desert. We were told if would be a while as it was freshly done in the oven to make it amazing for us. Well after 30 minutes, out it came, dry and cold in the middle. So I decided that something needed to be said. I was told I could get a refund. Well now that would have been acceptable but alas, they needed the order number to do this. Of course, I had to get access to my email to get it, yep, no internet available to download the email so no refund. Close to £60 for an appalling lunch that left us incredibly frustrated and quite honestly disgusted. I can only review as I find and unfortunately our experience today was appalling. I cannot recommend this restaurant at all

Fabulous food, lovely hot pizza and made to how we wanted it. Salad bar was full and very fresh. Service was slightly slow to start although seated within a few minutes.

We both enjoyed our Pizzas at this clean and modern venue. It was located on the top floor of the Westquay shopping mall. It was at about 6pm and it was quiet inside. The booths were occupied so we were allocated a table at the back. We were served rather than using the app and we didn't have to wait ;long. We both ordered Margherita Pizzas mine deep pan and my wife's gluten free, We chose the single deal meal and we both had chips as a starter and with the bottomless soft drinks option from the machine. The pizzas were cooked perfectly and sizzling hot. My pizza was already sliced and served in the pan. I much prefer the pizzas from pizza hut because the thinner crust ones tend to lose their heat quicker. We both chose various options from the salad bar before the pizzas were served. To summarise, the interior was modern and clean, the service excellent and the food delicious.

Waited 5 mins at the entrance to be seated, then asked a staff member if we could be seated & was redirected to the entrance. Waited another 5 mins (watching staff clearing tables, there were plenty of tables free) and gave up , walked away. Nando's 20 metres away got us seated immediately, much better service. Tough light luck Pizza Hut.

The pizzas were bland and tasteless. The salad bar uninspiring. Also expensive for what it was. A small pepperoni pizza £14.99. Technology is meant to make things easier but the mobile ordering via a QR code took ages and not slick. We won’t be going again, much better pizza places for less money

Very disappointing visit. Family visit, have previously enjoyed Pizza Hut, but this was pretty awful. Salad bar was sparse, very little choice. Pepperoni pizza was really small & the so called spicy chicken was bland & flavourless. The bill came to £50 with drinks - felt like an absolute waste of money for very poor food. Definitely don’t waste your money here - will never be returning!!

We came here for dinner and made our way to the salad bar, which had flies flying around and sitting in all the salads. There was barely any salad left and everything was mixed in together, making it visibly unpleasant to even attempt to eat. We didn't wait too long for our food however the chicken arrived cold and the pizza was mildly warm, despite there only being 4 other tables. Overall I am not surprised why on a Friday evening the restaurant was practically empty. We will not be returning there.

the serving staff were all very attentive towards both children, really had the time of day for all guests and despite being near closing time were all upbeat and cheerful, food was great all piping hot, exactly as ordered and very tasty with minimal waiting

I didn't have great expectations but it was surprisingly good! Great value and service, and perfectly enjoyable food.

Visited yesterday not long before closing after arriving 15 minutes late for our booking. Will was very accommodating and found us a seat straight away and promptly took our order. Food was lovely and the service was great couldn't have ask for more. From phone call to eating food was spot on. Recommended!

Messed up drinks orders and some confusion over food orders. Pizza? One of the worst I’ve had anywhere in the world - thin, limited toppings, tasteless and poor value for money. Friendly staff despite all this but won’t be going back.

Terrible service, trying to book for my child’s birthday but this branch keep cancelling my online booking because the date falls in half term and the time required is around lunchtime.

Came into the shopping centre late in the afternoon, originally went to pizza express, who even though they had plenty of space said they didn't have any availability. Went next door to pizza hut and was greeted by LIBBY. She stated that she could absolutely accommodate us and explained the GLUTEN FREE wasn't an issue.went through the option with us and even delivered our food stating that the sides were gluten free. Super friendly and knowledge. Definitely will order from a pizza hut again and libby is a credit to the establishment. Sorry didn't get a picture....was too hungry.

booked table for 5:30 arrived on time waitress took our order then had to wait 45 minutes for our drinks after waiting an hour for our food had to go up to a waiter and let him know we were still waiting for our food waitress came over with our food gave a half apology saying the kitchen was busy(even though bigger group of people who arrived 15 mins behind us had already had their food ) different waitress,our waitress completely uninterested never smiled once . i asked my husband to tip her because its Christmas had two young children with us who where so fed up wanted to go home was suppose to be a nice experience for the kids would rather eat at Macs at least staff are friendly never will we return to this pizza hut .

Came here this evening, Went here for what was supposed to be a nice quick meal, it started off with hesitation from a waitress as to come over and greet us. Then, after ordering on the app, we waited a very long time to get given a glass and when asked the other waitress where it was, we were ignored and she brought to the table with no apology. There was no enthusiasm from 2 older waitress’ and lacked a friendly service. There was a young waitress who appeared to work very hard and always smiling. On the other hand, food was lovely.

It's been a long time since I'd last been to this restaurant, in fact approximately 20 years, however in that time it's still retained its quality friendly staff and lovely clean environment.

Really enjoyed today’s visit to Pizza Hut Southampton - friendly & helpful & Covid-aware staff & clean & modern-looking restaurant. Food was all superb just like Pizza Hut used to be when there was one in my home town. We’ll be back!

Wish I had read the reviews before we went in !!. Used to come here a lot a few years ago with no problems . Well we came here Monday 14th . Got told where to sit and and order on app on menu then they disappeared. It took us twenty minutes to get the blooming app to work with no one around to help us or to check on us. Eventually we got ordered. Drinks came and we got told to take them off tray which is fine but the women was very rude . No please or anything. Then food came out and got put on our table and it wasn’t even ours !. The waitress picked it up and put it on the correct table but I’m pretty sure in this current situation you shouldn’t be doing that !. The staters came out and slammed on our table . Now I’m not sure why we had to take our drinksOf the tray but not the food ??. The starters were incorrect but the women had disappeared by then so we made do . Thepizza came out and it was like cardboard, the chips were missing which we did ask for and they went and got them . We were so pushed for time and it was hard pinning a waitress for more then a second we gave up and just made do with the pizza . We asked at the same time as receiving the pizza if we could get another drink . The women was so rude like it was far too effort to do . She was a tall dark hair lady .Now I know we are working in uncertain times but we both work in hospitality too and this was absolutely shocking . We have emailed Pizza Hut and yet still waiting for a response???

Disgusting food. Awful. We ordered A pizza with sweet corn and chicken and specifically said not to include bacon and it arrived with bacon also we ordered margarita and the crust was all burnt . The pasta sauce smelt like fish

I was very hungry and excited for a pizza, yet when i arrived, the staff didn’t greet us they just said grab a menu and we will guide you to a table. we sat down and the member of staff said u could only pay with card and you have to order on the app. i downloaded the app and it was impossible to use. it’s impossible to order the pizza. so i raised my hand to ask for help and a member of staff looked at me and ignored me. i am extremely disappointed!!!

Vine para el almuerzo de última hora con mi familia. Pedimos el buffet que la primera pizza salió bien. La señora fue muy grosera. Casi me escapé antes de que pudiera pedir sal o pedir otra pizza. Mientras esperaba la segunda pizza que tardó media hora en ser Burt y se estrelló contra la mesa. Una vez más se escapó, ¿no preguntó Evan cómo estaba nuestra comida o está bien? Simplemente sírvasela y se vaya. No recomendaré esta infección de Pizza Hut. Me has desanimado de Pizza Hut. The restaurant was basically empty and the food took an eternity to be served. Really unhappy with the options to order the buffet option.

A very modern restaurant with delicious pizza. They have a salad bar which you can use throughout your visit. They also have a self serve ice cream bar. All the staff are very friendly and there is about the place.

Hello it was my birthday yesterday we went pizza hut at Westquay first we welcomed by one of the staff member thn we sit after 3-4 min waitress came and ask are you ready for order we said no after few minutes then she took ages to come back than she just took our order then told us that the salad is there drinks are thre bla bla so after 25 minutes of wait our pizza come she forgot about our side when we ask then sides came then she we were waiting to give dessert order and looks like no one bothered to see us than after wait of ten minutes we called her thn she came took order fr dessert and for family pizza she gave a one small box to takeaway then we asked for another one she has no idea how to do customer service so we were waiting fr dessert which was under the light for last 5 minutes and she were very busy in cleaning kitchen n stuff then she took the dessert in Small kitchen We she took another 3minutes we frlt like to leave everything one table and go back from there very dissapointed and we didn't enjoy our dinner at all!!!

Visited today with family ,staff seated all 7 of us quickly and orders taken with a smile, we had a mixture of meals and we all enjoyed no complaints from any of us,would definitely visit again

Staff need retraining as their attitude is appalling. Food was vile. Dirty tables. The negative list goes on. One female waitress was clearly in a bad mood and couldn't care less, unprofessional doesn't even cut it. 1 star is too many.

Lo siento pero apestaba. Tengo hawaiano en base delgada con piña extra (sí, soy uno de esos ppl) y llegó sin piña extra, pero aún más interesante, sin queso. También me dieron una bebida equivocada, y la comida tardó años a pesar de que el lugar estaba prácticamente vacío. La comida de mi compañero llegó mucho antes, así que cuando terminé de recibir la mía, ya nos habíamos comido. No me quejé porque no quería la larga historia como estaba programada con un tren para tomar. Definitivamente la peor franquicia de Pizza Hut en la que he estado.

Ocupado el sábado a la hora del té, pero nos sentamos rápidamente. . . tiempo para elegir del extenso menú. Ensalada gratis no nos explicó pero habíamos comido en una choza de pizza antes tan vagamente sabía.Las bebidas llegaron rápidamente.Las ensaladas eran frescas y deliciosas.Pedimos una pizza y dos platos de pasta. . . todo delicioso y abundante después de la ensalada! No tenía postre pero se veían encantadores.El personal fue muy eficiente y amable.En Southampton regularmente, así que sin duda volveremos a comer aquí de nuevo.

The good thing about Pizza Hut is that they would have some sort of meal deals. It was not too busy. We easily got a table. Pizza was good. There was a good range of salads.

Asistimos a este restaurante con nuestra nieta de 7 años. Disfrutamos muchísimo la comida. El servicio fue excelente, nuestra camarera encantadora.Sin embargo, observamos que las mesas se limpiaban de manera eficiente, pero no vimos que se limpiaran en absoluto durante nuestra estancia de aproximadamente una hora.

What this place lacks in atmosphere, it more than makes up for in service. We arrived for a very late lunch, were seated promptly and our order was taken by a lovely waitress who said she’d ensure our order was light on cheese as requested. The food came as ordered, quick, tasty and good value. Exactly as expected, no more, no less with full marks for service.

My boyfriend and I, went to West Quay Shopping Centre and decided to go to Pizza Hut. It was very busy and took us a few minutes to be seated, we were greeted by a lovely waitress she seemed she had a fair amount of tables to wait so we weren’t expecting to be served quickly. To our delight, we were wrong. Our orders were taken almost immediately, which we appreciated. When our food arrived, there was a slight mistake on the order, when we told her she was very apologetic and got us a new pizza. My boyfriend was very happy with that because it meant he had two pizzas. But the pizzas were delicious. Then, when we ordered our desert, she let us have it for free, saying how sorry she was for her minor mistake. We really appreciated being treated so well by the staff and the food was good so all in all we had a lovely experience

We were seated straightaway and then neglected. I had to ask for our order to be taken as we were waiting for ages and just being ignored. Our daughter wasn’t offered colouring book and crayons on arrival. We were waiting for our food to arrive for a long time and it wasn’t even busy. Then while my daughter was eating dessert which was part of her kids meal we were handed a bill which we didn’t ask for! I felt offended as restaurant was so empty, surely they didn’t need our table back. My partner and I had to have dessert and coffee elsewhere as these weren’t offered to us here. They didn’t ask once if the meal was ok, or if we needed anything else. We won’t be returning to this establishment. So disappointing experience. Staff training urgently required!

As a group of 7 we were seated in a booth away from the very few other diners. We sat, we waited, we waited, we waited...

Waited at least 5 minutes to be seated when the restaurant was empty. Finally got seated in a small corner and completely neglected even though the staff were standing around doing nothing so after waiting 20 minutes for a food order we left and ate somewhere else. Last time we visited the staff were rude and unhelpful bringing us the bill before we had even ordered a desert without offering forcing us out. Will definitely not be returning!!!

Visited with my wife and were seated as soon as we arrived. Food was very tasty. Now the bad points. Even though it wasn't busy and countless staff walked past, it took us 20 mins for someone to come and ask what we wanted. Then when we were finished, another 20 minutes and countless staff walked past, all noticing our plates and trays were empty, before we got the bill. Won't be visiting again.

Mis gemelos con dificultades de aprendizaje eligieron Pizza Hut para su cumpleaños número 18, ya que les encanta. Me impresionó mucho todo el personal y el gerente que atendían las necesidades de los niños. Nos encontró una mesa adecuada, y fueron muy atentos. Este restaurante es un mérito de la marca y ha derribado lugares en otros lugares tbh!

Sentada rápidamente, bebidas compradas rápidamente y ensaladeras, la comida era perfecta y el postre era exuberante, la camarera creo que su nombre pudo haber sido Karen, si pierdes su Pizza Hut, entonces mala suerte ya que muestra una gran pasión por su compañía. Te sugiero que le des más responsabilidad y no te decepcionará.

Hoy visité pizza hut y estoy muy decepcionado. El servicio al cliente fue absolutamente atroz. Me vi obligado a esperar 20 minutos, mientras que la camarera que se suponía que iba a traer la cuenta estaba conversando con otro colega y no prestando atención a ninguna mesa. Sin embargo, después de pedir ayuda a otro empleado, la señora finalmente regresó para pasar otros 5 minutos limpiando antes de traer el lector de tarjetas.

So, the food is great. We went on one of those buffet days. Great selection of pizza, and refillable drinks all for £7 per person! Tables are dirty, but staff are friendly enough. I’d say this is the best restaurant in west quay (the first building, that is).

Went for meal having fancied trying here for ages. Food was really nice and pipping hot. I had the vegetarian pizza which was lovely. Unlimited salad was nice and fresh (would have maybe liked a couple more choices e.g pasta salad). Karen who served us was really good - friendly and helpful. Had a voucher so was happy with the price. Only thing i would have like was more choice with the desserts and soft drinks as these were a bit limited. Overall thought i would definitely go again

Was a Friday night. Fancied pizza so came here. Staff took our order. After a long while. A server was walking back and forth with our table pizza. So when we got it. It was cold. We also ordered some sides that took so long we actually finished our pizza. The cheesey chips were still raw in the middle. We told the staff and all she said was sorry. I could understand if it was busy. But there was only a few tables and enough staff they stood around talking. Would not recommend or go back!

Great deal for lunch. All you can eat pizza, salad and pasta. Plenty of selection especially the pizza choices. Excellent selection of drinks, we had the refillable option. Unfortunately the only drink not available from the drinks fountain was the full strength Pepsi, which was typically the one I wanted. However it was offered by the bottle, but not refillable. Nice atmosphere and everything was clean and tidy. If I'm ever in the mood for pizza again I would definitely consider revisiting. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Quality munch. Lovely helpful server who, coincidentally, served family last time and was equally fantastic. Didn't get his name but his dreads are bangin. 10/10 would crunch again

Llamado aquí un martes por la noche todo el día para una familia de 3. Nos saludaron y se sentaron en nuestra mesa. Mesa aún sucia así que nos limpiamos nosotros mismos. Se tomaron pedidos de bebidas y se ordenó comida en el Meerkats 241. Esperó a que llegara nuestra comida aún sin bebidas. La pizza y los espaguetis para niños llegaron, todavía no hay bebidas ni lados. Preguntó a la camarera acerca de las bebidas, ella dijo oh sí. Luego preguntamos por los costados, ¿estos llegan después de los principales? ? ? También pregunté sobre el queso para la comida infantil y me dijeron que algunos de los restaurantes no proporcionan el queso. Aconsejamos el menú online que hace. Luego llegaron los lados. Preguntado si queríamos el queso para estas fechas nuestro hijo había terminado la comida.

Terrible overpriced cheap food.. ordered a ribs had a 241 so thought it would be cheaper as they had charged over £15 for this dish which to my surprise was terrible and not worth the money lidl cheap when I had got my food was stone cold tried to get a server was no one around when eventually finding someone they took it back after waiting another 10 minutes and partner had finished his dinner stil not satisfied was greasy and just awful will not order off menu again will stick to the pizzas

Big selection of pizzas pastas and salads in the buffet. Even if the food could have a massive improvement, the waitress was absolutely great and nice, literally jumping from table to table!

Camarero bastante amable, pero nunca volvimos a comprobar la comida estaba bien (patatas fritas fueron entregados tarde a la mesa por otra camarera y estaban fríos). Entonces nadie regresó para tomar nuestro pedido de postres. . . o pregunta si queríamos la factura . . . a pesar de que el lugar ahora está medio vacío. Demasiado tiempo para esperar a la comida. Had a lovely lunch with the boy, we had the all you can eat, fresh pizza and salads, only down side is the boy is 4 and ate 1.5 slices of pizza and it was £4.

The food was beautiful. The best pizza I've had in some time plus a really good salad selection. Goodvrange of drinks. Good disabled access and although expensive it was worth it!

We had a really friendly, efficient waitress which made our visit enjoyable. The food was very good and hot, with plenty of selection at the included salad bar. The menu was the usual Pizza Hut menu which unfortunately has diminished somewhat over the last couple of years, but the food is still the same high standard.

Good service, friendly staff, great tasting pizza, Nice atmosphere. We went to this Pizza hut quite few times in the last few months. food was hot and freshly prepared , the salad bar a bit tired and needed refreshing and topping up. The only negative was there were only 2 staff members so we have to wait longer to give an order and to pay for the order.

The only member of staff actually doing anything was OLIVIA.... at least 4 members of staff at any one time just standing around chatting.... waited ages for service. Poor Olivia working so hard despite her lazy colleagues.

We opted for the £7.50 eat all you can pizza and pasta lunch served with the choices on the salad bar. It is great value the pizzas are constantly coming out so they are hot and there is a good choice to have s slice of a few. The pasta was not that exciting so we did not try that. The salad bar had plenty of choice and everything was very tasty. We had just sparkling water but there are other soft drinks that you can choose and you are free to top them up as much as you wish. Great place for a cheap pizza especially if you have a good appetite! The service was good to and tables clean, we will definitely go back again.

The standard is constant with Pizza Hut, good food well served. We would recommend this restaurant as a good example of the chain.

This Pizza Hut is by far the best I have been to. I’ve reviewed it before and it was great, this visit was equally great. Nice staff, super clean restaurant. The pizzas were amazing, I had the 14.99 deal, great value and everything so fresh.

Right.. where do I start? We were seated in a lovely booth which was plenty of room for the 6 of us and we were going looking forward to our meal ahead. Well.. it all went down hill from there! We waited 10 minutes before someone came over to explain we have to get our own drinks (we haven't been to this Pizza Hut before so not sure how it works) The waiter took our order and we got a lovely bowl of salad to start. 40 MINUTES WENT PAST AND NO ONE CAME OVER TO SAY SORRY ABOUT THE WAIT OR ANYTHING. So as any normal person would I politely asked how long our food would be. The waiter then replied saying "It might be a little while because the kitchen was closed because too many people came in at once" This alarmed me slightly. Why didn't he inform us that this had happened and that the food would take this long. Shortly afterwards our food came out. The whole table had there food expect me. He told us he forgot to put the order through. I then was waiting another 20 minutes before I finally got my pizza. Credit where credit is due he apologised and took my pizza off the bill. Whilst I was eating, my family wanted some coffees but wanted decaf because it was 7.30pm. I walk over to a waitress because no one has come over to our table once again. I asked her if I could have some coffees and she just pointed to her colleague and walked away. I again asked for the coffees to the waitress that she pointed to and she said we don't do decaf. That topped the night off for me. If anybody would like to know I spoke to the manager calmly and she was useless. So thank you Pizza Hut for ruining my evening.

We went at quiet time and waited almost 45 mins for two pizzas, which annoyingly took us over the parking so had to pay £10 instead of £5. Other people were served before us and although the staff were wandering around they were not very attentive, although when they did come to us they were polite and nice. The food was not great, not very hot and to be honest we wished we had just ordered a pizza when we got home. The wait was daft for the time of day and no apology. We wont be going back and cant really recommend it Im afraid

We went with my friend for pizza and salad bar. For garlic bread and pizza we waited good 40 min and it was not that busy. The garlic bread was good but it takes you 10 min to make not 40. We ordered the salad bar as well, it was very poor. The choices weren't that great and the place was messy. The only think that saved our visit was the lovely waiter. Finally I was shocked with the bill where my friend had to pay 16 or 17 pounds for the pizza. Not a good value at all. Will not be visiting again.

My wife and I chose Pizza Hut while shopping at West Quay as not impressed with other restaurants and because Pizza Hut has recently joined TasteCard. Our previous experiences with Pizza Hut in reading were not exactly pleasant so we went in with some trepidation. We were quickly shown to our table and given menus to look at. Our waitress, Soraia then came to take our order. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the food and drink on offer and efficiently took our order. Our drinks arrived quite quickly and as I had ordered the 2 bottles of Budweiser offer Soraia asked if I wanted both then or request the second when ready which is what I did. We were shown to the Salad Bar which was well stocked with a good selection which was also fresh looking unlike some other establishments that offer a Salad Cart! Our starters arrived in good time and were excellent, we had the 3 for £11.99 deal. Our mains were also very good, my wife particularly enjoyed the flatbread pizza. I could not finish my stuffed crust pizza and Soraia asked if I wanted it boxed and did this for me. I asked for the bill and explained I had a Tastecard which was accepted and processed with no problem at all. The restaurant was quite busy but all of the staff were very pleasant and efficient and Soraia was first class. This experience has renewed our faith in Pizza Hut with a good selection of dishes and we will be giving the Reading restaurant another try after several years.

Despite half the restaurant being empty the "greeter" rudely stated there were no tables available for 4 people. When we asked what the wait for one would be he just shrugged and grunted "10 minutes". This was lunch time on a Sunday, and it appeared the staff couldn't be bothered to serve customers. Obviously Pizza Hut make so much money they don't need the business. Needless to say I won't be hurrying back to this particular branch of Pizza Hut.

Consistently good restaurant with quick service and delicious food! Definitely a go-to place in west quay for lunch.

The food was lovely, as always! Very fast service. The staff were lovely and very attentive! The salad bar was being constantly filled up.

Love the location of the restaurant on the top floor of West Quay Shopping Centre, lovely open feel over looking shops and restaurants. We had starters and pizza and all were excellent, our waitress was very helpful and polite. Could not fault anything and would recommend.

Food was ok but service was terrible here. Had to chase a waitress down for a bill after waiting for 30 mins and then still took 10 mins to deliver it. Just poor service really

De pizza peperoni is echt ongelooflijk vet, maar op zich wel lekker. Je krijgt er onbeperkt de saladebar bij. Met 2 (ook onbeperkt) cola light er bij ben je dan rond de £ 22,00 kwijt.

My friend and I went here for a quick lunch. We were seated immediately by a very friendly young man. He gave us the menus and asked if we wanted drinks while choosing our meal. Food came very quickly after we had eaten our salad from the salad bar. There was a great choice of salad and dressings. Food was lovely and hot and very tasty. No complaints at all. Well worth a visit.

Very reasonable price for lunchtime buffet, plenty of pizza choice, frequently replaced and decent little salad buffet. Soft drinks were refillable too. Took my 9 month old son who had a few bits of pasta from my plate as well as his own food that we brought with us. Staff were polite and efficient.Will definitely visit again :)

Came here today with my mum and my little baby at about 3pm all the staff were lovely and food was very quick and very nice . Our server josiah I believe the name is from the receipt was great checked on us and he even interacted with the baby. Just want to say thank you to the staff you deserve credit especially for working on a day like today as I know how it feels as I also work in catering. Good food , good atmosphere and great staff.

Took ages to get seated, by who I'm presuming was a manager of some kind (guy with glasses). But my main complaint is with our server Chloe M. She didn't seem friendly or like she wanted to be there at all. She took our order and we ordered some garlic bread and she asked if we wanted it as a starter before the mains got brought out or as a side. We chose as a starter. We were taken aback when the pizzas got delivered to our table, and were told everything else (kids meal and bread) would be along in a second. Didn't bother mentioning it as human error happens and assumed she had accidentally processed it as a side insead, no biggie. About 10 mins later kids meal arrived no bread. Mentioned it and she replied "it's coming". How long does garlic bread take? And this was also a lie as when we paid the garlic bread wasn't even on our order!!

This Pizza Hut is really lacking something. The staff don't look like they care much about giving good service. It's moved to nandos style self service on drinks and salad plates. It takes ages to attract the attention of staff for everything , even when it's not that busy. The food seems overpriced for what it is. Pizzas not bad and unlimited salad is good .

Went here for lunch while shopping. Sat at one of the booths and the table was very sticky which was a bit annoying, it needed a wipe.Ordered a pizza and it was very good. My parents ordered a lasagne each and a waiter came out after about 10 minutes to say they had caught fire! He said my parents could order something else and they would get their meal for free. They ordered a pizza to share and seemed quite happy!

I have been here twice with my girlfriend and really enjoyed it!! Staff is very friendly prices are fairly low and food tastes amazing!!

We recently dined at the west quay shopping centre branch this Saturday the 18th of February. The food was good and the staff very pleasant. Unfortunately the experience wasn't so good but not the fault of the staff. There was a group.of teenagers dining just behind us, they were causing a lot of agravation. They ended up throwing food around I guess for a laugh, my niece had to duck out of the way and food also ended up hiting myself in the back. There was also other family's dining it certainly didn't make for a nice family lunch.

Visited whilst in West quay on Wednesday 01 February. The restaurant was fairly busy but we were sat down at a table quickly and the service was good. We opted for the all you can eat buffet for £7.50 and unlimited drinks. The pizza and garlic bread selection was good and the food was warm and tasty. The pasta was awful, cold congealed pasta although the sauces were good, this in my opinion needs to be looked into. The drinks self-service was good. Disappointed with the salad bar as well as the pasta, would really only recommend for the pizza as it is all you can eat without the high prices you normally have for one pizza is a good price. Staff were friendly.

We went here as it's quite big thinking it was going to be good. How wrong could we have been. We were seated in a booth. Bit on a small side.We looked at the menu it took forever to have our order taken. After we ordered we went to the salad bar and could only find bowls than plates. You can't get much in a bowl. Waitress did apologise for not mentioning where the plates were.We ordered deserts very nice.Service needs to improve.

Thought that we would give this place a chance when we were walking around West Quay, on Sunday. The centre was busy as it was Chinese New Year, however we gained a seat here easily (in hindsight this should have told us something)We ordered a sharing starter, sides and a pizza. Strangely the pizza arrived before the starters - when these arrived they were of poor quality (not living up to the descriptionof the menu.Service although was haphazard and the food extremely poorWe will not return _ a shadow of what you should expect from a national chain

After receiving a West Quay gift card for Christmas but not having anything I needed to buy, a Pizza Hut buffet for me and my Boyfriend seemed the best option! After being seated the waitress asked if we needed drinks, we said 'we will just have water and a buffet.' She then replied 'I will just send somebody over'...... So we waited, after 20 minutes had passed, I was noticing all the staff cared about was cleaning the tables and getting more people in! I noticed a waitress pointing at us but she then proceeded to ignore us and go and laugh about something inconvenient with her colleague. I then had to go and personally call the waitress out to come and serve us. After we told her we wanted the buffet all she said was 'Go and help yourselves and the water machine is over there' So, we waited for 20 minutes for her to just say that when we had already told the first waitress what we wanted. To top it all off, the bill arrived and we had been charged for refillable drinks? I can only assume maybe it was the glasses we used, but we definitely only had water. At this point I was too irritated to even bother trying to correct them. The bad service ruined the whole meal, it wasn't enjoyable for either of us.

Got seated quickly for a Saturday lunchtime. Ordered the £14.95 menu which gives you a choice of starter and main course (pizza/pasta), includes beer, wine or soft drinks and unlimited salad from the salad bar. Ordered chicken bites for a starter and collected salad from the salad bar and soft drink. Within a few minutes of my starter arriving, my pizza turned up. Informed the waitress that I wanted to finish my starter first and then have the main course. When I was ready for the pizza, it arrived, but was the same one they brought out originally, but just kept it heated. It was like cardboard, disgusting and could not get the knife through it!! Complained to the waitress and she apologised saying that the staff were busy and the main course order had gone in too soon. I asked to see the Manager and explained the situation. To give him credit, he was very apologetic and asked if I would like anything else instead or another pizza. By that time, I just wanted to leave. They took £10 off my bill. I will not go back to Pizza Hut during the weekend!

The food was good but we spent more time waiting for the bill than we did actually eating the meal. We were seated by a young waitress who kept pouncing on us to order. She came and asked if 'we' were ready to order despite one of us being in the bathroom. There were only two of us for gods sake. She came back and demanded 'Ready?!'. After the meal, despite making eye contact with her several times and clearly being finished, we waited at least 20 minutes to get the bill. Disappointing really.

Good afternoon i would like to point at few thinks. 1., Have been seated by waitres which haven't told to waiter at his section that we are here.2., Took 15 minutes to get order which i had to staep up and ask someone to get the waiter to do that.3., orderd drinks 12min to get them and food longer than 30min. 4., on table has been deliverd half of the food with waiter saying that is fold of the system they are using and that drinks are on house 5., took other 15 minutes to get the rest and that was too muchFood arrived cold but my friend ate because he was hungry.6., We didnt get any attention from the manager only told by waiter that our bill will be reduced. Cool im sorry but this was my worst Pizza Hut experience. You should train your floor stuff bit better.

Decided to try Pizza Hut in West Quay. Greeted nicely, change of menu was good. Our order was taken, I repeated the order and stressed around five times what I wanted on my pizza and I wanted a thin based one. We also ordered a starter to come before our main course. When the pizza came, it was totally wrong. It had to be sent back. When it finally came out, I literally thought they were on purpose trying to get our order wrong. Wrong topping and deep pan. Pus we didn't get our starter. The whole experience is not one that I wish to repeat. The manager did not even come over to apologise.

I visited this particular restaurant with my friend recently. Although I am not big on pizza, with the lunch deal it offers you fast food for good prices. You get unlimited pizza, pasta and salad for around £7.We were seated quickly and served as such, our waitress was really friendly. As its all you can eat we just helped ourselves as much as we wanted. The food was all delicious and if something was running low they immediately brought out more to replace it. I will definitely be returning here.

The staff were incredibly slow at doing anything. We were seated and within 60 seconds a staff member came over and asked us if we were ready to order. We hadn't even sat our two young children down in their high chairs.When we did order our drinks (soft drinks) and they hadn't arrived after 10 mins we asked where they were. We were told that the glasses were on the side by the drinks machine. The staff member didn't tell us this while we were ordering them.The food really didn't stand out. More seasoning was needed and the pizza choice could have been a. It more exciting. For a pizza place to not have excellent pizzas is a complete failure.Nothing from this visit will make me return
