Ordered online, food was 20 minutes late from the estimated collection time. Food was ok, no complaints. Only issue for me is the female manager who sits in the seating area on her laptop barking orders at the staff in front of the customers. How she hasn’t had a pizza pan dashed at her head is beyond me because the way she treats the staff is downright disgusting and unacceptable. If you’re reading this, you’re a terrible manager and you clearly didn’t get the role for your managerial skills. Your staff deserve better! The 3 stars are awarded to the staff for putting up with your crap.

The restaurant is always clean and Pizzas are great I keep visiting with my family every other week and they never disappoint 5 stars

Absolutely disgusting behaviour of a staff member. We went to pick up a pizza and my friend wanted to use a toilet… staff said it was out of order but only toilet for disabled was out of order as the sign stated. Staff refused to give a code to the toilet. I get you’re scared some junkies or homeless would absolutely trash it but don’t refuse toilet for someone who might be disabled, pregnant or simply desperate for a pee. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Went here for the first time the other week and it was terrific. They have a lunch special for £4.99 and it's well worth the price. Went for the Farmhouse pizza with wedges and it came out hot and fresh. Decent amount of seating available even during lunch. The staff here are also friendly and helpful. Top marks 👍.

Had notification to say food was ready for collection yet when I arrived I was told I had to wait another 10mins which ended up being 15mins. Staff were polite and friendly though so not a major issue just an inconvenience. Food was piping hot as a result but some wedges were still under cooked and could not be eaten.

Wrong pizza base I asked for thin, food turned up cold, late arrival waited over an hour doesn’t even look like Pizza Hut pizza looks like it’s from somewhere else, I should be owed a refund, cheese crust is dry, not much taste it’s dry

The staffs are very friendly and offer excellent customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous, driver delivered to the wrong address, unable to contact and let them know. Kids absolutely starving and nothing available in our hotel. Will never order of this again. So so disappointed

Got there on time, they hadn't even started the order yet and dismissed me with 0 apologies, and then was rude about the fact that it was them that delayed with the order as though I didn't get to the store at the exact time the app stated

food was good but a bit cold; driver took quite a while to arrive, which is unfortunate but not a huge dealbreaker. just tossed it in the microwave for a sec and it tasted fine :)

I selected a delivery time of 18.35, which was confirmed, but the food arrived at 18.58. The driver was unaware and showed me on his phone that the pickup time was 18.27 and delivery time was to be 18.56.

It took them MORE than one hour after I placed my order to deliver. I am 10 min away and it took them over 65minutes to deliver !!! I called the shop and this very rude lady with a very strong Indian accent told me to wait patiently!! Food was abysmal, tasted terrible, uncooked, very low quality and to top it , cold ! If you need food poisoning, just order from this terrible place! Do not order from them!!! Just go with Domino’s !! Never again…

i was told yes yes waiting for drivee no driver came, when driver did arrive he was rude and gave food and walked. food was cold and so was not worth eating waste of money and wont even get a refund back on the fact it was cold and awful service.

The girl that took the payment also made the pizza dough and everything all with the bare hands without washing it in between also stopped and touched the screen of a device on the wall while adding the cheese Hygiene is a must and for this reason is my last time buying from any Pizza Hut ! H. Pylori is easy transmissible and is number one leading cause of stomach cancer!!!

No customer service, you can’t order over the phone… The toilet is blocked and disgusting, they can’t even give you cutlery. When I asked the lady goes you’re taking away right? Yes so, I couldn’t eat what I ordered without it. If you provide food that is eaten with cutlery then you should provide cutlery regardless if is take away or not. And I ended up with no cutlery to eat my Mac n cheese with….If you’re looking for a good pizza or mac n cheese Topps pizza is the place!!!

Shocking for a Pizza Hut! There dirtiest most awful place I've ever been to. Bins overflowing tables dirty yet the staff were not busy and we were the only ones in there! Toilet out of order The staff making the food were ok, but the woman who served us was disrespectful and just couldn't be bothered. Looking down her nose at us and talking about us to the other workers and laughing. Delivery riders just barge past and push to the front, not professional at all. Thank god, I never have to go back to that place!
