Lovely food pizza lovely as normal and cookie dough amazing as always and lovely staff phoned up and asked for sauce of salad bar and that’s what I got always amazing service from Pizza Hut restaurant or delivery 🥰

food cold....stored badly. pizza, cookie dough and ice cream all inedible. in the process of a refund. not acceptable.

food is ALWAYS cold from pizza hut. Even if the delivery is quick as you can see when the courier arrives at restaurant then delivers etc. They must cook the food instantly then just sit it there, regardless of wether it takes time for a courier to arrive at the restaurant and collect the order. Have tried to order from here 3 times yet all arrived completely cold.

Food was cold. Was really looking forward to this as haven't had pizza hut for a while, was quite disappointed, toppings were sparse but then loads of topping on just a few slices, toppings not evenly distributed. Cookie dough dessert was small, was sickly with the toppings and couldn't even taste that it was cookie dough. Overpriced.

Food arrived cold. Toppings on pizzas were sparse. Bases were tasteless, and I now understand why you can purchase “extra” toppings for an additional cost. Not worth the money - even with the “deal” discount applied. Could have had 3 courses of hot, home cooked, local pub food for the price of 2 mediocre pizzas and 2 cardboard sides. Over priced, over hyped, and over here is my verdict,

Always hot, delicious and on time!

We ordered two 9" pizzas, two baskets of chips and a refillable drink. It was £50 discounted to 40. I was amazed at how small and expensive the pizzas were as they looked 15cm across. The salad bar was inedible - the Julienne carrots tasted mouldy. We won't be returning because the food was not good enough for the price. The staff were outstanding and facilities/atmosphere good.

took longer than expected for delivery from when the left the restaurant to when they delivered. when the order got here the food was cold

Went in for dinner with the kids and we where put right to the back corner of restaurant u asked the lady if possible to move just so that I could keep an eye on the kids when taking them up to get there salads ect and she knocked over the crayons onto he floor had a hump and then said she get more and she didn't found she was not very friendly or helpful at all every was just to much of a hassle for her disappointing really exp with 3 kiddies under 7

Came tonight, Wednesday 6th Nov, at 6.48pm. And we got told they were shut seriously, no apology, no explanation. All lights on, staff in but not allowing customers. Nothing on their website to say they are closed. Maybe if you don't want customers, then turn off all lights and put a sign up.

Ordered initially, was estimated 20-40 mins, the time of delivery changed 3 times during this, called the restraint and was told just eat had changed the times not them , pizza arrived 1 hour 30 mins later, driver wasn’t at fault, this is an issue that I believe has came from the restraunt, the pizza had obviously sat waiting for a while before being dispatched as it was cold on arrival! Not good enough when paying 30-40 pounds for food, disgrace!!!

Picked up a take away from here , food was great and service was spot on

I ordered deal for 1 and it was delivered by just eat. Pizza lacked any flavor. Food delivered by just eat was cold. I would not be getting anything from Pizza Hut ever again and would not use just eat again either. Food delivered as picture below

Phoned before turning up as it was 8:30, was told what they had left and what they didn’t and drove there to order a meal that they said they had but as we arrived we were told there was none left, personally I think that they couldn’t be arsed to make it as it was nearing 8:45, told one thing by one member of staff and told something else by another! Ridiculous and a waste of time for us, we spend a lot of money on pizza huts and won’t be back, lazy work shy individuals!!!

Quiet when we went but friendly staff and the food you'd expect from pizza hut.salad bar was fresh looking.

Alas thety ran out of deep pan pizza but the thin base was ok

Was enjoying lunch with the wife daughter and grandkids until scummy parent let there brats break the ice cream 🍦 machine she thought it was funny when I tried to get my grandson some ice cream she should get the bill for repairing the machine

Visit pizza hut on 28th July greeted and seated promptly jess our server was very helpful and attentive will definitely be returning

Very poor experience, family of 4, I had the buffet. When I visited there wasn’t much selection, I picked what I could, when I went back nothing new had been added, I had to ask when new ones would be brought out, was told another. 5 minutes, so effectively we had now been in the building for over 30 minutes, and nothing had been added to the buffet selection. When I’ve spent nearly £80 on pizza, I would expect better, even from somewhere like Pizza Hut.

Having the staff tell you how to use the app, seating you & overall being extremely helpful made our visit easier & also better as we was overall happy

Well below-par food, which is offensively expensive. You even have to order your own food via an app, whilst all the staff, for the most part, stand around chatting.

Firstly the app said my food was delivered on time and after I reported my food not being delivered my food finally turned up 30mins late and was stone cold

Came for a meal last month with my niece, only to receive a parking fine!! You can only park between 8.30am to 7pm for 3 hours. After this time you are not allowed and will receive a fine! At no point did Pizza Hut staff tell me the parking restrictions so I was unaware of the rules. From this point forward, I will not be coming to pizza hut for a meal! Please be warned that you are not allowed to park at this carpark after 7pm. Angry and frustrated customer.

Food is Usual standard for Us and The grandchildren. But 2 Car fines for contravening evening parking rules marred our visit. Not a Sausage from a pizza hut about new parking cameras and I know it's not their Responsibility to tell Us. But who else can I moan at :)

The pizza looked good but they changed the delivery time 3 times and still missed that time by 10 mins the food was cold to the touch and tough to eat

Not good..!! 1 Olive on my pizza, no ice cream arrived with my cookie dough which was a tiny square for over £7.00 definitely smaller than you get in the restaurant. Chips were also cold

I came here today with 8 family members for an early birthday celebration, and we were not disappointed! We all had the buffet, and it was delicious! The pizza was freshly cooked, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

Popped in for a quick lunch. Easy parking. Everything was as expected and good as usual.

Pizza was burnt. Also I ordered extra cheese on my pizza and there was barely any cheese on it. I was going to put 1 star but pizza hut kindly agreed to a refund so I've added an extra star. I do think it's put me off ordering there again though sadly.

My friends and I all seventy plus enjoyed it. Buffet good value for money

With a vast franchise it is very hard to say anything exceptional, but you get exactly what you expect. Staff are nice enough, service is fairly quick, and the pizza's are good.

My only complaint was the order on the app as there was no phone signal and the free WiFi was not available so finding a member of staff to take the order was a pain, food was fantastic. Marked down for atmosphere as there was only about five people there when we were there no one's fault.

Buffet was good value and the food was good

Hot, cooked perfectly, not stingy like a lot of places with toppings, full flavour. We always order extra for leftovers the next day or two. Pizza Hut is known for their pizza being just as good reheated.

Ordered 2 pizza melts and a portion of onion rings. Food arrived but quality poor. Melts were doughy and quite crusty, cheese had cooled off to the point where it had started to lose its 'runiness'. Onion rings very cool, to put it politely. My order was to the Pizza Hut close to us, but was completed by the Pizza Hut which is about 20 minutes away by car. Length of journey resulted in food being nigh on cold.

Where is my pizza?? I asked for it to be delivered to my home and they say it was collected, I had to ask again, I want my money back!

We had the Buffet Lunch all you can eat Pizza and salad. Very good value for money. Starts at 12pm - 3pm. If you are looking for a quick meal try it.

Great trip to Pizza Hut, buffet was lovely, fresh salad. Not busy at all

Pizza hut can often be hit and miss, but this was my best ever visit to one. Ordered using the QR code which was a doddle. If people cant use that system they clearly have issues. Within a minute of putting my order in, my drinks were brought to the table. Salad bar was fully stocked, all clean and tidy. Pizzas came piping hot and perfectly cooked. Staff checked in on us to make sure everything was fine. Couldnt fault it.

It's OK for the price, the salad bar is always a mess, and several items are stale or on the turn. The pizza's OK, I'm not a fan of pizza huts dough it's a bit bready.

Quick and easy self service. Variety of pizza and very good taste. We certainly got value for money during this visit. Kids loved the ice cream factory.

We were seated and told to scan the QR Code then make our orders. The last thing I wanted was the hassle of figuring that out and trawling through the menu. I just like to go out and be served. There was zero atmosphere. The food wasn't particularly special. Pizza slightly over cooked, lacked taste. Didn't really enjoy eating out and if this is what Pizza Hut has come to, I won't be back again.

Pleased I had the oven on as when the pizzas arrived they were slightly cooler than I'd hoped. No problem though, they were delicious.

Being greeted really quickly, food was hot and tasted amazing, lots of ice in the drinks machine, which was needed on this hot day.

Wow £20 for buffet n kids £9.99!!!!! Where I have been for a year what a hike in price. Won't be going back, pizzas either covered in peppers or bbq sauce. Yes OK next time will order what I want

Really disappointed with the pizza melts. They were dry as a bone even with the marinara sauce and they certainly didnt have melty cheese. The chicken was tasty but would not recommend the melts

Payment was by card only and we had to scan our table and then order our food online on our phone. I found this a little off putting, however the staff were friendly and offered to help if required. The rest of the meal was fab, tasty food, we love the salad bar and yummy deserts.

Got there at 11:45 and it was empty, strange being only one's in. It did fill up before we left though. Service was good, nice and friendly people, not in your face but you knew they were there to help if need be. We shared a Hot n Spicy pizza and had salad to start. Salad was good, fresh, no tired tomatoes or anything. Pizza was really good, quite impressed really. Drinks were a slight let down, coffee was brought in a mug, which was slightly dirty, didnt say anything, just turned it around. Coffee was a bit, you know, normal. Maybe not their fault, because we are high class coffee drinkers so shouldn't expect too much. Overall, really good, would recommend and would go back.

Tasted really salty, like salted caramel when we ordered chocolate? Not sure if the cookie recipe has changed but we won’t be ordering again for that reason as we don’t like salted caramel.

Visited on Saturday. Served by a lovely young waitress... Extremely happy and helpful..... Food was nice.. Lovely salad with plenty of choice... Fresh too.

Ordering is on line but simple.

As always we go too the dinner buffet which is great value and always piping hot. The decor is very colourful and pleasing on the eye creating a peaceful snd ambient atmosphere. My only complaint is the annoying fact you can only order and pay scanning the QR code on the edge of the table, which took 3 attempts too work. It then asks you as you're paying if you'd like too leave a tip. The idea of a tip is for when you have finished your meal and are happy with the service that has been provided not right at the start when you have too get your own plate and pay on a temperamental app

I hadn't been to a Pizza Hut for around 15 years, and this recent visit perfectly reaffirmed why. The pizzas were awful, processed and tasteless. Not pleasant.

We ended up waiting 45 minutes for dessert, while waiting I spoke to someone just to get a rough time and when they did bring it over the practically slammed our dessert down and were rude.
