Pizza Hut in Herefordshire, County of

Hi, I ordered a pizza and it's not cooked properly, it's empty dough and on top of that, the app said it was delivered and my pizza was still in the store, I called the store and the person who answered didn't let me talk. He told me to call him back if my order doesn't arrive, and on top of that, the driver was left waiting and was rude, I will never order from this place again, it's a waste of money, I ordered a pizza because I was hungry and I was left with no money, I threw it away to the trash. So don't order from this place

Went into store and was seen by two female staff who were very friendly and helpful Both were full of smiles even as it was late on. Food was great and fast

We went to this pizza hut on a Friday night after not having any luck getting into any restaurants so late in the day. We were greeted by a very lovely and enthusiastic lady at the till. Unfortunately we didn't catch her name, but she had pink hair, and allowed us to order and have our pizzas made before they took any payment from us on account of poor wifi temporarily bringing down the card reader. The pizza itself was absolutely lush, but the whole experience was made better by the lovely lady at the till :)

Ordered takeaway over an hour ago. There is no way they are busy at 11pm. Called store twice to chase up order and no answer?! Will not be using again, should have used Dominos.

I unfortunately ordered from them a couple of weeks ago (August 23) and they're service and pizza was unbelievably bad, I preordered at 16:20 ish so I could eat 17:45-18:00, they eventually turned up at 19:36, that's 96 minutes late with a luke warm pizza and a warm drink. They're customer service didn't care and said, this happens because of traffic! There is no traffic on a Sunday evening in Hereford, atleast not 96 minutes worth of traffic! They didn't compensate me, even though they're policy is to refund £10 if your deliver is 40+ mins late, they then sent a survey about my complaint and then nothing, no reply, no apology, I highly recommend you STAY AWAY. Dominoes on the other hand are amazing, 10/10 everytime, 35-40 wait from order to delivery, piping hot pizza and wedges, a nice cold sprite and really quick delivery from oven to your door 100% recommend DOMINOES, Pizzahut will never have my custom for the rest of my life. F*@# you, Pizzahut!

Order never arrived, ordered at 7:30pm and stayed in packing stage until 9:30pm. Prior to that I had an email for a survey at 9pm obviously giving bad review as I had not received my order and saying still in packing stage. Weird soon as did survey that It then changed to delivery arriving by latest 9:30 waited and waited no knock on the door or delivery outside my boyfriends house. Word of advice- collect in person or don’t bother. I know I won’t be returning

Ordered a pizza via phone app. Made the order at 2.22...hadn't arrived by 3.30. Rang them and they explained they *couldn't find the house*. We live in town . So they said they'd redeliver...this had been over an hour so we asked if they were going to remake it. They said yes. They didn't. It was freezing when it got here. Soggy and cold. It wasn't a visit. It was home delivery AVOID. Ruined our Xmas Eve treat. We even gave the delivery person a tip and we stupidly believed them when they said they would remake. Silly us. Never again will be buy from Pizza Hut

Lovely pizza. Pizza came in 10 minutes, as ordered on our way home. Was still warm in boxes when got home. Very nice and very good crusts. Would definitely reccomend.

pre ordered in the afternoon as knew store would be busy..half an hour past delivery time, rang to be told very busy and they stopped taking orders..would be delayed 30-45 mins..after 50 mins rang again to be told it was nearby and should be with us in 10 mins. another 20 mins past this time it had been dispatched???..rang yet again and now a mix up had happened. everyone I called they were full of excuses and lies which didnt resolve my issue. when pizzas finally arrived 2 hrs late the stuffed crusts that had been paid for didnt arrive.pizzas were cold and sides were hard and uneatable. left feeling very let down and disappointed. I have asked for a refund as cant see why they would except more orders when they cant complete the pre orders that have already been paid for.

I cannot thank Pizza Hut enough they made my son so happy his party was amazing all thanks to them They bring 32 hot pizzas on time to my sons party and they were amazing I cannot thank them enough for all they have done and all of the organising they have helped me with my son had such an amazing time they have made him ever so happy and the day was amazing all thanks to Pizza Hut Hereford
