Pizza Hut in Hertsmere

Just had a pizza, garlic bread and spicy wedges the first time for years as last time was not very nice, thought we would give them another go. How wrong were we it was all cold and hardly any cheese on on pizza in fact hardly any topping on pizza either. Complete waste of money, now I know why not ordered from Pizza Hut for years and will not be ordering from them EVER again.

Not even worth your time. We called up, asking what offers are there for 1 pizza and collection to be told there's no offers, just £5 pizza on collection, so we were ordering and the phone got cut off, we called back and the girl who took the order said she cancelled it because she thought we didn't want the order. So I called back and made the order, upon arriving I saw there was a deal for 1 large pizza, cheesy triangles, wedges, 2 dips- so I said can't we just add our large pizza to this deal as we had ordered x1 large pizza and cheesy triangles: and charge us extra for the stuff crust, the manager was shocking, not even saying sorry about this and offering an alternative, she was just being difficult, we explained that we specifically asked what offers are there for a pizza, and she then tried to make up and excuse- you asked for a medium pizza, we said no we didn't specify a size, we asked about deals, and then she said you wanted stuff crust and we can't charge you extra with this deal, we then said fine, cancel the order and we want to order this £17.99 deal, so they not only wasted a pizza (as it was already made) but also wasted 25 minutes extra of my time to make another large pizza without stuff crust. I was then asked to wait outside in the cold even though the one of many signs says I can wait inside or outside the hut, so I waited outside after 25 minutes I went in and asked if the food was ready, which had been sitting there, they didn't even think to get my attention after telling me to wait outside (as shown in the pictures, there was no other customers in the shop) This is an absolute joke, I order from pizza regularly and this is by far the worst experience we have had. Its safe to say, I will not be returning to this store, and the manager really needs to work on her customer service skills, and realise when they make a mistake and should atleast try to offer something instead.

We stayed in Borehamwood for 2 nights. We walked in the town centre which was quite busy and decided to go for a pizza to take away and eat back at the hotel. We went at Pizza Hut and had an Hawaiian pizza for two for £5. It was so good and at such a great price that we decided to do it again the following day!!
