Great KFC, food was top notch and staff were very friendly

Disappointing service, went just before closing, tried to give us stale food that seemed to be there for ages which they just reheated resulting in it going hard, crap service from female asian lady, refused to give us a refund when asked and missed out parts of the order. Rude customer service, bad food and rude inconsiderate staff

When you order and 1 minute later you are served, the food isn't cooked and you have a manager saying "that's animal sir...", no comments, simply disgusting 😒 🤢🤮 directly to the latter, the worst KFC I have been 🤮🤬🤬🤬

Had a good voucher had to wait 20 minutes before I could get served as the voucher doesn’t work in the card machines. Did say to the man on the counter. I was for us so I’ve had to wait 20 minutes after doing a 14 hour shift. His exact words were, if you don’t like it go to Burger King. Absolutely atrocious.

Asked for beans and got given gravy and they wouldn’t exchange it and asked for coke with no ice and 90% of the drink was ice and they wouldn’t sort that either chips were discusting and didn’t taste right

Tragedy. The damn machines don't accept parking vouchers and it takes forever to place an order at the cash register.

The Indian guy is incredible in service I can’t get he’s name But in very busy evening he still find a nice world or a smile for customers Well done

Accidentally drop my box meal everything came out member of staff coming back from a break saw it happen and asked if I would like a new meal gave the receipt over and in 5 minutes got a new meal never had that happen was such a nice and helpful guy will never forget that

No halal food which was disappointing. Large car park and large seating area. Very clean and tidy and staff are friendly

While many like to stop here for a quick snack on the way home from work, you'll sadly be met by staff who seem to have no care for the food. And simply throw things into the box, leaving a lovely mess for you to clean up before you eat. When putting sauces on burgers, they take good care to put a small blob on the side so you can enjoy a single bite of the full flavour. I am honestly surprised how one branch not far from another can be so poorly run down. I do hope this improves in the future as it is in a good spot for business, and it's a nice place to stop for a rest.

20 mins wait for fast food isn’t good. On a positive the food was hot.

The chips were awful, I could taste mould. I was wondering if it was me, but also my friend noticed they didn't taste great, but kept eating them. I couldn't eat them and wanted to check if it was my mouth, so went to buy others from Burger King and those tasted absolutely fine. My friend who ate the KFC ones is now having stomach ache. ...How cheap can they go on potatoes?

Slow, just so slow. Staff just stare at the wall. I don’t get how so make staff can be so slow.

Comically small sweet chilli chicken bites, poor show KFC, poor show.

2 piece chicken meal. Long wait. the picture of the aero sundae on the order screens is misleading. there is in practice only a single tub, not the larger tub size. you paying extra only for a few bits of small chocolate chunks which are tasteless. They gave me two small drumsticks instead of a thigh and drumstick. hardly any meat on the drumsticks. The packet of fries were smaller than I remember and lots of broken bits. wont be going to kfc again.

Fillets were deader then George Floyd. Overpriced meals. These lot have finessed my ting next time i come here im bringing the shotty. I haven’t seen this much false advertisement since my trip to Thailand if u know what i mean.

The service here is horrible. They slam your orders down and they can take a long time!! I ordered a boneless banquet meal and i got it over 20 mins after i ordered and I wasn’t given my drink. When i went back for it she slammed it on the table. I then opened my box to see the chicken just thrown in there not even in a box along with the chips thrown in there packet. Will not be returning.

I do not recommend eating at this KFC, I was so sick after 3 hotwings that I thought I would end my life, I had a huge abdominal pain and diarrhea. The worst I've ever been to in my life. Someone should check them. Once again I do not recommend!!!

AVOID! Worst KFC I’ve ever had. Bun was hard, wings were pathetic & cold, lettuce was brown, chicken was cold, staff are terrible. Only good thing was the gravy!

Worst rude staff I’ve ever dealt with. Literally told a blind person it was their fault they couldn’t use the order machine and they would need to wait 15 minutes because the cashier was on their break, the way they spoke was absolutely not appropriate! Quite possibly my singular most disappointing visit to a KFC, second only to the one that gave me a parking ticket. Ordered a mighty bucket for one. They don't accept the app so no chance of using any of my offers. Arrived fairly quickly but shoe-horned into a too small box. No paper plate despite ordering to eat in. I guess I have to pour my Bbq sauce direct onto the tabletop. Chicken overcooked, chips undercooked and raw in the middle and somehow even more bland than usual. Staff looked as though any kind of complaint would land on deaf ears. Absolutely zero f@cks given so I saved my breath. Sort it out KFC.

Two mounths allready don’t have spoon for the ice cream. They mixed up the small ice cream with the normal. The small should have chocklet sauce not crumbles same as the last two photo two mounts ago I done.

Service was polite enough although the guy serving did appear too inconvenienced by a simple request for cups to drink our bottle of pop out of. However, the 2 large sides for our 10 piece family meal were omitted which we only realised once back at our hotel which was way too traumatising for our 5 and 8 year olds.

Just waited 15 mins for my order as the guys working were more interested in messing about kicking boxes in the kitchen than actually serving the 6 of us waiting for our orders. I then had to ask for a bag and my drink even though it was marked takeaway and the guy was rude giving them and far more interested in having a joke with his friends working. Utterly disgusting service.

stood at kfc till for 5 mins while they messed about with orders. they quite clearly saw me. then couldnt order wrap of the day at the till, even though it was on the self service machine. apparently not on their system.

Waiting over 35 mins, food arrives and tastes like a dog mess. Taking more and more orders and nothing going out while sitting upset with the awful-tasting food

3 stars purely because I don't understand how you can justify the size of the portion of chips. Come on KFC...your chicken is amazing so don't nt let your portion sizes let you down.

Deliveroo had delivered order stone cold £35 order food items missing Food was very bad it went straight into the bin the chicken didn’t even look like chicken it’s smelt funny I ended up going to McDonald’s I wasn’t letting my grandchildren it that I highly recommend you save your money

Everything is dirty, poorly managed. Toilets disgusting! Every urinal was covered in pubic hair and grime. No soap in the dispensers. Member of staff mopping the floor, clearly no training or supervision provided.. Starbucks tables not wiped or managed. Floor filthy. Not enough bins for customers to clear their rubbish, so all empties are left on the tables. Lots of staff on the tills taking our money, none spent on cleanliness and hygiene..

Order a wrap, get given a cold one that’s clearly been sat on the “hot plate” for quite a while.. overpriced and disappointing like most service station KFCs. As usual proper branches are fine but these roadside ones are useless.

Messed up order, 4 portions of chips left out, and the size of the chicken smaller then a kids portion,for the price it's ridiculous. Used Uber eats delivery, food was luke warm. No phone number to contact either of them and report mistake, speaks volumes. Won't bother with either kentucky or Uber again.

Got there at 10:40pm as it says on website the closing time is 11pm. Only to be told it closes at 10. As a lorry driver and driving all day plus paying nearly £40 for parking and food voucher to be told it closes at 10 isn't good enough!! NO info on website nor helpful staff.

Messed up order twice, no communication, waited 20mins. for order to be fixed and wasn't fixed properly. Very frustrating experience. Food wasn't good enough to make up for the mix-up. Son ordered from Burger King and he was served no problems within 3 minutes. Next time we will all choose Burger King.

Be great to cater for a vegans would make profit in this branch especially that’s it’s a stop and go place. Fresh and consistent although staff can be much my empathetic but also understand they are under a lot of pressure which course your staff lacking friendly customer service

Twice I’ve ordered via Ubereats, twice they’ve got my order wrong!! First time gave us someone else order, 2nd time delivered just the drinks no food!! How difficult is it to deliver a correct order?? Hapless useless muppets

(I use this store few times a month) Regularly forgot to put multiple quantity order correctly or forgot to put dips or corn cob. Be sure to always check inside your order before leave premise. I got it happen 5 times in last quatre already.

Food is ok. However, on my last 2 visits, the staff were overwhelmed with delivery orders. This led to slow and poor service for the customers who are present in the store.

An unusual occurrence for a KFC but I received what was ordered except for one drinks item that the outlet had run out of though agreed a replacement.

The restaurant is open, has simple social distancing measures in place and plenty of seating. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Appart from being rude they made a mistake on the pieces of chicken by giving us a few peices less and thechiken was not fresh.

Had to BEG for a deal when they were ‘1 minute from closing and therefore about to throw A LOT away. They wouldn’t make me anything fresh so got offered mini fillets (no bap etc) 3 for price of two 😂 I took it but only because if been driving for 3 hours. Whoever served me will go nowhere in life unless he learns how to behave properly and somehow gets injected by god with some charisma

Absolutely appalling customer service. When asking a simple question we just got “WHAT?!” back from Anjith. How convenient the manager wasn’t available to complain to. Probably the slowest and most disorganised “fast food” restaurant you’ll ever visit. Steer well clear.

I went to this kfc and had beans thrown at me by one of the employees for wearing crocs they said "GETCHO GOFFYNESS OUTTA HERE"

Got a zinger box meal and it was as good as usual but the bun wasn't great felt a bit stale tbh.
