Ordered takeaway, arrived late, cold and burnt. Rang to ask for another to be made, manager reluctantly agreed in the end and sent another. Driver arrived at door and refused to show me the new order until he had inspected the old one! Expected perhaps an apology or a free desert, got neither. Wrote to Pizza Hut H.O through their complaints process, received acknowledgement to say they would respond within 3 days, 2 weeks later still waiting so reminded them, 2 months later, nothing! Avoid!

Very poor- first of all my order was wrong so had to wait for a second delivery over 30 mins longer. Then my drink was warm the pizza box was squashed and all the topping was stuck to the top of the box. Atleast the food was warm. I guess.

This place is way better than it used to be. You can order online and we do this quite often and our pizzas always come hot and on time. There really is nothing like a Pizza Hut Pizza.! Make sure you get your offer codes.
