Enjoyed the food for my first visit to this Pizza Hut. Manager was extremely courteous & Organised customers very well showing all to our seats. I left with the feeling that I enjoyed this experience. I went with friends as a pre Christmas get together so it was quite busy but didn’t feel rushed. I would recommend this Pizza Hut.

Wouldn't normally review a chain restaurant such as pizza hut as most know what to expect however this particular pizza hits staff are very friendly they were great with my four year old son and the food was good as usual

Went there for a quick meal with my mate, was very looked after by Sam who was attentive, sharp and professional. Wouldn't mind going again because England is my city and Logan Paul is my dad

We took our grandchildren to eat here after a day out at a theme park, not my cup of tea usually but I was pleasantly surprised since my last visit a good few years ago. The menu is much better with a good choice of food to suit most tastes for this sort of establishment and the staff were really great, helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back.

First off....I've never been a fan of this particular brand. I get dragged along because the children want to go and it's an easy option... That's how I approached it yet again....however...it was all together pleasant and delivered on everything it promised. New ordering and payment system worked without fault. The manager was very pleasant and attention to detail was obvious, excess bowls and plates cleared as needed as we progressed. All of our party of 6 had buffet...the buffet itself was well stocked at all times and turnover was swift so product was always fresh. Salad bar well stocked and fresh. Unlimited drink and ice cream all rounds up to a very good value afternoon. Pizza a bit bready/thick, that's my only personal criticism, but that's the product. I will approach next time will lesser trepidation and hope that standards will be met...😁

not been here for a while, so called and booked a table. On entering, quickly seated and then told, the new system is to go to the counter to order giving your table number. I hate places like this, I go to a restaurant to get waited on, not to keep going up to the counter to order food. You even have to get your own cutlery, tissues etc. Starters ordered, sat down, Starters came, ate then back up to order pizza, why you many ask, I find that if you order in one go then everything comes more or less at the same time. Salad bar was fully stocked and looked fresh, pizza were really good as were the starters. As mentioned, the only reason for not getting a full house is due to the new ordering service.

Decided to book this pizza place for my nephews 5th birthday. When we arrived the lady seemed confused when I said Iv booked a table. Finally we got to our table she told us you have to go up to the till and order. Didn’t know you had to pay there and then! Weird! Anyway pizza took ages to arrive and wasn’t even warm! Cheesy bites were ice cold. Manager was rude to my husband when all he said was he wants to split the payment on 2 cards, but later apologised because apparently he misunderstood!! Place was filthy food all over the floor. Looked like they clearly needed more staff!! Very bad customer service. Don’t think I’ll ever go back there again! Oh they also said to me I can’t change my booking time as it’s very busy after 5. We were there for nearly 2 hours and it was quite empty!! Awful place avoid!!

Never knew that your food order wasnt taken at your table and that you have to go to the counter to tell them you want dessert. we were left ages waiting for someone to take our order. the salad was meh, just really basic, nothing exciting.

The first impression isn't great, a bit worn and rough round the edges. Pizza was ok. Staff were ok. But the whole operation looks and feels tired.

A quick lunch. Staff friendly and efficient. Ever since this place opened it has had a slightly sticky feel about it. But generally it does what it says on the tin. However yesterday we paid £9.99 for chicken mac n cheese. It was dry, over cooked and tasteless. It came with nothing at all no bread no side salad not even a garnish and was basically a pointless plate of food. Along side this we ordered the mango slush and at nearly £4.00 were expecting great things. It was served in a great big metal mixing container, & was a teeny tiny tasteless gloop. So £15.00 wasted. The rest of us had the buffet. Pizza was cold and the pasta ran out for the whole time we were there. Pointless going really. Should have saved our money and time. At least we were good company.

Visited with the kids for lunch. Great staff, especially the manager, could not do enough for us. Service was always with a smile. Salad bar was the best I’ve experienced in a long time and the pizzas were top quality. Restaurant was very clean which is always a bonus.

Ordered two large cheesy bite pizzas. The pizza was so burnt it was not edible the cheesy bites well what can i say just bits of burnt dough there was no cheese in them at all The nachos were so burnt looked like they had been spray painted black & the cheesy triangles were still frozen Being a pizza lover i gotta say it was the worst pizza of my life

we were told the buffet was no longer available an hour before it finished. Staff disappeared for ages whilst we wanted to pay, overall pizza was usual and also our unidays was unaccepted which was completely out of order!

Lovely waitress looked after us. Huge booking in restaurant when we arrived, this didn't seem to faze the team. The waitress suggested a quieter area and looked after us throughout our meal. They even do vegan Pizza's :)

I agree with some other reviews, sometimes when ive come in staff seem very busy with other customers and arent always there for you straight away however the food makes up for it! Its fairly quick and super yummy! The cookie dough is the best too! Love this place!!

I visited here with my extended family and we had a table for 4 adults and 5 kids. What we thought would be a challenge for the restaurant team turned out to be a great success. The fizzy drinks machine was out of order so we all drank water. Not only did this save a few pounds, it was actually quite refreshing. The food and service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and we all ended up full and satisfied. There is plenty of free parking and some other shops to browse if you wish. All in all a very good restaurant.

After visiting the theatre with the family decided to go for a bite to eat. Decided on Pizza Hut as everyone enjoys a pizza. Good selection of pizzas with a few other choices. Drinks orders taken could use the unlimited salad bar whilst our food order was being cooked. All food delivered hot and was quite acceptable. Wouldn't be the place to go for a special occasion but great for a family meal out.

We went to the buffet in the day time in the week nice pizzas however small variety there was cheese, ham and pineapple, peperoni i felt as if there should be more variety. Love the salad area and the icecream unlimted. We were confused as to why we couldnt use our cineworld 25% off card on the buffet but only on the main menu. Other than that we always enjoy pizza hut.

Was ok it is what it says, we thought it was a bit expensive for what it was. The toilets really need fixing one toiled had no door and were in need of a good clean

It was quite busy when we arrived and the poor waitress was run off her feet. We ordered our food and had our starters and then got our side salad. We couldn't have the toppings we wanted as they had run out. When our pizza arrived it was disgusting and we couldn't eat it. We sent it back and was charged for our drinks, starters and salad as our main meal! Rip off! Won't go there again.

Me and my husband we went there,my husb ordered some chesse bites and I order a buffet and the waitter told us we are not alowed to share the food coz'they have cameras and they are watching us if we share the buffet!!first time ever I see this stupid rules!!and we left frm there offcourse without ordering

Didn't have the urge to cook so sat in. Do not come here Starters greatPizza awful. No taste, bland and dry. My boyfriend loves pizza and didn't eat his either! I asked manager to try but he wouldn't However took pizza off the bill and he was apologetic. He said nothing had changed on pizza but it was severely lacking cheese and flavour. NOT APPROVED BY RESTAURANT POLICE

It's hard to beat the taste of a Pizza Hut pizza. The pizzas in the restaurant do always seem to taste ten times better than those delivered by the delivery only stores.

We were served very quickly and the staff were informative and helpful. The food came quickly and the group of 6 enjoyed all the food and salad. As a group visit with different age ranges this was perfect for us.

The only positive was that the staff were nice but negatives abound. Thursdays at 5.30 is obviously not the best time for them; only 1 waitress and the manager trying their best to do everything and they were completely overwhelmed. I have a small appetite but this is not catered for, I had the dinner salad bar but this really wasn't good. The 2 children ordered the child meal deal of salad bowl, drink, pizza and ice cream. The bowls of salad needed replenishing, some empty others with very little in them. We had to find the waitress to take our order. The pizzas took 3/4 hour to arrive and wasn't what we ordered. The children were too tired and fed up to finish them and didn't want the ice cream dessert. Luckily the manager didn't charge us and sympathised. He couldn't do anything more. This is the first bad review I've written of anything but I wouldn't go there again. Sorry.

My friends and I come here on occasions and we've always been met by good and friendly staff. The restaurant is clean and cosy and most of all child friendly. It is often full with families or children's birthday parties. I once went to a child's pizza party a few months ago and the kids loved it. The pizza is hot, not too greasy and tasty.

Lovely people made to feel relaxed. Pizza and free salad for £6.99 wow. Linda the Manager a bit Mad😀but very good and very attentive

Visiting on a Saturday evening, we were surprised how empty this place was. We initially called to book a table but was told you need to give at least 3 hrs notice if you want to reserve a table. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. On entering and realising it wasn't busy you would have though they would have jumped at the chance to get a confirmed booking. Anyhow, we were seated promptly by a very friendly person. Our waiter was next to useless. We had already waited 15 minutes before the guy who seated us told him we were ready. Maybe it was due to his height and the air being different up there, he was at least 7ft tall. Food and drinks ordered, that was it, we never saw him again, we were not advised to help ourselves to salad or to drinks. He just walked off. Onto the salad, very good, well stocked up and all looked fresh. Seated with our salads, waiting on our starters, only to find everything was delivered in one go. So we now have salad, starters and pizza all on out table. The food was piping hot and very tasty, just wished it had come in order as half of everything was left and we were full. Even after we'd finished, trying to get the bill took another 15 minutes, in the end I got another waitress to get our bill. We never saw our waiter, except walking gourmlessly about. Come on Pizza Hut, get some customer service training in this place. Overall would return for the fresh salad and pizza but would avoid the same waiter.

Absolutely love eating here. The staff are so wonderful. Always a smile and making you feel welcome. The food is always lovely and very good value. I can't praise them enough.

Friendly staff, lots of unlimited salad, good buffet experience, more healthy toppings would be useful. Good value at £6.99 for the lunchtime buffet option.

A last minute decision not to cook and go for pizza instead left my family happy. Service was efficient and the food was good. The salad bar was fresh and plentiful. We had the chicken supreme with Cheesy bites, which was ample to shred between 2 adults. Parking was easy and I would visit again if in the area

Five of us turned up at short notice at about 3.30pm today(Sunday).Didn't have to wait too long for a table and managed to get our order in before the 30 8 year olds turned up for a birthday party...Service was not delayed despite the fact that there weren't many staff. Food was good, except salad bar was rather depleted...

I am a Pizza Lover and by far Pizza Hut Pizza's are my favourite. I prefer this particular branch to any other I've been to. Staff are very attentive and friendly, Service has never been slow. Always the same tasty pizza. Its also nice as a parent to come here with my toddler and feel relaxed, its not always easy when you are out for dinner and its not a child friendly place, but this absolutely is. And come on, who doesn't love a serve yourself pepsi machine where you can choose your own flavour?!

Visited this restuaurant today 4/07/16 at 14.49. From the moment myself and my 4 year old and my mum walked in, Paris greeted us with a very friendly welcome invite, sat us down in a booth, explained the menu, offered my daughter colour pad and crayons (kids love them)Ordered the lunch buffet. Food was incredible hot. Loved it!! Even the chef was very lovely. Defo would return soon, maybe next week!!Pairs also helped my daughter to eat and said if she has eaten all her dinner she would be allowed a balloon. Well done paris. U deserve a mention! Thank you for my makimg my visit a remarkable visit and will return.Xx

We went hear for my nephews first birthday and there were 16 of us and the staff took half the tables orders but forgot about the rest of us. When we called the waitress back and told her she had missed half of us she huffed and clearly wasn't happy which I thought was rude. After finally finishing out orders we waited for our food, when it arrived it was very undercooked and doughie so we sent it back only for it to be put through the oven another 2 times spare toy causing it to completely dry out, it was awful. The worst thing was my nephew who's birthday it was, was watching everyone eat and the staff no matter how many time we asked for his pizza said it will be a few minutes, they completely forgot to put his tiny pizza on the order as we watched them add it eventually, we had all nearly eaten before the babies pizza came, the smallest pizza of all, by this time we had given him some of ours and he was no longer hungry. This should never have been charged and nor should the dry pizza that was served practically raw in the first place. None of the food was great it lacked any flavour and just wasn't worth the money paid. I would not recommend this place a all and certainly will never return. The staff were abrupt and clearly couldn't care less about ensuring we had a good experience and I am totally appalled. Smaller tables were given better service and more attention than our large table of 16.

Visited with my grandson and had a great meal served by very pleasant staff. As I don't eat cheese I was given a great pizza - cheese free.

We had a really good time when we went to Pizza Hut, really friendly staff and got served quickly and the food was really nice :) will defiantly be going again and will defiantly recommend going.

Let me start by saying that we go to this restaurant regulary. We love the manageress (the one who's son also works there) she is very friendly and very helpful.We think the food is good, not to expensive.So I am giving the restaurant 5 stars.BUT the reason for giving it only 3 stars is because we went today (10th Dec) and there was a member of staff on called Jason with a face like a wet weekend. He was rude, abrasive and not interested at all about the customers.So let me say again, i would give this restaurant 5 stars but i give Jason only 1 stars. He needs to change his attitudeSo the average stars are 3.

We booked a large table for 1pm on 2/12/15 as we thought it would be nice to have a work lunch out. On arrival there were no staff to welcome us so we was left standing at the entrance, after a few minutes a waitres from the other side of the room put her arm up to say over here. Once sat down she explained about the buffet, gave one menu between 10 of us then just walked off to assist another table. Some of the pizza's were so hard we was unable to cut them with a knife and folk and struggled to eat it, this was thin crust. We tried a range of the pizzas on offer, when they were refreshed it was better that was until one of my colleagues found a solid price of plastic in the base of the beef and onion pizza, we couldn't believe it, how could this happen it was over and inch long by about cm wide and at least 3mm thick. He was lucky it didn't cut his mouth. This should not have happened, scary as it could have been a child that could have choked on this. We raised this we the manager who after about 10 minutes came over with a foreign body form for my colleague to complete, she then removed that pizza from the buffet and removed the price of his buffet of the bill. She was polite about the whole situation but f feel more should have been done, it totally put the rest of us off and anyone that was still eating soon stopped which totally ruined our lunch, will certainly think twice before ever eating Pizza Hut again. Also we was charged for 10 refill drinks even though 2 of us had water only, how you can justify charging people £2.55 for water is absolutely appalling. We all paid the balance some paid by card and half of us paid by cash, the waitress took the money and at no point offered us any change what so ever, it may have only been £3 that was due however if you include the 2 drinks of water we was charged for it was nearly £9 that was owed to us but that by rights was our change and it's at our discretion whether or not we would want to leave a tip. We most certainly would not have left a tip and feel the change should have been brought straight back to us of given to us when we passed her at the til. The reason I didn't raise this at the time is because I was so appalled at the whole lunch and felt sick. Would not recommend this restaurant at all and certainly will not be returning. Totally disgusting
