Pizza Hut in Arun

Incorrect order delivered and then expected me to wait nearly an hour for corrected item. Rest of family had finished eating and I have to be careful about eating later. Totally unimpressed and will not buy from them again

I have ordered twice from this pizza hut and both times were absolutely shocking. The first time I ordered through Just Eat, when it came half the order was missing. We phoned the shop and they asked what we had ordered that didn't arrive and ensured they would send it out. Waited a while and it finally came, only to then be the wrong things! At this point we were so fed up we just made do with what we got. This time tonight, we thought maybe it was a Just Eat issue last time so tried to order through the pizza hut website. Got the confirmation email through with the order number, money taken in my bank app, and went onto the tracking page that said it would be delivered by 9.25-9.35. We waited until 9.56 then rang the shop to find out what had happened to our order, only to be told they hadn't received our order at all. Told us to ring another branch even though all my receipts and tracking said it was them! Rang the other store they confirmed it didn't come to them. Rang back the Littlehampton branch and just got told there was nothing he could as how could he prove I've actually ordered anything. I pushed as money was taken already, but he just kept saying no he can't do anything. Eventually he finally said he would try contacting the manager who wasn't worked tonight, but of course I haven't heard back. Eventually after I kept asking about my money, he told me to just go through customer service. Absolutely appalling service both times, never going to use them again!

Must be the only take away that you can’t pay cash !! Absolutely ridiculous. So had to pay by card, then turned up cold. Wish I hadn’t bothered.

Ordered from Pizza Hut littlehampton for the family. Delivery times are always good and friendly driver. Pizzas were stuck to the lid! Picked up a slice and all of the toppings fell off, very greasy tonight! Wedges were undercooked and cold! Mac and cheese (lack of the Mac) it was just a box of melted cheese! And they also forgot the drinks! What a waste of money tonight! Very disappointing

I ordered pizzas for delivery, got through to the checkout page, paid and then got told I had to collect it. Having rung the store I got told to ring a customer service number, which is no longer staffed but sent me to the customer service page on the pizzahut website, which also doesn't exist, and the only contact point available is this email form. 3 days on, I still don't have a refund and have been informed that it could take another 5 days for them to return my money.

The man who served me was very keen to get my order fresh and correct. Pizza was fresh and very nice. Sadly this is not a restaurant but they do takeaways and delivery

Collected pizza and 2 sides, haven't been to a pizza hut for ages so was looking forward to it but was so disappointed. The chicken sides weren't too bad, although very dry, and the majority of the nachos burnt. The pizza itself was burnt in places and pretty much cold, the toppings very scarce and had some weird green sprinkling all over it. Pizza doesn't usually get left in this house but this time it was barely eaten! It doesn't seem like there's any good pizza places around here!

Pizza from takeout pizza huts dont taste the same, can be oily at times even on crust which should be bread like but seems to be coated in some kind of oil. not good pizza. topping are cold and pizza base warm not hot. hmmm Dominos Fail every-time and pizza hut pizza tastes awful, seems no place in town to get a decent pizza

Always arrives hot and inviting. Delivery is fast and the food is well Cooked and tasty. Friendly staff who are prompt with service.

Me and my other half tried here a couple of weeks ago. Arrived pretty much lukewarm the cheese was hardening up again. Topping was nice but the next morning myself and other half both had upset tummies. Mine lasted a couple of hours his stopped him going to work. Bit dry too. Rank sorry but it was
