Pizza Hut in Dartford

Looking forward too pizza hut in bluewater as the Brighton one was sadly so looking forward too my birthday treat got there and the queue was not moving for ages I was standing there for about 20mins still a guy said it was going too be another 20 too 25 min wait I had been waiting for 20 min before hand so didnt want too move plus was looking forward too people were thinking why is there tables around been empty for a while and we standing around like numptys I thought it was too do with covid but someone was waiting outside too eat and saw empty tables but that review was Oct 2019 ..well anyway we went in and saw tons of tables empty so what was going on pizza hut bad customer service the food was good and pizzas were coming out of the oven nice and quick ...didnt like salad bar but that was just my opinion....why has eatin gone so bad pizza hut! ...sadly you ruined the day slightly for me cause the time queuing pointlessly I could if been shopping .

First of all, given the fact we’re still kind of in a pandemic and Saturday is Bluewaters busiest day, the team at Pizza Hut in Bluewater are amazing. They work really well together, they’re all very thoughtful and caring. Customer service is second to none, they make sure you have everything you need and are just all around amazing.I just wanted to leave this review as I have to give credit when it’s due! Thank you Pizza Hut Team. We will be back.

The service was poor. The staff were unhelpful and under hand. Will not visit again. They ignored our group and made us feel really uncomfortable.

Very average food, poor service, we asked for sauce when our food arrived, and received them when we were 3/4 finished with our food The manager was rude. Would not recommend

We turned up without a reservation. Restaurant manager Joe Lawrence and his time were absolutely amazing. Food was tasty and served without any delay. Our dietary requirements were paid attention to and taken care of. Also our waitress Niamh was very friendly and bubble. Great experience! So I booked online table for 4 6.30 I got to the hut and their was a queue just one not a separate one for booking we stood for twenty minutes before someone come and told us their was a 30 minute wait I explained I booked they didn’t ask my name or anything within ten minutes we was seated after another ten minutes someone come over to us and told us they had no pan bases and to order on the app .. that was it no help no guidance on the table I downloaded 3 apps all the wrong ones they then said that their was a wait for food even though we was seated we got our stuff and walked out an hour wasted!! In these uncertain times we wanted to treat our children not sit unnecessarily in a closed restaurant for an hour with nothing!! Pizza Hut need to close down and go back to takeaway only or educate their staff and run a proper service ... the staff members were just ignoring everyone in the queue!! Terrible avoid avoid avoid

Used to like it here, but oh dear. Food took an age to appear despite the place being half empty. When it did arrive we got our pizza but we had to wait several more minutes before our side of sweet potato fries appeared. They weren’t worth the wait - hard in the middle, soggy on the outside and clearly microwave heated. The guys behind us sent their fries back because they were frozen in the middle. The salad bar was dreadful, half of it was empty and none of it was replenished until just before we left. Ironically the upstairs area, not in use, had a perfectly stocked and yet redundant salad bar. I don’t know who is running this place but they should be ashamed of themselves because they have ruined a once great place to eat. I’m not at all surprised to find that other recent reviews on here had very poor experiences too. Bluewater is packed with great places to eat so do yourself a favour and avoid this one.

An absolute disgrace! I used to come there often with my daughter. Today i tried to call during over 20 mn with no reply. I went there to order a take away, restaurant was far to be full, employees just couldn’t bother answering the phone. Now the farce is, you gotta queue to order, for take away or even if seated with your family! Basically the purpose of a restaurant to seat and enjoy a service you pay for, to skip the hassle to queue no longer exists there! Someone explains to me how a mother with her young kid can leave him to waste time queuing! Worse, how can one person order for a table of 5-6 people? Whats next, i gotta pick up my food in the kitchen myself? After over 10mn queuing the waiter tried to oversell me expensive pizza while my order was so simple. No take away pizza for kids or full price the size of an adult. Absolutely delusional business model! No more thanks!

Staff are rude and incompetent, no one clears your table or asks how the food is and pizza is a greasy mess would not recommend to anyone, salad bar is vile stale and looks like it’s going off. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!

The service was warm and extremely friendly even though they were very busy. Our table was freshly cleaned and the floor tidy. The salad was as expected and is definitely good value with all the tasty pizzas.

Been here a few times and has always been good. Now they have changed staff and you have to go and order your food yourself? Took ages to be seated even though there is plenty of tables with half eaten food on but no one bothering to clear them! Finally got seated and the table was all dirty/sticky and food on the seats... awaiting on food hopefully it’s decent after a long day at work wanted a nice meal with the family

Haven’t been to Bluewater Pizza Hut in years & I don’t think I’ll be going again anytime soon. Absolutely awful salad bar empty & needed a good clean. Pizza pans also needed good clean.

Came here with friends, took forever to be seated even though had booked a table. Food stone COLD! when i sent it back was asked if wanted to keep the cold pjzza and take home and they would make us one which was warm i said yes! When it came to the bill and our friends had eaten all there food and we hadnt even had ours. Was not happy atal, and when complained they said well we let u keep the cold pizza! I said i didnt ask to keep it. Atter a battle to get them to action it the bill was sorted. But will not be returning.

Arrived at the restaurant, asked for a table for three, was told “sit there” by a waitress who pointed to a sofa. We were shortly shown to a table which was dirty. The waitress used our menus to brush the food from the table onto the chairs and floor. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order before we gave up and walked out.

We visited Pizza hut at Bluewater on friday evening, we always use this one and always find the staff friendly and the food outstanding, but this time the staff have changed and they seemed like they was on a go slow and the food was awful, unedable we ordered the 3 starters for 11.99, the garlic bread with cheese the ribs and the cheese bites, the garlic bread had a tangy taste to it which is not normal, the pizza we ordered was the stuff crust epic meat feast, when it came out it was bit burnt, we went to eat it i have never known pepperoni to be crispy, the base i could not bite it was so hard where it had been over cooked the family also had pan pizzas and they was awful aswell,we left the restaurant hungary! this was the worst meal we have ever had at pizza hut, dont think we will be visiting there again £72.00 for a meal that couldnt be eaten.

We went as a group of 5 adults and 2 children on a busy saturday lunchtime and were found a table more or less straight away. We had visited this restaurant the year before and it had been quite good on the previous occasion. This time it was rather disappointing. I ordered the individual Veggie pan pizza which could have done with being cooked for longer.... the base was pale and undercooked and the cheese topping not quite melted. My husband and teenage daughter ordered the main course salad but no plates arrived and they managed by making several trips with the tiny buffet bowls. We were all a bit underwhelmed - particularly when the kids returned from the ice cream factory with a bowl of melted mush rather than properly formed icecream. I've been to Pizza Hut a number of times over the years and it's usually my preferred option over the other pizza chain restaurants but on this occasion it was definitely not up to the usual standard.

Have not used this place for a long time, what a surprise. The waitress was very helpful and the food was top nouch. Atmosphere was good, all in all a nice place to treat someone. Thanks

After eating here about twice a year for some time, our latest visit was disappointing. It seems to us that the staff are completely overwhelmed. Not enough staff for the number of customers. Our initial order was provided fair promptly but we had to go and find the waitress to get a dessert and coffees. Finally to actually pay the bill after waiting for ages we found a Manager who sent a much harassed waitress to let us pay.

popped into bluewater on the way home after a holiday and thought i would get something to eat. decided to go for the buffet after eventually been shown to a table by a waitress who looked like she would rather not be there. orderd the buffet and went to collect a plate and put some pizza on to it. i got back to the table and was about to put some into a container for later due to being a slow eater due to health issues and also 25 weeks pregant only to be told that this wasn't allowed and if i didn't eat it there i would have to leave it. even though i would have paid for it?? i have done this at other pizza huts and there has not been a issue. and no sighns or notices to say it wasn't allowed. after being told this by a waitress i explained about being a slow eater she got her manager who also said that taking it away if i didn't finsish it wasn't allowed.as i didnt eat any of it i got up and left i am not going to pay for somthing and be told what i can and cant do with it and if this is the case i suggest u put a note up considering people pay good money. will not be returning here and u have lost business.

Worst food ever everything is coming out cold. We are sat upstairs and there is only one member of staff up here trying to do everything on her own while dealing with a lot of customers who are also upset and unhappy with the service and food never agen will we be coming back

We went to Pizza Hut on a trip to Bluewater Shopping Mall on a busy Saturday afternoon in mid-September at the food court. It was lunch time, and heaving understandably, being a Saturday. There was a short queue, but we did not wait more than 7-8 minutes.

I live in Front Royal and have not purchased Pizza Hut for the past 2 years. Thought maybe new owners or new employees would make a difference. And it did. Now the FOOD AND SERVICE IS MUCH WORSE. Please do not visit this restaurant and think it is par-for-the-course of other food in Front Royal. There are many other Vegetarian, or non, restaurants in Front Royal that anyone would be more than happy with. PIZZA HUT IN FRONT ROYAL IS NOT ONE OF THEM. Asked for a Veggie lovers Deep Dish with extra cheese, got something that looked like regular crust with NO extra cheese. Plus they told me the wait time was 10 min, and it ended up taking 25 min., without them offering any explanation. BUT,, the guy who was coming in to take over the shift had to punch in, and then go take a smoke break before he got into work. NASTY, DIRTY, PLACE, DIRTY EMPLOYEES, DIRTY DELIVERY DRIVERS, NO ONE CARES ABOUT ANYTHING..EXCEPT THEIR BREAKS, OR TALKING TO OTHER EMPLOYEES ABOUT THEIR PERSONAL DRAMA YOU DO NOT WANT TO VISIT. TOOK ONE LOOK, AND SMELL, AND THREW THE PIZZA AWAY, AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. WORST PIZZA HUT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, AND THAT'S 50 YEARS WORTH.

Wow, there are still restaurants out there that think it's OK to have dirty plates left on lots of tables, food all over the floor and still seat new guests at a table as if nothing's wrong! What is it with this Pizza Hut? This is not the first time it's been bad here at the Bluewater branch. We visited for an evening meal and from the outside it looked OK. We were shown to a table and once we sat down, we turned to look around us. Table behind us dirty plates, table to the side of use dirty plates, table behind that dirty plates. And food on the floor! Seriously, I think pig sty would be a compliment to the appalling way this place is managed (or not as it were!) It's not like they were busy at the time as the place was half empty. We didn't stay and got up to walk out. Passing the bar a member of staff (who didn't appear to be doing anything useful to clean the place up) said, "Thanks for coming guys, see you again". Sorry, but I had to tell her that her restaurant a) we'd only just sat down in case she hadn't noticed and b) the place was just disgusting and I was amazed anyone would eat there. Her excuse? "We've been busy". Gosh, that is somehow a good reason for their diners to be seated surrounded by filth on all sides. Bless her, she must have been new. Yes, Bluewater is a busy place and yes, no doubt they have very busy periods but if you can't run it properly, get out and let someone else do the job properly. This is one to avoid. Never again.

Although we had to queue everything was very in control. Apologies were given for the wait which in my eyes was minimal. The service was quick and polite. Attentive but not over the top service, and it was a bank holiday.

.. but because while ordering MY pizza, the waitress told me “no darling, you can’t have that, it’s a sharing, it only comes as a sharing, it’s really huge”

The Pizza Hut store offered really good and friendly service. It was your usual Pizza Hut, offering the same as all the others - bottomless drinks, a free salad bar and the buffet's etc.. We opted for two pizzas as we had a Tastecard 2 for 1 and that was valid at the Bluewater store. The pizzas were really good value and were also great value for money. They also had a good knowledge of these offers as well as the loyalty app that Pizza Hut has and they added the points to it immediately.

Having spent a few hours shopping it was time to eat, so we headed for Pizza Hut mainly because I have a TASTECARD given us 2for1 on most of the menu. You really can’t go wrong with the food and with a much improved menu highlighting gluten free dough, Pizza Hut have really pushed themselves to the front of restaurants. Saved £16 on our bill so everyone is a winner

We were in Bluewater and decided a visit to Pizza Hut was the best choice and I’m surprised at the poor reviews as we received good service and for £80 for five adult meals and desert and drinks (this was due to the waitress advising us) it wasn’t bad. The kids ho are all in their teens all enjoyed the free salad cart as well. Pizza Hut is becoming a rare site lately and even though the restaurants seem a little aged they are not as bad as some people make out.

We stopped off here for a quick pizza during a shopping trip. It was 6pm and we were quite excited to see they were having an evening buffet which the girl who showed us to our table suggested to us. We then said we would have the buffet - she said she couldn’t take our order. We waited but no one else came. We thought we would go and start getting the buffet and someone would be round soon however there was no food at the buffet and the queue was rather long. So we gave up. Poor show Pizza Hut. If you are going to offer and try to get all customers to get the buffet it would be a much better idea to keep it fully stocked!!

This is the worst Pizza hut i have ever been to , dont even bother with the cheesy stuffed one as theres no cheese in it , absolute rubbish and after all the other decent places to eat we ended up here

We came here for the lunctime buffet and it was brilliant value and the food was hot and tasy! The only thing was the pasta wasnt kept full and the sauces were quite bland, however the selection of pizza made up for this!

I came here for a takeaway pizza when they were trialling vegan cheese.... the manager (Patrick I believe his name was) was so friendly and went over and above what I would expect - I was debating whether to get a small or a large, but went for a small in the end. When I came back to collect it they had cooked me a large and told me that I would have enough for that night’s dinner as well as lunch the next day! Good customer service is difficult to find but they’ve got it spot on here!

I visited this branch of Pizza Hut with a party of 5. We waited to be seated, which was okay, but we were not made to feel at all welcome. Having waited to be seated my friend had to chase for menus, drinks etc. My friends opted for the buffet and I wish I had too. My husband and I had to wait for our order - a cup of tea and cheesy chips each - to be delivered, while the rest of our party ate their lunch. By the time the chips arrived, they were cold and not in the slightest bit 'cheesy' - we didn't mention it at the time as we didn't want to embarrass our friends and the waitress seemed to be hard pressed enough from what she said, but we feel this is worth noting. Will not be returning.

We are here as a large party of 9 ( we had a pushchair and a wheel chair too) we had to wait 5-10 minutes to get a table but to be expected with so many people and no booking. We all had the lunch buffet, on the day we visited there was a staff shortage so the pizzas were not replaced as quickly as you would normally expect but we still had a nice meal and had chance to catch up with our friends. The venue is great, very light and spacious it is over looking some open water which was very pretty. The service here is great, our son has autism and doesn't eat pizza or anything offered so we brought a packed lunch which he had while we had the buffet. The manager here is lovely and accommodated any request with a smile, lovely place, we will return when in the area again. Thanks for a lovely afternoon.

I recently visited the Pizza Hut in Bluewater. We had a lunchtime buffet which was really good value. I must say the manager was very hands on and very helpful and friendly which is nice to see. Will be going back.

This was a visit with my 3 young children, the waiter was very friendly and accomodating. The pizza came promptly, even though the restaurant was fairly busy as it was the easter school holidays.

Used to be nice pizza but today the buffet was bad all the pizzas were not good the crusts were like bread and not doe, the only plus was the waitress kristina who worked non stop hard with a smile really good employee

We were sat down more or less straight away and order took quiet promptly. We waited and waited and waited. 25 mins later garlic bread arrives, cold. I sent it back then we waited. Some school girls came in about 15 minutes after us and got served 2 pizzas while we were still waiting for garlic bread. the salad bowls were dirty the salad looked awful. We walked out having sat their for 35 minutes and still no Garlic bread. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant.

Service was awesome location is very good near a small pound view from the windows was very cool After Order food was here in 10 mins

I'm not really sure what to say, it's pizza Hut! Service was fast, pizza was good. That's about it really.

Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Then had to wait 25 minutes without being served despite bringing it to the servers attention twice. Was told both times "someone's just coming". Waited 10 more minutes. Still no service. We left. Shame.

We visited Pizza Hut after a game of golf at Pirates Cove.We were a group of 6 and it was a busy Sunday lunchtime but we were seated very efficiently. Our waiter was very pleasant and helpful, explaining what we needed to do re drink and salad.When our pizzas arrived they were tasty and pleasant to eat. We were not hurried by staff despite the restaurant being busy.

Best Pizza Hut I've ever been to. Me and my 7 year old daughter came here for lunch today and we wasn't disappointed. We was seated within minutes and had the most amazing waiter, I think his name was Robert. So energetic, was great with my shy daughter( who he made crack up laughing within seconds of meeting her, even though she was very tired from mini golfing) and knows the menu well, managed to recommend the perfect dish for my fussy eater. Will definitely be coming here again next time we come to Bluewater.

My girlfriend and I decided to pop into Pizza Hut for a quick sharing pizza, we sat down ordered our drinks (pint of Budweiser and a soft drink) the glasses for the soft drinks looked like they hadn't been through any sort of dishwasher and the Budweiser took 6 minutes to be poured and brought over to my table! The table it's self had crumbs still in it and looked as if it hadn't been wiped, and the amount of dust on the wall of the booth we was sat in was utter disgusting as well as old pizza stains on the wall! Tables around us paid and left and there tables were left dirty for gone 15 minutes which was weird because we was the only table left in the restaurant.our sharing pizza and sides all in all was very nice it's just a shame the place is left very dirty

Me and my girlfriend would personally like to thank the 2 members of staff who made our stay welcome on Monday 2nd may.It was about 7:50 when we turned up... We were expectant to be turned away for showing up so late. However we were only greeted with smiles from a young boy.. Probably couldn't have been more than 19.... He made us feel more than welcome showed us to our seats straight away. We said thank you and proceeded to look at what to order we were promptly accompanied by a waitress of about 28 or so.... I cannot recall her name but she had a very Hispanic resemblance.... She received a tip from us at the end... And I never tip.We'd had such a bad day and it just made it such a wonderful evening to be seen by such amazing staff and some amazing food.Please tell your two staff members we are more than grateful for their hospitality. It really did make a lovely end to the long weekend.We shall definitely be coming back soon.

We went to your bluewater Pizza Hut tonight and we was served by Rob. We made the point of finding out his name so you knew who to feed this information back to. As a person who enjoys going out to dinner on a weekly basis I have to say that Robs service was by far the absolute best me and my fiancé have had in a very long time. His knowledge of your menu was amazing and the recommendations he also made were spot on, it was the smaller details such as recommending the paprika and garlic seasoning on our onion rings and his attention to giving us a wonderful dining experience. We did also notice that he carried this level of service and optimism to all the tables that we saw him serving at. Rob is a great member of your team and it is because of his fantastic service we will be recomending your bluewater Pizza Hut as the best resterant to go to for a wonderful dinning experience.

Good restaurant, very American with choices of Pepsi etc, Rob our waiter was amazing, very friendly and upbeat, made the experience better

Took my daughter for lunch at 12.00 on a busy day at Bluewater for the pizza and pasta buffet. The staff were overwhelmed as lots of people wanted to eat at lunchtime! No pasta for half an hour, then when it was put out it was just pasta, not any sauces to go with it. People were getting frustrated and the woman who I think might have been in charge said they didn't expect it to be so busy...seriously?! Also majority of bowls were dirty but the woman sorted through and found 5 she said she checked were clean, however she still left the dirty ones for other customers to rake through!!! Will definitely stick to pizza express in future.

Nice pizza hut looks a bit different from the rest did a good job of making me forget I was in a busy shopping center. Food was decent as you would expect from the brand. Dessert took a very long time to come but good other than that

My Mum and I are here in the week and had a lovely meal. It was quiet so we got seen to quickly and didn't have to wait long for our food. Our waitress was really sweet too. I can't remember her name but she was very petite with brown hair. Very friendly young lady. Overall, a great experience. The toilets were a bit naff though.

Pretty much your standard Pizza Hut - warm, edible, but not terribly inspired. Staff were friendly but rushed off their feet. Table was sticky and because we weren't supplied with knives, forks or napkins we swiped them off another table. Didn't have to wait long to be seated. Will go back.

Been here lots of times. Pizza is not quite as authentic as pizza express but it good in a different style. It's also better value than pizza express. Service can be slow when they are busy but we didn't have to wait to long really. When the food arrived they brought a deep pan to the table instead of the Italian I had ordered. When I pointed the mistake out they offered to change it but we kept it but they didn't charge us for my meal. The waitress was really nice considering she was rushed off her feet. Good all round visit. Do the survey and get 50% off next time.

I decided to try this Pizza Hut last Friday, I am not usually a fan of Pizza Hut but my girlfriend wanted to try it. We were seated straight away and served very quickly by our waiter, our starters and mains came out very quickly. The pizza and service was fantastic. We will definitely be returning.

We came in and sit down the staff who came and orded our food he talked very quick and could not really know what he said i heard a couple saying the glasses are around the corner so had to get our own drinks a nice selection of pepsi's we orded a hawaiian pizza with cheese bites and a bucket of fries the pizza was lovely and hot the chips were very soggy and cold the waiting time was about 15 minutes i thought it was a bit expensive dont think i will go there again

How I managed to stay calm in here I will never know. A 1 hour 10 minute wait for our food to arrive. Our waitress took our order on their touchscreen tablet, but during taking the order checked something with the kitchen. Then finished taking our order of 2 kids meal and 1 large pizza.At least 30 minutes passed then the waitress advised that it should not be too much longer, then about 15 minutes later told us any minute now. At no time did we chase the staff, we sat patiently. Then we noticed people who had ordered after were receiving their food. Now at 1 hour the table next to us received their food, enough was enough, I asked the waitress to find our food and if it wasn't delivered within 3 minutes we were walking.She came back within 3 minutes and explained the kitchen had not received the order so would be another 10 minutes, I pointed out it takes approximately 10 minutes to cook a pizza so ours had just gone in the oven, which confirmed was true. So told us the manager would sort out a discount.The manager came over to apologise and offered a 50% discount, to which I thought was not very good. He explained their average wait was 45 minutes, to which I replied, I've eaten in many pizza huts and never waited that long from order placement. He then offered a 75% discount, which I accepted.The food arrived the kids meals were ok but the pizza was just cooked and seemed as though it had been rushed. The dough had not risen as normal and the centre was still a bit doughy. It this point I was past caring and we just gone on with it. The manager did come back over and said we would just need to pay for drinks, so a £30 bill was reduced to £5.It's not about the money though, this ruined a stop from a 150 mile trip on a weekend break. We wanted to treat the kids to their favourite restaurant for being so good on the journey. This also heavily delayed our arrival at our hotel.So thank you Pizza Hut Bluewater, we will be at Bluewater again, but will never use you. Your discount is appreciated it does not make up for the poor service and ruined dinner break, go back to note pads if your tablets don't work.One plus was our waitress, she may have made a mistake I don't know but she really did seem to care and was so embarrassed about the whole business.

I ordered a number of pizzas for myself and my colleagues to help pass our night shift. 2 pizzas failed to show up. When I rang I had a very long argument with the guy saying he put them in the bag himself.....blah blah.... but I had a receipt for 11 pizzas and only received 9.... He EVENTUALLY offered a refund on 2 pizzas or told me to ring customer services..I was disgusted so rang them. Shouldn't have bothered as they was not interested either. I used to spend £500 a year there easy. .ordering for work mates but not any more!Pizzas were mediocre by the way

Visited about 5pm on a weekday after going to the cinema for a cheap meal. We were hoping that we might be able to have the buffet pizza option but we were told this now finished about 3pm. This used to run until about 5pm more recently but not anymore. As this is mainly a pizza restaurant and most people order pizza why don't yhey offer the pizza buffet option all day?Salad and the pizza that we shared was ok but if you after a relatively cheap mea visit before the buffet finishes. Staff were friendly enough but did not ask if we were enjoying our meal as you would expect.Nothing wrong with food but f you can afford to pay a little more it may be worth going to l Pizza Express at Bluewater instead (see my previous review)

I went here with my wife for a Thursday lunch. First of all the service was horrible, our waiteress was selfish and she didn't tell us where the glasses for our drinks were and she didn't tell us where the salad bowls were. Also we didn't like the food at all. After we left my wife started feeling sick. When we got home she started vomiting and we knew it was because of PizzaHut. We will never go back again!

We came here at the beginning of December just before it starts to get busy with xmas shoppers. We waited 25 mins to be seated, the staff were useless, and kept getting our order wrong (drinks and food) And when did Pizza Hut get stupidly expensive?! With so many great places to eat in bluewater this is not one of them!

Sunday afternoon, I took our family and two school friends of my eldest to the cinema and then onto pizza hut for his birthday. However for the meal the ambulant temperature was unacceptably low. With many restaurants having open areas, our food was cold before we started eating and we had to sit in their open area with coats on and we were still very cold. We complained to the restaurant as there are some logistical things they could have done to keep us warm. E.g Sit up stairs, which they simply didn't offer. However the whole of Bluewater's walk ways were exceptionaly cold and uncomfortable. Was there a fault with your system? I have visited many times a closing for food and never experienced this before. It has now put us off the bluewater shopping/ cinema / eating experience. Our Pizza was also badly burned. We were however given as discount at the end but only after complaining. Not by much though!

Me and a mate dined here tonight. No complaint with quality of the food. That was nice. We were seated very quickly. But had to wait 15 minutes to order drinks to be told to help ourselves. Another 15 minutes later our order was taken. We were told they do a special deal where you get the starter for £2. So ordered the ribs. After this the pizza when ordering we were asked small or large. Only I don't recall large on the menu it was original or sharing. We didn't want sharing but ordered large. When it came to the end and got the bill £58 for two people to eat!! That's a hell if a charge. I spoke to the waiter about this and he told me the sharing was the large. Had I known this I certainly wouldn't have ordered it. I think this needs to be a lot clearer. I certainly won't be returning as the price was just too much. We were then told by the waiter the £2 starter doesn't apply to Saturday nights. So why was we told we could have it. I don't think the staff know what is going on. For £30 a head there are much better places to eat.

Had to wait to be seated and only got seated because we had to point out that there were 2 empty tables and was then told that we couldn't be seated there as it was for 6 people( we were a 4 and there were no 6 groups in the queue), had to get the manager to get us seated, found the manager rude. Our waitress was lovely.3 of us had buffet and that was the worse buffet I have ever had, the wait time in between pizzas coming out was awful, heard other people complaining about the wait they had had for their ordered food and my daughter had to wait 40 minutes for her meal. I would never go back to that Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut had a larger selection, was cleaner, appeared more high-end than Pizza Hut locations I have visited in the USA. It is also the only hotel in the London area that provided free refills of soft drinks.The staff was very attentive and did their best even though they were short-staffed.

I had the buffet at this branch which has is trialling a new format. The buffet pizza wasn't as good as if ordered individually IMO- most were deep pan of course.I would have preferred the Happy hour however this branch no longer do that:(I tried the Brownie pudding as the Death by Chocolate waffle pudding which was the reason for my visit didn't come with brownies like the online menu said. I found the brownie pudding disappointing- nowhere as good as the Chocolaye fudge cake which this branch no longer serve.All in all I won't be visiting this branch-unless the old menu is brought back.If all Pizza Hut restaurants (those that haven't closed!) adopt thos new menu then I will go to Pizza express instead.

Having two small children who love the Pizza hut and having been to various throughout Europe, this was the second time we tried the Bluewater branch. The first time, we had to stand around waiting to be served for a long time, then we got the food orders before our drinks. We thought to give it another go and went last Wednesday for supper. We were once again kept waiting even though the staff clearly saw us. After sitting, I went to the disabled toilet and felt rather sick - the nappy bin was full and the smell was appalling!! The salad bar did not have half the usual selection at other branches and the staff were standing around with just one staff member serving whilst the rest chatted and clearly did not want to be there. The restaurant was extremely dirty with food on the floor. We were placed next to a column which was all drawn on with crayons - this could easily have been wiped off but you could see that it had been thee a while.Our drinks were forgotten once again and again staff were not courteous. We are frequent visitors to the Pizza Hut and over the years this is by far the worst service we ever had. We will not be returning to this branch, will rather pop over to the Lakeside branch where staff are lovely and service is wonderful.

Took our granddaughter for lunch today, expecting the buffet meal but found out that unfortunately this is not available at weekends. I chose a ham and pineapple pizza, which was hard, over cooked and cold. My partner had salmon pasta bake which was also over cooked and dried up. My granddaughter had cheesy macaroni which was ok, suppose they couldn't do much to ruin that. Altogether a very disappointing meal, and we will not be going back ant time soon!

We are here a few days before Christmas as my 3 year old son wanted a pizza, we tried to convince him to go to pizza express but he wanted to go to Pizza Hut!We haven't visited a Pizza Hut in ages, we had to wait about 5 minutes for a table, once we was shown to our table, it was very close to the other tables so you felt quite cramped plus the table was really sticky yuck!Our waitress was friendly, we ordered two large pizzas and refillable drinks, we got free salad with the meals, the salad area was very empty and messy! It wasn't very inviting, so we didn't eat much. Our pizzas arrived and they were ok, but never once did the waitress check we was ok, or offer to refill out drinks! We had to ask for our bill and was happy to leave, sadly we won't be returning as the restaurant could do with a re fit and the service was poor.

I visited today with my boyfriend and we solely went to try the new burger stuffed crust. We got sat Pretty quickly but that was as good as it was, took ages for our order to be taken, we then went to the salad bar to find it half empty. Not too unhappy yet, we then received our pizza and the waiter explained the chef had made a medium by accident instead of large but another medium was on its way instead so we still weren't to annoyed but then we waited and waited and waited and our sides didn't come so we asked the waiter and without even offering to get them for us he just took them off our bill! I wanted them! Then the other pizza came and it was completely wrong and all while the waiter had failed to bring our refill drinks and we were dying of thirst. By this point I was so pissed off and the manager gave it all to us for free. Would have been mice if he spoken to us himself since the waiter was so incompetent but nope! I won't be going there again, the only cheap eat places ill be going to in bluewater now will be eds and nandos. Only good places left! Disgusting!

Normal standards or possibly even higher, that you come to expect from Pizza Hut. Go fair the meal deal between 3 and 5pm, unlimited Pepsi, garlic bread or wedges, salad bar and pizza or pasta all for £6.00 . Fast and efficient service set in a nice location in Blue-water shopping centre.

Food was nice, but the menus were covered in grease. The boards used to serve the pizzas were covered in brown grease underneath. Clearly not cleaned properly. When the waitress took the empty serving board there was a outline of it in brown grease on the table.

My mum and I frequently visit Pizza Hut for their great value food. We aren't massive eaters so can share a medium pizza for which you are supposed to get one salad bowl, we know this so don't mind sharing but this Pizza Hut always gives us two which is a nice touch. You don't even have to finish your drinks before you're offered a refill and the service is quick and efficient. We have three favourite pizza huts and this is one of them. Not a gourmet meal but always satisfying and the cookie puddings are to die for!

Go to the Pizza Hut lunchtime buffet once in a while and I was at Bluewater this day so decided to go here. Be warned, everything is slightly more expensive here than other Huts across the country.Upon arrival I saw a massive queue which was a bit annoying but we joined it. A waiter came up to me and asked for how many people, and as soon as we said table for two he took us to a table. So overall queuing time about 15 seconds! I assume the other people in the queue were families etc.We asked for the buffet and Unlimited refill drinks. The drinks were refilled constantly which was very good. The pizza selection was OK. The pizzas at pizza hut obviously don't compare to Pizza Express or more upper class restaurants, but it still has a range of toppings and tastes.The last time I ate something from the unlimited salad bar I was sick so I steered way clear of it!The two usual pastas on offer, four cheese and bolognese, were hot and topped up. These were tasty and a good complement to the pizza as usual.Bill came promptly and payment was a breeze by credit card. By the time we left it wasn't as busy. Overall good experience for the money, but if you want a real restaurant go elsewhere.Note: It was raining on this day so outside seating was not an option, But have sat outside before and it has been quite relaxing.

Went to the bluewater Pizza Hut 22nd. When we got there was fine we got a seat within minutes however after ordering we had to wait around 30-35 for our pizzas which we see we're left on the side for ages....I'm suprised they were still warm. When we received our food the prawn starters were swamped in oily butter and the prawns had no taste very plain and cooked way too long. The pizzas weren't that great either, the pepperoni edges all burnt and the vegetable one was so dry i fully appreciated the refills!We askedt for the bill and the gentleman said ok. Then asked again and again were we were blatantly ignored not 1 occasion but twice Apart from the 3rd time he just ignored us!!!! 15 mins later we was still waiting!!! I finally hot the bill after they had cleared out table which was very odd.... Don't think the manager know how to run this place.... Ignorant workers! After finally going over to the till and paying on card we left.BE WARNED DONT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT... They are ignorantNo. MannersMake you wait all day for bill after clearing your table ( I swear you should pay the bil then leave so they can clear table)

Granted pizza hut is not particularly an expensive dinner out... BUT it is one of the largest chains around and i hope they get visited by their corporate heads, purely because the staff all need to be let go...To have such a prize possition in bluewater and to lose everythiong with awfull customer service just makes me angry that i didnt go to pizza express instead!I am a huge fan of pizza hut, its supposed to be smart and simple quick and cheerfull. (i know im american and expect customer service to be higher but ive lived here long enough to know not to expect mirriacles.... but they were appauling..The salad bar was a discrace!! messy no dressings or salad toppers i.e crispy onions crutons etc etc... had to stand and wait like a complete lemon for 15 mins while we waited for the blue cheese dressing for my girlfriend.... its honestly the only reason we choose pizza hut.... MASSIVE MISTAKE HERE!!!the waiters were slow unhelpfull and rude, the place was filthy and it was only when i made it quite vocal that the place was filthy that they cleaned up the tables around us... they were more than capable with the ammount of staff all hanging around talking... (not in english which as a customer can be intimmidating and rude) they were not rushed as it was deffinately not busy... 6 tables max!!! and at least 6 servers on duty!!

I know Pizza Hut is not exactly fine dining but a little common courtesy goes a long way! Waiter was rude, didn't have a clue and we were left waiting for ages for our food! Had to keep reminding him when we ordered drinks, sides etc. food was messed on the floor and I slipped on it despite me already telling them it was there. Toilets were dirty and door didn't lock properly so got walked in on... Great experience all round... NOT!

We were lucky enough to go here when it was sunny & had a lovely table outside. Food nice, service ok.so many restaurants to choose from in bluewater though so usually try to do something different

Popped in here for a quick family meal while out shopping.Had to queue to get in, but it was peak time and in fairness most of the restaurants were full.Its a standard facsimile of every other uk Pizza Hut - same menu, decor, facilities etc - completely unremarkable in every way.The unit is arrnaged over two floors with the toilets upstairs. We sat downstairs and on an exceptionally cold day there was a terrible draught from the main entrance doors. Service was good, prompt and efficient.Completely uninspiring, but you get what you pay for and in this case that included free crayons.

Very good value and lots of choice, clean and tidy. Don't often go hear but have been many times, and always ok.

I waited in total two and a half hours for a pizza and pudding which the waiter got totally wrong Service was awful! Had to beg for free refills Freezing cold in restaurants Avoid! If I could of I would of put zero out of five
