Pizza Hut in Croydon - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Usually order from here but they stopped delivering for the last couple of months. Seemed to be able to order for delivery again on the app, put my order in but the app said it had failed. The money has been taken from my account and the app said to call the hut, called multiple times and no one answered - absolute donkeys. Do not order from this hut, guess I’m a dominoes man now :(

Polish manager or staff was rude and asked me whether I was ready to order in an unpleasant way. Will complain to HQ about him. He was shouting at his own staff and the food prep area was a total mess and disorganised. The chap will be flagged next time I visit this place.

Order came an hour late, no one answering the phone when chasing up. Useless. Won't be ordering from them again

After a day out with the kids returned home and placed and order. 2hrs later no food and didnt answer the phpne...nice one. Wont be using again

Pizza took 2 hours to turn up. Lied to on phone and then they would not answer the phone. Regular customers, we won’t bother again

Very poor quality and very over priced. 4 large Pizzas for 57.00. Dry, tasteless, hardly any topping. We will never order from them again. Very disappointing, not value for money

Pizza was lukewarm, dry, toppings burnt,barely any tomato base, tasteless.Expensive. Left me with a tummy upset!!! Just AWFUL!!!

This pizza hut does not have the training to offer a service to customers or even basic training fir food safety. Deliverys always late and quality of food poor. Avoid and spend your cash somewhere else.

Thought id order a treat ended up paying £25 and waiting an hour for awful tasting cold pizza with half the toppings missing. Tried to call the branch and couldn’t get through to complain. Next time a fresh pizza from the super market 👍🏻 half the price 100% more flavour and HOT !

I ordered my food via just eat at 3pm. Due for delivery at 3.45 followed by an email confirmation of the delivery time. 3.50 - no sign of food. Phone rings, “hi this is Pizza Hut, unfortunately your Food is ready but we cannot deliver to your address because you are out of our delivery area”! You tell me this 50 minutes after ordering. Why would you accept my order in the first place? Better yet, why cook the food and not deliver? My partner had to go to work hungry because there was no time to re order from another restaurant. If we were out of the delivery area, we wouldn’t have been able to order in the first place. Correct me if I am wrong but this is how just eat works? Complete waste of time, no customer service, more like a “tough S” sort of attitude! Not surprised by all the negative comments and reviews

I order pizza online stated 25/35 min arrived 45 min later ... also when pizza turns up looks like it’s been squashed not exepable for the price you pay ..called was told manager will call back still waiting

Thought we would try this a second time and again pizza was undercooked and we ordered wedges on the side and very raw. Not been back since

I have actually raised a serious complaint with customer service over this and expect a full refund. After waiting over an hour for delivery and the order still not arriving I tried to call the Coulsdon branch and was trying to get through to them for twenty minutes, nobody was picking up the phone. After an hour and a half I decided to drive to the shop to see what was going on, just told that my order had just gone out for delivery and that they were so busy and the guy said he was too busy to answer the phone. I asked for a refund and he told me he could not help me. Gave me customer service number and walked off. I phoned customer service and waited twenty minutes in a queue to speak to someone regarding obtaining a refund for the awful service. During my time being on the phone waiting I witnessed an employee helping himself to pizza sitting on top of the oven and eating it, he then proceeds to deal with food coming out of the oven. The front desk guy who said he was so busy has long hair in a ponytail and has no hair net. The pizza trays are all thrown down at the base of the ovens and some were even on the floor and they were reusing these, without washing them I believe. The phone was constantly ringing and they failed to pick it up any time I was there. Customer service took in all of my complaint and was shocked at how disgusting this branch is, extremely poor standards.

Over an hour wait and we were collecting. Imagine if we was waiting at home !!!!! Other customers that had waited an hour already, got a refund and crossed the road to Dominos and were out with their food in 10 minutes. Wish we'd done the same. Staff messed up order, struggled to take a card payment, were eating garlic bread and were rude. When asked how long our pizza would be we were told " I dunno, I'm out here on the counter". Eventually we got our food. The boxes weren't as hot as usual so I'm guessing it was left a while before we were given it. On arriving home one pizza was wrong and there were no sauces in the spaces provided in the lids or with the sides. Most concerning was the burnt crusty bits underneath and round the edge. That looked like they had been cooked of a tray used for a previous pizza and it had not been washed before being used again. I will join the happy customers across the road at Dominoes in future.

Got overcharged for my food, mentioned to the very interested member of staff that its on an offer that they are clearly promoting. To be advised that the price is the price. Sent a complaint to customer service with a copy of my receipt to be told thats for the feedback. .... enough said really

Pizza is always bad from here, they need to cook it longer so it's not doughy. Go to Dominoes or better still, buy something from Aldi for a tength of the price and 10x the flavour.

We only live down the road so it's frustrating that our local PH can't figure out their oven. Everything comes out undercooked from Wedges to Pizzas.

Absolutely fine pizzas for delivery. Sometimes they could do with a bit longer in the oven. What you would expect from Pizza Hut. The shop front itself could do with some cleaning up.

The pizzas are always delivered quickly and are tasty. They could do with being in the oven a bit longer. They always taste better when warmed up in the oven again the next day.
