The personal service was unbeatable by Elle H. She made over visit very enjoyable, she was super helpful and very friendly. The white cookie dough dessert and vegan cheesecake that she recommended was to die for!

This was are first visit to a Pizza Hut restaurant and it was brilliant, the reason was the friendly service and the Gluten free food. Our granddaughter has coeliac and gluten-free and the waitress (Rebecca C) was very helpful to explain the menu and also gave us a fact sheet to look at all the ingredients. Our granddaughter had the monster ICF which consisted of pepperoni and sweetcorn, side of sweetcorn kids orange juice followed by lovely ice cream. Our daughter had the flat bread verveg, my wife had the melt bbq chicken with fries and I had the melt spicy veg and fries. All the food was perfect for our granddaughter and that was the main reason we came to Pizza Hut, and the waitress Rebecca was outstanding. Thank you

Came here for lunch n ordered 2 Unlimited buffets using the scan order and pay. the waitress was brilliant great service, such a slay💅🏼

Very poor customer service. We arrived to be told it's card only. I didn't like being told how I should pay for my food. We got seated next to two other customers side by side not a pleasant experience. When we sat down the waitress told us to order food on an app but we said no we want to speak to a person to order food. My wife and I struggled to speak to each other because of the noise and how close other Custer were to us. We decided this is not the experience we want to enjoy our food in and walked out.

The food was amazing; we had a buffet and pizza. It was brilliant from the pasta to the vegetable pizza! The customer service was amazing. They were kind and accommodating! The manager and the young girl who served us were both amazing at their jobs. Also, I think the names of the people who served us were Sean and Ellie. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Went with family. Disgusted by the food hygiene and staff attitude who couldn't care less that the salad bar had flies in it! Someone needs to investigate this its a health hazard. Avoid at all costs!

We ordered the buffet which has gone up now in price which is ok but you’d expect a buffet to have a consistent flow of food - couldn’t be any more wrong - we went up three times an each time we went away from the pizza buffet with no food as apart from one pizza that had been sat there cold for over 40 minutes there was no more pizzas out - the chef didn’t seem bothered at all, very slow service , my son got a pepperoni slice when that finally came out and there was half a piece of pepperoni on it and no cheese ! Get all I’m just over an hour o had one piece of cold pizza and a salad bar - we did complain and the manager was lovely he did say they were having problems today with the chef but being a buffet you wouldn’t expect to Go away still hungry with no pizzas out apart from the same cold one day there

The meal was ok, pretty basic but good value and the staff were friendly enough, however, my experience was affected by one member of staff. The member of staff was talking to the couple sat next to me, and my daughter and spoke loudly and frankly about her opinions on coronavirus, vaccinations and the current situation with Ukraine. She was there for about half an hour in all and I was tempted to move solely because of that. I don’t care about her opinion, nor anyone else’s and yet we were forced to hear it. It’s completely unprofessional.

Had lunch here today for the buffet. £8.99. Staff were nice but very slow in delivering a glass and a plate, waited almost 10 minutes and there were only 6 people in the restaurant. Pizza was just bread with little filling on top. I hate giving bad reviews but this is typical of fast food chains in the UK. Get a grip! Deliver good food. Some of us ( but not all ) are foodies. You're just lazy and think everyone will put up with mediocre food! Not me. Will be unsubscribing to your App.

Extreamly Poor service were staff are very unsimperfetick with no understanding for customers needs as well as no understand or acceptence of extra support need of thoes with dissbiltys and autism. The staff manger as well as othere team members made us feel very unwelcome due to differcultys we had using there online paymeant system which in genral is differcult to understand so for thoes with learning support needs this made it all that more differcult due to differcultys in using there online paymeant methred they had no understand and were quit rude as well as duge meantil which was very embrasing aspicle for someone how suffer with socilninteraction due to challges faced due to ones autism if you looking for a meal out I would recomend avoiding this establishment

Pizza was good but the chips looked crispy but were soggy as awt, onion rings were raw not worth 42 Pounds …

Well first time back in a while and what a ripoff The pizzas are smaller General quantities of everything are smaller and now non refillable drinks at a ridiculous cost.. £3.50 for a 330ml pepsi what a rip off So not only is everything smaller portions its more expensive... Very disappointing... The pizza itself was extremely greasy definitely not up to normal standards What and expensive disappointment

Eat here for our son’s 11th Birthday as the finale to a good day. Arrived and was directed to download the app and order from the menu, fairly standard now I appreciate. The app turned out to be a complete faff and not really intuitive and to top it off we were told the WiFi code wasn’t working so I had to go outside to get the 4G signal! Thankfully our waiter was brilliant and patient. By the time we finally ordered and waited for the food it was over an hour and our son, tired from the days activities, fell asleep. We hadn’t ordered enough food due to the ridiculous menu system but we couldn’t use the original order booking so the waiter found ‘a work around’- more long delays. Pre-COVID it was great for kids- now it’s a bit of an iphone anti-climax and one to avoid- with so many alternative venues. The waiters were fantastic/friendly though.

We thought we would eat here as not eaten at pizza hot ages dur to lock down / while i recognise there is a pandemic on this place may as well have been a takaway - omline order online payment all ok but when is stuck to the dirty chair amd waa told it was the antiviral i loose all faith The food was not good amd my individual stuffed crust pizza was pathetic - i grew up on meat feast pizzas from pizza hut and this was no more than a cheap thin pizza base with horrible toppings and was damp in texture we also ordered 2 drinks which were ok The two supposed free salads were not fresh and we didnt enjoy them Total bill over 31 pounds - a total disgrace Wont be returning

Pizza Hut and has changed a lot due to COVID 19. Everyone is very spread out which is nice as before it sometimes felt like everyone was squished in. Because of Eveyone is paced out there are a lot less tables, and because there are less tables it isn’t a gd idea to turn up at lunch time (12:00) and be expected to be seated straight away.I hadn’t read anywhere that you need to book before you arrive but I would highly recommend. I walked it at 12:30 and was told there was no tables so I asked to book a table asap, they gave me 1:00. We where asked to take one piece of paper from each pile (Menu, COVID leaflet and kids menu if you wanted) a member of staff showed us to our table and exsplained everything very fast-lie basically saying read the leaflet you picked up and order on your phone.The leaflet said a member of staff with only approach you again with your food. The where QR codes on both menu and leaflet and that was easy engough as I knew to go into my phone camera and a website link would come up. The website was easy to use and had lots of options, it was abit slow but I think that was my phones fault. Your have to pay on the website when your placing your order witch we did not know but worked fine and quick. You have to pay with card on your phone. The food and drinks came it was all fine and delicious as normal.I was cool but the person I was with was right under a fan and found it very cold. They told a member of staff ( by waving the leaflet they gave us in the air) and told them, they later said they had run there office in London and asked them to turn the fan off and they have no way of doing it themselves.Overall even with the salad bar not open and not being able to get your own drink or ice cream it was still worth going for the food. Social distancing was maintained by all staff and customers and was made possible by the reduced numbers of customers (this is the only place that has successfully done this that I’ve been to) and doing everything on your phone reduced contact with the staff to a futuristic minimum.

Lovely meal. I was able to select a gluten free pizza . Disappointed not much in the salad bar I could eat , but then again after seeing the children in it, that had put me off.

Great family lunch. The guys at Deepdale Pizza Hut really looked after us yesterday. My daughter had a mishap and she was gven a fresh T shirt. The kids loved the endless drinks and the ice cream machine. We will return :)

Omg took myself and my grandson for tea.at pizza hut deepdale Preston and as we are both vegan.we had the vegan pepperoni pizza,vegan chicken nuggets and vegan cheesecake and we where gobsmacked it was all fantastic and out of this world.the staff where great.we are hoping they will keep these on the menu as we will definitely go again soon

I was sent to my table by the wonderful Scott! Caring, attentive and polite! We were served in very quick time! I especially loved the cheesy garlic bread! I will be returning very soon!

My friend and I called in at Pizza Hut for a late lunch hoping that they catered for vegans. The choices were fantastic and we both really enjoyed it. Staff were also really friendly! Highly recommended for our vegan friends!

Went on Tuesday night after my son keeps saying its the "best pizza" and i agreeNot a great lover of pizza but this was hot,tasty and fluffy not the usually doughy experience.!Went to takeaway option and the lady serving (think it was manager) was friendly/warm/welcoming/helpful and it felt good to be served by someone who has a sense of humour.The pizza was ready in the expected time given and the order checked which is always refreshing as it can be annoying when you get home and its the wrong !!

Went in here on a Friday afternoon after ordering a taxi in the pouring rain and had a brew and a ice cream.was lovely and the staff were friendly.

The staff here are really friendly and helpful, 16 of us went for my niece's birthday, all our food was correct and everyone enjoyed it. Nice relaxed atmosphere, would definitely recommend

The restaurant was virtually empty when we arrived but it was early afternoon on a Tuesday. The chap who served us was helpful and friendly and our pizzas were more than we could eat so had to ask for a takeaway box to take the residue sections away.

Great food here suggest the bruschetta starter very nice the drinks are a little expensive but that’s the same anywhere these days friendly staff good quick service.

Visited woth family. Initially was ok. Got seated straiht away, came to take order in reasonable time and meal came ok.

Visited to order and collect takeout order, left waiting 25 minutes when originally told will only be 5 to 10mins for the order. Given my order by the most unprofessional rude worker. Chucked the food on counter and did not even acknowledge me. Never been treated so unprofessionally and rudely. Spoke to manager who seemed uninterested and all she could say was i will mention it - regardless of how busy or stressed you are customers should be treated with respect and politeness. Treating customers rudely and abruptly is inappropriate and unprofessional

I haven't visited a Pizza Hut for quite some time so this was the perfect opportunity whilst out shopping at Deepdale Preston.

Welcomed into restaurant by very friendly staff (nice friendly, not in your face friendly) and seated in a good position. menu's brought and process explained.

I eat once a month here with my son. He has one individual pizza and we both have chicken wing and a refillable soda. I don’t eat pizza so just much on the salad which I feel is getting poorer. The bill is usually around £41-£57 depending if he has a cookie dough and he doesn’t like ice cream but they still charge for it even though it’s not on his plate. They are always trying to keep up with the younger generation but the prices are sky rocketing. The buffet is becoming a victim of its own success, people go there and pile their plate to the roof and they wouldn’t eat like that at home it just greedy, a,thought this is not a Pizza Hut problem maybe a sign four slices per visit. Visits unlimited because after queuing forty five minutes behind a long line of children to find every slice perfectly balance on their very own pizza trees and all that’s left is one stick of garlic bread it’s diheartening to have to wait for a whole bath to come out. To be honest apart from my son’s visits once a month which is his monthly privilege, when it’s been hubby and I we have walked in twice looked at the prices and walked out. There’s always a bit of a hygiene issue with self service and most recently the standard have been dropping especially in the toilets.

Service, food and price very good, we will be returning, we were met with smiles throughout, restaurant clean and food served within ten minutes

Visited last friday and service was great. original went to Nandos and was greeted on where to sit the table was filthy and when touched underneath it was even worse.Put us off, so decided to go pizza hut. Greeted with a warm welcome and asked us where we would like to sit. Clean and great food

The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. The salad bar has a very good selection and the staff seem to refill it regularly. The pizzas are great and the staff will happily box up any leftovers for you to take home. My nephew really enjoyed the unlimited ice cream factory, even though he had more sweets and sauce than actual ice cream lol.

Love this place. Been my favourite pizza place for years. Service is always fab and quick and food is always hot. Buffet is on every weekday. Got the big sharer today for £27.99 as it’s a weekend, well worth it.

Popped in today after walking out of Frankie and Bennys across the road. We'd waited 30 minutes for our drinks (2 cokes and 2 blackcurrants) so we just got up and left and wandered over to Pizza Hut instead. We were met with a 'don't worry we will look after you' attitude. Nice chatty servers, efficient service and they even waved us off. Cheers guys xxx

Good quality hot food. Bookable tables. Fast service and friendly staff. Free parking and easily accessible. We like coming here with the kidz every few months.

Monthly customers at this fantastic restaurant. Great quality service by waiters and waitresses. Always ensure your happy, fast but nice food with a good price too. Would recommend to a friend as it's a nice place for a great meal!

Visit this Pizza Hut every few weeks with my girlfriend. Great deals and great prices for what we get. Never wait too long for food, tastes excellent, looks clean however can get busy at times. Would recommend to friends / couples

I had never visited a Pizza Hut until this weekend but i'll definately be back again soon.We visited with family and took advantage of a 2 for 1 offer we had.I had the blazing inferno pizza which was just that.Outstanding.Other members of our party had various other pizzas and a lasagna.All excellent.Unlimited soft drinks also.Only qualm was half of our food came out but the other half was 10 minutes later but the manager came over and apologised for the glitch. The kids enjoyed the unlimited ice creams as well.A truly pleasant suprise.

We took our two daughters and six of our eldest's friends for a birthday meal. The girls had their own table next to ours and were waited on separately to us. Liam, the waiter, was brilliant with girls. After the meal, we brought in a birthday cake and they asked us to give them a wave when we were ready for it to be brought to the table, which we did. They dimmed the light, lit the candles and placed it on the table, whilst wishing our daughter a happy birthday. The food was great, the service good and we couldn't fault it.

After sampling Pizza Hut at the Trafford centre and being a little underwhelmed we were really surprised at how much we enjoyed our visit here.Service was very good, the food was quick and very yummy. We had the 2 for £20 and total bill £30 for 2 adults and a toddler.Drinks machine ran out of Pepsi which made our drinks a bit yucky.We will be back

Popped in for some lunch this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. The decor was great, the food was spot on and all three members of staff who dealt with us were helpful and courteous.

Me my sister and our children went to Pizza Hut for a quick tea. We were seated and served quickly. Food tasted delicious and was enjoyed by all. 1 criticism is that the chocolate fudge cake has been removed which my son loves .I need to also mention that Drew/Dru was absolutely fantastic interacting with the children. All staff were pleasant and friendly.Well done we will definitely be returning.

As we got there they initially seemed short of staff (not that busy, but no one "manning the door" we had to wait nearly 5 mins before someone acknowledged us. Food was lovely (Pizza Hut standard) hence the 3*, but if we were reviewing customer service it would have been only 2*.

Called in after being stuck on M6 for 3 hours. Chose the buffet which met our needs . Pizza constantly changed but seemed no variation on the toppings. Salad bar was adequate without being anythng to wow you. Ok for a quick lunch if on retail park but probably better pizza choices locally.

Well well well. It's been a while since we visited a pizza Hut, but I'm absolutely delighted we chose this one to visit. The food was delicious and we were more than satisfied with it. Which brings me on to the service. Amy, Jo and Maria were 3 of the most lovely waiting on staff we have ever met. They were kind, helpful, fun and exceptionally lovely people. I'm a wheelchair user, but not once did they make me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Ladies you were amazing. Thank you xx ps frickles are the future

We hadn't been since the restaurant had a refit. The decor is looking good! We visited in a Wednesday teatime and was given a table straight away, but had to wait a while for service (this happens every time we go, definitely need more staff). Food was quick and tasty. Relatively cheap restaurant and definitely family friendly

Waited a long time to be served by our waitress though the food was very quick when we did eventually order it. Found the waitress to be quite abrupt and pushing to get us out fast, she then went home & I assume we wasn't handed over to anyone to be looked after as everyone else left working ignored us and carried on cleaning up, I had to get up to ask for our bill. At least it's finally been updated and moreModern with a decent menu and some good choice now. Can't grumble at the price. Good value for money. Gonna have some tough competition though when F&B opens if service carries on like that!

Popped in after doing a little bit of shopping, it was our wedding anniversary and the plans we made went pear shaped due to the rain, so decided to treat ourselves to some retail therapy instead and a pizza!! We didn't mention our anniversary because we didn't want a fuss, it was just nice to be able to spend the day together :)We were served by Maria B and she was lovely, friendly, smiley and really helpful. We've not been in for a while and the update is great, I love the American diner feel. It's a lot nicer than Blackpool that were used to. Comfey, clean booth seats and everything was spotless.Wasn't keen on the hot crisps as a starter. We thought there would be grated cheese on them but it's like an American squeeze cheese instead. So felt a little bit of a waste.My stuffed crust pizza was spot on and hubbys Hawaiian was perfect, he said the ultimate thin crust is really nice.We were too stuffed to eat dessert. But the salad bar has loads of choice and there's a lot of it too. Overall we paid £28 for a starter, 2 pizzas and 2 refills. And it was perfect. Will definitely take our 2 boys next time! (They were at school) thank you!!

Picked up our Daughter from Collegeand decided to call to Deepdale preston.We chose Pizza hut because we had not been scince the RefurbishmentIt was Great, Fantastic food Menu,Friendly Staff and the food was Delicious and the deco which looked quite American was in good taste. Try it yourselves you will not be dissapointed.

Eat here for my daughters birthday. Food was spot on, staff friendly, and wasnt too expensive! Around £45 for a family if 4! The new renovation is very welcoming and stylish. Maria served us and she was perfect, friendly and perfessional. We all love the free refills on the drinks.

I came here with a friend when it wasn't too busy; we got a pizza to share. The food can be a little expensive, but it is really filling and tastes good so can be worth the money. Also, the waiter was really nice and service was good.

....but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. The buffet suited us perfectly and the pizzas were mostly always available and a fairly decent choice. The kids were happy with their little hero menu so I can't complain at all.The salad bar at this restaurant did seem a bit fresher than the Trafford centre and the layout was a little simpler but nothing to note really! I'd definitely return as you know what you get and they seem to be consistent! Our particular waitress was lovely.

We went here last night as they have re introduced "the edge" and my husband likes it. He was disappointed that this pizza came only in one size 14 ins and cost £16.99 but ordered it anyway. I always have the 500 calorie pizza is is always good. The food was very good with only one downfall. I need to wear hearing aids now and the music was really loud and very uncomfortable. I wish these places realised that older people also like to eat pizza and it's not just for the young. The loudness of the music was awful and would stop me from going there again

Visited with my wife and witnessed modern Britain at it's "WORST" service was good, food average. It was hot, served in a timely fashion . But! It was like feeding time at the chimp bay in Chester Zoo. Children screaming, watching films on iPads, Mums all clutching phones texting and finally hard to decide who where the mothers as mothers treating babies like dolls. DISGRACEFUL. We are breeding monsters. Ah well would I go again? YES but when children and mothers at school.

Great food, great atmosphere, we love coming here. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The recent refurbishment makes it even more pleasant! My son especially likes the ice cream factory :)

Been a few times & have found it to be an enjoyable experience with the level of service that we have received from the staff when they are taking our order.It can be busy after 6pm & you may have to wait for a table to become available but it's never av long wait.

I visited here with my youngest son who decided to order an extra shortly after our initial order, 1 member of staff serving while 2 members of staff stood in the back chatting about a football game, while chatting swearing could clearly be heard by myself and my son who were in the waiting area. I STRONGLY advise avoiding this place as even their head office didn't really take it seriously.

Always a great time had here. Service is quick and friendly. Food is always fresh with a good variety of things to choose from. Definitely be back in again.

I will be the first to say that over the recent few months that I though Pizza Hut had gone down hill. This culminated in a restaurant that was Tired, not very clean and staff who had run out of energy.But WOW - What a transformation!!!I went back as the other half likes pizza and was really impressed!!! They have just had a complete refit, more seating, more modern design and even power at a lot of tables for laptops / smart phones to be charged up (great for a working lunch!)The quality of the food has improved as has the presentation. Staff have got a better attitude and really stepping up to the mark.If you have had a bad experience in the past, I would suggest you give them another chance - things have improved dramatically!

There is a new menu - think they're going for an american style with the addition of ribs, chicken wings etc. Opted for the stuffed crust meat one (new pizza) with chorizo, chicken, pepperoni and bbq sauce. Usually bbq sauce makes me really thirsty but it was nice that it was drizzled on top rather than on the base. Pizza included unlimited salad bowl (I have a love for their coleslaw) which was good. Due to the price of the pizza I didnt have a starter but if i did it would be the bacon cheese garlic bread it looked beautiful. New touch screen drinks machine for the bottomless drinks - cherry pepsi yum yum! Overall brilliant meal and the waitress was really good with my friends little boy.

Great service, Great Food, Pizza Hut Deepdale is my all time favourite, I can't fault it one bit, love it. The new menu which came out Nov 15 is brilliant, it has a variety of foods and the offers are just great, carefully priced to suit everyone's budget.

Food was tasty and quick in coming out. Martyn, our waiter was great at his job, enthusiastic and although he looked very busy nothing was too much trouble. He was great with the kids and we were well looked after. Nice to see someone happy in their work. The place is great for families, with colouring for the little ones and very good value for money.

After a 5 hour drive we met up with my parents for a bite to eat. The staff were really friendly and the choice on the menu meant there was something that everyone liked. The food came out was well presented and piping hot. thanks.
