Pizza Hut in Oxford

We went to the Pizza Hut at 61-63 George Street, Oxford and the service was good even though it was the Saturday before Christmas and full restaurant. We just wanted a pizza, salad and a drink but finding that on the over complicated menu can be tricky, however the lady at the order counter was happy to assist.

The worst Pizza Hut I have been to. They let other pizza huts down. Such bad service will not be going back

We went in this afternoon for a buffet, prices are up but the standard has dropped. The pasta had run out, all the Pizza served had pepperoni, only one out of 6 pizzas served was suitable for vegetarians. Will not be eating there again, as not worth it.

Worst Pizza Hut restaurant I have ever visited, the staff are more interested in chatting to each other and their friends that pop in to see them then dealing with the costumers with in the store. Also, they can’t be bothered to clear the tables after people leave, meaning the tables are left filthy. Asked staff to clear the table because we ordered pudding and the it was like I had asked her to wash the floor with her tongue as she was very reluctant to do it for us. Customers walk in sit them selves down to a table then get up and leave because staff haven’t even noticed them walk in and sit themselves down. Overall, I was very unimpressed and will not be returning.

Σαν γευση η πιτσα χατ ειναι η ιδια παντου!διαπιστωσα ομως οτι τοσο στη πλατεια τραφανγκελ του λονδινου οσο κ στην οξφορδη οτι τα μαγαζια ειναι πολυ βρωμικα:σκουπιδια στο πατωμα,βρωμικα τραπεζια κ μια οσμη ασχημη σαν τουαλετας να πω παντου στο μαγαζι!μην σκεφτεις να κατσεις για ωρα θα σου ρθει αηδια...ΤΕΛΙΚΑ ΟΙ ΑΓΓΛΟΙ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΠΟΛΥ ΒΡΩΜΙΚΟΙ...

Pizza hut is Pizza hut, i've been to a few places and this one has to be one of the best ones i've been to, the staff are friendly & i've never had a problem with the food & the salad bar is kept fresh and never seems dried out like in some chains.

Decent value for buffet Waitress was nice however the the manager was rude to both me other customers Customer service skills of a lemon

Haven't been to a Pizza Hut for a few months - don't know when they brought in the system of ordering/paying in advance at a counter, but not very practical. There were 5 of us, so had to scrabble for pen and paper to write it all down, then stand in a queue for 10 minutes to order and pay. Another lady nearby had a young child so had to take him with her to queue, asking us to keep an eye on her belongings. I can see this system putting off a number of people from using Pizza Hut. That said, the food came quickly, was all fresh and tasty, plenty of salad choice. Everywhere, including the toilets, was clean.

Wow... Extremly friendly and attentive Manager. He wad absolutely lovely. Starter of chicken wings were very tasty and extremely well seasond and cooked to fall off the bone. Pizza was fresh and full of flavour. Thankyou

Pretty standard pizza hut. Nice food, mediocre salad. Standard drinks. No complaints. All out pretty standard

Waited in the chaos while waiting staff desperately tried to manage the tables. Food unimpressive. Toilets filthy, floor filthy I'd not eat here ever again. Put me off pizza hut for life.

Went after a spot of afternoon shandies. There was a deal on starter, mains and drink for 15quid. Sadly though in the ~15years since I have last been to Pizza Hut the quality has not improved, especially in line with the competition. Everything was ok, but the competition show that it could be so much more! Ps. 'Bacon bits' on salads should have gone at the turn of the millennium!

Called in after doing some shopping on Oxford Street. Really enjoyed what we had and was a quick efficient service! Ice cream could do with being a bit more frozen!

We had chosen this place because Pizza Hut is our thing. As we came in, we were put on a table by the door and was told about the new way to order by a staff which was rather friendly. After we have decided what to order, we went up to the counter with our bags, came back to the table and found that someone else was on our table! We didn't want to leave our belongings so we took them with us to the counter, didn't realise that our table will be given away. Anyway, the waiter was quick to apologise and sat us else where - in a better spot. The food arrived in good manners but there was a waitress that seemed very moody and didn't smile at all. The food quality is alright, just like other Pizza Huts but the girl at the counter was really nice and friendly so that's a +1

Visitamos aquí para un buen almuerzo de medio término, no me decepcionó! Mi auto y mi hijo fueron para un buffet ilimitado que está abierto hasta las 3 pm, 7. 50 cada uno, que creo que es genial, ya que incluye ilimitado ensaladas y pasta también!

El sábado 22 de septiembre de 2018, fuimos a Pizza Hut en George Street, Oxford. Como siempre, la comida era muy buena y el establecimiento típico de Pizza Hut.

Åt här vid vårt besök i Oxford och vilken god pizza. Fyllningen var precis lagom och de ostfyllda kanterna förhöjde upplevelsen. Den serverades riktigt varm vilket förhöjde smaken. Personal var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi åt även cheesecake till efterrätt som var len och krämig och smakfull. Fint ställe att ta med familjen hit. Kan verkligen rekommendera att äta här.

En la segunda noche del Curso OSA, fuimos a Pizza Hut para cenar. Las pizzas solo se hicieron de manera promedio y las selecciones no fueron muchas. El personal era arrogante a veces y realmente no intentamos encajar todas nuestras pizzas en una mesa, que no estaba muy impresionado. Todo lo demás era normal y el bar de ensaladas no tenía muchas selecciones en general. El ambiente estaba un poco abarrotado debido a la gran cantidad de gente que cena en el restaurante. El único mérito es que todos pudimos rellenar nuestras bebidas de manera complementaria durante nuestra comida, lo que ayudó con el sector de "valor" de la comida, ¡lo cual fue genial! En general, experiencia promedio en Pizza Hut Oxford.

Desafortunadamente, mi esposa y yo elegimos Pizza Hut para almorzar el sábado 10 de marzo de 2018. Solicité una Coca / Pepsi y apunté a la máquina de bebidas donde se podían encontrar los vasos. Desafortunadamente, no se mostró Pepsi o Coca en la pantalla táctil. Pedimos pan de ajo para empezar y una pizza para nuestra comida principal. Después de que terminé mi pizza, el camarero vino y me entregó mi entrante de pan de ajo. Resaltamos que habíamos pedido estos como aperitivo y no como un desierto y pedimos que se los llevaran. Encontramos que el personal no se enfoca en los clientes con una ligera actitud hacia un número de comensales en este establecimiento. No recomendado y un lugar que no visitaré de nuevo

Stopped for a quick lunch, had a main course salad. Loads of choice and the staff were very friendly.

Dropped in for some food during a night out. Good quick service and impressive pricing! We had the cheesy bite crust on the pizza which was delicious!

A nuestro hijo le encanta pizza hut y siempre que podemos vamos, pero en esta ocasión para no volver! Llegamos 45 minutos antes del cierre, pedimos sin mirar la carta puesto que lo teníamos claro y a cinco minutos de la hora del cierre pedimos que nuestro hijo se sirva un helado y la empleada llamada Violeta nos dice que no y nos trae la cuenta sin haberla pedido. Nuestro hijo se quedó con un enorme disgusto. Si cuando van está Violeta, cuidado no se queden!!"

Eso es lo que quería decir al menos. Nos detuvimos porque habían pasado años y, en general, disfrutamos de Pizza Hut.

I love taking my kids to Pizza Hut when we are in town, for salad and buffet.

Par simple curiosité, j'aime bien visiter les Pizza huts dans différents pays. Souvent il y a des pizzas classiques (Margherita, Super supreme etc.) ou des pizzas qui leur sont propres. En effet, chacun des restaurants à travers le monde présente aussi une spécialité locale comme par exemple, la « Grimbergen » qui existe juste en Belgique et qui est réellement somptueuse :-), mais aussi parfois de plus dégoûtantes. Ainsi, je n'oublierai jamais la « hot dog pizza » que j'ai goûté au Luxembourg.

On a recent visit to oxford to visit my daughter instead of having a pub meal we unfortunately decided to visit the above establishment, on entry down some stays to the restaurant it was a bit like a Time warp as the decor looked a bit dated

Nous étions en famille dans cette pizzeria. Nous avons mangé des pizzas très savoureux. Le service était correct.

Located at basement level. Although the familiar Hut branding is clearly visible from the street, I found it difficult to tell at first glance that the Hut was open (no view of existing diners)

Had the lunchtime menu which is very good value. The only negative was the very slow customer service.

We were here for a football match so was looking for something to eat for lunch, had the pizza buffet which was lovely, it was warm and fresh, the pizza station was continually being filled up. I think it was the manager who served us, he was so friendly and kind. Personally I'm not a great lover of pizza hut but this was one of the best.

I had their lunch on a thursday it was okay i guessTheir salad an pizza and pasta was okay but the peperoni was good. Felt a lil rused to pay and leave but other that it was okay for £6.99 and £2 something for bottomless drink

So me and my partner went here today and the food was okay not usual pizza Hut standards. We got greeted by a young lad who didn't show us to our table and just threw the menu's on the table and walked off and started talking to one of his friends. But it weren't just that it was the manager there her attitude stinks she didn't do anything apart from sit and watch and when we wanted to settle our bill she just walked past our table and shouted in the kitchen someone come out and serve now ! Very lazy not a great attitude to have and for someone to be setting an example to her staff. This needs sorting your lucky you got 3 stars.

I always enjoy going to this Pizza Hut in Oxford. Was quicker to get a place to sit this time, did not have to wait more than 15 minutes. But service was slow, we went and served salads as bowls were kept on our table. Went for buffet, which was a wrong choice, as it took along time to get a Vegetarian Pizza at the serving station, had to wait for long time. Salad bar was not as used to be.

Normally always enjoy the buffet at Pizza Hut and it is what it is, the salad bar was good but the updating of pizzas was slow to non existent and the attention of staff was, to say the least shocking, no smile, no interaction, unfortunately I doubt will be going back for a while

Went for the buffet menu. Quite happy with choice etc., but had to hunt for a clean plate amongst the stack of so-called clean ones. Really off-putting to see remnants from the meals of previous diners.

I just paid £17.45 for a large pizza and l can't eat neither my boss because it is not cooked at all! Bread is just waste and staff in is not cooked at all. I will try for the last time if it same again l will just take it to the council to check the shop and stuff.

Friendly and polite service, nice enough place, food as expected for a Pizza Hut which was really quite good. Two critiques - don't clear the table when the other one of the couple is still eating, really annoying and not the done thing! Secondly, having to wait so long to pay the bill - not sure staff would have noticed if we'd disappeared out the door!

I'm a frequent eater at Pizza hut and each time it's been absolutely delicious. There's never much of a wait for the food. Love the free salad bar and refillable drinks option available, and my favourite part is doing the ice cream afterwards and overdoing it on the choice of sweets/chocolates to put on top of your ice cream. It's very affordable and the staff have always been friendly and helpful it's just a lovely place to eat! Well worth a visit!

If your a pizza lover like me, I highly recommend the lunchtime buffet,great price,great food and as much as you can eat.

Quiet for a Thursday evening, which suits me fine. Young lady who served us was efficient, polite & friendly. Pizza was good, and she gave us a box to take home what we did not finish. Prices reasonable.

Went there for lunch, the girl who was serving us not friendly and smiley at all, and needed to wait quite long time to get the desserts and the place wasn't so busy

Considering this is a national chain we were pleasently suprised by the quality of the staff, food and the wine. We would definitely go again.

This was a good lunch; it arrived quickly and tasted nice. The staff were friendly although it took them a while to bring the card machine. The water from the machine tasted a bit off and the ice function was broken but the fizzy pop was fine.

We were on a day trip to Oxford and decided to have lunch here, a party of nine including 5 kids. The kids meal was just adequate and the staff were very courteous and friendly.

Dość dobrze znamy styl restauracji, dlatego nieco zgłodniali postanowiliśmy skorzystać z jej usług podczas gdy zwiedzaliśmy Oxford. Pierwsze co uderzył nas chłód obsługującej nas kelnerki, zamówiliśmy po trzy duże pizze na każdą osobę tak wiec bar sałatkowy mieliśmy wliczony w cenę i mimo to musieliśmy upomnieć się o talerzyki. Pizza była średnio ciepła a ciasto zbyt tłuste. Szkoda,że nikt się do nas nie uśmiechnął ani na moment. Przy następnej wizycie w Oxfordzie raczej wybierzemy się gdzieś indziej.

We where in oxford for the day playing pokemon go and decided to eat here. The staff where all fantastic and one even gave us places to go for pokemon haha. But eveyone was nice the food was fantastic even tho busy when we first got there we where never ignored. Was given a wrong bill by accident but me and my fiancé made a joke of it with the staff who apologised and got us the correct one. Not that it really mattered to us we found it a little funny. We will be back when we come to oxford. Thank you :)

Bateu a fome, ta com medo de experimentar algo novo e errar a pedida, vai no Pizza Hut que não tem erro. No centro de Oxford é uma boa pedida e preço acessível.

After so long, I decided to take the four kids and grand parents to a well-deserving lunch. My last experience at Pizza Hut was not great so I had left it off my favourite places to eat out for months. I decided to give it another try yesterday as the kids insisted on having pizza. What a disappointing experience that was! First, I don't know what happened to customer service! The staff (who just managed some comprehensible English) were not very approachable. We deliberately went during off peak time but to my dismay, it took 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive (that too after asking for them twice). We ordered a big hero meal for one of the kids with two portions of pineapple (instead of three toppings). However, the pizza was exactly the same as the other two which were supposed to have one pineapple topping. When I enquired (twice via two different waitresses including the one who took the order), I was given an 'ohh' for a response and not a single apology! No one came to ask if all was well during the meal. When I went to pay for the lunch, the waiteress simply grabbed the invoice from my hands and took the payment and handed back my card, busy done! She didn't say a word! I could not stop myself from retorting that Pizza Hut must have excluded thanking the customer from its staff training. To this, she said 'no, they still have that policy' but obviously not to be practised with every customer! The food was good, so thanks to the chefs who made it. I used to have birthday parties for my two young children at Pizza Hut but their continuous poor customer service has deeply put me off and we won't be returning.

Good pizzas and salad, children's deals are good value apart from the tiny portion of (soggy) fries. Good salad. Service was efficient, though a smile would have been good. Like that they will box up pizza that can't be eaten.

It is located in the center of Oxford, the prices are the same throughout the UK, including salad bar and pasta, the food came quickly although it was almost at full capacity, the excellent treatment. Best for a family with teenagers children.

We were so surprise with this Pizza Hut. First time we see it as a proper restaurant! The place is so nice. The service wasn't excellent.. So serious, no really nice. But the pizzas of course, were absolutely amazing.

We decided to take cover from the rain for a late lunch after a morning of visiting the sights, we arrived just after the main lunch period and after a bit of confusion from the staff about a table the manager delivered great customer service through out and got us sat down, we decided on the buffet set price menu and fair play it was all nice and fresh and could not fault anything, clean tidy and the manager was constantly checking tables and the customers were all happy and enjoying a good banter all round, for a chain restaurant this is rare to find, we also got some great tips of places to visit for our summer holidays.

There were only 4 couples and and table of 3 in there yet there were tables not being cleared and we had to go and find the waitress to make an order. Also had to go and tell the waitress that our cooked pizzas were just left sitting on the side going cold. Then when we were finished had to find the waitress so we could pay. Not sure how they were so slow but it's pretty poor service. Food is of the normal pizza hut standard.

Excellent value for money. Attentive staff on hand for everything. Fun party really geared around the kids with extras for party girl. Friendly service. Lots included. Everyone enjoyed being treated with tons of food and fun. We would book again. Host - savas- excellent. Nothing was too much effort.

Went for the lunchtime buffet in halfterm at the GEORGE STREET PIZZA HUT, waited while a table was cleared as it was busy, that waitress was friendly. Told to help ourselves to pizza salad and water, nice food in the salad bar, good selection of pizzas, all really tasty. The waitress wiping the pizza area could at least of pretended she was happy to be there, never smiled and not very polite when I asked if more pizza was coming out. All the waiters friendly. Kids loved the unlimited visits to the ice cream factory! Will visit again

Having just visited this establishment, I feel the need to share the awful experience myself and my friends have had. On arrival to the restaurant we asked for a table of 6 (which wasn't then available) but decided to wait. We made the staff member aware that we'd be needing room for a pushchair for when my friend and her baby arrived. We were shown to a dirty table that hadn't been wiped nor laid up properly and given menus. Once my friend had arrived with her pushchair and popped it in the only space she could, what I can only describe as the most rude waitress I've ever had the misfortune to meet came over and snapped "you can't put that there, you shouldn't be sat at this table with that" At the pushchair. We tried to explain that this is where we were told to sit whilst she had a go at us for not telling the staff we would have a pushchair with us. (We did). Then after making us put the baby in a high hair and taking away the pushchair she reluctantly took our orders. The people having buffet went up to get there's and after a while a meal came from the kitchen. (4 a la carte meals were ordered) after another 10 minutes another meal came from the kitchen. My 4 year old daughter and friend still didn't have meals, it was this and the consistent snappy attitude I received from the waitress that made me then ask for the manager. I told him what had happened and he gave his sincerest apologies. 10 more minutes and my daughters meal came out. The manager came out to say my friends pasta that was still missing had been burnt and they were making it again. Once the pasta had eventually arrived and was consumed I asked for the bill. The waitress scowled at me and flounced off without answering so I went and collected it from the till myself instead. The entire lunch was awful (bar the very friendly manager.) we received a discount for our experience.

Free salad with your pizza - and a whole range of couscous, pasta, veg, breadsticks, nacho chips - something for everyone. Nice flavoured pepsi max machine as well.Served promptly and they let us choose where to sit. I got an new ultimate thin pizza (very nice) and when I wanted to swap the topping they were accommodating. Bf got stuffer crust, and he was a bit disappointed it was not pan-based, but overall he liked his BBQ Meat Feat. Lovely lunch and not too crowded - it's also cheaper than the one on george street,

Vi var där med familjen och åt lunch-buffé. Pizzan är helt OK, precis som man kan förvänta sig av Pizza Hut. Däremot sallads-buffén var fantastisk, men många olika sorters grönsaker, dressingar och tillbehör. Personalen var mycket trevlig.

This restaurant has no natural light, it's a basement - the staff seemed very nice but my friend needed to take a phone call, poor reception and no internet connection. I looked at the salad - it looked tired. One of the diners pointed out something in one of the dishes, not sure if it was a hair or a bug, but I didn't stay to find out. The salad in the Strand branch in London is brilliant, The choice of music was fine but it sounded like an ancient AM radio and grated on the ears. This property would be more suited to a retro "speakeasy".

Visited here with a friend, it was clean and the food was nice. I suppose you cannot go wrong with pizza hut. Friendly staff and decent food.

Hidden down an alleyway this is a typical old and historic Oxford pub. Watch out for low beams and cramped quarters. A good spot to visit for tourists.

Not one of the easiest restaurants to get in and out, though busy it wasn't packed, so I would hate to think what it would be like if it is. They kept running out of pizza on the buffet so had to keep waiting, though they where trying to keep on top of the restaurant mess, there was a couple of things they missed, like pizza dropped on the floor. The manager was very helpful and couldn't do enough even by ordering a special pizza made for us, and told us when ready. Toilets clean, all in all, very relaxing and enjoyable one of the better Pizza Hut where the manager got mucked in with all the staff and they all worked hard to try and keep on top of it all, need more staff at busy times but I would go back again

Great food, a perfect option if you are visiting Oxford. It was one of the best pizza hut restaurants i have visited.

We were dead tired from traveling and this was a nice quiet place to have a very convenient and affordable meal for us. Worked out very well.. I was surprised I was so happy with it.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut that I have ever been too! Staff were shockingly bad, tables were dirty and the place was full of flies. Buffet selection was poor and slow.

Popped in for buffet lunch when it was very busy but I've never had such a warm welcome and attentive service before - very impressive! The food was average Pizza Hut food but would go back for the service alone!

My niece had her 6th birthday party here on Sunday and it was excellent, the whole family couldn’t stop saying what a great party it was. What really made it was the staff as without their enthusiasm it wouldn’t have been what it was; we had a team member called Ziggy and he was fab, he engaged so well with the kids and adults and generally looked like he was enjoying himself (as well as the kids were). We had a party of about 6 kids and I think that’s about the max you would want to do as they have to make their pizza individually so could take a while, that would be the only thing I would change as it would keep them all occupied if they all go to make pizzas at the same time or a few at a time. For £7.95 we really got our money’s worth, each child got a pizza, unlimited salad, unlimited ice cream and drinks! Highly recommend!!

I visited this Pizza Hut for the lunch time buffet. The buffet was very good and well stocked. Tasty food, good service and a clean restaurant. Very good value for money.

We went to Pizza Hut for Lunch and ordered two pizzas and a dish of pasta. The pizza gave relatively fast and were very good, however the pasta came a while later, but were still of very good Quality. The manger apologized for the delay, gave us a free desert, and removed the pasta from the Bill; they made a mistake by serving the pasta late but they more than adequately caught up to it. On a whole, I would definitely recommend it.

Our visit was going great right up until we finished our main meal, when I called the waitress over there was no chance in us getting deserts even if we wanted them because once she had come over to our table no sooner had she placed the bill on the table (which we hadnt even asked for), I had asked the waitress if we could have a small take away box and bag to put my friends leftover pizza in which was rudely responded to by 'we aren't a shop, we are a restaurant we dont do bags' no apology to the fact we now have to carry a box around the city centre to finish our shopping, to top all of this off we were then informed that we couldn't pay on two separate cards which was extremely weird considering the waitress still had to type the amount into the machine after I insisted we were paying separately, that gave me a very bad impression of the restaurant and unfortunately the original waitress we had was lovely and very helpful and the food was delicious, the later service was awful considering it was 3pm on a Friday and not busy at all. Wont be returning to the restaurant

Il locale è centralissimo, molto carino, pulito e ordinato. La qualità del cibo buona (parliamo comunque di un "fast food"), il servizio veloce e il personale cortese. La varietà dei cibi al buffet è buona. Mi ha colpito l'attenzione che hanno per i bimbi, ai quali è riservato un angolo del locale, quindi possono essere un po' più "rilassati" senza temere di disturbare troppo. Per i piccoli è disponibile un menù ad essi dedicato, abbastanza vario e completo. Un posto piacevole per una veloce pausa pranzo, dove riscontrare cortesia ed attenzione per il cliente. Da ripetere!

When we walked in, we were the third table. The other two tables were small and we were a table of three.Our food was ordered together and the order was apparently "lost". This means, everyone else was served and one member of the group was left waiting.Once we had asked twice, the pizza finally showed up with "Sorry, it has only just come out of the oven!". Only it hadn't, as it was luke-warm and slightly over-cooked.This particular member felt very self-concious about eating their main alone and had already been left feeling awkward while everyone else had to begin.The manager was called over and offered £9.99 on a voucher, as "this was the price of an individual with stuffed cheese crust". Only,all the pizzas we had ordered were £11, before the stuffed crust. In addition, we were expected to use this voucher within two weeks. Would we really want to return somewhere with such bad organisation and service within just two weeks? Not to mention that most of the group come from Telford!We attempted to pay using the voucher, but were told "like in Tesco, they are valid from the next day" and we then pointed out that for this to be the case, this really needed to be in small-print on the voucher. We showed it only had the expiry date the manager had written. It's worth knowing these can only be used where the manager states (Oxford for us) and cannot be used for takeaway.The manager kept grumbling things along the lines of "They won't approve a voucher for a year", yet when we looked at the section of voucher which would remain within Pizza Hut, it had no mention of the expiry date, only today's date and the voucher value.What we would have expected in this situation, was for the main which turned up extremely late to have been removed from the bill.

Correcto si ya uno conoce la cadena y sabe que es lo que puede esperar...la atención fue buena, la pizza estaba rica (sin ser espectacular), a un precio no muy alto teniendo en cuenta que es Reino Unido.

Popped in on Bank Holiday Monday for lunch with My Wife and Baby Son... Have not been to a sit down Pizza Hut for a long time, so didn't know what to expect to tell the truth. Had a really friendly greeting from the manager, who ended up being the best front of house person i think i have ever come across, he made conversation, was happy, really good to see.. the rest of the staff were very good and amazing to..Food was very hot and tasty......So overall a very good lunch.....

I went to pizza Hut Oxford high street few times and every time it's fantastic not only the food but also staff members specially the environment is great! very affordable price makes it more welcoming. hopefully will be there soon enough.

We don't usually eat at fast food restaurants but we were hungry! My wife had pasta and I had a pizza, as pizzas go it was very nice and certainly filled a hole. The room is in the basement and is reasonably clean and attractive. The restaurant was quite busy and was understaffed but the staff did very well and maintained a reasonably quick service - always with a smile!

My wife and I recently visited London and Oxford. After a delightful walking tour of the city and colleges, we were looking for a quick bite to eat before taking the bus back to London. Being American tourists, Pizza Hut seemed to fit those needs. We walked into the restaurant and were surprised that it was more of a sit-down restaurant than fast-food or a buffet. We decided to go ahead and stay and it was a good experience. The pizza was exactly what we were expecting taste-wise, and it included a free salad bar. Not what we were initially looking for, but a good experience and nice restaurant.

I work in hospitalty and know how to treat customers so I know what is right and what is wrong but going to the Pizza Hut in oxford is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen or more importantly experienced. We came through on a Saturday night and the gentleman with the White hair was so rude to the point I had to bite my tongue. We left due to this and then my partner decided to come have some pizza for lunch. Only to be greeted once again by the rude gentleman. We arrived and was told that we to be quick as it was a Saturday. Umm... We will take our time and enjoy our meal. Just shocking to the experience this!!

What you would expect from a good Pizza Hut. Very friendly service and fresh food. Nice clean salad bar.

Needed a quick lunch today on a short break from a training course. Was seated very quickly and service was quick. Went for the Buffett at £6.99 although the staff were pushing an unlimited deal for £10 for January which seemed quite good because you could pick your own pizza. Staff very attentive and helpful.

Da pizza hut si mangia bene, la pizza è buona, e detto da un italiano ha un valore maggiore, e la pasta idem. È vero che è un po' caruccio, ma abbiamo optato per un menù da circa 14 sterline con piatto principale (pizza o pasta), starter o dessert (entrambi ok), verdura e drink. Non male.

Great welcome. Good value and choice. Ideal place to take children. Our waitress, who was Italian was extremely helpful.

Nothing bad to say, it's was good. We've got free and unlimited salade with the pizza. It seems to me like a little bit expensive for a pizza. I mean in France is so cheaper than in the Uk
