Hi horrible service, if you order pizza with chicken you will receive pizza with onion and tomatoes and if you say that, they don't want to talk with you. Once again if you can please avoid this "pizza" makers. Do not go there, horrible experience.

I enjoyed my pizza. It was fresh, hot and delivered fast. I don't know why I have to write one hundred words to tell you how damn delicious it was but it was good.

I am absolutely outraged at this situation, in this modern day there is NO vegan options.diabolical.

Ordered a Pizza online and 30 minutes after it was showing as on route it still hadn’t arrived. Phoned to chase up and guy left me on hold for 11 minutes whilst I could hear him dealing with other customers. He came back to the phone 3 times during that time to ask for my address. After the 3rd time he left me on hold for over 5 minutes so I had no choice to hang up and phone back. Finally got back through to him and he asked for my address again! At this point, an hour and half after I ordered the pizza I told him not to bother. Unfortunately it was now past 10pm and also too late to order from elsewhere, thanks a lot!

I ordered the food early to give them plenty of time to prepare, but it never came. I called them multiple times and when someone eventually answered, he said the car had been dispatched, but the food never arrived and they refused to answer the phone. I won't be ordering from them again, it's a good thing I didn't pay by card!

Ordered online at 7pm for an 8.30pm delivery. Called at 9.10pm and told it was on its way. Finally arrived at 9.50pm - manager claimed there was nothing he could do and was not his fault. Had to phone a central line to get a refund on a order I hadn’t received. Really shocking service and a three phone calls to sort it out - no pizza and a whole load of hassle.

We have stayed away from Pizza Hut for a couple of years now as the food was absolutely diabolical every time. However, we really fancied a pizza and after perusing all of the usual suspects (dominos, papa Johns and just eat) we looted into the Pizza Hut website. Well, I am SO glad we decided to give you guys a second (tenth time round) chance. Not only was it incredible value for money, the food quality was OUT of this world... gone were the days of the wet, sweaty, cold in the middle Pizza. These were SO hot we couldn’t eat them for a little while.... but when we did... wow! Thank you Pizza Hut! You’ve gained back a loyal Pizza Hut customer. Keep up the good work!

Ordered online for delivery when arrived items were missing so I called them and they advised they would send the missing items out. 2 hours later still no items, paying for items I haven’t got is not something I want. poor customer service will not be using again.

Ordered on the internet in the morning for a 14.00 delivery. It turned up on time BUT, it was the wrong pizzas! How hard can it be? ..... shame, never again.

Pizza Hut is a great venue for family meal, with great Pizzas to choose from at reasonable price. Located in Southend Town Centre so handy for after shopping trips and easy to get to by train or bus, would highly recommend

The outlet made an error with my order by putting BBQ sauce instead of tomato. Whole pizza therefore ruined. Very poor customer service in rectifying error. Refused to deliver replacement. Customer services promised refund which never happened. We all make mistakes bit the mark of a good manager is how those mistakes are rectified; this one scores 0 for me.

Ordered takeaway pizza and collected , thought it was grubby and smelt of stale oil and was very greasy , ate pizza as looked quite nice , 7 hours later spent all night throwing it up and had to take day off work next day as still being sick . Will never go there again

I really don't like Pizza Hut and after years of not having it I decided to switch from another chain and was disappointed. No wonder they are not making any money, bad quality warm if not cold pizza. Staff are nice though and probably not their fault that the food is awful.

I ordered 1 small, 2 medium pizzas - I got 1 medium, 2 small. When I rang to complain the manager effectively called me a liar and said they don't make pan pizzas in a small - despite me looking at 6-slice (small) pizzas that didn't fill the box, and were clearly smaller than the medium I had been sent.

I've had home deliveries from Pizza Hut for many years....usually when my children are back from university!!! I always have the same pizza - meat feast with a classic crust. I have found that when you order the pizza as part of a deal, the toppings are considerably more scant than when you buy a pizza on its own and pay the full price. Although I can totally see why they use this cheeky marketing ploy (and get away with it), it's still very misleading. In summary, don't be tricked into thinking that just because you will save some money taking a meal deal, you will get the same quality and quantity as if you were to buy the items separately.

Worst Pizza ever. Took an hour to get here. All cold and rubbery. When I phoned to complain, manager could not care less. The delivery drivers came in pairs and dodgy looking characters.

Ordered almost £20 worth of food. Paid extra for stuff crust. Was dry and over cooked with no garlic around the crust. paid extra for a treat we ordered pizzahut as better then other places. Let down and never ordering again from southchurch essex, southend.

We went for a bite to eat. I must say excellent customer service. Definitely made a difference to our day. The food was good as is in Pizza Hut. My friend who had her birthday was pleased so box ticked. Recommended.

Can’t go wrong with Pizza Hut’s all-you-can-eat buffet. Constantly replenished selection of help yourself pizzas, garlic bread and a great salad bar. It does *exactly* what is says on the tin and can’t be faulted.

I was a huge fan of pizza hut and was always dinning or having luch at pizza hut in different parts of the world.I would say that pizza hut became one of my favorite chains,until i faced the fact that made me change my mind.Me and my fiance were out and were planing to go to dine to a very posh restaraunt,but i insisted that we would go to my favorite pizza hut and order my favorite garlic breads and then we could go somewhere else.we entered the restaraunt and ordered two small beers,the waitress brought us the opened beers,then we ordereda plate for two,which includes the chicken,potatoes and garlic breads.the wautress told us that we cant have a beer if we are ordering that and we have to order pizza or something.I was so upset aboyt it,as we aleady had our mind set in what we were planning for the evening and everything got ruined,so we had to order pizza,which we did, so we obviously didnt go anywhere else to eat after.the waitress mentioned that they dont have full licence of selling alcohol.This is a horible rules.i will not dine there anymore.Havent faced that kind of problem ever before!No more pizza hut!

We haven't been to Pizza Hut for a while but went for a birthday recently. The staff were friendly and helpful and everything was nice and clean. The pizza's ordered all came together and were fabulous as always. The salad bar is always a highlight for me although there was no cucumber for some reason on this occasion. There was a bit of a wait between between our Pizza's and afters, but that was probably because the cookie dough we ordered was being made specially. The cookie dough was great but the ice cream was a very small scoop. All in all it was a great night out and Pizza Hut is always worth a visit.

Went for first time as was staying the night in southend with my husband and children. We checked what time they closed and got there 40 mins before closing time. As soon as we stepped in a waitress came and told us abruptly they were closing at 9.00pm. Ended up feeling rushed and rushed our meals to get out asap we all felt really uncomfortable. If they have such a problem with people coming after a certain time then they should state when they allow the last customer in. I regularly visit pizza hut in different places and have NEVER been so rudely treated. Wont be going there and wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.

Love it and the pizza are very nice fresh and full of flavour and the ice cream is nice too staff are nice too and not to far to get too.

pizza huts best deals are lunch times with the buffets can become expensive if sit and have evening meal as buffet ionly at lunchtime so best time to visit as get same as would in evening and its fab value for money

A Pizza Hut experience can often be a hit and miss experience ranging from very good to totally average. In this branch, however, they have managed to introduce an entire new level. Down right shocking!After having had to wait an eternity for our food it duly arrived in a state that could, at best, be described as tepid. Having pointed this out we were offered the chance to have it cooked again (another 30 minute wait with no guarantee of it being any better) or having it warmed up in the oven (hardly ideal). We settled for the latter although this did mean that two of the group (who had got their meals without delay) had finished and were ready to leave when the now re-heated and totally dry offering was returned to the table.This was a poor show made worse by the lack of the duty manager making any effort to have a conversation with us and apologising (this being left to the waitress, no doubt on minimum wage). The company made no effort to make contact either despite asking for feedback on the receipt. Apparently completing the survey means you can get a '2 for 1' offer. My suggestion might be get your product right and you might not mean to make such efforts to encourage business.I can only say that if you eat here you might be lucky, but is it really worth taking the gamble? Poor food quality, shocking management and non existent customer service.... Keep your money in your pocket and avoid at all costs.
