Pizza Hut in Stockport

Avoid at all costs salad had to order from QR code even though staff stood round doing nothing had to ask 3 times for glasses for drinks. Salad bar was wiltered all pizzas where cold as soon as a fresh one came out one man took 9 Pieces staff didn’t stop him Food was cold hard and stale. 5 minutes after getting home I was being sick partner was in bathroom Had stomach cramps and been I’ll all afternoon Food poisoning at its best Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Firstly you must order it yourself online and enter all of your personal info. The glasses finally came for our drinks. The salad was vile and dried out. Needless to say we won’t be returning.

We came here for lunch on a Saturday. There were lots of staff milling around but it took forever for anyone to take our order. We did the unlimited buffet offer and weren’t given salad bowls despite the restaurant being quiet at the time. The Pizza choice was poor, for more than half the time we were there no margarita pizzas were out (which is all our kids liked). The salad bar was equally bad with soggy cucumber and brown lettuce. The ice cream was the best bit and had a good range of sprinkles and sauce. One member of staff was really helpful but it looked like she’s was doing all the work and all the other staff were too busy chatting to each other. We won’t be visiting again unfortunately.

Friendly staff. Looks very dated and tired. The ice cream machine broke while we were there. There were no spoons. It was like eating out in the 1970s.

The pizza base was as tough as old boots glad I had my own teeth as I don't think I would have been able to eat it. No matter what drink you had cherry 7up lime 7up all tasted like the regular 7up. This will be my last visit has been steadily decling reducing the what's available on the salad bar increasing prices for poorer quality food

We ordered delivery at lunchtime a few times from here and it was nice but then they suddenly started refusing to deliver at lunchtime. Went for a buffet the other day and tried to eat vegan. The pasta was dripping in grease and some of the salad bar had gone off, I persisted and had several days of stomach cramps starting that night.

Great buffet taste but not enough veggie pizzas other than margarita!! Nice atmosphere and great staff

Excellent meal we had a couple of weeks ago, everything was too our liking the pizza was nicely cooked for us which was perfect! Fantastic service we received by the staff and nothing was too much trouble as always!

Always come to this Pizza Hut. It’s local and has free parking, don’t forget to enter registration number if your vehicle at the entrance! The food and service are always if high standard. The restaurant itself is modern looking and a nice and cosy place to eat alone or with family. Would recommend this place.

Salad bar had food slopped all over it and on the floor. Staff were very nice but had too much to do. Pizzas were just about ok. Disgusting "ice creams" for children who could return for more as often as they wanted. A large number of obese adults and children eating here. Also a large amount of food ordered then not eaten, therefore a large amount of food waste. Noisy and barren, no atmosphere unless you include the sugar hyper kids running around. Felt sorry for the staff.

Very disappointing - Got our order wrong so apologised which was fine and re made the pizza. However then got our order wrong AGAIN and said we could eat this pizza and they will make us another one - excellent pizza but no discount was giving.

I took my grandson here late afternoon after I gave him a choice of where he would like to eat. We had the usual pizza's which were of good quality. The staff were all friendly and helpful which is always a bonus. The place however is showing its age and needs a refurbishment yesterday. It's always a bit off-putting when a place appears unloved, so I would hope that this message gets through and the establishment can continue.

I was really surprised at this Pizza Hut, it looks dated and lacks a nice comfy welcoming atmosphere. I felt like I was in McDonald's. I found it to be dirty and in need of attention. Won't go again until it dramatically improves.

Brought my two grandchildren here at their choice. Usual Pizza Hut food and service but I think what surprised me was the bill. With a tip it was just short of £50 for three pizzas, three drinks and one fries. Tried to download a voucher off their website before going that could have got me 25% off but it refused to supply one - "Error, please try later" or something similar!

Came here for my nephews birthday. We ordered the buffet food but when we went up we had to wait a while for them to put food out. Then they were slow at bringing drinks over. We also had to wait 15 minutes for the bill and when we come to pay we had to wait another 25 minutes while they sorted the system out. Just ridiculous.

If you're out and about on a Saturday and want a quick, good value meal. I recommend this Pizza Hut. I'm not a lover of pizza if I'm honest. If they banned them I wouldn't bat an eyelid but I have to be honest here...

Always great to go to share a pizza as a couple and love the cookie dough! Great food and staff and reasonably priced

I took my daughter to Pizza Hut Stockport today to reward her for her good behaviour this term at school.We weren't seated or greeted, instead waited aimlessly in the hall while I overheard two members of staff arguing over who should 'go and say hello' to us.We were seated, given a bowl each without so much as a word and then left to our own devices for about 20 minutes at which point I asked a passing waitress for a drink who told me to 'help myself' and pointed to an area of the kitchen where I had to wander about to try to figure out what we were meant to do.
