What a great surprise! A 2 for 1 offer on Tuesdays! My friend and I wasn't planning to go to Pizza Hut (and I hadn't been in many years), but am glad we did! I had a delicious gluten free Pepperoni Feast pizzza to takeaway and my friend had a non-gluten Hot 'N' Spicy Veg . The customer service was great! The female member of staff was friendly, helpful and professional. A lovely lady!

We had not booked and it was a Thursday evening at 7.o.clock when we arrived we saw people leaving and moaning up we went in to the restaurant that had lots of tables so when the waitress came over and said how many I said only two she said "well its a 30 minute wait" and you can only pay by card and then you scan your order in on your phone I said I cannot do that on my phone and she said oh well the waitress can do it manually not every one has smart phones!! and I said but there are lots of empty tables and the reply was they need to be wiped down which seamed funny when there was plenty of staff wandering around. When we was finally seated our waitress was very pleasant and very cheerful which made up for the bad start to the evening

Overall, the pizza buffet was good!!! I think you definitely need to have more staff as it was evidently under staffed and people were complaining. However, I would like to give a really special shout out to the manager San. She was absolutely amazing, I’ve never seen a manager work so hard and try their best to keep the restaurant going during peak times (buffet on a Saturday, it was SUPER busy). I had to shake her hand at the end, because she was a champ. She was flipping tables, cleaning, running pizzas and doing a 3-4 man job, by herself, whilst still making sure that customers were okay!! Her devotion to her job is admirable. Please give her some sort of recognition because I’ve never seen anything like it!!! Go San!!! It's been a while since I went to Pizza Hut and I didn't realize it was that hard finding a branch because most of them have closed down. Anyway, I was greeted by friendly staff and Alfxx was really helpful especially with the ordering as I had a coupon to use. You get salad with any pizza order which is standard.

50% of the staff were working front of house. It was quiet so should be a breeze. The staff member that served us was new but who we think was the staff manager only looked after his mate that came in. The other 2 people working were too busy playing dress up and taking selfies behind the bar which I though was daft. Food was ok, I mean it’s Pizza Hut right. Took a while to get served desserts and was asked if we would like them after sat there with no food in front of us for a while so attentiveness could have been better.

My friend had 2 for 1 off food here and so we decided to visit with her young son. We arrived as it opened on a Sunday. Upon seating, we were told to order from our phone even though there were plenty of staff available to take orders. It was bizarre, as dining is more relaxed nowadays compared to when they first opened after lockdown. The waitress did take our order but I saw other tables trying to navigate their phones to order. We each got an individual pizza with salad and her son a vegan pizza, as he’s dairy intolerant. My margherita was nothing special and I didn’t like the crust or dough. The salad bar was fresh and I enjoyed that. We each got a dessert - chocolate brownie for me and my friend the triple chocolate cookie dough. Both were lovely, I must say. The bill would have been ludicrously priced had we not had an offer, so I would say to only come here if you fancy bog standard food or if the buffet is on. The food isn’t worth the prices they charge whatsoever.

The customer service was lovely! The waitresses were so lovely… but the cleanliness was lacking, like the floor near the ice cream factory was all sticky, and the toilets were pretty disgusting. But apart from that everything else was lovely

Took a trip here after a session at the trampoline park opposite. Very long wait for food but overall okay experience with friendly staff.

Whats happened? We remembered Pizzahut being great many moons ago! Its been many years since we visited Croydon Colonnades. I dont know where to start.. At the door an overly excitable staff member welcomed us. He looked very unkept and rushed through the ordering procedure and listed everything that they didnt have available that day. Food - pizza was very oily and soggy. More like a toastie and no distinct flavour. We didnt finish any of our choices. Salad - wilted salad, discoloured cucumbers, looked like yesterday’s leftovers,dirty tongs and scoops Cleanliness - filthy, sticky and dusty Salad bar was messy, drinks station sticky and floors/seating dirty Staff were cleaning toilets and restaurant area with same equipment. A few glasses provided had marks and dirt on them. Bathroom smelt terrible and the hand soap resembled some kind of cleaning product as it was so watery and smelt awful. Staff - overly animated yet lazy with orders and non existant hygiene. Touching surfaces - clean plates - hair - wiping nose - taking dirty dishes - topping up clean bowls.. with NO hand washing inbetween. Staff were cleaning bathrooms and as they put the dustpan and brush down - ‘tidying up’ the salad bar with their bare hands and coughing etc. Especially, Covid times we expected much better cleanliness and procedures. Two members of our party had bad stomach aches after. The venue itself has potential but the dirtyness and nasty food lets the place down. The staff dont add anything positive to the experience. Daughter’s birthday ruined and £50 down the drain. We should have left before ordering but our kids were so excited to eat Pizzahut food, we went along with it. We will never set foot in there again, or any other Pizzahut for that matter.

What happened to the fun meal out for kids in Pizza Hut like I remember?! I have never been to a restaurant like this we sat down they said No cash No ice cream No Apple or orange juice…. We should of left then but my son wanted to go here as we told him there is a fun ice cream factory!! Then had to order through our phones that was stressful enough why can’t they take your order, they seat you, bring drinks & pizza over but they can’t take a 2 second order! Then asked for a jug of water….No only by the glass, gave us 4 absolute disgusting marked glasses then I went to bar said it’s warm water can we have ice…No ice the machine is broken!!! Why an earth are they open and in the 6 weeks summer holidays!! Never going back absolute waste of money!!

Maybe I have a hazy memory but back in the day going to Pizza Hut was great; however upon my recent visit this is no longer the case. Covid limitations apart the food quality was so-so and the price was very high for what you receive. The service was great but ordering everything on the app took a while. Not really value for money given the amount of other Pizza Places about. Unlikely to return.

Not much more that can be said other than the under cooked pizza and chicken. For the price you pay it is very expensive for what you get! The plates were dirty, they restaurant felt dirty. The whole experience was shocking, waitress offered to make another pizza, politely declined as I’m sure it would come out the same. Do not visit this restaurant feel dirty.

We visited this restaurant at a very busy time during dine out to help out . Paulina was very efficient and friendly showing us to our table and explaining the rules around covid 19 . Ordering on a device doesn't always go to plan but Josh was so helpful and friendly and helped me making this a stress free experience. Brilliant service .

Booked at Pizza Hut but lots of people who hadn't booked were in front of us. Once in, had a friendly waitress serve us after a long wait. (The girl and the other waitress seemed to be overwhelmed by the number of customers, clearing up and taking orders to tables). Maybe have more staff? One lad greeted us at the door and explained all the rules. Another folded boxes and one more was at the takeaway area. It was pretty busy and efforts for social distancing seemed to have failed as people walked right past our table to get to the exit. It took a total of 3 hours for all our food to arrive and I was served a deep pan pizza when I had ordered a thin and crispy one. No point returning as I'd probably have to wait another hour. The girl who served us deserved her break but there was only one other waitress left serving and we seemed ignored. Was there anyone overseeing the workers were OK?

Somewhat disappointed to the usual high standards. Agreed with everyone else, new idea of queuing to order is going backwards in time?! Because of this service was bad. All food was brought out at different times (a 10-15 minute time frame) Pizza was good though and not a too bad meal deal for £15.99 Difficult to complain and get compensated for the bad service after paying in advance, but did ruin the meal out for us. You go out as a group to all eat at same time, not to wait. No excuse when 3pm and barely busy, loads of tables no one had been sat on for over an hour still needed clearing. Plenty of other choices in area so won't be returning. I'll stick to the delivery next time.

We stopped here after a shopping trip. The service was slow, 3 (of 4) people had their main meals 10mins before me and a side dish was also 15mins after the main. The food was perfect when it arrived though so I can't fault that.

Haven’t been to Pizza Hut in a good while and this was the best option in the area coming from the soft play. We went here and saw they had a good deal for buffet lunch and the price is great so couldn’t turn that down. We went mid week so weren’t that busy which was nice since had our young child with us as it was his 2nd birthday. Nice and fresh hot pizza and fresh salad can’t go wrong with them options available. The staff are great and they are quick on their feet great service all around.

So now in Pizza Hut you have to queue up to order and pay for your pizza. To my mind this is a step backwards. Less service and guess what no service charge paid even though they have the cheek to ask!!! Long wait to order even longer wait for food even though the restaurant is half empty.

Not sure who had a brainwave of introducing self service where we had to queue up for about 30 minutes to order and pay up front. The place was in total mess, and cutlery and serviettes on the floor, dirty tables, salad trays mostly empty and staff morale was so low that I doubt if they can survive, all four of us decided this is the last time we set foot in Pizza Hut. What a shame as we used to love the place, atmosphere and food. NEVER AGAIN.

Attentive but not intrusive service. Good selection of food, impressed with the meal deal for one. Salad bar, fresh and plentiful. Table and cutlery clean. Speedy service!

4 of us dined in Pizza Hut , The Colonnades, Purley Way on Sunday and we were very disappointed with their quality of Pizzas and the lack of food ordered. We ordered one large veggie pizza with no mushrooms, no spinach instead pineapple and jalapeños toppings for sharing and one individual veggie pizza. They didn't have mushrooms so they both came with olives. They have changed the size of pizza, very little toppings just in the middle. The sides with thick dough crust without toppings and they were just warm not hot. They didn't have strawberry cheesecake and latte which we ordered. The garlic bread was not crispy. We all love green chillies which they stop doing it. Overall very disappointed to find everything not to our satisfaction. They need to improve on the standard of pizzas, bring back in green chillies, improve the base of dough and the services provided in order to bring in more business with happy customers.

My daughter and I shared a thin crust pizza with veggie toppings and requested not too much cheese. When it arrived we both commented on how colourful, fresh and healthy it looked; as we picked up each slice the toppings were tumbling off. It was one of the best pizzas we have had in a long time. The service was very attentive. Couldn’t fault this for a fast lunch.

Each pizza hut you visit gives you a different experience. This one i found was rather mediocre. On the buffet section there was crusts left.. maybe 7 pieces in total. Nothing great. Also the drinks dispenser was giving out flat pepsi which was horrible

My brother and I fancied a Pizza Hut buffet as it had been years and years since we’d had one What more does one want? Pizza, pasta and salad for £7.95. A member of staff working there made sure to order veggie and margherita options for me which was really nice of her. There was a good selection of thin and deep crust pizzas. The salad was fresh with the usual lettuce, cucumber, sauces, coleslaw, potato salad and croutons, etc. The bacon bits are now vegetarian which is great. The pasta was overcooked and the cheese and red sauce with it was okay for what it was. We definitely got our money’s worth but I probably ate far more than I normally would, so one practically rolls out of there.....not a great idea....I also managed a dessert. I tried the white chocolate cookie dough with caramel and ice cream. It’s overpriced at over £6 but it hit the sweet spot but isn’t really anything special or fantastic. It’s not homemade either but I doubt anything is in Pizza Hut. All in all, a good lunch and cheap and cheerful. I probably wouldn’t go back though, as I prefer more authentic and homemade pizza.

I visited Pizza Hut with 3 colleagues on a Tuesday evening, I had a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza with cheesy fries which was extremely tasty, the staff were also great.

Have been here a few times, food in general is not bad. Service is poor. Short of staffs long wait and struggled to get the starter right.

Overheated customers, pouring with sweat. Air conditioning not adequate (not working). No open windows: greenhouse effect. The toilets were all dirty. The men's toilet was closed. So, all the men in the restaurant had to use one disabled toilet which was flooded with a mixture of urine and water all over the floor. The drinking glasses were all dirty. The children's desert bowls were dirty. The salad bowls were only slightly better. A truly horrible experience and one which we won't be repeating.

Visited on Friday evening as a small party of 11 people the restaurant was a bit busy on arrival but soon emptied out, food was a bit slow to come out but we understood this because of how busy the restaurant was. When we came to order deserts there was a very long wait for these to come out even though the restaurant had emptied out considerably.

Not enough staff, food coming out for only half the table, having to wait 40 mins dessert after which we gave up and left. Too many reasons to write - don’t spoil your evening coming here.

Went here for the lunch time buffet , lovely fresh salad 🥗 bar with lots of choice , 4-5 different options of pizza 🍕. Polite staff , great value for money.

I visited here twice, once for an eat in meal and the other for a takeaway.

So have been here a few times. The problem is the deals for adults are not that good price wise and there isn't many deals at all in general. The kids price is great and worth the money.

Shame really as our pizza and cheesey bites were lovely. When our pizza came out the 2nd starter we had ordered came with it. I can only assume the lady chef on tonight had forgotten it til last minute. When the chicken wings came the outside skin was hot and inside was fridge cold!! Not good for food poisoning. I waited for the lovely waitress we had to come over but I could see she was busy so I took it up to the female chef myself and told her the chicken inside (on the bone) was cold...... she simply took it off me and said nothing!!!!!!!!!! Lol. Yeah laughable really and if I'm sick tomorrow I will be calling the restaurant and taking it further. Not good chef! The waitress apologised when I told her but it wasn't her that cooked it and why didn't the chef say that????? Won't be going there for a long time.

Good set menu of 2 courses and a drink for £15.99 plus unlimited salad. Service a bit hit and miss - gave us wrong food but made up for it with a free drink.

I’ve never had worse pizza. The dough was disgusting and tasteless, the sauce was horribly sweet and the nachos were laughable. We literally laughed at loud as we were unsure what was in package. I was incredibly dissapointed in the food, taste, quality and delivery. They were over an hour late as well.

This pizza hut (croyden Aerodrome ) I visited is very busy normally, I could see the staff worked off there feet and yet they smiled and was super friendly.

We went there on a Sunday and arrived at 12 which was a good time as it’s got very busy later. Staff were good and friendly. So to the pizza buffet .. lots to choose from and replenished often. Only 2 for veggies though ( otherwise would have given 5 stars) salad buffet ok and drink fountain worth having unlimited refills. Ice factory was getting a bit messy especially and it was a kids favourite. Overall for 2 adults and a child with a glass of wine and and soft drink it was £33 in total which is good. Children’s menu looked a good option

Having faced the madness of Ikea we decided to pop in here on our way home for a bite to eat, really wished we hadn’t bothered now.

The atmosphere was amazing with staff always offering to help you and always making sure we were having a good time. The drinks from the unlimited station was amazing. The Ice Cream Factory was not bad there were a lot of toppings but a lack of Chocolate Sauce.

We're more Pizza Express people, and not been to Pizza Hut for years! Restaurant seating and tables were a bit tatty (needed a good wipe), condiments, cutlery, knapkins all missing, BUT the staff were cheerful, friendly & attentive, quick service, free salad bar and the Pizzas were actually superb so we came away stuffed and happy !

One server working the floor on a Wednesday lunchtime with over 15 tables to look after, but to David's credit he was spinning all those plates and looking after everyone. Buffet was well presented and salad bar well stocked throughout. Toilets a little tired and could do with a spruce up and the floor cleaned to so it's not as sticky as a nightclub floor!

Person who greeted us was possibly the rudest person I have met in the hospitality industry. He was young and had something of an attitude. He needs to mature quickly to go forward in this industry. Given it was my Dad'd birthday, I reported this behaviour to his Manager. He initial reaction was to be a little surprised and just for a moment that same sense of rudeness displayed by his staff member. However, probably realising that he is meant to be management, he took a wiser less confrontational tact and assured me that the person who was rude would not serve us. Also he came over 5 mins later and wished my dad happy birthday which seemed genuine. Kudos for that

A group of seven of us visited on 4th March 2018. We were served by David and he was polite and welcoming. We were in couple's and a single so needed to pay separately which was no trouble for David, plus we all ordered different things but he managed this perfectly and all the food arrived hot and promptly with no mistakes. We were also able to pay in separate groups and this too was excellently handled. David was a excellent host and the food was perfect. Thank you Pizza Hut for a pleasant experience and good customer service.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have visited unfortunately as the staff are good and clearly overworked, It is cold in this establishment so keep your jacket on. The pizza again wasn't the best or tastiest I have tried at a Pizza Hut which I normally like.The selection on offer appeared limited to either sharing or for one person. Also the price of the pizzas are far too expensive the unlimited salad bar is only ok nothing great very disappointing.

Wij dachten dat we een soort Mac Donalds vd pizza terecht kwamen toen we binnen kwamen en naar de vloer keken. Echter we werden gelijk heel vriendelijk te woord gestaan en naar een tafeltje geleid waardoor we het toch wilden proberen. Gelukkig hebben we dit gedaan! Ieder een erg lekkere pizza besteld -> goede kwaliteit! Keuze tussen dikke of dunne korst en je mag gebruik maken van de salade bar, waar je vanalles van sla tot aardappelsalade tot tortillachips vind. Goede kwaliteit voor een leuke prijs. Een aanrader! Wij komen hier vast wel terug!

Terrible service, terrible hygiene. I placed the above takeaway order and when I went to collect it 2 members of staff was at the till however they walked off to do their own thing. A 3rd member of staff saw me but ignored me for a good 10 minutes.

Good server, very friendly. Pizza base was tough as old boots, couldn't cut with knife. Fries, £3.60 FOR A small portion. The milkshake was nice. Won't be visiting Pizza hut again in a hurry, far better alternative elsewhere.

Same standard pizza hut really. They were good in that they do not normally accept vouchers however, they were fine for us to use it in this instance.they did however run out of dips :(

I came to this restaurant quite a few times this time I had new orleans chicken pizza which was very nice salad was as usual and had shrimp popcorn not so good apart from the food the thing I dont like here is that their cutlery is not clean and table chairs also not very clean

Had a lovely meal here with my 12 year old daughter and her friend. Luke our waiter was excellent and saved me loads of money by convincing the kids they'd be happy with the kids menu instead of the adult and they were. Looked after us really well and the food was lovely. Thanks Pizza Hut.

we went to this restaurant on Saturday evening at 7pm, got seated very quickly and then 10 minutes we waited for anyone to come and take our drinks order. I asked the waiter in checked shirt (rest were wearing plain maroon colour) that we have been sitting here for 10 minutes and no one has even asked if we were ready to order. He said that once he has dealt with the people waiting for the table he will come and take the order. so he did we ordered two ginger beer and pizza. he than said he does not know if they have ginger beer in stock he will go and check and come back. we waited another 20 minutes and no sign of this person ever coming back. we than decided to walk out. on my way out I asked for manager's name and number and was given a till receipt saying go to our web site and complain.This used to be a good place for quick meal and it seemed that it was a organised chaos.

We visited this restaurant in February. We did not have starters, 2 large pizzas were shared, and I had the chicken pasta dish. Unfortunately, the drinks machine was not working, there was no fizz, all the drinks were flat. We were not told this beforehand. We mentioned this to the waiter, who said he would inform a member of staff to get it fixed. But this never happened. We ordered desserts, and mentioned again about the soda machine, but still not working properly. We were quite disappointed about this, and mentioned it when we came to pay the bill. The waiter, of course, said we did not have to pay for the drinks and for our troubles, we would not have to pay for the desserts either.

Went in here the night before we flew from Gatwick. Food was good price, lots of it, nice and hot and received very quickly. We would go back again if we stayed at the Hilton again next door.

I popped in today about 6.30pm. Now whether this is the cross over shift I don't know but the staff were all quite stressed although the restaurant certainly wasn't busy with part of it totally empty. I stood at the bar waiting to be seated for nearly 10 minutes. Not a problem if it's busy or a member of staff says a quick *Hello...Won't keep you a moment * or something similar but everyone walked right past me! One lady in particular ambled around with arms folded looking bored stiff while others ran around WORKING. Her name was Tunde. My waiter was Joshua and he seemed to be working on his own. Despite his colleagues apathy he remained professional and polite. Thankfully he was joined by Lawrence who was also very professional. So thank you gentlemen. On a plus side.....my pizza was fantastic

This place is shocking. Why anybody would want to spend any money on a meal here is beyond me!!!I had booked a table for a group of us via the Pizza Hut app. On arrival I was asked if I had booked a table, I said yes and was asked the name of the booking. 4 times I was asked if I was sure as there was no booking in that name, I think I know my own name!! I showed the lady my conformation email and was told a table wasn't ready for around 15 mins. Eventually we sat down to a table that had not been set and ordered pizza and fries, "would you like the fries to come at some point this year" came the reply from the manager,needless to say I have never had chips for starters. When eventually the pizzas arrived one of them was not we had ordered and so was sent back. 1minute later the same pizza came back and we were told that it's the same pizza we ordered just missing the sausage as "we have none". We looked at it and replied have you no BBQ sauce either as this is not what we ordered! The waiters reply was "I hate this place, I feel suicidal working here. All the customers are unhappy and moan at me because, them in the kitchen can't do there job properly"!So bad service, dirty glasses, dirty salad bowls and poor food. I won't be returning, and don't expect to much if you visit!!

What a disgrace this place is. We were shown to a table and walked out 10 mins later. Nobody came to take an order. The drinks machine had no flavours just fizzy water. Only one pizza on the buffet. Avoid.

Brilliant Pizza Hut Restaurant. We went on a family day out with the kids and everyone loved it. The restaurant was clean,there was colouring activities for the kids. The pizzas, salads, etc were delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive to each customer's need. We will definitely be visiting this Piuzza Hut branch again

From the outside it looks new and shiny, great location and free parking. The moment you step inside it goes downhill from there. I walked in and ended up seating myself otherwise I would be there all day. I flagged someone down eventually and asked if we could sit in a booth. Looked around the restaurant and there were tables uncleaned and left over food on them!Food all over the floor, which is a great health and safety hazard.I looked at lunch buffet and salad and knew that I could not eat from there.I decided to wait and order from the menu. After 15-20 mins wait and no staff looking interested in serving anyone. I got up and left. I have no desire to return again. Horrendous!

The worst Pizza Hut I've had the displeasure of stumbling into. Cold pizza, tasteless at times, everything was grubby, unswept floors, unwiped tables, dingy decor, poor standard of front of house staff. Everything was so dirty my partner actually said it was like eating bugs.Never felt like the buffet at any Pizza Hut was over priced but sweet mother of Jospeh £6.99 felt extortionate!

Took the kids for a treat in half term. We ordered the buffet. The pizza s were cold and had obviously been sat there for a while. The garlic bread was horrid. Half the salad bar was either missing or stale. When the staff were told they didn't seem to care. Took about ten minutes to get someone s attention for the bill and another ten to actually pay. Disappointing as it s a great location.

Walked in, got seated then about half hour later got asked what we wanted to order. Followed by an hour wait for some trainees to make us the wrong pizza, but waitress said we can have that one free whilst we wait for the one we want. So whilst we was eating this cold pizza, we were listening and watching others that had been waiting for their orders and getting free bills for the wait. Once we got our order we wasn't that hungry anymore and just boxed it up and left. With a full bill to pay. But atleast we got a free cold wrong pizza I guess....

The place wasn't too busy and there were plenty of staff but no one wanted to serve us, the staff would walk post pretending not to hear us calling them. After twenty minutes we walked out. Someone on another table had to do the same to pay their bill.There didn't appear to be anyone in charge of the staff and the customers were an inconvenience.

Walked in at 9:30pm to be greeted by a member of staff who must of had a bad back as she was leaning on the podium with the words"Takeaway"Take who away?"Takeaway only"Sorry for wanting to eat whilst you are still open.

Had a quick business lunch. Service was good, waiter asking many times if everything was OK, so we were very well looked after. The food let it down.

We were there about 1.30pm. It was fairly quiet which was a surprise for a Friday. The service was very good and we were well looked after by our waitress. The food was okay. We opted for the buffet £7,50 per person. The pizzas were good although understandably not really fresh as they've been sat out for a bit. Salad bar was okay but not as good as you get at a harvester. All in all it was okay but the staff were great.

Service was brilliant the waiter kept coming over to us asking if we were OK and if we wanted any more food. We had the big sharer platter with the starters and the food was average. The pizza was hot but a few hours after I felt sick and had a funny tummy.

I'd be tempted never to visit another Pizza Hut again if this is a representation of the chain!10 of us arrived and waited over 25mins for a table when the restaurant was half empty. Once seated we waited a further 10mins and still hadn't been asked about our drinks order, so went up and served ourself whilst making a comment to the manager.Once we had self served our drinks, our waiter came and "apologised" that he was too busy to serve us.Once we ordered, food took forever and they messed up 2 of the orders.No one came to ask how the food was (which was mediocre at best) and once we had finished, our waiter was nowhere to be seen!We eventually had the table cleared but no mention of dessert was made! We asked the waiter before making a complaint to the manager. Whilst the manager apologised and offered a discount, the service overall was abismal.I would thoroughly recommend avoiding this place. The service is slow, the staff not bothered and the food not worth the price.Awful.

Good pizza, recommend the bbq american pizza.. Only disappointment was the cheesy bites can only be on the large pizza's Had fresh pasta and salad which was brilliant, all clean and tidy no sticky tables... Ice cream nice but limited options of sauce as only had raspberry...

I go to Pizza Hut fairly regularly. At 17:15, not very busy, but I always end up waiting for my the bill which is frustrating. I can't complain about the food, as it is always to my satisfaction. It does come across as a little disorganised.

Friday night at 7.15 pm. Waited 10 minutes to be seated in a half empty restaurant. Waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken, waited 40 minutes for our drink to arrive (despite asking several times) 1 hour for food to be served and my dish was missing, so gave up and ate a bit of everyone else's plate. Staff were sorry for the wait but there was no organisation and staff did not know who was doing what. The manager was flustered and not in control of anything. Food was not cooked well with skimpy portions on the pizza of the main toppings. Milkshakes had no taste. Won't be going back there again. Really awful experience. Got 3 drinks taken off the bill but with 3 young children the wait and service was the worst that we have ever experienced, they need to sort there act out. Rubbish !

Went to this restaurant on Saturday evening and it was not very busy but the man that took my order did not get everything, I was left short a starter. The food took a while to come out which was surprising as it was not busy. The pizzas were fairly average, we didnt even finish them. I use to like Pizza Hut, now I dont. I wont be back. The toilets were long overdue a cleaning. The two tables that were pushed together to seat four were very wobbly, this is a personal hate of mine in any restaurant and its such a simple fix. We defiantly will not return to this restaurant.

Pizza Hut is pizza hut. We came in here on a Saturday lunchtime and it was full with customers. The service was ok. There is a small salad buffet and obviously plenty of pizza choices. The kids menu is good value at £4.99.

We nearly go every Saturday lunchtime coz. My Son love there salad and pizza and there friendly staff

We keep going there as my son loves their pizzas and garlic bread and sticks Service always been a bit slow have to wait at the entrance for a while but the food always good and on time Buffet and the salad buffet great addition

Visited here for lunch with family. After finding our way in round the workmans signs we were shown to a seat in conservatory which was very hot. we asked for a new table in air conditioned area which wasnt a problem. We were eventually served but given no help by waitress on what was available on the menu.Having made our choice we were given glasses and serviettes and left to await our pizza. this took an age to come and we had to ask for our bowls to select our salad from the salad bar. We had to further request cutlery .Not good service at all. Fortunately we all enjoyed the food but the service and ambience of this branch did not rate highly in my book.

Staff were lovely ! BUT ..... My order was not even put through , waited 50 minutes before asking a member of staff , all he could do was apologise. I've been here many times before and never had a problem . Maybe the staff just cannot handle such a busy restaurant !

I only gave a 1 because i had to rate something. Having been a regular customer at pizza hut in the past i expected a much better level of customer service and organisation. I regularly go to the Merton branch of Pizza Hut which is an absolute delight. The staff at that branch are well manned very attentive and eager to please which is exactly the standard I expected today. Instead I got the total opposite. I had called at 1 to reserve a circular table for my family since I was taking an elderly person and it would be much more comfortable for her. When I got to the restaurant they had no recollection of this and spent 15 minutes gaffing around. Despite observing we had an elderly person with us they offered us nowhere to sit during this time. our server was very pushy and rude and when the pizza arrived she thrust them down onto the table causing some water from the glasses we had to spill onto the pizza she did not hnd out any plates but left them on the side so we had to do it ourself. I then went up as she seemed oblivious to the fact that she had ruined an entire pizza to tell her what had happened and instead of being apologetic became very rude and defensive. Upon request she called her manager and again began defending herself in front of her. The manager instructed her to order another pizza for us to which she did not even have the decency to apologise. She then took deliberately long getting the new pizza and processing the bill. She did not even have the decency to finish the transaction and sent another waitress to take our card payment. My grandma who is currently 81 and never usually comes out with us was shocked by this and had a very bad experience. This branch should clean up their act quickly as they are tarnishing the name and ruining the entire franchise

Went here on a recent stay at nearby Hilton. Normal Pizza Hut standards. Lovely meal, polite friendly staff. My Mum had a pasta dish which she said was really nice, lots of choice for salad.

I ordered a delivery from Pizza Hut, 2 large pizzas, garlic bread and wedges in a meal deal. They arrived within an hour so all was well so far. Sadly, that's where it ends.Firstly, the wedges had been switched for fries. Not really a big deal, but would have been nice to be informed. The fries themselves were so undercooked they were practically still frozen in the middle. They tasted of raw potato and were inedible. The garlic bread wasn't much better, it wasn't toasted or even warm, it was just grease on bread. 0 for 2 so far.But to top it all off, the pizza was actually undercooked and raw. The topping was fine, but the base itself was more dough than it was cooked. It was soggy, greasy and tasted raw. Called the store to let them know and spent 3 minutes on hold whilst I listened to 3 members of staff argue over who was going to deal with the call, then I explained my issue for the second time to the unlucky one who got picked, who then put me onto someone else, where I then spent the next 10 minutes explaining my problems and being told that it just wasn't possible it could be undercooked because the ovens are a set temperature. I was told no one else had complained, although after looking on here just a couple of reviews down I can see someone had the exact same problems as I did... Surely that's just "not possible"?Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

I don't normally write reviews for restaurants such as this as I usually find them to be much of a muchness however, i feel i ought to make it known that I was very displeased with the unceremonious way I was told to leave the table after my husband left to take some members of our family home as soon as they had finished eating. He was going to be no more than ten minutes and during that time, myself, my 7 year old, 4 year old and 3 month old baby were told to leave the table (even though we hadn't finished our drinks) as there was a large queue waiting. There was no room for us all in the takeaway area, or anywhere else for that matter so we had to wait outside in the rain and in the darkness. The waitress who had served us was very apologetic and she is the only one I can say behaved appropriately. Previous to this, the bill was put on the table as we were eating and everything seemed far too much trouble for almost everyone, the previously mentioned waitress being the exception to that. I wish I had taken her name as she was the only good part of the whole experience. Awful, awful, awful service.

Attended here in November 2014.The restaurant was busy(ish) but not packed. Service was a little slow as could have been faster. The food was spot on though, as usual - could not fault it! Waiter was a little confused with the bill at the end though!

Waitress was friendly and lasagne was ok as was the chicken pasta. Pizzas looked nice. Floors were very sticky when you walked in restaurant and even worse in the toilets. We visited at 7pm so not at the end of the night so place really does need a good clean as could be better lot better.
