Pizza Hut in Solihull

First time I been pizza hut in 20 years. All you can eat buffet! Except thete was never any pizza to be had. Long ques due to no pizza available. No cheese on pizzas. Basically luke warm bread. Ice cream station was filthy due to kids messing about. Oh how I wish I. Went to pizza express next door.

we had an excellent experience at Solihull pizza hut, we were advised by our Server Harrison that if we could use the app to order that would be apricated , he tried so hard to help us do it , but when he realised that it wasn't happening he said not to worry and he would take our order . Vegan veg pizza excellent !! At all times Harrison was so polite and helpful he is a credit to pizza hut .

The first thing I need to mention is that the plates, bowls and cutlery are absolutely disgustingly dirty with old bits of food and sauce stuck to most of them. We had to sift through so many plates and bowls to find just one clean one. Even my little boy was disgusted and asked me if his plate was clean. He thought he was going to get a sick bug from this place. I had to get my own cutlery which was filthy (with old hard bits of food stuck on) had to ask for clean cutlery. I was so tempted to leave right then but my children were so hungry for the buffet at this point. The pizzas were good but slow to replace pizzas on the buffet. I’d be interested to see how many people get ill from this place as it’s so unclean everywhere. I wouldn’t risk eating here if I was you. Nothing more to say except shocking.

We have been to this Pizza Hut several times over the years. It's located in a busy restaurant area of Touchwood, but tends to be either very quiet or very busy. The service has always been great from all the staff - shout out to two specific individuals who were amazing this weekend (Manager Trishan and Megan)! Kids meals are value for money, and the kids love eating pizzas, pasta, and helping themselves at the salad bar - which tends to be stocked up (and clean) most of the times. The ice cream area is cleaned regularly but unfortunately we witnessed youngsters abusing the ice cream dispenser and the sauce / chocolate toppings dropping it everywhere. We flagged this to the staff who were very quick to tidy everything up to perfectly clean condition, for the next customer.

We decided to eat here for the buffet. We haven't been to this chain in a while. The place was busy, we were shown to a table straight away. They don't take orders or payments in the restaurant you have to do it via the app or scanning a QR code on the table which is very time consuming if it works. You don't get a phone signal in here so have to rely on WiFi. If you don't have a capable phone then you are unable to eat here. The staff weren't very helpful or friendly and the service they provided was very poor not just to ourselves but to other customers which put us off visiting here again. The buffet pizza selection was ok, quickly ran out of pizza's and slow to replace and not always with the same pizza. Overall the location is good, service is poor, ordering food/drinks is painful as can only be done on app/website. Place seemed relatively clean. The food was good. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The staff doesn’t care about the Clint very rude service drinks was served and take back as we had ordered pizza and was told that they can’t serve if there is just 1 meal .staff need to get proper training to take order and serve the customer in a proper manner.it was really annoying to dine with the family.staff saying that they have no license to serve alcohol in the restaurants what a shame if the restaurant not having license but still serving Alcohol .need to upgrade the app for alcohol orders

I would have given zero stars but mininum allowed is 1....... 1 too many in my opinion!!!! Service wasn't great, was told they didn't accept cash and to order through QR code which didn't work. It took a while for a member of staff to come and process our order. Restaurant was dirty, no cutlery on table. Prices were extortionate, we ordered some fries which we left as they tasted as though they had been cooked in dirty oil. Would definitely not recommend or go back there again.

It wasn't a great experience, advised that it was card payments only. Which was fine. we were then informed that we had to order via the QR code advised that if we had an issue then they would come and assist us , no issue experienced except for having no signal on both my.son and my phone ..wondered to the entrance to see if that helped but no it didn't..no offer of help from staff so walked out .. if this had been my elderly Aunt an uncle they would have had no chance of eating that day they don't even know what a QR code is... love to go back to the good old days where you had a proper menu...

We visited this restaurant for a date night. A very lovely greeting from the manageress, we were made to feel very welcome. The service was really good, the food was good. There was a very good atmosphere and nothing was a problem. I would like to say that the manageress was running a very good ship and I would live to give her a very big congratulations for making our night special.

Food was lovely. Salad bar was immaculate! The restaurant was dead, we were the only family in there and it was only 7pm but we were so rushed you could tell they just wanted us out. We were asked if we wanted any desserts right after we had been served our main meals, my husband’s plate was cleared whilst me and my daughter were still eating. Not acceptable guys, will not be back and would not recommend. We were in and out within an hour.

Me and my friends went to Pizza Hut for a birthday meal. However, myself and 5 other friends out of 8 all came down with a terrible vomiting bug just days after we ate there! The toilets were unclean, the cutlery and plates were all dirty (haven’t been washed properly). I strongly advise anyone who reads this review to not eat at this restaurant because you’ll be regretting it afterwards like how me and my friends did and we really paid the price for eating here in the first place!

Hygiene is bad, tables and floors dirty. Toilets had no handwash on them. Looks generally run down now. Salad bar rubbish, repetitive and basic. Pizza was ok Now they make you use an app to order and pay as soon as you sit down. It asks for a tip before you’ve even had any food or service. Might as well do takeaway for the service you get. The manager did say if we struggled with the app they could take the order but they no longer have staff as all done on the app. Won’t be going again which is a shame as kids love ice cream factory bit.

Went to Pizza Hut tonight and cannot believe that they wanted payment as soon as we ordered when we hadn’t even eaten. Why has this changed when it used to be quite a nice experience and not rushed. We felt like they wanted us out quickly and we had to pay before we did a runner. Not at all busy so no excuse there. Certainly won’t be going again. Shame because I love their pan pizzas.

We’ve eaten here many times over the years and it’s always very good. Service was excellent, our waitress Courtney was friendly and attentive. There are some really good deals on the menu which represent value for money. Pizza great as always. Desserts very tasty especially the ‘I can’t believe it’s not cheesecake’. Our only complaint was the temperature, the air conditioning was too chilly.

After recently discovering I am intollerant to cows milk eating out is now challenging, my only was to ensure dairy free is to chose vegan options, the menu clearly states vegan options and my vegetable vegan pizza was really tasty. I also was very impressed with the sign above the salad bar so that I could chose a vegan sauce option.

Great service. After a small mistake on order from the kitchen which happens ,no biggy. The waitress Sharifa was more than helpful and polite. I think it was the manager also came across and apologised and offered us a free dessert. It was above and beyond what was expected but was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend eating there and I do intend to return next time I am in Solihull. Two people that are Definitely in the right job, it shows that they care about what they do. Thank you, made our day.

Visited last week, wow hasn’t Pizza Hut gone downhill: order fries, salad, and a veg e hot one and margarita for the kids. Pizza were not tasty , margarita one had hardly any cheese and vege hot one used jarred chillis in brine rather than fresh and salad was crusty and old. Vegetables had dried off. Fries were odd tasting too. Hygiene is worrying, the waiter kept touching his mask. Yuk. No cutlery and asked for it and instead of 4 got 3 sets. No real hygiene. They should wipe down the drinks machine regularly and salad spoons should be changed, nope. Waitress sweeping up and using same hands to serve. Anyway, I won’t be visiting again, couldn’t believe the prices too. Much better independent owned pizza joints out there

Recently visited Pizza Hut in Solihull Touchwood. Will not return to this branch again. Stopped by for the Buffet lunch. All they had was veggie and margerita had to ask them to cook something else. Manager came out and through the pizza onto the shelf and gave a thumbs up to everybody in a sarcastic manner. Very unprofessional.

Thought we’d have a quick food stop whilst shopping today. Daughter ordered the vegan flatbread pizza with rocket/balsamic. Read out the toppings, sounded perfect. After waiting ages, the pizza came with FRESH CHERRY TOMATOES on top. These were NOT listed on the menu. We checked. I am allergic to tomatoes (to the point my lips swell etc) yes,I have an epipen. Why,oh why, did your chef decide to add something NOT on the ingredient list. I then sat, watching my daughter eat hers, whilst the manager stood, several times squeezing the spots on her face! Absolutely gross. After approximately 30 minutes, the flatbread-as advertised-NO fresh tomatoes on, arrived. Yes, no charge, but that is not the point. PLEASE,PLEASE DO NOT ADD ANYTHING ELSE YOU MIGHT FEEL LIKE….THATS NOT LISTED. The waitress that greeted us was really lovely. Smiley and friendly. Maybe the other staff could follow suit….. We often visit Pizza Hut in The Bull Ring. And it’s always fab, fast and friendly. Came away tonight very deflated and somewhat angry.

Arrived late last night, around 9:30pm, not expecting to be seated due to the time. However, we were seated promptly and were shown how to use the app to order and were asked if we needed any help. Our server, Dylan, was fabulous. He went the extra mile for our table bringing us all extras we asked for and answered any and all questions. He was fabulous and should be praised by upper management for his customer service. We weren’t rushed out the restaurant even though we were still eating at 10:30pm and all other staff were friendly towards us. One of the best experiences i’ve had in a restaurant for a long long time

First visit to Pizza Hut since lockdown and it was a good experience. Good safety measures in place from the moment you enter. You order via the online app which is easy to negotiate, though we did wonder how you get on if you've not...

Awful place disgrace to Solihull. Vile toilets stank of bleach but still unsightly. Floor in the restaurant very dirty and not cleaned the whole time we were there. The food was fine.. some of the staff were ok.... we were not greeted at all when we sat down...very unusual. Iy was not that busy.Not impressed overall.I wont be going back and I dont recommend.

We visit this Pizza Hut quite regularly, usually have on a Sunday evening. It's normally empty, so you can choose where to sit. We once visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed out and really noisy. I would recommend visiting weekend lunchtimes, unless you are going with a young family obviously. I think the pizza is absolutely.delicious and the free salad bar (with a main meal) is well fresh and tasty. The drinks are quite expensive but, the fizzy drinks are refillable. Wouldn' recommend using the toilets , they're pretty disgusting!

Took a chance and rushed in with 25 minutes to go before a film started. Ordered as soon as seated, server promised to ask kitchen to prioritise. 2 pizzas took 20 minutes so we had to take carry out boxes for 2 x individual stuffed crust pizzas. Rather expensive. Noted that staff stood around talking. Décor needs attention especially on sides of alcove chairs. Smuggled our pizzas into cinema and enjoyed! Oh, special mention of Black Cherry cordial - very sweet.

Well, I dont think I have ever been made to feel so unwelcome / such a nuicance for wanting to book a table in all my life! Called to try & pre book a table for 1pm for 10 ppl & to find out about offers. Woman on phone ( manager) was so curt, huffing & puffing at me & did clearly not want to display any customer service skills AT All. She told me I could not book & to just go in. So we did & the man on door asks “have you booked?”’to which my friend replied we were told we couldnt then the lady from the phone said “I TOLD you you could not book as we are too busy!” even the lady behind said it must be her time of month. She obvs cant cope & is not suited to customer engaging roles- keep her in the kitchen & dont let her take calls! It only went from bad to worse, no control of tables, food all over the floor, toilets an absolute disgrace & cutlery / plates dirty so we ate off napkins instead. It was very busy but staff were literally running round like headless chickens -was quite funny to watch once we got over the initial anger of being treated so bad .. kind of fawlty towers meets carry on restraunting ... Terrible customer service in fact its self service, but so much so that they cant even accurately track your bill. Only thing we were grateful for was they missed half our food off the bill so what should have been £80 -we were billed for just over £40 but I ll take that as compensation for such a experience.

Came for the lunchtime buffet. Bad lighting and no atmosphere - felt like a hospital waiting room.Dirty cutlery on the table and the server didn’t really seemed bothered when this was reported.Garlic bread sticks on buffet had been sat there that long they were solid burnt.Came with a vegetarian who told staff she was waiting for a new veggie pizza, waited 10-15 mins but then gave up.Pasta tasted watery and sauces looked very unappetising.Food all over the floor of the central aisle but staff didn’t seem fussed.No check back on food or offer of any desserts or more drinks.No sign of management or any urgency from staff.Won’t be wasting money here again.

I have visited this restaurant on many occasions with my family and I personally think it is best in Solihull for costumer service !

Went for a light meal after the cinema. Chose the salad which was totally disappointing. Wish I hadn’t been!

Visited with a big group, adults and children, for a birthday. It was booked previously. We could have separate bills, which was good, so we didnt have to sort it out at the end. Each family had a number for their bill. The man that served us, was very nice, helpful and friendly. Service was pretty quick. Children's menu was good. They brought a cake out for us as well. Only negative was cutlery wasn't clean, and toilets weren't the cleanest, and the fact that the refillable drinks didnt include normal pepsi (only diet or max).

Took our grandson (8) to their all-you-can-eat lunch. There was plenty of tasty food, salad, pizza and pasta all well prepared. Unfortunately I ate far too much. My only gripe was the amount of food that they have to throw anyway.

Came here for lunch very busy and plastic plates a disappointment but oh fresh pizzas yum lots of choice to suit all and choice of bases seems thin crust only on veg pizzas though but very delicious change the plates and more thin crust bases on all pizzas and il will give 5 stars

Well we tried this place out for a quick and easy meal. I will say that I am not a great lover of pizza as so many times we have been disappointed.

My wife and I shared a large veggie pizza with a cheese filled crust. It was very well stocked with toppings and was really good. The "free" salad was a nice touch too.

We decide to go to pizza hut Solihull as the wait for nandos was too long. So glad we did. We have had a few bad experiences when eating out at other restaurants for various reasons so it was a lovely change to be greeted in a genuine friendly manner,seated straight away. Advised who our server was the lovely Amy who was polite friendly efficient. The food came promptly after ordering. It was tasty,hot and appealing.

The food was lovely and really enojoyed my meal. However the service was slow and when our food was ready the main course came two minutes after we had recieved our starters.

Arrived early evening , restaurant was quite empty staff helpful and polite. Food ordered extras offered. My biggest gripe in any food establishment is dirty cutlery , I can’t understand why this happens. The cutlery had old food . Pointed this out to the waitress and the knives were taken away and cleaned. The other cutlery in the pot stayed unwashed. Over by the ice cream counter same thing dirty spoons.

My family and I called for a quick pizza after enjoying an afternoon shopping in Touchwood. We chose the wrong venue .The tables were dirty, clearly not wiped after previous use, and there was food, plastic cups and paper on the floor. The ladies toilet, was awful and clearly had not been cleaned for some considerable time. Their condition became a topic of conversation for several ladies using them at the time of our visit

We haven’t visited Pizza Hut for over 2 years due to poor service, lack of cleanliness and poor quality food. We decided to give it a go today before a cinema visit. We should have just gone to Wagamama or Pizza Express rather than giving this utter shambles a chance at redemption.

I visited this Branch of Pizza Hut for lunch with few friends while we was near by NEC, as we entered there was few empty tables but most them not cleaned so we had to wait while staff cleaned two tables for us as it was 11 of us, they run out off some pizza’s we wanted to eat from Buffet so it was ordered, the Pizza’s we had was cold, the Buffet are was dirty, the plates were dirty, the salad bar was dirty, wash rooms were filthy, overall the Restaurant was dirty, we did not enjoy but did not make fuss coz we felt they take as was looking for discount? So we just paid and left, I give it one Star coz the Manager was friendly. Mikaeel

I've always found different pizza huts fairly up and down but recently there has been a big improvement across the board making my visits more frequent than in years! Where things were luke warm now everything is piping hot and fresh tastes great and the salad bar is actually fully stocked at all times. The service has gone up ten fold also much more personable and a lot more efficient! Ribs, Lasagna and white chocolate and caramel cookie dough were all cooked perfectly and tasted great. Here's to hoping it stays like this for years to come!

Very expensive for budget food, also only had Diet Coke left to drink ( in the soft drinks ). The young lad that served us was very polite & rushed off his feet, the lass that brought our food out said I'll just get your plates but was that busy we never did see our plates so we just ate our food off the dishes that it came out on. Also found very long grey/blonde hair in the potato salad

Have just had a make you own pizza party here i cannot recommend it enough fantastic value, brilliant friendly staff 19 very happy children and no stress - thankyou very much 🎉🍕🍕👍🏻

Refused to let the two of us sit on comfy seats because intended for four. Heated discussion. We walked out.

Visited for family birthday, pizza was good, but the Service and the restaurant was poor. Restaurant felt very unclean, with sticky tables, floor and dirty looking walls, plus there seamed to be a small black fly problem around our table and the salad bar. For a restaurant this is unacceptable.

Decided to splash out and try this out as it’s been some time since our last visit to a different Pizza Hut restaurant, which wasn’t very good. Ordered a 14” chicken supreme pizza to share and fries each, salad bar of course came with it. Didn’t have to wait too long all arrived ok no problems, helpful members of staff very pleasant and food quality perfectly ok. Enjoyed the salad bar too. Lots of people seemed to having the all you can eat buffet ..so either way a winner !

Basically in the title, all you can eat buffet for £7.50., Good selection of pizzas from Meaty ones to veggie ones, along with pasta with a selection of sauces... don’t forget the buffet which is included. Less than £20 for the 2 of us including drinks, always a winner. Only gripe to be honest was the staff levels. Only seen 3 including a manager.

We went to Pizza Hut on Sunday but when we went there there was only three staff serving sorry took longer to get our food out to worse. They have stopped the cuscus wish everyone likes because they’re in her notice of it in and I said it is because of the governments new rules but if it’s so unhealthy why would you have pizza and a pizza shop of it because as unhealthy as well. There’s also been missing ingredients for example on the salad bar there was no breadsticks I had to asked for them. I had Ask about missing sources which they didn’t have the other sources which they had were planned they had no taste of them is taste quite off I didn’t really taste at all nice. The ice machine wasn’t working so we can have any ice in the drinks was a bit lukewarm which wasn’t very good thing at all. When we went around the Salard bar and areas and to get our drinks there is a cook some plates which are dirty and it seems that they haven’t been cleaned properly there’s a lot of dust there is a lot of unclean tables does dirty crockery it really isn’t a really nice experience when the utensils you use I dirty it really puts a one off. The service was reduced and therefore we had to suffer with bad customer service because we didn’t have any place we didn’t have any stands to put our pizza on and then give us any plates for some of our food the service was at a small because I didn’t ascus how it was so we could say to them they only did that when the bill came. The food was alright the salad wasn’t very nice some of the salad was a little bit watery and wasn’t very nice to taste at all. It seems like they didn’t prepare at all when they’re doing the schedules about today and how busy I was going to be it was really hard to get their attention to ask about stuff because they’re so busy with everyone else so therefore the service fell short. I don’t know if I would come back again because of how badly places like this are run.

Can’t really comment on the new menu, visited on a not very busy Sunday evening, stood and waiting to be seated for some time as the only couple stood at the desk. Waitress came to collect some menu’s from the desk, collected them, turned around and walked away. Not even a glance or a word spoken. So we returned the favour. Five Guys instead, greeted with a smile and enjoyed a relaxed meal.

At Pizza Hut you know what your going to get . Had the buffet , which is good value and quick . It wasn't really busy but staff were very attentive and happy . Pizzas were ok , a bit dry to start with but then new ones came out and were nice and hot and tasty . I think the hot plate wasn't keeping them warm . Place is clean and well kept

We visited on a Friday lunchtime. The restaurant wasn’t very busy however we were not greeted at the door and we seated ourselves. We were given menus shortly after sitting down and a drinks order was taken we ordered a milkshake that didn’t arrive and we had to chase this with the staff. We had buffet lunch and to be honest the options weren’t great and all the labels in front of the pizzas didn’t match the actual pizza that was there. Makes life difficult for people who don’t eat certain meats when you have to guess what’s on the food. The bill was reasonable however the service could do with some improvement.

When you buy a Pizza and spend the best part of £10 do you really expect to pay an additional £1.35 for each topping? The minuscule sorry looking Pizza was about 7 inches in diameter and cost almost £14, and the worse part is I ordered more than one. £60 for four people in my opinion is extreme.

Took my primary aged children after school. Place was full of secondary age kids being silly, throwing food at each other etc. It was busy but many tables were full of secondary school children. Not many families. Service was ok. Waitress attentive but struggling to cope with how busy it was. I had to call her over to take our order, food was on the late side coming to the table, main dishes were still on the table when dessert arrived. Also ended up going to the till to pay as we had a film to get to at the cinema next door and couldn’t wait for someone to come and take payment. Lots of mess on the floor but table and seating clean. Salad bar well stocked and clean. Overall a decent branch.

Liked the wings and the pizza was good, the tables can feel a bit unclean sometimes. The one thing they do at Pizza Hut is change the menu a lot, they do wings, the next week they don't I guess they do it to keep it interesting but you get to like something and then it's gone

Been to this restaurant many times over the years it’s been there. The waitress who served us couldn’t do enough the food was ready in 20 minutes and the salad bar is a great idea only drawback was the amount of kids running riot but that wasn’t the staffs fault just down to parentage on the whole would definitely go back.

During the summer me and my family went to this Pizza Hut and got put off by the staff and decided to walk out and go to a different restaurant for lunch as we did not want to eat here.

Called in to this particular Pizza Hut with my daughters for a girly lunch and a catch up! Hadn't booked so had to wait about 5 minutes,which was fine! Waitress was lovely,very friendly and efficient! Or Pizzas were tasty, my daughters flat bread pizza and mine were slightly over done, and a bit dried out, but overall were nice! Big problem with the Salad Bar though and its surrounding area..there wasn't a lot left I'm afraid, salad bits and sauces slopped everywhere, I understand it was a Saturday but it just needs a member of staff to continue to top up the salad choices/sauces and to clear up spillages etc. The toilets were an absolute mess! Two of them were completely blocked to the rim! And toilet roll was strewn across the floor,didn't smell very pleasant either! All in all a very average visit, and that's why we only visit every 6 months or so? If that.

Obviously, the food is nothing special- you will find no thin-crust goats cheese and red onion pizzas here, but the staff seem genuinely eager to please, the prices aren't bad, kids are made to feel welcome and, if you're looking for something sure to be greasy, cheesy and satisfying, you could do much worse.

We had a table booked for 9 plus a high chair, after explaining this on reception we were told to wait while they check, eventually showed to a table, it all seemed very chaotic, even though it wasn't busy, waited ages to place our order then we were told they had no side orders left, we ordered 3 kids meals, that came out in stages i.e. A plate of barley warm nuggets then a small bowl of chips came about 5 minutes later. The drinks order was incorrect, the pizzas we did have were ok nothing to make us want to go back for though. When it came to the children getting the ice cream we were told the machine was broken, even though people had used the machine minutes earlier. The poor waitress was so apologetic and got the manager, we did end up with a discount, but will not be using Pizza Hut again

eaten here a few times... no issues.. last time I went I waited at the door for over 5 mins, was ignored and left. Tonight I was seated very promptly by a really pleasant team member.. came to order and only the thin pizza bases were available.... 1 out of 4 options!!@@it's the only thing they really need to order... staggering!!!...

My Daughter and I decided that we wanted a night takeaway , My daughter and I ordered over the internet 1 regular meat feast and 1 triple peperoni pizza with no sides, drinks or desserts. This came to £16.33, we ordered at 4pm and organised for it to be ready at 7pm for us to collect. We arrived 25 minuets early to ask if we could change the order to 1 LARGE meat feast and 1 regular Pepperoni only to find to our pizzas had already been cooked and served ready for 7pm. I know from personal experience that you need at least 1/2 hour for a pizza in the oven therefore meaning it had been on the counter or in a warm place for over 1/2 an hour. The pizzas by now were luke warm and turning stone cold. When we finally came to eating then they were freezing, if it weren't for our hunger we would have taken it back.I am very, very disappointed and won't be returning to pizza hut unless they get their act together.

We visited the restaurant recently and we were very unhappy with the service from the staff and the quality of the food. I did initially email Pizza Hut head office directly and got an automated response and no reply. Cutlery was dirty, lipstick smudges on the glasses and the pizza was cold and hard when it arrived. Some of the items we ordered were unavailable and the food we did manage to get was bland, tasteless and cold. If you didn't want the negative reviews on Trip Advisor you should have responded to the emails I sent as I do believe complaints should go directly to the company in an attempt to redeem or apologise for the inconvenience caused. As you didn't reply to my emails I am left with no choice. I won't be returning again and nor will my family or in laws as we have all agreed that there are many better places to eat in Solihull.

Normally like Pizza Hut but the place had an awful smell and the place was extremely dirty! Once we ordered our food the pizza was incorrect and then the staff asked if we'd want to keep the pizza, once we said no she said they'd throw it away. What a waste! The food took forever to come with the correct ordered! And tasted awful! The waiter then came over to tidy up and the smell came with him. It was a strong smell and he seemed really unhappy... Couldn't get out fast enough! Won't be returning again!

I went for the eat as much as you like buffet lunch. The salad bar was well stocked and the supply of pizza was continuous but the positioning of the buffet was not the best as it is on a corner and one side is opposite a support post so people trying to get the food where blocking the people trying to get to their tables.It was very enjoyable but a complaint I would make is that the ladies toilets must be made for midgets as it is impossible to get in and close the door without almost standing in the toilet bowl.

Me and my friends sometimes go here for meals after college, or for birthdays, and it's always one of the choices we consider. The pizza is always nice, and so are the servers. The salad bar is sometimes not greatly maintained but at busy times that's expected. However, the pizza is pretty pricey for what you get, so you might be paying a large amount for a small meal!

I have never eaten such bland disgusting food in my life... the service was a joke . For a restaurant in touchwood Solihull it's a disgrace .. my new £5 note was thicker than the cold pizza that look like a piece of thin cardboard with tomato paste slapped over and two pieces of cheese thrown on top No taste . The menu needs updating the drinks are too expensive what an absolute shambles of a place .

Great variety of pizza and freshly cooked on site unlike takeaway varieties you get what you pay for

We all meet up every few weeks for lunch, unfortunately our usual place was closed for refurbishment so we decided to try Pizza Hut, never again. The service was ok but we had dirty cutlery and felt the prices were quite expensive. We eventually ordered both Pizzas were very disappointing not much topping and not much flavour, the salad bar was good and very fresh. Would not return.

I visited this restaurant on 17th March before a cinema showing, we were seated at a booth table which was dirty with food on the floor it took about 15 minutes to get server for drinks and food. The server was pleasant but everything we ordered was incorrect. Two of the glasses we had for our drinks had lipstick on and we're dirty so we asked these to be replaced. Once the food came one pizza was incorrect and after approaching the server to get this changed he advised that a mistake was made when ordering. This restaurant is poorly ran and is very understaffed. Disappointed.

Visited here with my daughter and grand daughters for a weekday lunch. The restaurant is very clean, the seats comfortable and the staff welcoming. We had the buffet which was excellent value for money. The pizzas were lovely,hot and a reasonable variety of options. They also offer the salad bar which had a great choice and the presentation was very good.As anyone taking children out will know a visit to the loo is obligatory. These were immaculate and a plus was the lower level sinks for children making hand washing very easy. I would recommend a lunch visit here, great for any age of guest.

Come here one a month with the children and we are never disappointed. The food is great and excellent value for money- highly recommended

Good value, especially with the salad buffet. Pizzas are tasty with enough variety to suit anyone's taste.If dinning with more than 6 it can be uncomfortable.

We had to wait a while to be served, and staff were not that friendly. Food was average, but as expected. Overall, would not visit again.

Not normally my preferred venue for a meal, but we had the Grand children with us nd they love Pizza Hut, so we were persuaded to take them.I was pleasantly surprised both by the food quality (and quantity; very important with thee grandson...) and the price. Just a few pence over £50.00 for the five of us, all including drinks and desserts.Might be cajoled into going again, but only with the kids. Just too noisy.
