Pizza Hut in Stratford-on-Avon

Possibly one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten in my life. I include all those eat from horrible take aways late at night. £40 for a family to eat here is an absolute joke. I now know why so many pizza huts closed. They get something as simple as pizza wrong!

Absolutely LOVE the staff here so friendly and kind. There are so calm with my child who has SEN. Food is always hot and plenty of it

Very rarely have I encountered a server who seems to enjoy his job so much. We called in after a long day exploring the area and was greeted by a very cheerful chinese (hope I got that right, if not, sorry) chap who showed us to our table and helped us when we couldnt get the damn app to work. I really, really hate these things, what is wrong with talking to human beings. My daughter is a Transformers fanatic, she had a great time exchanging comments on various characters. The rapport between the two of them made for an entertaining evening. The food was really good and we had an amazing deal on the food so it was a really good price to. Thanks to everyone.

Self service. 2 small pizzas. Horrendously overpriced. £50. AVOID. Rip Off. Go anywhere else but this place. Pure profiteering

We encountered a few problems and the staff dealt with them brilliantly. Firstly trying to order on the app was a nightmare. It kept crashing and then wouldn’t let me use Apple Pay on my phone. The manager took our order, put it through and then brought the payment machine over. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a “challenging” family in the restaurant and we received several apologies for their behaviour, even though it wasn’t the staff’s fault. The children were running around, causing chaos and the whole family was in PJs at 5.30 in the evening! My daughter was upset and we were asked a couple of times if there was anything they could do to help. I would have left a tip, but had no cash, and because you have to pay in advance, I couldn’t add it to the bill. Pizza Hut really need to rethink this whole app ordering/advance payment thing. I dead to think how many tips the staff miss out on as a result. I don’t tip in advance; I base it on the service received. Finally the food. Usual Pizza Hut fare. Hot, tasty and plenty of it.

I had a problem placing an online order for collection and received second to none assistance from Courtney, her Manager and the Chef. Nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellent and I won’t hesitate going back to this restaurant. Highly recommend

Gone downhill. Took forever to order on the app. Pizzas were poor, thin with bland toppings. Not good value for money either. Service was good, but that's about it. Used to love coming here with the kids, but won't bother again.

Just terrible. No service to speak of. Ordering on an app. Seriously??? Food was dreadful. Processed rubbish. I feel sorry for the staff. They were nice but they’re trying to put lipstick on a pig. The entire place needs to be shut down and sent back to the 1990s.

Don't attempt to go here you have to pay through there app or scan the table there website IS NOT SECURE IVE HAD 3 ATTEMPTED FRAUD TRANSACTIONS save your time go elsewhere.

21/7/23 - Shocking behaviour from manager , she told me I need to order on the app on my phone, I informed her I couldn’t as a have a disabled ( partially sighted ) and I struggle to read and I need to use a large screen , she rolled her eyes and disappeared out the back with a colleague, I then had to ask again if I could order , she reluctantly took my order using pen and paper . I was shocked to be made to feel discriminated against in this day and age . Her attitude was absolutely disgraceful and I feel she needs a lot training in customer services and inclusivity. Oh and every time she lifted a clean empty glass of a tray (bottomless drinks) she would put her finger in the glass (check cctv it was every time) …definitely not how to handle drinks in the hospitality trade . Complaint has been sent to head office

Visited the pizza hut today in Stratford. Disappointing to be honest. Had the buffet. The pizzas were dry, not enough sauce on any of them and all slightly burnt and dry. In fact the worst ones I have ever had there.

Good quality service from friendly approachable staff. Food was the normal Pizza Hut quality, however, salad bar was so fresh and inviting.

Had a sharer meal for two which consisted of a tasteless meat feast pizza (the pork was described as spicy but there was not a hint of spice) two sides of which the chicken bites were also tasteless and two deserts one of which was a hot chocolate brownie. Who wouldn't expect that to be served hot? Otherwise call it a chocolate brownie! Daughter was disappointed with that, didn't complain but wasn't impressed overall considering what we paid and how much we had looked forward to it. Not a place I would recommend.

Pizza very dry, tasted like I was eating cardboard with a bit of pepperoni on the top, we were all very disappointed, avoid!!!

Had a lovely lunch here today! We thought it was brilliant value for money and they are so good with young children. The food was delicious!! I had the goats cheese Flat bread and it was presented beautifully and full of great taste!! Considering the price we paid we were very happy! Great value! The staff were so lovely, in particular our waiter Lucas! He was very kind and courteous and made sure we were happy with everything. I think it’s good to make note of good customer service as you only tend to hear of the negatives. We can’t wait to return again soon.

We had the weekday buffet here today. A nice small selection of pizzas meant they were fresh and replenished often and really nice. The salad was fresh and tasty and really good value for £10pp We used the spray and paper towels to wipe our table down though and chairs as it was just a bit of a mess. The place could do with a good clean sadly

Drove over an hour for this Pizza Hut and we have no local where you can dine-in Great service good food staff were friendly and attentive

The food was awful and tasted plasticky. No proper toppings. No sugar drinks served as told they will not pay the sugar tax but we do that when we order it. I sent a message to Pizza Hut giving them a chance and this was the reply. I am very sorry to hear that you missed our buffet, had to order glasses of water and that the pizza was not as good as it should have been at our Stratford-upon-Avon hut on 12/11/2022. Our buffet is only available until 3pm in most of our huts however some of our huts are currently testing an evening buffet. You can find a list of participating huts in the link below.

Mixed experience. We went on a Saturday evening. Shown to our table and told to use the qr code and order our food using the app. App unfortunately not particularly user friendly but we got there in the end. Self service salad usual affair and no problems there. Glasses delivered to table and self service for drinks. Nothing out of the ordinary there. Goats cheese Pizza was great and my daughter enjoyed macaroni and cheese. However, when we finished our mains we had to wait a long time fleury no service for pre orders puds. Requesting them in the end ourselves and then waiting a further quarter of an hour before the table cleared and again we requested the puddings. They came quite quickly thereafter and again we were happy with them. In summary food is the same as it’s ever been but the service has fallen away. I suspect that will be a function of the of what to expect going forward as chains seek to reduce costs

Haven’t been to Pizza Hut in years! But will be going back! Ordered a collection for family. Struggled online so called the restaurant and they were really helpful. Arrived to collect my order and was greeted by a very friendly chap who had our order ready to go within minutes of arriving. The food was hot, well presented, and the staff were very friendly and professional and we will be returning. The food was amazing.!!

Food is good, but part of the order was missed. Service wasn't bad, but wasn't good. No cash payments?? Why??? Please don't blame covid! You are encouraged to order via a QR code on the tablet; what's happened?!?! Restaurants are about engaging with others not having your head stuck in a phone trying to order your dinner. And then they want you to add a tip on top?? I don't think so. Salad bowls are now like a kids portion. A shame as pizza huts have always been a good family meal option. Won't come again.

One of the main reasons we booked Pizza Hut was because they offer gluten free Pizza. The problem was as soon as we were seated we were told that they were all out of gluten free bases. Meaning one of our party couldnt really eat much.Those of us who could eat, had no major complaints about the food.To be honest I probably would not choose to eat here again.

Upon a day trip to Stratford-Upon-Avon I visited here with a friend.I had to double check where this place was as didn’t know Shakespeare’s town had a Pizza Hut.Situated on a battery park / shopping car park with some very well known shops. Plenty of parking. I believe you can park up to four hours.Now onto the restaurant, was clean and modern looking. Our serve Jake was a star he looked after us and gave his full attention.Opted for the lunch buffet. Due to pandemic you order through waiter and they bring it out. They did a reasonable choice of pizzas on the buffet. My favourite was Pepperoni and BBQ Chicken. The pasta was very nice hot and cooked from scratch. Opted for a salad but was not as impressed with that but potato salad was nice. Overall top service was received, waiter was outstanding and we got to use a voucher so all good.

I took my family out to the Stratford upon Avon pizza hut and what an absolute disaster it was,none existent service and the food was sub standard! Had been going to this particular store for years and was always satisfied but will NOT be returning. My friends also went on the same day and was served by the same girl and also said the exact same thing! Save your money and go anywhere else!!

Called in for dinner with my husband and daughter. Haven’t been to Pizza Hut for a long time. The coleslaw is of the very poorest quality. The side salads were dried out and tasted horrible. I had a mouldy cherry tomato on mine. When I informed the server (who was very friendly and pleasant) she just said “oh dear”. No offer of any recompense. Wouldn’t be going back there in a hurry. Even the pizza wasn’t that great, which is supposed to be their specialty. On the plus side the corn on the cob was nice.

We visited Stratford upon Avon yesterday and Called in for take away pizza to eat in the car. From start to finish the girl serving on the takeaway counter was fantastic, so helpful, friendly, informative and has a great sense of humour. The pizzas were fantastic, plenty of toppings and cooked to perfection. Will definitely visit again on our next visit to Stratford on Avon.

My go-to for take away pizza. Best Vegan pizza I’ve tasted, always order the Vegan Veggie and I’m never disappointed. There’s usually a sweet little message stuck to the front of my box thanking me for ordering, and sometimes the chef will put “made by NAME”, which is a really nice personal touch. I’m a regular for sure

Whilst it`s nice to be able to eat out in again, this place is far too expensive for what it is. £87 for 1 lasagna and 3 ordinary pizzas, sides of onion rings & stuffed japanepos, 2 cokes 1 wine and 1 orange juice, and 3 puddings. Thick end of £90. That is one heck of a lot of money and it`s quite simply not worth it. Stay at home and order a delivery from your local - would be cheaper. At these prices, I dont think Pizza Hut deserves to stay in business - although the staff are fine.

Llegamos a nuestra franja horaria y nos dieron el covid completo, incluida la cantidad excesiva de desinfectante de manos que asigna la máquina. Tienes que intentar llamar la atención de alguien si luego necesitas algo más. En mi opinión, hubiera sido mucho más fácil y menos lento para un cliente simplemente tomar su pedido con una medida de distanciamiento social implementada. Solo puedo imaginar la frustración de que tengas un problema con algo. Entonces, en general, hubiera sido mucho más barato y consumir menos tiempo simplemente pedir algunas pizzas y recibirlas en su casa, ya que eso es lo que se siente, 55 comer comida para llevar adentro que pedí desde una aplicación. Yo personalmente voy a un restaurante no solo por la comida sino por la interacción social que lamentablemente este 100% no tiene y lamentablemente no volveremos pronto.

Awful. Just had a delivery from them, £33 and it was all cold. The pizza looked old, the fries were not cooked and the £6 cookie dough was not appealing at all. Do not recommend

Gran opción para un lugar de fiesta de cumpleaños, 9 niños + 2 adultos. Los niños comieron del menú del gran jefe, gran valor a las 7. 99 que incluía bebida, ensalada ilimitada, plato principal, acompañamiento y postre. Mi marido tenía la pizza vegetariana, que era excelente. Peter nuestro camarero fue muy paciente, amable, servicial y atento.

Visité Pizza Hut para almorzar con una amiga hoy debido a que eran vacaciones escolares, nos dijeron que podría tomar unos minutos para una mesa, después de una breve espera nos llevaron a nuestra mesa a pesar de que el restaurante estaba muy ocupado. muy limpio y todo el personal muy servicial debido a los requisitos dietéticos que tuvimos que pedir del menú en lugar del almuerzo buffet, nos dijeron que nos ayudáramos a la barra de ensaladas y nuestra comida saldría pronto, todo estaba fresco y caliente y todo estaba por encima de las expectativas. Definitivamente recomendaría una visita

It's pretty mediocre really. Not much you can say about pizza hut. It's like an expensive version of mcdonalds.My advice to you if you really want to go there, is to get all the offers and choose what you want *before* you get there.So, for £38 we had a pizza for two, two bowls of chips and two brownie biscuits for desert. This was shared between two adults and two small children.I think the waitress pushed that meal rather than offering us any better value ones.

This used to be a real hit and miss but it's really improved. Much better service now and of course excellent value buffet

Have just dined here for a family lunch, table of 3. We had a lovely warm greeting from the brunette manageress/host, very attentive with all tables including ours. The pizzas were fresh and very tasty, the salad bar was continually replenished and our little girl loved the ice cream factory. Brought back childhood memories. However, Millie was a shining star. Her customer service is outstanding! She even impressed our 2 year old girl who is quite hard to please. Millie, if you’re reading this, I would give you a job in a heartbeat!! Keep up the great work. I hope Pizza Hut acknowledge their superstars amongst their teams and reward them accordingly.

I can here on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch/early dinner.Typical Pizza Hut experienceService was quick & efficient & on the ball.Salad bar was well stocked.There is ample free parking around the restaurant at the maybird (Time Limit or 3-4 hours, ample notices around Maybird on the duration of the stay for parking).Food was good on arrival & didn`t have to wait long.

Popped in for dinner and had a short wait to be seated. Waited a very long time to order and could see they were very short staffed. The staff were very pleasant and chatty though, they weren’t showing the stress they must have been feeling! We were brought the wrong starter so they allowed us to have that whilst they reordered free of charge. Then our mains came out, still hadn’t had our starter. The place was a bit of a mess, tables not being cleared and the ice cream area messy, salad bar not being refilled but as I said very short staffed! Phone was ringing all through our visit as they clearly were deciding not to answer. Food (that we received!) was very good, saved them from a worse score on their review! Management need to sort out the staff shortages and give their hard working colleagues a raise!

We arrived late in Stratford-upon-Avon on a Friday night and having checked into the hotel, drove round looking for somewhere to eat. Of course you can't park anywhere, but this restaurant is in a shopping mall and there is plenty of parking.On arrival we were given a very warm welcome by Katrina our very own Pizza Angel!We were starving as we'd been travelling for a long time but we were soon enjoying a bottle of very good red wine and shortly afterwards tasty and well cooked pizzas complemented by plenty of fresh salad from the salad bar. We were really impressed with the quality of the food and wine for the price.Although it was close to closing time, we didn't feel rushed at all, and Katrina took the trouble to tell us about the area and gave us lots of useful information.Thanks Katrina and Pizza Hut for a lovely visit.

Nos detuvimos en el Pizza Hut en el Centro de Maybird, donde hay un montón de aparcamiento gratuito. Nos sentamos con prontitud por el personal muy amable y acogedor. Las mesas estaban bien colocadas, así que incluso cuando está ocupado el restaurante no se siente abarrotado. Teníamos deliciosos platos principales con una ilimitada ensalada de autoservicio, con una buena variedad de artículos. El servicio era bueno y el personal atento sin ser intrusivo. Una cena muy agradable y relajante al final de un ajetreado día en Stratford. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

Visité a nuestro nieto y tengo que decir que el menú para niños no solo tenía una excelente relación de precio, sino que mantenía un paquete de energía de 2 años ocupado durante 45 minutos.La comida era fresca y sabrosa, la pizza excelente y los alrededores muy 50 's EE.UU.Excelente elección con niños pequeños.

Nos quedamos lejos unos días aquí y decidimos visitar Pizza Hut. El personal fue rápido para usted y muy amable! La barra de ensaladas era excepcionalmente limpia en comparación con otros que he visto. Recomiendo encarecidamente, hay un montón de selección. ¡Gracias!

We've been here many times over the years. It has improved greatly of recent. The service today was friendly and helpful. The pizza was brilliant. The only that lost the last star was the salad bar was a bit disappointing

Habiendo disfrutado de nuestra visita a Pizza Express hace un par de semanas, aunque era MUY caro, pensamos que volveríamos a probar Pizza Hut. Solíamos frecuentar la cadena, aunque no esta tienda en particular, cuando los niños eran pequeños. También fue una sugerencia de mi hijo para su cumpleaños "comida fuera".

Pizza très bonne mais une note particulière pour le service qui était parfait. Nous avons été avertis des notre arrivée qu’il y aurait un peu d’attente la serveuse était très souriante et très agréable.

We visited after a long absence. The renovation work has made this place much better. However the huge circular tanks near the front desk is poorly situated as when you’re walking back from the salad bar or drinks machine there’s not a lot of room if customers are waiting to get s table.

Pizza Hut is usually consistently good but not this one. Our Pizzas had a minuscule amount of topping on each and the tomato sauce went to about 4cm from the edge, the salad bar relatively depleted too. The young guy that served us was good.

Pizza Hut will never set the culinary world on fire. But the staff at our local restaurant are consistently welcoming and so keen to everything they can.to ensure a good visit.

Arrived at around 4pm on a Sunday. The waitress was sorting cutlery at a work station. She looked at us twice from the other side of the restaurant but didn't come to seat us. We helped ourselves to menus and started to choose our meals after 5 mins of waiting. Shortly after we were seated.

Not the greatest and mouth-watering pizza, however, the lady that served me and my boyfriend was lovely.

Visited Pizza Hut with my daughter and two grandsons. It wasn’t too busy so could not understand why service was so poor.

Went with my parents and my two daughters for a meal inside the restaurant at around 7pm on a Saturday night. The restaurant was half full. Firstly, the staff spent a few minutes deciding on whether they could actually seat us. Then where. We made our choices and when it came to ordering we were told there would be at least a half hour wait for the food as they were busy with takeaways. Surely a restaurant on a Saturday night would be prepared for this?! We ordered 3 pizzas, one of which was a standard large deep pan but we were told that they had no large deep pan bases in stock so we would have to have 2 small. Weird because I thought the bases were freshly made. The salad bar was poor and not properly replenished. Our starters did come out quite promptly and our pizzas did follow in good time but the 2 small pan pizzas had very over cooked and chewy bases. A lady who must have been a duty manager was quite over animated on the restaurant floor and was hugging the staff! A little bit dramatic, not very professional and made us wonder if there had been some major catastrophe in the kitchen. The pizzas were just ok. Nothing at all special. Not really very hot and quite sparse on toppings. Then came the bill. Nearly £98 for 5 of us (one of the party is 9yrs old)! So nearly £20 a head!! Not worth it at all!! On leaving the restaurant the very over animated (I think duty manager) leaned through the hatch and cried “thank you soooooooo much” as if we’d just got her off a murder charge!! We laughed, left and will never go back!!

I will be very quick... came in after a long drive from Doncaster with my associate. Ordered a meat feast thin crust and a margereta regular. 1st table was really dirty girl came over wiped it with a damp cloth that was it 2nd the meat feast pizza was missing a lot of meat had too slices and asked for a box to take it away bill came to £31.. I used to go to pizza hut a lot 20 yr ago but not now. The pizza had about £1 of topping and the meat bullets were like crisp crunchie burnt bits. The chicken was the worst quality factor prep chicken ever. And 3rd. This is a dumping ground for very noisy children.. will never go here again. One plus The manager bid smile

We were welcomed sat at a nearby table. Table was adjusted to allow me to sit side on with my powered wheelchair. Drinks and food ordered together, salad was in good condition good quality and ordered food arrived shortly after eating a bowl of salad. Food was perfect crisp flatbread for myself. Came to paying the bill however things went pearshaped. The waiter was quick to push the buttons on the card reader it looked like he skipped past the ability to add a tip. Which was a bit annoying as I only had notes. So I asked the manager can I have change and son asked for a balloon ..... Waited...and some more, then asked female waitress.....waited oh sod it we said took doggy bag/box with holes in. Manager said thanks and bye and held door open. Clearly didn't want tipping then I thought :/ will also mention slate was quite clearly very deeply cut by previous users of the 'plate' this may hold bacteria which did make me concerned about how safe my meal was but it tasted good and I had no repercussions.

This is the first time I have eaten here since the building refit. The girl that looked after us was excellent (NititaF) and the food all came out quickly and was all hot .we ordered the big sharer so will all left very full .

I am a teenager myself but I still felt out of place. Most of the customers were very young and there with their families. Great for a day out with the family. It was a bit loud at times but the food is amazing. It's the best place to go for pizza in Stratford. I would just have a take out.

We visit here with children reasonably often, perhaps once every couple of months or so. The children love the chicken strips but the food for adults is dire. Pizza Hut pizza used to be nice and tasty but now it is all tasteless garbage. The...

Went in to get take away , it was very quiet no one serving so went to restaurant part , looked into kitchen , where two members of staff were engaged in a passionate embrace x found another member of staff who said it would take half hour for a take away pizza ,

Después de hacer algunas compras en el parque comercial que desaparecer para la cena. Nos sentamos rápido y nuestro pedido fue tomado en buen tiempo. La comida llegó rápidamente y era muy sabroso. Nos sentamos en una mesa para 2 que estaba bien, pero luego dos personas más estaban sentados junto a nosotros, las mesas están muy cerca y se sentía más como estábamos comiendo con la mesa de al lado que en nuestra propia. La gente era mucho tos y al final terminamos nuestra comida y postres como la izquierda sin tos nos estaba poniendo fuera de nuestra comida. La camarera fue muy amable y eficiente.

Mientras compras en un salto para un almuerzo rápido. Restaurante abarrotado, lleno de familias como es de esperar. Comida típica pizza hut, ensalada fresca y tentadora y parecía llena varias veces mientras estábamos allí, mi única queja es que los niños recogiendo tomates y pepinos con sus manos y luego ponerlas de vuelta. El personal parecía abrumado por la cantidad de clientes. Tardó un poco en llegar, pero una vez nos sirve notamos que el servicio fue rápido y muy educado. Pizzas eran preciosas y el autoservicio de bebidas estaban a mano. Los inodoros estaban impecables, que es un logro con lo que parecía ser un restaurante, faltos de lleno. Muy buen precio, puede entender por qué es popular entre las familias.

Fuimos a pizza hut con mis amigos para el buffet. Comida es lo que esperas, agradable. El mejor servicio que he tenido en un miembro del equipo, creo que su nombre era Wong. Pizza was very good we ordered one pizza in two different halfs it was delicious and we both got what we wanted.Jamie our waiter was excellent he really couldn't do enough for us. will most certainly return.

We only come here for the lunch buffet but service is always quick and there's always plenty of food on offer in the buffet.

Food very good and suited all the children despite them having different tastes - service good and pleasant although had to wait to order a drink

I picked the weekend to eat here. Not a good choice if you want a quiet meal, but then I didn't expect that with Pizza Hut being a popular family destination on the weekend. I applaud them for keeping the place as well kept as it was with more than 75% of the diners being children. They could use more staff on the weekend as busy as it was, but those working did an excellent job of keeping up with everyone. Food was excellent and served up hot!

Shopping at the Maybird Centre in Stratford and hungry so we when to Pizza Hut.We were quickly shown to our table by a friendly and enthusiastic staff member who took the time to make sure we were settled with any questions answered.Of course the menu is set around pizza with a variety of options including toppings, crusts and bases however you can share a pizza where it is made up from two different pizzas served in the same pan to cater for different tastes which further options added by the all you can eat salad bar or where you can choose starters.Different drinks also available including alcoholic and refillable soft drinks options.Our food came in good time and was hot and tasty with plenty available. Worth a try if by the Maybird Shopping Centre.

After a visit to this restaurant with the family we was left with mixed emotions. The service from the staff was very good and quick to take orders. The food was what you expect from a place like this the pepperoni pizzas was very greasy and personally I think they could be a little better. The toilets are kept very clean and tidy and so is the restaurant. We did have a slight problem with our order as the pizza did not go threw on the order so we did have to wait a while. The staff was very good and took the price of the pizza off the bill. I would recommend going to this restaurant to people as the staff are friendly and will do there best to help you. This restaurant is accessible for wheelchairs and buggys and is very family welcome.

Arrived at nearly closing time, no problem. pizza arrived cooked perfectly and hot and very tasty. The staff were very welcoming and experienced. Enjoyed more than I thought I would.

The team that were working the evening of 27th of January deserve a medal! We'd tried to book online while on our way back from bowling. It was late (9.45pm) when we arrived, I asked if we could grab a table for 10, I did expect to be told no as most restaurants wouldn't want a table of 10 at that time of night. Nothing was a problem, Pizza Hut Stratford-on-Avon should be proud of their staff. All cheerful and helpful everything we wanted we got. Amazing.

Pizza Hut used to be a great experience - not anymore it would seem.Too many young staff members with no customer service experience, it seems that they are here to just hang out with there friends.On our visit the manger was disinterested and sat at a table on his own on his lap top ignoring everything that went on around him.The table was tacky and poorly cleaned.The Diet Pepsi was out of order - not a problem in itself but the hand written, scruffy not on the machine gives the wrong impression- that they just don't care.Kids pizza was fine as was kids chicken strips and chips.My pizza was ok.Worth the money - not really. Would suggest they need to up their game.

We used to look at going to Pizza Hut as special. I'm not sure it is anymore. I was surprised to not only be able to park at the Maybird but also to be seated more or less straight away, on a Saturday! The food was ok and the service was fine, just unspectacular.

Before Christmas myself and 22 others had a meal here staff were exceptionally helpful, and the food was delicious not bad at all for fast food

It's been sometime since I've been in a Pizza Hut as my previous experiences haven't been that great. This proved to be a good visit, we were welcomed by a very pleasant member of staff who showed us to our table. We had the special £14:95 starter, salad, pizza/pasta and a drink offer. It was excellent value and we had to bring quite a bit of pizza home, lunch for tomorrow.

I don't really know what to make of this visit. Don't get me wrong the food was good but everything else seemed to be both brilliant but also terrible! We had been before and had the worst time ever but we agreed that we'd go again and give them a second chance. Service was excellent if you were served and dealt with by a particular blonde employee but if you were one of the unlucky ones... you'll have no such luck! A brunette invited us in, took our names and led us to our table and said she'd be back in a moment. Well let's just say that we never saw her again! We had been abandoned while the people next to us had their food delivered before us, even though they arrived after us. We were seriously displeased with this and were saved by the blonde employee who noticed our distress and took our order. This place is good if you have time to waste. But you may be lucky enough to find the hidden treasure that is decent service. Other than this the noose is overwhelmingly irritating which makes you wish you were not there. I hardly expect it the fault of Pizza Hut but they are short of space in that building. There is no zone and it's all open plan, so one baby crying in a corner can be heard anywhere. It's not nice and ruins the experience for everyone else!I recommend Pizza Hut for families with young children who can cry and blend in with the screaming. I do not recommend this place for families with teenagers or couples or parties! Don't waste your time and money! Avoid if you want a nice time!!

Worst dining experience ever. Not greeted by staff, not shown what to do, ignored, very rude manager and very unproffessional, bill was wrong and would not correct it. Will never use pizza hut in Stratford-Upon-Avon again. I have always used this establishment for birthday parties and gatherings but can honestly say the service and attitude by staff was shocking. Over £5 for one tiny bowl of salad as now according to the manager it is not free with your food and he will charge a child under three years of age the price of a full pizza, if the child eats a slice. Ridiculous. Shame on you Pizza hut.

Kids were happy - 8th birthday party!We booked this up for a children's birthday party. £9.99 a head. Lasts about two to three hours. For that they did the lot and all you had to do was supply a cake. However if you are a decent human being you will stay with the children and help control them as the waiters and waitresses work hard enough as it is! The kids get to make their own pizzas which is pretty good.

We turned up with a large group of 7 and the staff were very accommodating and managed to seat us in about 15 mins. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Would defiantly visit again

Stopped here on a family roadtrip for lunch. Service was excellent, and food arrived really quickly. Salad bar was also very full and fresh.

Very friendly pizza joint. Always a hit with the kids and the food is plentiful.The only downside is it's quite expensive for just pizza!

Took my daughter for the lunch time buffet. Seated quickly. Salad bar was ok but every time we went for pizza there wasn't much there. Had to ask for garlic slices. Seems they wait til last minute to bring food out. Staff seemed very young (nothing against that) but not really much customer service. Go to the toilet with no privacy as door doesn't lock..'Piece de resistance' was seeing one staff member drop cloth on floor, pick it up, spray it then clean a table with it! Did mention on way out and have emailed my concern. Our waitress on leaving was quite chatty but too little too late. Don't think I'll be rushing back.

My first visit to Stratford and decided to meet up with family here for the lunchtime buffet, we were seated straight away it was quite busy and there were 9 of us, waitress was very bubbly and told us all we needed to know about buffet, drinks etc.Salad bar full and good variety and there was only once in the time we were there that there was a little wait on the pizzas, they were very tasty though.Overall impressed with this Pizza Hut and would definitely come back if in the area again

Came here with my 4 year old boy yesterday for lunch, and i have to say i was very pleased with the experience. The bad reviews on here suggest a very poor service which i was quite concerned about....but gave it a try anyway. There are no worries or concerns for anything, there is plenty of food on the buffet, the waiters/waitresses are very polite and kind, and overall the experience met my requirements....happy days! :)

Visited to take advantage of the buffet with the kids, however, we ended up wishing we had gone to the fast food outlet of their choice instead.Greeted and seated quickly, that was the only speed to be seen today.First visit to buffet was met with a near ten minute wait for pizza, while looking at the remnants of their two pasta offerings that both looked dried up, even at one o'clock!When it did arrive, the pizza had a greasy taste to it and, although filling, was pretty much bland. Half hour or so in, some 'fresh' pasta did arrive, but the sauce was far from that. No rich tasty coating. Instead was a powdery bland dry thing around the fusilli pasta.The ice cream dessert, chosen by the kids, reduced to a bland white liquid very quickly and was ignored by our near two year old. The sweets were okay though.Did inform the waitress of the poor quality. Full price mediocrity.Will not be returning. Enough chances given now.Nothing worth photographing today. Not even that pasta.

Went to Pizza Hut for a quick lunch and were seated immediately even tho it was quite busy. Food was great and service from Anna was excellent!!

We ate at this restaurant the other night. It would seem the salad bowls get smaller and smaller every time we go. The restaurant was resaonably clean and tidy. We ordered 2 pizzas and shared. The food is good quality, and the salad bar was adequate. Its reasonble value for money, and kids get to drink as much as they like with free refills.

Booked a table thirty minutes ahead of arriving. Pleasant enough welcome for myself and three 9 year old girls.... As a vegetarian tried to order vegetarian pizza... Was told it came without onions and peppers as they'd run out. (They're next to 24hour tesco?!)Ok I'll just have a salad... Waitress looked a little shifty ... Went ahead with the girls to fetch the salad only to find salad sections either half empty or missing. Asked a passing member of staff to refill grated carrot to which she replied, in a tone of mild irritation, if it's empty we haven't got any" I asked if anyone had managed to fetch the onions and peppers from the super market next door then maybe I could change my order to pizza. Sensing her earlier tone was too subtle for me to appreciate she delivered the following phrase liberally sprinkled with condescension, "we're due a delivery tomorrow if you wanted salad you should have come then"By this point, all three children had managed to load up on tortilla chips and croutons ... I think I would have been forgiven for poking the employee in the eye with a bread stick given her attitude. Luckily for her the breadsticks were as absent as the carrots. "We've had a busy day you know" she remarks as age saunters off. In short I wouldn't bother with this venue - nicer pizza places in town. They don't do free salad ... But then neither does this Pizza Hut!

After a long day, this was a good place to eat. We arrived around 6, and had no trouble being seated. It filled up quickly after. The food was as usual - perhaps less greasy than I remembered, which was good. The children were happy with their kids' meals, my husband and I shared a pizza. We were too full for dessert. Service was friendly, and I'd be happy to eat here again.

We were greeted nicely, sat down & placed our order promptly. As we are locals we usually order the same. This time it was my daughter &myself, we shared a large half on half pizza with garlic bread with cheese.our experience was great. We hope to go again soon.

Came here with my boys for Mother's Day. You can always rely on a Pizza Hut to deliver great pizza and a fresh delicious salad bar. Be sure to leave room for my favourite desert - cookie dough with salted caramel syrup and ice cream. Heaven on a desert plate!! Service was quick and friendly.
