Pizza Hut in Mid Suffolk

Ordered takeaway. Delivery driver tried to deliver to the wrong address before dropping the pizza on the floor. The actual food from Pizza Hut has also gone massively downhill. Won’t bother ordering from them again now, the days of Pizza Hut being good are long gone.

Just placed an order for takeout, The service was very quick and I’m actually get my food nice and hot, tanks guys, that’s a great job

KW22 CKF Motorcycle drivers need urgent retraining. You'd think if you're on two wheels yourself that your riders wouldn't try to bully their way past you and block you off but oh well. That definitely wasn't filtering.

Practically no cheese on the pizza and hardly any toppings apart from a pathetic piece or maybe two (if you're lucky) of dry pepperoni on the dough. Basically like ordering a bit of a dough and tomato sauce and calling it ''pizza''...awful and pathetic.

Extremely rude young girl on the phone who is clearly as incompetent at talking to customers as she is delivering a pizza. Pizza never turned up, then lied to my face about delivering it when I called up. Emailed customer support and was told I'd get my order again for free when I called up. Instead I was greeted with the most unapologetically miserable girl I'd ever had the displeasure of speaking to

Normally I have nothing good to say about delivery drivers, however this pizza huts delivery service (not deliveroo) is great. Friendly, on time and the food was piping hot with zero fuss. This makes such a difference. And it's more affordable using in house delivery service. The food was pizza huts great pizza. Will be back again because the service was fantastic. Don't lose your delivery drivers pizza hut.

The buffet has so much to offer and it is worth the value. When busy not much pizza on the table so be fast!

Long haired super skinny driver robbed 30£ from my brothers car.

Pizza looked like it was cut by a 3 year old at nursery. They don't know the meaning of half and half. Moldy wedges health and safety hazard. The only thing they seem to have done right was grabbing my Pepsi out of a fridge. What a joke. They give pizza hut a bad name. Will not be ordering again.

Horrible! Just I received my order and all the chicken and all the rest was in the box not on the pizza properly.

Great toppings. Lots of cheese but base soggy and undercooked. Delivery always on time. I usually order stuffed crust and that's always crispy but classic base is a let down

It's Pizza Hut, what's to know?!

Not happy, I ordered a pizza. They only put the extra topping on the pizza and not the original toppings that was supposed to be on the pizza in the first place. I feel ripped off

Food turned up 35 minutes late and cold and all we were told to do is call customers service rude staff wasn't even given a sorry dreadful experience considering we spent £46

The food is always Good, some times you get someone on the phone who doesn't want to be their. Manager is brilliant

Always makes up for their mistakes very well with decent acts of goodwill.... But sometimes they are later than specified time.... Toppings are wrong if i add or replace one or two... Big bottles of drink are usually room temperature rarely cold... And sometimes the crust is wrong or doesntd have a sufficient amount of garlic powder covering it... Patchy I'd say... Tasty, best one around in my opinion

On a tight timeline around train and station pick up times I ordered pizzas for a family meal. Booked several hours before, via app, for 9PM - turns up half an hour late. I know they will have been busy on a Friday night at the end of the month but it caused issues. The food was good and order correct, with reasonable prices due to the offer on. I do find their pizzas consistently better than the other chains but wish they could deliver on time, especially when we are just up the road.

Delivery guy didnt give change. Handled well and got all money back from the nice manager.

Very unhappy ordered from here at 12:25, was told It would arrive with in 45 to 55 minutes but didn’t arrive till 1:50. Pizza tasted like it had been sitting in the box for over a hour and a half ( which it had.. ) defiantly won’t be ordering from here again and I don’t recommend.

Awesome staff very clean kitchen

The base of both pizzas was raw in the middle and very unpleasantly doughy. This is a recurring problem with pizzas from the Norwich Road Pizza Hut. Either the oven is not up tp temperature, or, eager to meet time targets, the pizzas are not in the oven long enough. Possibly both. I have spoken to them several times about this and it improves for a bit, then reverts to raw. Possibly change of staff? Possibly they forget the problem! Either way, it does make me think twice about ordering, which is a shame as toppings are delicious!

Food is good, but always lacking pizza on buffet. Not cooked quickly enough and never enough staff around to keep topped up. Drinks and salad bar in a very cramped area and always a nightmare to negotiate

Waited over an hour on a Sunday night for a pizza to be delivered, was told *I* needed to sort out my own refund with the online team after cancelling the order. Awful service.

Pizza arrived hot and on time but was soggy and uncooked in the middle. Coleslaw runny and tasteless. Chicken Wings ok. Overall disappointing.

Not impressed made order at 6pm told it would be 30 minutes 50 minutes later still waiting phoned twice and told it's with the driver not a good service

Have ordered customised pizza online but the requested customisation was not consider while I get the pizza . However, the taste was reasonable and got the pizza within short time.

Ordered during night shift just before midnight as papa johns had closed. Food was fresh hot and quick, topping were generous compared to images on menu. Young delivery girl with chunky glasses was happy, chirpy, chatty and a delight. Wish she could deliver more of our takeaways as her customer service is fab.

We ordered take away on line, food was ready when expected, hot, and toppings were generous. Definitely one of the better Huts for quality.

I class have a pizza as a treat. the toppings were tasty enough but the base was well under cooked.

The staff were all so polite and we're always ready to help and kept everything going great. The food was delicious and was definitely fresh out. For unlimited pizza, drinks and salad it only came to £10 each!! Lovely time and definitely recommend to anyone.

One of our favourite places for a take away/delivery. Never usually late and hardly anything to complain about. It's small but serves its purpose

Came here with friends for a quiet meal and catch up. Didn't have to wait very long at all to be seated! Our waitress was really friendly and took time chatting to us before taking our orders. The food came quickly and tasted fantastic! Really good value for money, would highly recommend!

WORST PLACE EVER!!! How many times I have told them that I ONLY want vegetables on my pizza yet they still only add cheese! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
