I’m not from the area just visiting for a few nights so ordered from here last night and despite some bad prior reviews i was very impressed food was lovely hot and on time. No complaints from me. They did forgot our drinks tho but that’s not the end of the world

Food was a bit late but when it arrived it was hot and very nice! Best pizza and chicken wings I’ve had from bicester. Very impressed and worth waiting an extra 20 minutes for!

Ordered at 7.20 still not here at nine pm. Sad times!

Ordered 3 boxes of chips which super soggy, tried to save them in the oven but they just turned to mush. That’s £9 wasted. Yet the box of twisters (curly chips) we ordered where super crispy. So it’s wasn’t down to the chips sweating while out on delivery… very disappointed

Driver was lovely and friendly. Hope he managed to find a way around the closed roads to his next delivery. Bless him. Such a lovely person.

Great service , food was a bit hit and miss this time burgers were nice though they need to improve on the salad they put in them . Chips were sorry like they had been in the microwave. Chicken nuggets over cooked.

Food was good. Had a driver called Q. He called in advance to ensure we were ready to receive him and was an absolute gent at the door.

Felt like the food had been rushed tonight chips under cooked and pizza was under cooked.

Love this place but have to say today's order was a bit disappointing. Not very hot when it arrived ,not much sauce on the burger and salad was almost non existent..

Ordered delivery during rush hour and was not disappointed with delivery time. Food was hot and hot wing were delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.

Food took 90 minutes from ordering to arrive. Only nice thing was the burger. Chips and cheese were cold and one solid block where the cheese had started to firm, pizza was cold and apple pie was very greesy

This pizza house is one of the best we have ever used. We were using other big brands before but after terrible service lately we are now supporting local. Great service and great pizza!

The delivery driver lied to the restaurant about trying to call me to figure out how to get to the address and then proceeded to just dump the food in a random location. After the food had been left the testy said that he did not try to contact me again, so if I had not of called them then I would not have known where my food was. Also due to it being left outside for an unknown amount of time it was all cold when I found it.

Don’t order pizza from here - base was weirdly chewy.

Never got a refund. Waited 90mins and rang to just cancel. Used pizza House absolutely loads and just lost any respect for them

The fact we had to ring to cancel as this was going on 2 hours late and never received a refund is disgusting. I've only even left 5 star reviews for you but I'll see if I change that.

Cold pizza! Very dry! Didn’t get the 4 pieces of garlic bread that was offered in the deal selected!

We decided to try a local pizza place instead of one of the chains tonight; we were not disappointed. Lots of choice on the menu, with a range of well priced deals and the option to customise each pizza with crust, base and extra toppings. We had a deep pan Chicago Feast with the BBQ sauce and a thin crust Chicken Combo with the tomato and garlic sauce. Both were packed with flavour and brimming with toppings. Customer service on pick up was great too, with our order being kept warm for us in one of the delivery bags. Will definitely be back soon!

The pizzas were dry and had almost no cheese on it.

Prawn cocktail.. no taste. Cheeseburger..rubber, cold not nice. Cheese & Beans, very good, no vinegar that was asked for. Popcorn chicken, cold and rock hard. Spicy chicken wings.. looked under cooked. The cans were cold, great. Driver never rang on arrival as he had no phone I was told by the shop... Lied to as driver said he had a phone so could of called instead of standing in the cold, good job it wasn't raining and blowing a gale... Overall... Rude and awful food. Should I ask for my money back... Yes. Would I get it, probably not. Would I recommend? Not a chance .

Delivered to my lorry, followed instruction to find me. Food was nice, delivered on time however they gave a 45 minute window. And driver was polite

Food was overdone, paid for 3 dips and only got 2, and it took an hour and a half to be delivered.

At first they said they could find us. Then they left the food left outside, apparently knock and rang bell, but if that had happened my dog would of barked.

It was good pizza but the base was very doughy, which tells me the dough was too big or over proved before being used. The base was an inch thick.

The food was disgusting, will not be eating from here again.

Food turned up hot even if the order was delayed cant fault the people who work there even sorted us out with a free fudge cake even when they didn’t have too, And it tasted amazing on top of all that!

Nothing bad with receiving my order earlier than expected since i asked for it to be delivered as soon as possible. I had an delicious pizza margarita and as desert the waffles with maple syrup on the side. It was really good!

Food arrived early , fries were cold and wings were missing

Was a decent pizza. Had the pizza thin for a change which was pleasant. I also had to delay the order twice as i wouldn't be home in time due to traffic which they were flexible about.

Accidentally put the wrong delivery address. Got a call from the driver who was super friendly and understanding. 5 minutes later the food arrived! He even apologised to me for it being a bit late despite arriving on time and it was my mistake for putting the wrong address in the first place!

The absolute worst pizza and customer service by far in Bicester. Stay away from this establishment and order food anywhere else but this place. Completely unprofessional and the food tasted as if it was microwaved and left out to the side for hours. This store should be shut down.

Hardly any toppings on the pizza. Basically bread with tomato sauce on. Disappointing really.

Burgers are dry,they could add a slice of tomato to make them soft,at least... chips for 3 pounds without Mayo or ketchup.I am not satisfied and even chicken was dry...
