Normally this would be my go to pizza place. But recently the pizzas we have received are disgusting. Two large pizzas today arrived stone cold. The pizza was SO thin and soaked in oil that it had gone a mixture of soft and chewy at once. It was revolting. The pizza had basically no tomato or cheese on it. I can only describe it as a soft, chewy piece of cold bread soaked in oil with no flavour what so ever. The chicken strips were fine (After I heated them up, because again.. I think they forgot the microwave them)

I don’t care what anybody has to say I’ve had so many pizzas and nothing can beat pizza house’s pizzas I’ve tried every single pizza on there menu and I’ve never had to complain about a single pizza. I really recommend the Mexican heatwave pizza preferably the best pizza on the menu!

The Italian square pizzas from pizza house Farnham are by far the best pizzas I’ve ever come across. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside yet soft inside, topped generously with fresh ingredients. Each bite was bursting with flavour, especially loved the combination of tomato sauce, mozzarella, the kind gentleman asked me if I’d like anything else on the pizza but I was unsure so he told me he would sort me out and made a pizza of his own like and he has good taste to be fair. Definitely a must-try for pizza enthusiasts!

The pizza’s here are absolutely amazing, the pizza garlic bread is just fantastic. Great service, always on time… highly recommended food.

Really poor service, ordered food and had to ring after the delivery time to find out where food was, then didn’t get all the order, then when the rest finally turned up it was under cooked, their excuse they were busy and had changed food suppliers! I asked for a refund on the under cooked food and was told it would come to me from a driver in cash even though I paid by card then when the driver with my refund did turn up he didn’t knock at all it was only that I have a glass panel in the front door and someone in the house saw him standing there that I got my money, he was about to leave….. very disappointed and will not order from here again

Noticed this place while driving past so we thought we'd try their pizza....it was a very good decision! Really nice pizza and very affordable too. We also had some of their milkshakes and we can highly recommend the Malteser one and the Oreo one! Great service, great food and great...we'll...just great 👍 👌 😀

Food delicious only 1 problem extra toppings were put on the wrong pizza! Chicken sweetcorn sausage and beans was a little strange but I put the mix up down to really busy

The delivery person got lost but it’s ok because he kept trying so it’s ok cause he found us in the end and kept trying.

Ordered 3 pizzas with stuffed crust and one of them was normal crust but I was still charged extra for stuffed. Very disappointing, crooked way to deal with customers.

Guys, I paid for 3 stuffed crust pizzas and one of them did not have stuffed crust but I was still charged. That's not acceptable.

We were very disappointed with my husband. If we order pizza, we always order from Pizza House. I've received my delivery tonight, I ordered 2 medium pizza and a cheesy chips. Both of the pizzas was very dry, and half of the cheese from the chips was on the box. I paid £23.00, but it was absolutely waste of money. It's never happened with us before, so tonight was shocking.

Don’t order from here. We’ve waited two hours for a large pizza and been mugged off with a medium size. They’ve cut it into smaller squares. We’ve used pizza house for a long time and are disgusted with them this evening. What a rip off

Ribs were awful, fatty and tasteless. Missing chips. Won't order again.

I assume they have changed supplier of base sauce as was awful - all I can taste is basil

the pizza was actually quite nice, I wasn't expecting a square pizza but when trying it I was surprised. the chips were cold and honestly just tasted like store brought oven chips, apart from the pizza I would say the chips were not worth the money.

Very tasty and good food, hot and filling, just what we wanted! Delivery could have been better, over an hour is a bit much considering! But I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this pizza outlet to everyone who loves good food!

Ordered online for collection. Website said 15 minutes. Turned up after 15 minutes, they hadn’t made my order as they thought it was for delivery, so much confusion ensued. Waited a further 15 minutes for the pizzas to be made and cooked. The server crazily still wanted to charge me the £3 delivery charge and seemed miffed that I refused to pay it. Used this place many times over the years and had always been happy. Won’t be rushing back. Actually an eye opener when you watch these guys cooking frozen starters in filthy tins. Pretty grim.

The food was okay, and the service was very nice. Atmosphere is also okay, pretty average pizza place. I had to give it a 3 tho because I ordered and paid for a sauce and didn't get it :/

Well, I ordered. Then looked at reviews... And got nervous. As it turns out I really enjoyed the pizza. Plenty of toppings, plenty of flavor delivered quickly. I enjoyed it enough to order there 4 or 5 times since and repeated my first experience. These review sites must work. They seemed to have everything we were whining about. It's a really good feed for comparable prices. It is a thick crust pie and if you don't like a little doughy don't order here. Turns out I do I guess, hence the good review! After very very poor experiences with papa Jon's, dominoes and others in farnham, these guys are a far better place to spend your money.

Absolutely disgusting service. Food didn’t turn up. When the restaurant were phoned we were told that the manager tried to deliver, knocked the door, phoned the house etc. they did not and what they didn’t realise is the house is a 24/7 staffed service. They then told us the manager would not deliver because it was a small order, despite charging a small order fee. Then when asked to speak to the manager, the manager miraculously disappeared. The call handler was rude and gave terrible customer service.

The pizza's are actually good. Let me say that. But I can't excuse poor customer service. Waiting over one hour, I called and was told my order had left the store and will be with me in minutes. 30 minutes later I call and told the same thing! You get zero ownership on what's gone wrong, and they aren't polite. If they were honest, my order had been missed or whatever the real reason was, I'd be OK with it. But being lied to as a customer I can't accept. Their pizza is probably a 4/5. But poor customer service is easily avoidable, and the fact they don't or can't, makes it a one. If you don't have to interact with them (using an app), you'll get an enjoyable pizza. If you do, I wish you luck.

Can get a better pizza from lidl for £1.50 and a muuuch better one from papa John's for the same price. Ordered margarita for my vegetarian partner and the pizza came with pepperoni under the cheese, strange place for a 'topping' (clue should be in the name?)

Tasty pizza if you are hungry late at night, although their bases are rather doughy, not thin. Took about 25 minutes and I was the only one in the shop and ordered only one pizza! So I wouldn't like to know how long it would take if they were busy....

Can take a while to arrive, once when it did it was on the chilly size, but generous portions and very reasonably priced.

Never eaten pizza with so little toppings. They gave me to chose 4 topings, each slice of pizza if you are lucky has one olive, one mushroom, one jalapeno, and one tomato slice 😀

Placed an order for delivery. Waited over two hours for our pizza to arrive.The delivery driver demanded we paid an extra £7 for delivery to us as apparently dont deliver to the area we are. However shop took postcode arranged delivery and charged for our pizza. Would not bother ordering at all as our pizza may of well been eaten straight from the freser

Why would i give 4/5 to somewhere i hate, get a GRIP Google. I actually really like this place. Even the medium pizzas are massive . And they are Square shaped, oh and they taste good as well

I have ordered from this place on a few times and both times my pizza has turned up cold and not what I ordered I rang the manager and was told he was in the bathroom then concur off I rang back and was told e was out in delivery Wouldn't bother ordering from here

I tried to place an order, they then accused me of using a fake number and starting speaking abusive to mean down the phone.

Low quantity and burnt fries for £2 very expensive smell's bad while eating.

ordered the Ham and mushrooms pizza with thin cut crust. Crust was sweet and awful the large pizza had barely one mushroom scattered on it worst of all the (ham ) is wasn't ham it was a sort of pellet reformed to look like a lardon horrible nasty dreadful a new low in pizza topping cheese tasteless and awful Avoid this place

Very tasty pizza in all Surrey.

They put a leaflet advertising their business in my postbox so I ring it. They deliver a couple of times then last time I ring them a man says we need extra money to deliver to you so I say then why did you put it in my postbox in the first place. Delivery is the biggest problem with these businesses you won't get a good service here no matter how good their pizza is.

The place is horrible, the pizza is oily and disgusting, we ordered a half margarita and pepperoni and we got mushrooms on it so we went to say it’s the wrong order so they gave us a new one for free but it was the smallest one. In addition when my friends ate the pizza with the mushrooms they have now gotten food poising from the food, so don’t ever eat their pizza.

Although ordering two large and two medium pizzas we received four medium pizzas but paid the price for the large ones. Although claimed different on the website we did not receive any garlic bread. Hence we paid more than we received and are not happy about it. What happened? The Pizza was yummy though and the delivery came in time.
