Very nice delivery driver and even better pizza!

I placed my order at 1pm 3 hours later its delivered with items missing

Amazing customer service from staff in store and the delivery driver who helped me with an issue which was totally my fault

Food turned up early, lovely and hot and fresh

I have to say that I really like it. My order was delivered with missing lettuce in sandwich and mixed dip but mistakes may happen and it is understandable so still I give 5 stars.

Delivery was late. Waiting time was 45 minutes start from order to delivery on Wednesday.

The pitta bread for the kebab was missing so the kebab couldn't be eaten.

Sorry but really disappointed this time. I asked for chilli’s as I like a spicy pizza. Which I even mentioned on the call. The pizza was so bland! And it was very salty for some reason. Also what happened to salt and pepper sachets for the chips? Need to find another place. The flavours could do with a bit more. The only thing I’m happy about was that the food was hot, as in temperature hot, so that was good.

Biggest bunch of scammers. 7”inch pizza, 4 wings, chips & drink online is £10.50 The same but with 3 wings and no chips in the shop is £5.99. You can’t justify £4.50 for an extra wing and chips. Go elsewhere. Never go here again

Wow, first time ordering from here. Pizza cooked to perfection, the cheese was cooked and melted the way a pizza should be but the only thing was the chilli’s weren’t hot. I will order again but ask them to make it spicier :)

If I could rate the delivery minus1000 I would, driver left one item of five, and we had to stop their car to ask where the rest was, they called followed the shop, who said they had missed delivered and that it was down to driver to sort out. The driver then said he was going back to get a fresh delivery and took the one item. I then had a call from a mobile number saying to take the pizza and the driver would get the other items back - so our food handled by someone, I told them this wasn't acceptable and wanted a refund to have the phone out down on me. So I then went to the shop and let rip - the manager was now on site and after I complained about the lack of items and that giving us stuff that another customer has taken was unacceptable he apologised and agreed to replace / redo the order, which was nice thing. In the mean time the driver has delivered the pizza back and the missing items claiming they were fresh, the pizza has been handled and the other items were wet. The driver caused all of these problems and then lied, for knows what they had done to the food, but at least the shop out it. The fresh food was good as usual - so thumbs up to them. Just Eat you need to ensure your drivers are competent - the majority appear to be, but this caused untold issues.

Hot on arrival. Reasonable portions but doesn't offer the best meal deals which means it's not value for money and tends to work out expensive.

I am absolutely appalled with the amount of money I have just spent on the food that I’ve ordered. The food arrived over 40 minutes late and when it got here, the portions were so small!! The pizza was definitely not a large but charged us £16 for it and the chicken and chips wasn’t worth £26 either!! Honestly shocked. And all you get from them is ‘oh really sorry mam, so sorry mam, yes very sorry mam’!! SHOCKED!! Not worth the money. Gutted 😞

Amazing Pizza, super fast service. Forget the bland taste of Pizza Hut, dominos and the like, this is the real American pizza experience 10/10.

Sadly they can't get an order right. Then expect you to buy it anyway?! This happens alot. I had a lot of time and respect for them probably their best customer but I cant deal with no apology and not a care in the world for the customer or when there wrong. I now won't be going back so now they have lost a lot of revenue when they need it they tell me. Maybe sort out their approach to customer service and get orders correct and I will return.

This place honestly has the best pizza around it was just not edible as they put the pot of sauce in the box which exploded everywhere and i can’t stand garlic so couldn’t eat the pizza. Such a shame! Pls pizza place stop putting the sauces inside the pizza box it never ends well and totally ruins the pizza.

Usually when I’ve ordered the food and delivery time has always been great but unfortunately this it was not I was given an estimated time that my order would be delivered to me at 8.20pm-8.40pm after enquiring at 8.45pm where my order was i was then giving an update that it would be here at 9pm it didn’t arrive till 9.07pm after checking the food was not hot just mildly warm which resulted in chips being rubbery, the pizza wasn’t hot the cheese had already formed hard where usually it is stringy when you bite into it and the chicken wings batter was soggy and not crunchy like they usually are hopefully this will not happen again as I’m a regular here

Fantastic! Arrived early, nice and hot. They got our order right which means a lot, as 1 of my children likes thibgs a certain way. Both children said they preferred the burgers to that of a well known chain! Will definitely be going on our favourites list.

The food from here is always amazing, I have never had an issue with them. Always piping hot. Only ever had one time they couldn't fulfil the order but they called and asked if I would like something different at no extra cost to me. Cannot fault them at all.

Chips where over cooked, the takeaway packaging had melted which I think would have ended up on the food, late and when speaking on the phone was told the driver is on his, but had to ring back 15 mins later due to nothing turning up

Usually my favourite place to order from but I paid for a drink and I was supposed to get one with a meal to which I only received one, the burger and wings were nice but the chips today tasted like they’d been microwaved

They were running very late they never informed us I had to order food from else where. I would never buy again from them and would advise same to the other customers to be carfull.

I ordered two pizzas which arrived cold, stale, and they were like trying to bite into bricks. I had to place another order from a different vendor later in the evening as the food was was so unsatisfactory that it is beyond words. Shall never order from here again

We are still waiting for a refund because we ordered this they were arrived 2 hours after their arrival time ( and I never took the order), I also called the restaurant direct and there was no answer. So I messaged just eat to ask for a refund and reordered from another restaurant from just eat. Please can you get back to me on this matter. Many thanks Cally

The chicken was very dry and chips were over cooked
