Took forever to deliver 2 pizzas. Customer support need training. I will never again order from this branch.

Lovely staff, quick turnaround, cheap and tasty.

It’s ridiculous how long it takes to deliver a pizza! Also happened once that they delivered a wrong order. But after more than an hour of waiting, didn’t want to argue. Used to order a lot, but won’t do anymore, there are other places

Disappointing Hygiene Standards I have ordered grilled chicken from FireWay Seed Cup several times. The chicken itself is good, baked in the oven, and the seasoned potatoes are quite good. However, I do not recommend the salad—the quality is very poor and disappointing. Initially, I was planning to give this place a 5-star rating, mainly because one of the staff members is incredibly friendly, fast, and always welcoming. However, today’s experience completely changed my perception of this place. Serious Hygiene Issue When I walked in to place an order, I noticed a Deliveroo driver in dirty clothing, walking around the kitchen area, touching everything with unclean hands—right where food is being prepared. It was absolutely disgusting. I cannot understand why a delivery driver, in full outdoor gear, gloves, and a helmet, was inside the kitchen where hygiene should be a priority. Even after I pointed it out, he remained there, not even moving to the waiting area, which made me feel even more uncomfortable. At that moment, I completely lost my appetite, turned around, and left. I find it absolutely unacceptable that someone in dirty outerwear is allowed to walk around a food preparation area. If hygiene is this neglected, I don’t feel comfortable eating here anymore. While the chicken is good and the staff is friendly, the hygiene standards are extremely concerning. After witnessing this, I highly doubt I will return. I strongly urge management to take this issue seriously—customers expect a clean kitchen, not delivery drivers touching everything with dirty hands.

Very stingy topping portions... wouldn't recommend for that price A frozen pizza would do better and probably would tastes better also

Order never arrived restaurant said they couldn’t cancel the order but run out of ingredients. Just eat are refusing to refund the order

Today the food I ordered was inedible because the pasta, lasagna and chicken were cold. It was like throwing money away because my partner and I didn't eat.

Awful customer service . I paid £30 for 2 pizza , one of them with extra mushrooms. When I tried to speak with staff , I've been told I have mushrooms on my pizza . But nothing about extra mushrooms that I paid for . Staff very rude , they don't accept to be informed about something that it's wrong . Customer service training should be provided . Here it's a photo with my pizza "with extra mushrooms " . Also the staff didn't speak English.

How is possible in 2024 the staff is not speaking english ? 3 times i explain him what i want to order and still done wrong order , 28£ for 2 awfull pizzas.

My kids loved the design and the pizza tasted lovely. The spicy chicken was a hit!

Waited nearly an hour and a half for a cold , dry and inedible pizza. The lotus biscoff milkshake was not fit for purpose as it had obviously been sitting for at least an hour and had separated itself to leave a mulch around a bit of milk. I will never order again. When I phoned all I got was some rubbish about a technical issue however I was never informed until I phoned over an hour after ordering. Buyer beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful service they’re consistently late and their phones and permanently switched off. Do not recommend at all. We ordered pizzas through them and they never showed and had to fight to get my money back. TWICE. Never again

Paid for extra dip, they sent the wrong one. The BBQ taste was so subtle that I'm not sure they put any on. Apart from that it was ok.

Pizza tasted like it was reheated. Hardly any cheese , arrived lukewarm warm and had to reheat! Would not order again.

Delivery was very late, which the driver acknowledged and apologised for, which was nice. Food was really nice and worth the wait - the cheesy garlic pizza is a step up from the standard garlic pizza; will definitely continue to order from here

Ordered at 630. Its now 802pm and still NOT ARRIVED. Everytime call they say 15 mins and they cant cope with orders. Poor custer service take your money send messages generically via just eat saying it will be here at 705 the 750 and still nothing and now not answering the phone VERY POOR VERY POOR

The wings were cooked fresh but I could tell the pizza was old and had been reheated. The cheese was solid like plastic and the same with the meats. Would not recommend to anybody if you prefer freshly cooked food I would go elsewhere.

When I ordered my pizza the delivery time stated was 15-30 mins, which I was happy with. As the 30mins approached I was notified my order would be at least another 30 mins which was not reasonable. My order was finally delivered 60 mins after I placed it, at 20.51, meaning I was eating at 9pm then going to bed! Had I known it would be so long I would not have ordered. The Just-Eat website continued to quote a 15-30 min delivery time, which was clearly inaccurate.

Got the bbq pizza and the garlic bread with cheese and both were exceptional. Very happy with the service I received. Didn't eat in the shop so I gave atmosphere five stars cuz every time I walk past on the Highstreet it smells gorgeous and the staff look happy.

Lovely, spectacular pizza, but please tell your delivery drivers to treat the box properly and keep it level. My last order arrived like it had been in a washing machine and half upside down mozzarella mixed with paper. But I stress, these are the best tastiest pizzas.

Food was lovely but delivered to early

Food was great, but no drink was provided... and this seems to be a reoccuring theme with this place. Many people I know use this place, and EVERY single time they do not prompt you for your included drink YOU PAID FOR. They've obviously got so used to people not challenging this, that they try their luck to save stock. Shoddy business practise tbh. If you order something with a drink, make them hand it over!

Pizza was on the cold side and not much taste and the cheese was just hard. Wedges was undercooked. Wasn’t worth the £20 would think twice about ordering again.

Absolutely terrible - late, cold, staff full of excuses and pizza below average. I could have spent my money better and feed my child a lot earlier and better than I did. Never again.

Not very friendly service- paid little attention to the order and it ended up being the wing pizzas.... The pizzas in general were very average..... Nothing special about this place.

The pizza's here are cooked in a stone fired oven and cooked in 3 minutes. The pizza's here are nice and fresh and the staff here are friendly
