Great food and service! Margherita pizza thin base (but not as thin as usual) was particularly great tonight!

Pizza was shocking came all on one side of the box the sauce exploded on the box and I asked for stuff crust with cheese and garlic and never received what I asked for

no garlic bread, no chicken wings although these are part of the special. Where oh where have they gone. I've been ripped off

Can’t get why the rating on this place is high as the food is not even decent to eat. Had to wait forever for my delivery and the wings were soggy and bad tasting. The fries same soggy and all glued together, the pizza was looking more like a flat bread with random meat topping. Disappointing

Phoned for a collection pizza and the guy asked me 7 times my postcode and he was convinced I had the wrong pizza shop, even though I explained the simple fact that I knew my own address. Very strange and I hung up

Took our money then cancelled the order with no explanation nor details of when our refund would be processed. Extremely rude on the phone also, unnecessary. (has since called to apologise but was still very terse)

They didn't deliver to me and I got the nearly £20 peg

I've been a customer for years. Last night they delivered ice cream that had clearly been defrosted and refrozen. We called to complain and got shouted at. The man on the phone said there was no order at our address and shouted at me. That's the very last time. Just Eat should also be ashamed as they have no way of dealing with such behaviour. AVOID

The pizza, chicken dippers and onion rings were all edible but not that tasty. The pizza had obviously been dropped and didn't exactly loop appetising. I wouldn't order from this pizza takeaway again.

My pizza was cold when I received it and I had to wait for more than an hour since I ordered it even though the delivery time said just around 30 mins. Not worth almost £19

This is such a good take away. The only thing that makes me not order more is the choice on their deals. If you could get a choice of the type of wings in the deals I would deffo order more.

I am young and I consider myself as very polite and I feel awkward when complaining. However, whoever I spoke to on the phone was rude after I received the wrong order and did not make my experience any better at all.

The owner is a typical guy who charges for collection offer but then cheats and gives you the smaller size. So don't use the expression "the largest pizza" He plays the card of the language barrier. A real typical pizza cheap owner

Extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. Food was incomplete upon arrival, i called restaurant to make a complaint and i was accussed of lying. In the end i did not have any appetite and could not enjoy the food. Definitely would not be ordering from here and i do not recommend. What a waste of my money.

So the first time i ordered the food came fresh and hot and in time. The second thine the driver went to the completely wrong address, spent Nearly 30 mins on and off the phone with him trying to explain to him, finally he arrived and the pizza was of course cold. I then called the restaurant and explained to them, I asked is it possible you send another one please that is fresh. He started shouting and refused. Told me no! He told me he will refund me but I said I just wanted the pizza fresh. He shouted more and tried to blame me for the driver going to the completely wrong address. Then told me he will never deliver to me again. Well I won’t be ordering. Terrible service to customer and disgusting how he spoke to me. Avoid avoid avoid.
