Love this place, peaceful and the staff are incredibly friendly.

Horrible service, rude baristas , can’t ask for the selection of teas without them rolling eyes, and I would get like 2 kinds of tea , ask if they had any more, get another eye roll and get 2 more . They don’t have tea menu out so why get frustrated when someone asks what kind of teas they have? Disgusting treatment of customers

Took coffee away whilst going to toilet NOT GOOD SERVICE

This placed used to be my regular spot close to home but now that some of the staff gas changed thier attitude and rudeness is outrageous no customer service skills at all

Very rude staff. Dirty shop and very unprofessional staff. They are taking balloons and popping them loudly inside the shop. The staff are always on their mobile phones and got some guts to shout at customers. He’s not even working. Management need to check if their staff are treating customer nicely. The Asian guy who shouted at us for eating a sandwich from outside while I bought food in this shop too. If outside food is not allowed why does he need to shout 15 feet from our table. He can just come and say it nicely. He’s working in customer service for heaven’s sake. He is not fit to work in hospitality. Hygiene of this place is really low.

So very expensive for meagre, stingy sandwiches devoid of anything that could be described as flavour. The labelling states, ' Caution, contents may cause happiness!' which has to be irony, as they so lack flavour that happiness is the last thing on your mind... How did they manage to make the cheese taste like plastic?

I saw an advert for the Bubble Burberry Frappe and was eager to try it, but when I visited 2 other Costa Coffee locations, they didn’t have it. I was starting to lose hope, but I decided to give this Costa a go, and I was thrilled when they told me they had it. And It was exactly what I’d hoped for!

I walked in with a friend for a coffee. There was plenty of space to sit, it was quiet. The coffees were good and the service was fast.

RACIST establishment & horrible customer service, such a poor experience here. I was finishing up an important email just a few minutes after they closed, I had already communicated this but the store worker taunted me, stood and stared me until I left, even so much as walking behind me. RACIST employees and I will NEVER be back.

The place is fine and the staff are good. The low rating is a comment on the prices which are just an absolute rip off. 45p, just to have a different milk, in particular is really silly, I know I could not have a coffee etc, but this is more and more the trend and the only power as a consumer is to do petty things like this.

Fantastic service and coffees every time.

It's 4 degrees outside - winter, and in this Costa , they have 2 air conditioners on, with cold air !!!!!! We are literally freezing. I asked the girl at the till why do they have cold air conditioner on, she said that's what the manager wants !!!! Well, 1 star for the manager then.

This is not my first time, love this costa yummy coffee and delicious raspberry cupcake. I tried Chi Latte last Dec and yesterday. Frap slated caramel it was perfect and refreshing. Nice atmosphere and great location.

Sadly this Costa has closed but it has been a great couple of years. I loved it there. The staff were excellent. I loved the hot chocolates they always made it perfectly. I’m sad to see them go but it was great going there. I’ll miss them

Clean spacious and lovely staff

Kind and efficient staff, always smiling. As of today they even returned one of my my regular shopper cards which, I lost about a week ago... This is a shining example of that phenomenon when kindness meets attention to detail. 😁👍❤️ Not to mention that the coffee is delicious! ☕

How can you have a breakfast menu and no toast?!

I went there on a Saturday lunchtime in post-lockdown phase, with reduced seating space and social distancing. I still like it as it is quiet, reasonable value for money and with good service. On Sundays open until 2 pm.

Horrible decor inside, but great staff and theres a little patio outside which is ok. Something about the set up inside that's already dated for a cafe thats only been there near 5 years.

Nice coffee with friendly staff. Marked it down due to homeless man washing in the toilets.

I woud not recommend anyone to buy pastry from them as I just bought an almond croissant which is out of date, I told them and I've been given another one which is worse than the one before.

Excellent place Superb staff Was in here a few weeks ago & not knowing that my finger was cut/bleeding. Member of staff pointed it out, gave me tissues as l needed to go to wash room to get blood off shirt & clean finger. When l came back the same lady had got me a plaster & then put it on. Special people so the manager needs to look after these precious employees THANK YOU

Used to be very friendly staff, but recently the new staffs look very grumpy, and not welcoming. Even I had to witness an argument between 2 costa staff members.

I was in here the other day and I must say that this is one of the best Costa’s I’ve been in. The layout is great, with loads of space and a great terrace area to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. What really made this experience for me was the staff, in particular Dennis. I was very fortunate to be served by him, his level of professionalism and customer satisfaction was very refreshing; as it’s something you don’t really experience these days. I will definitely be back!!

Too much ice - feel short-changed on the lemonade.
