Pizza Go Go Tonbridge in Tonbridge and Malling

It's ok type of place, doesn't cost to much but doesn't serve the thing that can be called the best. I have had pizza in London at one of the local shop price was somewhat same but they provides best quality and tasteful pizza.

Staff there is careless u need a 20 pounds order for delivery only in tonbridge and the pizza there came sloppy and uncooked pls be careful when ordering from there

Ordered a pizza hawaiana with extra mushrooms and bacon and I’m not sure where the bacon and the pineapple are as there is none on the pizza, very disappointed as I was looking forward to it.

Weird rat in my pizza, tunbridge wells would never do this to me.

forgot my icecream that i spent £7 on, pizza was stone cold and the delivery took two hours despite living 15 minutes away. NOT a happy camper!! 😡😠🤤❤️

Moved back to tonbridge two months ago I used to order all the time . The new owners don’t make the pizza nicely and keep overcharging for simple things the other day I was over charged five pounds and didn’t receive my germicidal bread or dips and I called to ask them to bring them they hang up and never did ! Sucks ! I used to order twice a week never again !

Open until late so popped in after a night out to get a pepperoni pizza. Decent sized pizza for a reasonable price. The pizza itself was pretty good, even the crust was tasty. Good location situated between the station and the high street so it captures all of the hungry people walking through town after a night out.

Terrible services and delivery time. I write this whilst waiting for my order absolutely starving! We ordered at 18:44pm and still no pizza, so 1h24m and counting... When we called at the 1 hour mark they said it was out for delivery and will be with us shortly and then rude person hung up. Called again 20 mins later and was told it was out for delivery AGAIN. No apologies for the previous lies! Shocking service!!

The garlic and cheese pizza we had this evening was the best I’ve ever had from here. We have had many pizza from here but tonight’s was just perfect. Extra sauce, extra cheese and garlic, delicious

Been using go go tonbridge for 22 years, always serves the best pizza around. Customer service is second to none, would recommend to anyone that love’s decent pizza. Thankyou

Only gave a 1 star rating as I had to,delivery took ages and pizza was undercooked,customer service is shocking,its cheap pizza for a reason,I guess you get what you pay for,waste of money.

Ordered the meat feast pizza and it was rancid. Bacon was disgusting.

Really good pizza shop in town. Food arrives on time, fresh and hot. Personally the 'flaming torch pizza' is really delicious. Highly recommended

My food eventually arrived all accounted for, tasty and piping hot. The only reason this doesn’t get full marks is that it took almost an hour and a half to arrive, which isn’t great considering I’m only 4 miles away.

I ordered some food at 1 am in the morning and paid through the phone. They took around 90£ for 2 pizza and 2 cans of coke. Split in 3 different transactions. And i received text from the bank some hours after that my card was being used for other transactions. I rang them and ask to refund the money and let them know that one of the members of staff has used my card details for illegal purposes and they said bring us proof and hung up. The guy that answered was so rude. Be careful of scam.

As a regular customer I was shocked by the response we receive when our order was wrong!! When my partner called to let them know the man was rude. We will be taking our custom else where!! They make out they will resolve it by saying to contact them? have emailed back!!! Nothing from them???

Ordered a pizza which took well over a hour to arrive, was luke warm at best. Called up to say they had made a mistake with my order and the rude chap on the phone stated to argue with me about what I ordered!! Avoid this place.

Very prompt on time and must say 1 of the best tasting pizza in KENT. Loved it.

I received a box of slop. It was a pizza I ordered..... however not pleasant. Let's blame it on the delivery man. No it was poor food. Full of fat recooked.

Very slow service - we are still waiting over 40 mins later with no apology or concern when we phoned. I was told 'we try' but told to wait longer. Will not be ordering again from here

A bit dirty and run down feeling, but it's cheap. Pizza is good for the price. In need of refurbishment. 4 stars because of decent pizza and good price. Improvement in the quality and cleanliness of the building interior would attract 5 stars.

Delivery to Paddock Wood from Tonbridge store took over an hour

Small portions, thought they did the order wrong but no... The 'large' pizzas were the size of a small plate barely even to feed us all despite costing £29 on a 'special offer' with some chicken wings thrown in. Phoned to query it, they didn't give a dam. Now, several hours later, my children and I are sick with cramping and stomach aches. Feels like we've got a bug from this food on top of the disappointing meal, very unhappy tummies. I hate leaving bad reviews ever, but I want to warn others about the food and service.

Very bland. The shop needs a mega refurbishment as it is filthy.

"DO NOT" order from this place if you have an allergy, ordered mushroom free with allergy advice , myself and daughter shared pizza, she was fine I have been really ill all night/day, when I called the store I was advised that if I have an allergy "do not order a pizza" absolutely disgusting attitude, this attitude could be fatal to someone else, fortunately for me my allergy just makes me quite ill, BUT for someone else could be fatal !!!!!!!

Love the pizzas and they're super cheap starting at 2 pounds for a small pizza with 4 slices. Great service (for a small pizza takes about 8 minutes). Nice and friendly staff.

the only problem i found is making yourself understood some of the staff do not speak english well or understand plain english ,however having said that the pizzas are very good indeed and i enjoyed them .there are deals available on certain days ie two for one but you need to ask when you ring .if you can make your self understood then your on to a winner

Great pizza for cheap. Staff are nice. Ordering I would say stick with dominoes or you just make your own pizza.

Lovely pizza, terrible customer service. Upon delivery we enjoyed our meal until we got to our dessert of a raspberry ripple cheesecake. Upon taking a bite and realising it was frozen, we called the takeaway to complain and asked for a refund, which they were willing to do until they heard we had taken a bite. Upon this information, regardless of the fact the cheesecake was frozen and we wouldn't have had any other way of knowing otherwise they refused refund and rudely hung up our call. We then called again to get a very rude response of 'we aren't going to refund your item' and then hung up again. Absolutely appalling customer service, am highly debating not using again as staff are so diabolicly rude.
