Tried to take more money from us saying it cost £36 for a medium pizza 😂 as if we was stupid when I specifically said I’ve ordered from you guys before and then changed it to £25??? After I looked online there was an offer for 2 pizza and one wedges and garlic bread. When I called the 🤡 said it’s just for show then I said wdym I’ve seen it on ur website he then goes oh just do it next time. I highly recommend do not use this place and I will for sure be coming in to talk to someone who tried to think we was stupid £36 for a medium sized pizza. Another time I went to pay with card they said we only accept cash they keep changing rules more time to avoid tax I think HMRC should look into this trying to steal money from customers what a joke.

Very poor service… no smile, almost every time something wrong with order and no “I’m sorry” food is okay but very poor service. No good manners. Not even hello when you enter

We ordered 2 large pizza we asked for extra sauce and they delivered with out the sauce and then I was asked him why you didn’t bring the sauce and he said call them back that is not my business and I called them some one picked the phone been very rude that is about one year I always ordered from there I am not using them anymore that is been a few time that was happened And even you can see the pic for everyone is see that’s coming with out sauce I hope they gonna change the staf otherwise they have to close the business the staf is gonna be best reason

Good food but always wants cash even they got card machine which is a kind of harassment for a customer.

Food was Luke warm seems like it was just put in the car instead of a heated bag, driver called to say he was outside clearly still sat in his car as I said to come to the front door he was like yeah I’m here come out, I think as a deliver driver myself you should deliver to the door not on the kerbside, whilst still on in his car. This isn’t the first time this driver has done that 🙄 Other than that food was banging. 🥳 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸

I ordered 12 inch vegetarian pizza just! coast me £18 pounds! I said why delivery man said because of delivery!!when you come to store it is for £9 pounds! That’s mean £9 for delivery! And they are said free delivery in google account, not recommended never 👎

We ordered large pizza's many times in this store..But, last two time we received pizza which is not good in quantity ,,and the thickness of pizza is like paper.The one who take order through phone, looks like Chinese guy short person. He is very rude & not even ready to receive comment. Very disappointed. I don't recommend this GoGo pizza store.

Not worthy of one star. Walked in the store and guy behind the counter just looked at me and went round the back and ignored me. Another employee came in after doing a delivery round, stood behind me at the counter so he could get to behind the counter so I moved for him. Literally looked at me, blanked me and walked round the back. Stood there for 15 minutes being ignored in an empty pizza shop. I get it’s a box standard pizza shop, but not even a “hello what do you want?” Isn’t this the entire point of a store?

Popped in for a pizza after a few beers, pizza was spot on for a start… also left a rucksack in there with some valuables in which they looked after for me for a week… can’t thank them enough! So to sum up, great pizzas and great staff

Very bad place, the food is disgusting full of oil and the staff seem bithered that you are there to order. 10/10 will not recommend. Im not even going to mention how long i spent on the toilet after having 2 slices from their pizza.

Ordered pizza and garlic bread. Garlic bread wasn’t delivered. Contacted shop who blamed the delivery driver. Delivery driver blamed shop. Obvs won’t use again. Thieves.

we walked down to the store and ordered a meat feast pizza to take back to our hotel room. after waiting over an hour and a half I got back to the hotel to find I didn't have the pizza I ordered, when calling to check what should be on a meat feast pizza the staff where rude and told me they were busy, to look online and hung up on me. I called again and said the pizza was not what I ordered as the only toppings where tomatoes and mushroom which we like neither of. He just said he was busy again and to bring it back to take a look and again hung up the line. Unfortunately I could not take it back being nearly midnight now and having a 2 year old and 5 month old. The customer service is apauling and being hung up on is unacceptable

Excellent pizza. Fresh, delicious and hot. Far more choice of toppings than the leading competitors. Delivery driver worked hard and was excellent. Tip well deserved.

We've been visiting numerous times in the last year, the pizza is tasty but the staff are extremely miserable and rude in the store which is a shame

Pizza Gogo more like pizza Nono

The worst experience I have ever had. Ordered a pizza and waited an hour before I called them up about the status of my order. The staff member advised that it will takw about an additional 15-20 mins unit my pizza will be ready. So I asked if I can get a discount for waiting 1.5 hours for a pizza, he said no and advised to cancel my order. Very upset and disappointed. I will never ever order for Gogo pizza again!

Always great pizza and garlic bread, + sauces. Pizzas are varied toppings and they are all delicious, pizza base is perfect. Good service and various topping can be made to order, also different sizes available. Regular place for me and my partner, also many of our friends. 👍

I tried to order over phone and pickup couple of pizzas but the guy was very rude so I ended up cancelling my order.

Paid card the day before, now when I went to pay by card am being told that I’m not allowed to, was also quite rude to me.

Normally I haven't had an issue when ordering before but I was so shocked with todays delivery I needed to post a review. Ordering through the website was fine, the issue began when the driver delivered the order the first time. He was not wearing a mask and essentially shoved the food at me and when I told him that one of my pizzas was missing he got in his car and drove away. I checked the rest of the order which was intirely wrong and rung the store and they told me he was coming back. While on the phone to the store on loudspeaker the delivery driver stepped into my house again with no mask and started shouting and arguing with the guy on the phone in another language. He rudely swapped my pizza and gave me the correct one then swapped the rest of the order that was wrong and left. The guy I had rung from the store was rude and hung up while I was trying to sort the order. After they left i checked the pizzas again and toppings I had paid extra for where missing. Again normally I have no issues with Pizza GoGo however this was the worst delivery experience from any restaurant/Store I have had.

Pathetic experience at GoGo pizza southsea.Staff at outlet have rude/ offensive behavior. People at the outlet told that Boxapp is only for the First Time users however the GoGo app is accepting the promo code while placing order but the store has asked to not use the promo code again in very offensive way and later the pizza arrived cold .Earlier they have alter the order without any prior notice . However while ordering the product was showing available but when delivered product was different.

I would like to put two stars or less however we survived to the meal. As Italian rarely I buy food in those pizza chain cause my expectation it's a bit different. However they could sell more budget way this kind of pizza cause look like the pizza that you buy frozen in supermarket.

Couldn't get a disposable bbq so got a pizza from Pizza GO GO to have on the common. So glad we did, it was the best!! And Staff were great too👌😁

Order was wrong and they re-sold wrong pizza. Ordered three pizzas, two meat one vegetarian. Three meat pizzas come, we call up and they say they will bring us a margharita pizza free of charge. 40 minutes later the delivery guy came with a margarita but asked for the other pizza back... So a cold pizza that has been sent out, and probably is being re-sold to one unlucky person. Never heard of re-selling an already sold pizza.... Very unhygienic. I won't trust the pizzas to be fresh again.

Popped in, ordered and picked up a pizza and curly fries on a busy Saturday night. Made quickly, and tasted good. Store itself is in need of improvement, and service would have been improved with a smile. Overall though food was decent which is the key.

Ordered online Always buy From go go until I got SHOUTED AT AND CALLED A LIAR asked to speak to a manager but the jobs worth wouldn’t let me. So fuming. I won’t be coming back and will telling everyone else where to go. Being shouted at is not on Ever

Pizza just turned up an hour late. Phoned the restaurant too be told that it has just come out of the oven. To top it off... when the pizza eventually got here, I paid for it and the delivery driver just bolted down the stairs with my money without giving me change. Once again phoned the restaurant and was told they won't do anything about it and I am not going to recieve my change. He was rude and attitudal and then slammed the phone down on me. Disgusting!

Pizza turned up over an hour late and cold and to top it off delivery driver took my money and did a runner before giving me my change so i phoned the restaurant to be told theres nothing they can do safe to say i wont be ordering from there again

The meat is halal!!! Terrible customer service halal meat shouldn't be used in the UK.

That was the worst pizza I've had from here. Almost making me not want to risk going back. Shame because they've been good in the past but this pizza was barely cooked and the stuffed crust was horrible.

I have been using this place for years, and they have never let me down. Good food, and good prices.

I've had some really good pizzas from there, but I've also have some absolute shockers and it's got worse recently. Last pizza I got gave us food poisoning, the one before that never arrived. Quite often the order is all wrong and there's no point complaining as they are rude and accusative. I will not purchase from them for the foreseeable future.
